"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the freezer sitting at 14?F. Found the refrigerator sitting at 34?F. Found the temperature selections were set at 0?F for the freezer and 33?F for the refrigerator. Found no evidence of any defrost issue in the refrigerator or freezer sections. Took an amp draw off of the compressor and found compressor within range. Checked the condenser coils and found them caked with lint buildup. I did explain to the customer that that could be causing their issue. He advised that the unit has not been cooling for some time now and that they need immediately relief. I did find that compressor extremely hot to touch indicating that it is going out on thermal. I found the bin cracked at the base. Customer advised that when they opened the ice bin door, the door gasket came off as it stuck to the liner. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not cleaning dishes. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the entry diagnostics and found an F4 E3 (wash motor not running) error code. I ran into through diagnostics and did confirm that the unit would not recirculate water. Replaced the wash pump and motor and tested the unit. Found the unit was attempting to recirculate water but would not recirculate. Verified 120 V going from the main control to the washer pump motor. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Chris SR# 7734740683. He advised that based on my checks, the issue would have to just be with a bad motor assembly from the factory. "Arrived on site for dryer, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint is that dryer wont turn on. Inspected unit and verified unit was receiving correct 240VAC. Opened dryer to test components and found wire terminals on heating element and thermal cutoff brittle from excessive heat and not making contact. Replaced wire terminals and reinstalled. Dryer would now heat, but not start. Found start button not wired properly. Rewired start button and tested unit. Unit is now working as designed. Tested air flow and found unit has poor air flow. Advised CX to get vents cleaned before using the dryer to prevent any additional damage. Job completed.

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for refrigerator. Replaced wiring harness and voltage to valve is corrected. Unit has low pressure from home and plumbing issue will need to be addressed to fully restore water functionality in refrigerator.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the unit not cooling properly and the evaporator not having a good frost pattern, I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve and UV dye drier and vacuumed the unit. Pressure held good. I installed 4.9oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Once pressures equalized, I plugged the unit in and monitored pressures and the evaporator frost pattern. Both were good.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator constantly running. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that another appliance company had recently replaced the thermostat. I tested temps in the FC=4 degrees and RC=39 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked test 7 for defrost time and it was set at 01 (96 hour). I changed the setting to 2 (8 hour). Pulled the unit out and tested amp draw to the compressor and got .51amps. Tested the thermistors at the control and they were within range. Tested VDC at the control at the P2 pins and it showed 121V. Inspected the FC evaporator and found ice along the top of the evaporator (photo). When disassembling the FC section, I found the wire rack was sticking as I pulled it out which could cause the FC door to not close properly. I placed some grease along the rails to help it glide better. Removed he ice with my steamer and advised the customer that they have a defrost issue possibly due to the freezer door not closing/sealing properly

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher rinse aid not dispensing. Upon further inspection, I found the rinse aid dispenser approximately 3/4 full and customer advised that its been at that level for a while. Also found a rusty looking substance in the tub under the float. I inspected the racks and found the bottom rack had a few rust spots on the dividers. I researched the warranty in the entitlement and found the racks are not covered under extended warranty. I changed the rinse aid setting on the dispenser and recommended the customer contact the manufacturer customer service to discuss the racks rusting. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site and inspected microwave and found no power showing. Removed and disassembled it and found incoming power is good and fuses check good. Replaced control and microwave is now running properly.

"Arrived to inspect noise. The unit would cycle the evaporator fan off and on repeatedly and a slight chirp could be heard every time it powered back up. The control was in failure and required replacement with the MFG approved and updated kit. I removed and replaced the control and tested. I squared the unit within the cabinetry and reset door height to match. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher flashing er. I gained access to the control and isolated the, heating element, float switch, and drain pump. I checked resistance and found them shorted to chassis. I found the control not responding as designed, it wont register certain Buttons and wont start or cancel a cycle.

Arrived on site for washing machine showing error codes. I inspected the unit and work area. I found fault codes F0e3 over load f5e2 lid lock failure. I found the lid cracked at the hinge. I gained access to the gear case and found an active oil drip from the gear case. I found the suspension in good condition.

"Arrived on site to follow up on ice machine running excessive water in unit. Examined unit and found it is now making proper sized ice cubes, but it's overfilling for am extended period. Replaced recirc pump to correct water level issue. I also reformed the drain tube to sit in the drainage hole in the tub. Ran unit, and found drain pump isn't moving anything. Removed drain pump and found it had sediment stopping it up. Cleared out sediment and retested. Verified unit working properly and draining.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not dispensing ice. Found ice cubes stuck in crusher area and preventing motor function. Removed ice and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site to follow up on washer that is tripping breaker when spinning. Found no error codes present. Unit passes diagnostics. Found voltage and polarity good. Previous tech already replaced motor / cap / control. Called tech line and spoke with Travis, R7734741694. Unit is still running through a GFCI outlet, with a GFCI cutoff in the room, and breaker panel. Unit is operating as designed, breaker is not able to support the unit due to weak GFCI. Advised to contact electrician to try a stronger breaker / GFCI since unit is operating in spec, and is not recommended to be installed on GFCI breakers. Call complete."

Arrived onsite and found unit tripping breaker half the time. Determined that the likely cause was a non compatible GFCI breaker being used on the dedicated washer circuit. Customer will test with separate circuit to determine cause. All else checks good.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer basket paint chipped and rusting. Upon further inspection, I found a dime sized paint chip in the bottom of the basket and it was beginning to rust. I removed and replaced the basket and tested the unit in diagnostics. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
