I checked errors and found no errors present. After I exited diagnostics unit threw an F9E0 for miswire and light wouldn't come on for some time. Customer also mentioned unit takes 30 minutes to preheat. Ordering bake element / control / console to resolve. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was banging when running. Customer said the unit had banged around when it only had 1 towel in it. Gained access to the heater from the back and found everything connected. Checked resistance from the heater and found 12.9 ohms of resistance. Reconnected the wires and checked resistance through the heater from the control and verify the same resistance value. Check my loads and found all to be within range. "KDFE204KPS2 GP arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not working. Customer stated that he heard grinding noise and the unit would not operate. unit into service diagnostic mode and found F9E2, F8E4 and F7E2 error codes. Cleared the codes for testing. The drain pump was loud and all other functions seemed to work properly. Inspected the drain pump and found it in good condition but discovered that there was no drain loop. Installed a drain loop and ran several more diagnostic tests and a consumer cycle and the unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a range that wont ignite the front burner and has flame height concerns. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint about the left front burner taking a while to ignite. Attempted to adjust the burner head with no luck. I replaced the burner head and found the unit working and operating as designed. I attempted to check the burner height lengths and found no abnormalities with the flame heights. I attempted to adjust the gas valves to see if I could increase the rate of flow out of the burners. Found I was unable to adjust the burners to where it more gas will come through. I checked the offices and found the offices were correct. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Rob SR# 7737461206. he advised that based on all my checks, the unit is working as designed, and that by swapping the unit over from natural gas to propane that the strength of the burners are going to lessen. He advised that on a natural gas supply and orifices, the large burners are 20,000 BTUs on propane those large burners drop down to 13,000 BTUs. He advised that there is no way to change it on this unit and that the only way to increase the size that are flames is to convert back to natural gas. The customer advised that there are no natural gas lines in the city and are unable to do so. He advised that the unit is working as designed and to make no repairs. Call complete."

Found the unit still short cycling before ice buildup could make a sheet of ice. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Adrian SR# 7737463650. He had me run through diagnostics through every step of the diagnostic program. We found all tests pass and the evaporator plate frosted over as designed. He advised that based on all current information the unit would be sent to review due to multiple items being replaced and repaired. Arrived onsite for vent hood light not staying mounted. On inspection found the right light hanging down. I pulled the light out bent the barbs that hold the light back in position. Reinstalled the light. It is holding fine now. When heat from the cooktop hits these lights the barbs will straighten back out again and the light will fall out again.

"Arrived onsite for ice machine producing small ice cubes. On inspection the water flow was slow into the tray. The only filled up half way, installed a new valve and started the unit backup. The tray fills all the way now and the water flow is normal now. Showed customer what the water flow should look like. The unit is on as designed and no water leaks detected during service."

Arrived onsite for washer making a lot of noise. On inspection the unit is one of the units that have a bad basket. The home is a weekend home and the customer is only here once or twice a month. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they went to use it for the first time and the basket bounced all over the place and the front left leg is broken. I opened the lid and pushed down on the tub assembly and it bounced all over inside the chassis. Tilted unit back and found the front left leg broken and the chassis damaged from possibly being dropped during installation (photo). I removed and replaced the suspension rods and front leveling leg and tested. Unit is operating as designed; however, the cabinet will need to be replaced due to the front leveling leg standing bent backwards and it has a lot of stress on it being bent. Also while removing the rods, I found the front two rods were broken at the springs possibly from being dropped during installation. Gain access to the back and the compressor was running, the temperature was 90?. The unit had been running for 30 minutes before I got there. The ice plate temperature was 85 to 88?. Arrived onsite for a DW that stopped at that start of a wash cycle and showed a code for the float switch. Upon inspection I found that the the drip tray was full of water I removed the water and the removed the outer door panel and ran the unit to monitor the bottom door seal and found that some soap suds would come over the lip of the tub meaning the customer may be using too much soap I advised the to cute back on the amount of soap. I continue monitoring the unit and found that there was also a leaking coming from the drain hose where it connects to the unit I adjusted the hose and the clamps and tested the unit several times and found unit operating as designed no leaks at this moment

"Arrived on site to inspect washer agitator tearing clothing. Upon further inspection, I found the agitator loose. I attempted to tighten the bolt, but it continued to be loose. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the toeplate removed and customer advised water was leaking from underneath somewhere. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1-diverter lost position. Cleared the code and continued with testing. I found where the diverter is constantly rotating and where the unit possibly leaked, but was unable to duplicate the issue. I found the diverter harness slightly corroded and dry water stains on the floor below the unit. I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and retested and unit is operating as designed. Arrived onsite and found stuck hinge spring had dislodged. Solved by fixing the stuck hinge spring. Unit is now operating as designed.

"WMH31017HS09 Arrived to inspect continuous heating failure and coding. I verified the HV leads were not inverted (VSR) and tested. Upon initial inspection I found the control that was installed within the unit did not appear to be correct and there were also differences in discrete components within the board itself, from the verified replacement. I removed and replaced the control and tested. The issue differed in no code was registered during and initial test and the unit reset at the time the HV relay should have engaged. Further inspection revealed door switches to be the likely initial source of the issue and after replaced, the unit resumed normal operations. SR# 7737445577."

Arrived on site to install damaged outer door. Replaced door. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete

Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed control board and drain pump. Completed diagnostics with no issues. Unit draining as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for a dryer the is not tumbling. Upon arrived I found this to be true. I checked the belt and the belt switch and found them to be good. Upon further inspection I found that the thermal fuse was showing open when tested. I replaced it and tested the unit and found the unit operating was designed

"Arrived on site for washer showing f9e1 in diagnostics. Upon arrival confirmed failure. Found wiring to drain motor broken and housing around pump shattered. Replaced drain pump, rewired harness and raised and leveled washer to insure issue did not reoccur, unit working as designed with no leaks call complete"

Arrived on site for front right burner not operating and broken grate. Upon arrival test unit and right front burner head has failed. Replaced burner head and test unit . Also customer already received grate from kitchen aid. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for a washer that is making noise when in use and eventually stoped working. Upon inspection I found that the cam was damaged and the belt had fallen of the shield is also damaged. Upon further inspection I found that the pulley on the motor is damaged and will over time eat though the belt I replaced the cam and reinstalled the old belt and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed at the moment I am ordering the motor, belt and shield and rescheduled for 10/05/23; ordrng 1 W11026785 (MOTOR-DRVE) and 1 W11409708 (SHIELD) and 1 W11239857 (Belt)"
