I found the ice maker with an E2 error and it did cycle without loosing position. There were a few cubes from the prior service that had expectedly shrunk down due to sublimation and appeared to only be the single harvest. I found the fill tube for the ice maker was frozen again and the customer had several cans of a non-sugar sweetened soda, freeze. I found the RC thermistor 6.05K at 43.3F and on a non-linear scale, calculated from MFG thermistor data, I found the thermistor 25% out of tolerance, causing the over-cooling. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling correctly and the icemaker is freezing up. There was no water connection to the refrigerator but the customer must have poured ice in the bin that melted and clumped together. I removed the bin and removed the ice. I found ice build up at the bottom of the evaporator cover. I found the RC Evap thermistor reading .987 kohms at the control and the UI control was showing the evaporator at 105 degrees with the thermistor incased in ice. I removed all the ice and replaced the evaporator cover. I tested the new thermistor and it was reading 69 degrees and was correct. I tested the fan and it works correctly now. I found the right side RC gasket ripped and it will need to be replaced. Ordering W10917313 gasket. RS for Wed 9/4/2024. INSTALLED W11395558 COVER EVAP.; ordrng 1 W10917313 (Gasket)

They advised that the unit will start to wash, but then will not agitate and will quit the cycle early. I ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and confirmed the whole basket was spinning during the agitation portion of the cycle. I I gained access underneath and found the cam melted at the top causing the issue. I went to replace the gearcase and found the agitator completely seized up on the driveshaft. I broke off the agitator and replaced the gear case, agitator, cam, and capacitor. I tested the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the icemaker was working until the past couple days and then it stopped completely making ice. I took temperatures of the refrigerator and freezer sections and found the refrigerator at 37?F and the freezer at 18?F. I found no evidence of a defrost issue within the unit. I checked all gaskets and found tears on the gaskets and the refrigerator door was seemingly partially open causing cold air to leak out of the refrigerator section. I checked that center mullion and found moisture buildup on the center mullion and the refrigerator door gaskets. I also found that the mullion was not creating a proper seal and was loose causing the doors to have a little play when closed. I also found evidence of lint build up all over the condenser coil. Plugged unit in with Watt reader at the outlet and took amperage at the compressor. Unit was pulling 9-24 Amps and 800 Watts on initial start up. After trying to start, compressor shut off. After 2 minutes compressor tried to start again but shut off after initial try. Unit has a seized compressor will need a sealed system repair. Unit is r600a. Requesting 2 hours on return visit. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit is cooling properly but the icemaker just will not make ice. She advised that she has turned the icemaker off and back on and has had no luck. I attempted to jump the icemaker and found that the icemaker motor would not turn, indicating an issue with the icemaker itself. Ordering the icemaker and rescheduled the customer to 8/27. Arrived on site for a freezer. That is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit just stopped cooling altogether after they put in some meat. She advised that none of the fans or the compressor were running and she didnt know exactly what happened. I gained access to the interior of the freezer and found the cooling had been turned off. I turned the unit on and gave access to the compressor. I found the compressor pulling .945 A and found the unit cooling. I did advise the customer that it appeared to be that she turned the cooling off at some point. The customer was unaware of how to turn the cooling off or on. I showed the customer how to do that and advised the customer to keep an on the unit case if any other issues persist. I asked the customer if she usually keeps the unit inside and she advised that she keeps it in the shed that is not air-conditioned. I did explain to the customer that the freezer will need to be in an ambient temperature between 60 and 90? per the manufacturers recommendations. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking from front. Upon further inspection, the customer informed me that they were getting a leak every time from the door. I found right away some build up and hair along the inside and on the front side of the door seal. I proceed to clean this area and run a test to try to replicate the issue. I could not replicate the issue. We tried to run a cycle with a load and could not replicate the issue with a load as well. No water leaks observed during service. Unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer to keep the seal as clean as possible as any debris can cause leaking at that seal. The customer will continue to monitor the unit."

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice or very small amount. Upon further inspection placed unit into diagnostics and observed the functions of the machine. I observed that the water inlet was very slow/restricted almost to a drip. I removed the water filter and tested the valve again. The water began to flow normally with the filter removed, telling me that the filter is faulty. All other components of the ice maker test fine. No parts installed and no water leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not operating properly and making loud unusual noises. Upon further inspection I placed unit into diagnostics and found error codes for lock rotor. I manually ran a slow spin and could hear slight friction as the basket was rotating. I placed the unit into agitate and it failed to agitate properly as it was moving and bouncing the the basket as well as the agitator. I attempted to remove the motor bolt so I could investigate further however, it was so seized that my bit broke and the bolt had become striped. The bolt will need to be removed with a special tool that I am not equipped with. Office to reschedule return service for further service. ; O-emld tckt"

"Arrived on site for washer not agitating or spinning out cloths. On arrival found all components except hub intact, found no rubbing or failure or oil around gearcase, cam, or belt. Found hub drive worn down completely and called techline Sr#7739776864. Was instructed to order W11385424 retainer, W10528947 hub because new retainer thats been installed isnt correct to type needed for commercial unit, added a test hub to washer and verified rest of unit works fine.
