"Arrived on site to diagnose double oven not working properly. Homeowner said the display would black out and oven would go dead, but was unsure if the breaker tripped. I tested the unit and confirmed it pops the breaker, and also has an F9E0 code for miswire. I removed the oven from the wall and checked the junction box. Found neutral wire nut loose and tightened. Ran oven and breaker tripped again. I disconnected the ground and ran. Added lower oven as well. Breaker tripped again with ground disconnected. On several occasions I could not reset the breaker. Advised customer to have the builder replace the breaker since it tripped with ground d/c. If we have to return on this we can bring elements, controls, and weight for 2 hours to make sure cook-off works. At this time work completed until breaker is replaced and oven is run."

I found all the wiring on the dryer to be correct. I noticed the dryer to be making some noise. I got inside the dryer and noticed the rollers to be making noise. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is making abnormal sound during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit makes a banging and tapping sound when they first start up the dryer, but then it will slowly go away within five minutes. They advised they had not had this issue prior and didnt know if something was not hooked up properly. I tested the unit six times with a load of towels and we could not get the issue to replicate. I removed the clothes from the dryer and tested it. Still could not get the unit to act up. I went ahead and disassembled the unit and found all components properly secured and intact. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E2-too many suds and F8E1-valve failure. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed. I find the 24 hour Fresh Hold/Fresh Spin Cycle LED illuminated telling me it is turned on. I advised the customer of the too many suds issue and that they have the fresh hood turned on, which once the cycle is complete, the unit will periodically spin the clothing inside to keep them fresh for at least 24 hours or until the load is removed. I turned this cycle off for the customer. The customer advised that they have a water softener system and the unit is set to dispense the maximum amount of detergent with each load. I adjusted the setting for the detergent to dispense the minimum amount to keep the unit from producing too many suds. Placed the unit back into diagnostics and tested one more time and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven not reaching temp. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit would preheat to 350 as designed, but when they preheat to 500, the unit never would get to temp. I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and gained access to the elements to test voltage. I found 240V at the outlet, terminal block, and all elements. While testing, I noticed the oven interior light on and the convection fan stopped cycling. I pushed in on the door and the light turned off and the convection fan began to cycle again. I reassembled the unit and focused on the oven door and latch assembly. I tested the door functions (open/close) several times and about 3/4 of the time, the door would close fully by itself and the remaining times I would have to push the door closed. I opened the door fully and it appears that the hinges have been extended too much and the door is sagging. Also found the latch switch is very tight. I am ordering the latch assembly and both hinges and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and office to schedule return service. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that wont drain. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised the unit had been working and then it all of a sudden stopped draining. He did say that he can hear the motor running but it just will not drain out the water. I confirmed the customers complaint and attempted to drain the unit. I found the drain motor buzzing but not draining out the water. I removed the drain hose from the garbage disposal and found an immediate clog in the drain hose and in the garbage disposal, causing the issue. I tried to fish out most of the clog, but ended up having to use my vacuum pump to suck out the rest out of the drain hose. After removing the clog, I attempted to drain what was left in the unit. I found the unit draining as designed. I ran six different testing on filling, recirculating, and draining and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for a range that is tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and turn the breaker tripped at the breaker box. I went ahead and turn the breaker back on and get access to the unit. Per whirlpool, they have advised that the issue is with moisture it within the elements, and to do a burn off on the bake and broil elements. I went ahead and removed the ground wire off the back of the unit and ran the unit up to 450?F. I let the unit run for 30 minutes and reattached the ground screw. I ran the unit back up to 450?F without tripping the breaker and did explain to the customer that the burn off will need to be run for at least two more hours to successfully allow this unit to function properly. Upon initial inspection customer advised that he had experienced the code and the unit would beep and would not start a cycle. I gained access to to the float switch and found that it had been triggered by overflow but at this time of inspection, had dried out. The customer advised that he had used the quick cycle and loaded 1 large pot that may had been coated with dish detergent. The customer is also using rinse aide and pods that contain rinse aid. I can conclude that the customer experienced an over suds situation in the dishwasher (photo). I advised the customer on proper detergent usage and how to clear out excess suds from dishwasher. No water leaks observed during service. No parts installed."

Arrive onsite for unit not turning off . Found unit had been overloaded sending the unit into an extended spin cycle and leaving clothes wet at the end of the cycle. Instructed customer on proper loading. Job complete. No parts used.

WRS331SDHM08 RG: Arrived on site for a refrigerator making loud sounds and not making ice per client. Further inspection found the harness to water value was disconnected plugged back in. Then found pink wire that was for the defrost thermistor had been pinned against the back cover repaired.Tested product in diagnostic water valves pass test . The last test defrost thermistor passed test no water leaks visible product works as designed.

Arrived onsite for unit upper led module not functioning. Inspected and found main RC upper module not functioning. Replaced module. Tested and unit is now functioning properly. Job complete. Used w11470191

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. On arrival confirmed issue and found high side leak on discharge line. Repaired leak and replaced uv drier wpw10143759 and recharged system with 56g of r600. Also found WPW10479155 damper making a loud noise when opening or shutting. WDT970SAKZ1 RG: Arrived on site for a dishwasher with a damaged arm . Upon arrival found the spray arm had falling off and landed on the heater causing it to melt. Further inspection found the inner tub had previously been damaged . Installed part#w11579565 ran a diagnostic no leaks from the seam no visible signs of water leaks from water supply. Product works as its designed.

"Arrived on site for no water or ice. Found frozen water tank,removed cover added sealer between gaps from fan scroll to air tower,defrosted lines,ran dispenser test passed,ran harvest passed,ran fill test passed. Arrived onsite for washer leaking. Upon arrival customer stated it wasn't leaking but it won't drain water out of the tub. I checked continuity on the pump at the control and found it open. I got under the washer and found the terminals loose on the drain pump causing the black harness wire to break off. I re terminal the wires and the unit is now draining and operating as designed. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. No parts installed

Arrived onsite for venthood control fried. Upon arrival I found the main control to have a scorch mark on it. Old control has been left in the venthood above the filters. The main control will need to be replaced. Ordering W11293971 control. RS for Monday 9/16/24.; ordrng 1 W11293971 (Control)

Arrived onsite for washer not washing and with a loud noise. Upon arrival I noticed the noise to be coming from the bottom of unit and the agitator not spinning. I checked underneath the unit and found the belt completely sheered off and a quarter of the belt in the motor. I replaced the motor and belt and ran a test cycle. The unit is now completing cycles and spinning and no unusual noise present. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. Installed WPW10006384 BELT AND W11026785 MOTOR DRIVE.

Arrived onsite for dryer making loud noise. Upon arrival customer stated that it sounds like a jeans metal button scraping. I took the top off and found the drum to be touching the side panels. Arrived on site to test unit for not washing. Found no stored error codes. Found hot water was shut off. Turned hot water on and turned completed diagnostics. Arrived on site to test unit for light in FC not working. Found frost preventing switch from disengaging. Removed frost and unit now working as designed.
