"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the UI and attempted to test, but the control panel would not respond. Gained access to the main control and found the diagnostics LED on solid. Following the tech sheet, the main control is not communicating and needs to be replaced. I found the personality not correct and corrected and retested. Unit continues to fail. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the main control, UI and CNOTE-PLACE ON CANCELLATION LIST and office to schedule return service. Unit left unplugged for safety and no water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 WD21X24903 (Main control) and 1 CNOTE (PLACE ON CANCELLATION LIST) and 1 WD21X25722 (UI)"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=27 degrees and RC=40. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the thermistors and all checked good. I tested the thermistors at the control and all checked good. I tested the cooling system in test 40 and found the FC evaporator not forming any frost pattern. When disassembling the FC section, the left drawer stop broke. I removed and replaced the compressor and drier and vacuumed the unit. Pressures held good. I installed 4.5oz of R134a refrigerant and tested the unit in diagnostics test 40 again. Unit is beginning to cool and evaporators had good frost pattern developing. No water leaks observed during service. I recommended allowing the RC section to cool for 24 hours and the FC section 48 hours before placing items back inside. I am ordering the left drawer clip and customer to schedule return service when they return from vacation. ; ordrng 1 WPW10485096 (Pan stop left)"

I found no water lines leaking. I found thebice maker full of water. I preformed a temp test and found the unit at 40 degrees. I gained access to the evaporator and only found the bottom 3 rungs frosted. I let the unit run for 15 minuets and rechecked the frost pattern. I found it building a good frost pattern. Thebice maker cycled while I was waiting, dumping water into the ice bin. I am ordering a new ice maker. Reschedule for Friday 7/22/22.; ordrng 1 W11546935 (Ice maker)"

Arrived on site for refrigerator creating ice around the dispenser inside the door under ice bucket and around the liner of door itself. Upon arrival confirm complaint customer also stated the unit was making a loud vibrating sound whenever water was dispensed the icemaker or into the door itself. Upon further testing found that the filter housing was failing to seal correctly with a filter I then called whirlpool techline and spoke with Adrian sr# 7734107053. Due to the amount of failures and ice forming around the door itself underneath the bucket and underneath the lighter below the bucket techline recommends that we order a brand new door due to possible failing insulation in the door and replace the filter housing as well. Will need office to get authorization before ordering parts or rescheduling; ordrng 1 W11089011 (Door (needs to be stainless)) and 1 W10394053 (Filter housing) and 1 Cnote (Needs authorization!!!)

Upon arrival confirm complaint and upon further inspection found that there was a major meltdown failure within the outlet itself that are both a hold inside of the outlet and ruined the power cord which was causing unit to only receive a total of 180 V from the outlet to the unit. I verified the element fuses and thermostats are all working as designed and replace the timer. Inform customer that I would have to leave the unit unplugged and they would have to get an electrician to replace power cord and outlet at the same time before using the unit safely. Call complete

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises and items freezing in the fresh foods section. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the noise is coming from the freezer section and stops when they open the doors. I inspected the ice maker and found the fill tube frozen and a mound of ice built up on the dispenser motor housing (photos). Also found where water had trickled down the FC evap cover and froze near the evap fan which is the cause of the noise. I removed the ice and removed the fill tube at the back of the unit and sealed the fill tube with permagum. Also found where the customer is placing food items too far back against the fresh foods section back wall and blocking air flow which is causing their food to freeze (photos). I made recommendations for food item placement to the tenant. I contacted the owner and advised of my findings. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Also found the fill tube frozen with ice and a large block of ice at the bottom of the FC section. I removed the ice maker and using my steamer, I cleared the ice from the fill tube and reassembled the ice maker. Tested the ice maker and it is operating as designed. I removed the block of ice from the FC section and pulled the unit out to find the drain tube clogged with debris. Removed the debris and removed the remaining ice from the evap drip pan and tested flow through the drain tube. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they were running a load of sheets in that the sheets did not complete the cycle. When the customer attempted to realign the clothes and start the cycle again the unit did not start the cycle over. She ran the unit through a drain in span and has not used it since due to the issue with the load. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load) error code. I ran the unit through diagnostics in an auto test and through manual testing. All components were working as designed. Did find the washer a little unlevel and did attempt to level out the washer a little bit. I did advise the customer that based on all my testing, I cannot find any individual part on the unit that is at fault for their issue and that the most likely problem wouldve been the load. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling at all times. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does cool but it will bounce between cooling properly for a few weeks to not cooling at all for a little bit and then going back. Just the temperatures in both sections and found the freezer at -2?F in the refrigerator at 37?F. Check resistance on the thermistors and found proper resistance. Check the condenser coils and found lint buildup all over the condenser coils. Cleaned off condenser coils and the customer requested that we work on his handles. He advised that they were broken off the door in order to get the refrigerator through the home. Tested the unit and did confirm that the drum would not turn but the heater would try to kick on. Checked voltage and found proper voltage. Remove the back cover and checked the fuse. Found the fuse open causing a break in the motor circuit. Advised the customer of the issue. I called Whirlpool Safety team and spoke to Ruidisa SR# 7733979559. She advised that the customer may can proceed with repair if they would care to repair it but that they would not be granting any concession today. Spoke to the customer and the customer did not want to repair it. He advised that he would prefer to just buy himself a new dryer. Did explain to the customer that the cost to repair is very minimal but the customer advised he would rather pay for a brand new unit with a four year warranty then a couple hundred bucks at a used dryer. Call complete.
