"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit is draining but its draining extremely slowly. She turned the unit on and I confirmed the drain pump running but barely any water coming out, indicating something was causing a restriction of water flow. I gained access to the drain pump filter and found a five dollar bill and a bra pad covering the drain pump filter, causing the issue. I removed the obstructions and reassembled the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining properly. Inspected unit and work area. Around the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load) error code. Attached is the suspension and found the suspension was good. Around the unit through a diagnostic cycle and found that during the agitation and spin portions of the cycle, I could hear the basket skipping. I was able to remove the agitator after several minutes and found the agitator, completely stripped and rusted. I also found the hub assembly completely stripped, causing the issue. Ordering both agitator and hub assembly and rescheduled the customer to 9/5. No parts were installed.; ordrng 1 W11550891 (Agitator) and 1 W10528947 (Hub)"

Also found the back right burner ignitor wont turn off once the burner has ignited. I gained access to the switch harness and found the switch to the back right burner is getting stuck when turning it on. I am ordering the conversion kit, spark module, switch harness and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. Scheduled return service for 09/05/24 (MS). I tested the burners and found the middle and back right burners would not ignite, but the ignitor was arcing. I found the ignitors had dropped too low to make good contact with the burners. I adjusted the ignitors and secured them to the orifice holder and retested and unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator has water gathering on the fc gasket. On inspection could see anything that was causing the issue. On further inspection the lower ear taps on the gasket were folded away from the unit, used heat gun to straighten them up. Sealed 95% of the air gap. Also found a gap between the fc moulin and the liner. I closed it up with clear silicone, will need a 3ft straight edge if customer calls back to see if there is bow in the fc moulin. No parts were installed during service and no leaks detected during service."

Plugged unit in, no LEDs flashing. Ran a diagnostic cycle, all components are engaging properly. Fill valve, wash motor, drain pump and heater all engaging. Tried to mimic issue but could not. Ran multiple regular wash cycles, cycles started properly. At the time of service unit is running as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher noises. Upon further inspection, I found the customer has an RO system and water softener system and the RO tank drain tube is not installed properly (photo). I advised the customer of this and advised where the RO drain tube should be located at the back P trap (photo). I found the heating element is white and found the customer is using the incorrect detergents. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. When the motor/sump came on, I could hear it making a loud moaning noise as if the sump/motor was struggling to pump the water. I removed and replace the sump assembly and verified all water line connections were secured (photos) and retested. Unit is operating as designed. Due to the large amount of suds in the tub, I recommended the customer perform a cleaning cycle or two and made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent, rinse aid and cleaning solutions to use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11416362"

"Arrived onsite for top oven turns on when bottom oven is in use. On inspection going to try and recreate the issue. Heated the bottom unit up to 350 on bake when it hit temperature we switched to broil, then she set temperature to 475? and the top oven came on. I saw 2 temperature settings when she did that. I informed the customer that she has to turn the bottom oven all the way off. If the bottom unit is on when try to set the temperature for the bottom oven it thinks you want to turn the top oven on to broil. The solution is the bottom oven has to be at Home Screen before you set the temperature to 475?. No parts installed."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking underneath. Upon inspecting I ran a test cycle and saw no leak occurring. I found the insulation underneath sticking up into the tub potentially causing the leak as it could soak up water. Customer stated the insulation was soaked when the leak occurred. I corrected the insulation. Customer also states tub was very full of water. I found the RO system connected to a y fitting at the disposal. I explained to the customer this could cause a backfill to the dishwasher and that it had to be reconnected and moved. At this time the dishwasher is operating as designed. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. No parts installed.

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave smoking and burning. Upon further inspection, I found that there is no wave guide cover allowing debris to enter wave guide. I found there to be evidence of overheating on the control board (photo) I ran a test for 1minute with a cup of water and immediately smelled a burning smell however did not observe any smoke. I disconnected the magnetron and retested for 1 min. I did not smell anything unusual during this test. At this point, because of the missing wave guide and burning while using running the unit with the high voltage components, I would conclude that the magnetron, diode and capacitor would need to be replaced as well as the wave guide cover. I would also replace the control as I observed what appears to be overheating on some of the components. (Photo)"

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not drying clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the unit had been having issues with drying clothes already but that now its worse and its taking them forever to dry a load of clothes. I checked the lint screen and found a blanket of lint on the lint screen, indicating a potential airflow issue. I checked behind the dryer and found the vent hose completely crunched due to the customer pushing me Appliance all the way back to the wall. I checked all heating components and found all within range. I test the unit on a time to dry heat cycle and found the unit tumbling and eating. I advised the customer her issue was with airflow, and that she will need to change her vent to a periscope style dryer vent if she needs to push it up against the wall. I showed her pictures of how that would look, but did advise that she will continue to have these issues with the current way that it is installed. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that he can hear the icemaker try to cycle but he doesnt believe that any water is getting to the icemaker. I ran the unit into diagnostics and did find the icemaker motor turning but not dropping ice. When I went to go to the fill portion of the cycle, I found the valve buzzing, but no water entering into the icemaker. I gained access underneath The front toe plate and removed the icemaker filled tube from the water connector. I attempted to blow through the door and found a restriction inside the tube. I ran an icemaker fill test and found water coming out of the valve, indicating the issue was with the door. I am ordering the stainless freezer door and the office will need to get authorization for repairs as well as contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item.; ordrng 1 W11577825 (Stainless FC Door)"
