I installed fill tube extension product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Found compressor starting and pulling .4amps and worked it's way down to .3amps. Temporarily replaced start device and run cap with no change in performance. Recommending compressor replacement. Ordering additional parts to ensure completion on return visit. Arrived on site to test unit for leaking. Found drain hose clamp was not properly installed and hose was not properly attached to barb. Verified current drain hose setup was leaking. Secured hose and attached clamp properly. Filled tub with water to 80% capacity and no signs of any leaks. Unit completed diagnostic cycle with no issues. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer with several complaints. 1st issue is that unit is not dispensing from load and go, 2nd is that it makes noise in spin, 3rd unit walks when in use. On arrival I found the washer rotated 45 degrees clockwise, customer said that's how it moved after using it. I found the level of the unit was significantly off and it was rocky badly on one axis. On previous 2 visits the level has been fixed, but unit keeps going off. I found an error code for overload, F0E3. Ran unit and found no vibration or wobbling present. Bottom end seemed fine as well. When I tested the dispenser I found it will not pump any detergent. I adjusted the level of the unit and removed the rocking. I'm ordering items to resolve the load and go dispensing issue, and possible gearcase / lower end item replacements. Customer is going to have a load ready so we can see how it behaves on return visit, as I did advise them the movement and noise are likely related to loading. Set return visit for 1/28. Advised office customer would really prefer the 22nd since they work from home. "Arrived on site inspect dishwasher water condesating on the vent and dripping on the floor only while opening the door. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed no error code. I ran an automatic test cycle and observed that all components are operating as designed. The dishwasher is experiencing excessive moisture in the tub. I entered hidden dishwasher settings and adjusted the rinse aid level from 3.9 ml to1.3ML. I advised the customer error on proper detergent and rinseaid usage so that there will be less water left on the dishes during the drying cycle. This should reduce the amount of water that is condensing near or at the vent. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing and not advancing. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit just stopped working all of a sudden and will not do anything else. I opened the lid of the washing machine and found water inside of the tub. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F9 E1 (long drain) error message. I checked underneath and started wiggling the wires to the drain pump. I found the drain pump immediately start kicking on and draining. I advise the customer that they have a wire harness issue and that we will need to replace that for repair. The customer advised that she wanted this documented with Whirlpool because she had been told by the Whirlpool customer service rep that if we call in to talk to their technical experts, they may be able to get the unit replaced due to ongoing issues with the washer. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Steve SR# 7740759855. He advised that all the repairs have been different repairs and that there have all been resolved. He advised to go ahead with the wire harness replacement, and that he would get it documented. However, he advised that if the customer is unsatisfied with pursuing repair, they make contact whirlpool, customer service for further resolution. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he wasn't sure if there was actually an issue with the dryer because their customer advised this didn't work and when RAC gave them a loaner dryer, the customer stated that the new dryer wasn't working either. They ended up finding an issue with the customer's electrical supply, but still wanted to have this drier, checked out just in case. "Arrived on site to diagnose microwave making noise when running. Customer pointed out that their microwave used to be quieter and now has some humming. I tested the unit and confirmed it is heating and function is not affected, just a slight increase to noise level. I ran the unit and did hear some vibration coming from the HV area, but it doesn't sound excessive and is just the wrapper vibrating on the cabinet. Pushing against the wrapper decrease the noise. Advised customer that this is normal vibration once the unit has broken in it may be slightly louder. Adding some shim around the wrapper should reduce noise, and customer will follow up if heat stops. Everything is working as designed. Call completed."

"Arrived on site to test unit for gas smell during use and ignition issues. Upon arrival customer stated when igniting any of the burners, all igniters on the other burners spark as well. Also the oven has a really strong smell when preheating. Inspected unit, found air shutter wide open. Closed air shutter until only 10% is open and tested unit, gas smell has been eliminated. Informed customer that all igniters sparking is normal and how it was designed. Advised that during the use of the unit, vent hood should be on because the unit will let off a slight gas smell which is normal. Also pans cannot be stored in the bottom section of the unit. Unit has been plugged back in after customer has defrosted for about one week. Customer stated they had guests over and possibly had too much food items in the fridge, causing airflow restriction. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making ice. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice maker isn't making ice and the water dispenser isn't dispensing properly. I found the order filter light on and advised the customer that the filter probably needs to be replaced. I removed the filter and tested the dispenser and it operated as designed. I removed the ice maker bin and found ice on the bottom of the ice maker tray (photo). I removed the ice maker cover and found a few cubes in the tray and ice at the back of bracket on the harness. I found some ice debris inside the fill tube as well. Removed all ice debris and cleaned out the fill tube and using my jump wire, I jumped the IM switch and tested the ice maker in diagnostics test 44. The tray harvested as designed. I tested the fill tube in test 45 and it filled the tray with water. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed. No parts installed."

Arrived onwite and found unit operating off balance following being moved and found tub had slipped off of right suspension spring. Resecured in correct position mounted to repair. Unit is now operating as designed.

"Arrived on site to test unit for grinding noise. Upon arrival customer stated unit makes a loud noise everytime its turned on. Tested unit, grinding noise began as soon as the cycle was started. Gained access to internal components, found pulley wheel bearing has failed causing the noise. Replaced pulley wheel and roller bearings using the repair kit (4392067). Noticed on the front bulkhead, there were 2 non-factory studs and roller bearings, new bearings would not fit onto the studs. Informed customer. Attached image. Reassembled unit and tested, noise has been eliminated and unit is now running as designed, job complete."

Found when hinges are adjusting from opening to closing they have a specific spot when the hinges is stagnant. Advised customer unit is working as designed. Also advised when closing doors they need to be intentionally pushed all the way shut and not just pushed and hope the doors will close on their own. "Arrived on site to follow up on sealed system repair. Tapped system and found low pressure remaining. Removed drier and compressor. I found what looked like a rub or possibly hole in the cap tube, which I cut off. Installed new drier and compressor and pressure tested to 200psi. Found no leaks present. Precooler tubing was starting to get green, and if it's leaking we will need to confirm with dye since it held pressure. Vacuumed down unit and verified good vac. Charged to MFR spec. "On arrival verified complaint of tripping breaker. On arrival inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage Terminal block is wired correctly and is tight and twists in power cord removed). Verified voltage and polarity are correct. Removed power cord from wall. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Removed ground strap. Reconnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. Stopped cycle, disconnected power,and reattached ground wire. On arrival verified complaint of liner splitting. Visual inspection of liner on ceiling of unit shows some separation. But no issues with cooking any food at this time. Documented with TL7740759925. Arrived onsite for washer not draining/spinning. I found the tub with water remaining. I went below the unit and found when pushing up on the drain harness it would initiate drain. The harness has split on the pump. Pump checked good at 20.1 ohms. I replaced the lower harness and tested unit. Unit now operates as designed. No water leaks present. Call complete. "I write on site for an oven that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does heat, but they are having consistent issues with this unit due to the prior damage that was done to it before it was delivered. The customer stated that the oven door does not sit flush, the microwave door has to be pushed in to get the microwave to start, and the unit still is damaged. She advised that she thought that because of the damage done to the unit, the unit would have had to have been dropped and she believes the whole machine may have warped, causing these other string of failures. I confirmed the customer's complaint and did find the oven door and microwave doors sitting unevenly. I checked the hinges and the receivers and found no abnormality with the door, hinges, or recievers. I found the door opening and closing smoothly. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Butch SR# 7740758386. He had me send him several photos and asked if any parts have been replaced. I explained to him that both doors came out of the box broken and shattered and the trim had been bent. Thus, all three components had been replaced. He advised that he believed the customers initial thought of the unit being dropped was probably what happened due to all the damage noted. He advised that when this happens, it will cause the cabinet to warp, not sit evenly, and cause other issues like the ones . He advised to make no repairs at this time and advise that he was giving the unit a damaged designation. He advised the customer service will contact the customer for further resolution. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived onsite for door not opening or closing properly. On arrival found drawer is functioning customer also confirmed drawer is functioning. Customer was questioning the accessory pieces received with unit. As stated in last visit we can not order missing parts. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I removed the basket, hub, stator, and rotor, and when I went to remove the drive shaft and bearings, the drive shaft would not come through the tub. I spoke to SW and PR for assistance, and after several attempts spanning 40 minutes, I was still unable to get the drive shaft and bearings removed. PR advised that we would need to order the outer tub at this point. Ordering the outer tub and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date when parts are available. No parts were installed. Please schedule service for two hours on the return trip.; ordrng 1 W10381077 (Outer tub)"

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop with no power. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they have not been able to use the cooktop since they moved in 5 days ago. I tested the cooktop and found it non-responsive. When I checked to verify the model/serial numbers, I found the power cord pigtail hanging down from the bottom of the unit (photo). I also found the red and black wires with small cuts and abrasions on them (photo). I advised the customer of my finding. I checked the breaker and found it to be a gfci and it was tripped. I cycled power and retested the unit and it is heating as designed. I had the customer sign the waiver of damages when removing the glass cooktop and raised the cooktop using my supports and removed the glass cooktop to inspect inside the unit. I did not find any issues. I reassembled the unit and retested and it continued to operate as designed. I recommended the customermcontact their builder and have them correct the power cord pigtail. Unit is operating as designed, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to test unit for leaking. Customer stated it happened when left faucet trickling to prevent water line from freezing. Ran diagnostics and found no signs of water leaks. Found water backfilling into dishwasher from drain hose and could potentially leak especially when leaving faucet trickling. Installed high drain loop and advised customer to monitor. "WED5010LW1 Arrived on site for unit, not drying properly. Upon arrival, customer mentioned a lot of lint was removed from the vent hose and on the exit on the roof. Customer, just want to be sure that there is nothing wrong with the units. Tested temperatures with vent attached, temp reads 133 - 300F. Anemometer reads over 2000FPM (picture attached). Removed duct assembly in the unit and it was cleared. Unit is functioning as designed. Advise customer to call a duct cleaning company for their opinion. Customer agreed. No parts needed"

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking water.When the unit is not in use. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the washer seems to be filling the dispenser drawer when the unit was not in use and they are having to drain out the water and the dispenser in order to start cycles. I did confirm the customers complaint and found the issue coming from the cold water valve. I replaced the cold water valve and tested the unit. F7E5 MVWX655DW1 Arrived on site for a washer making loud sounds. On arrival found washer unplugged ran diagnostic and found error code F7E5 only cleared error code. I looked under washer and found the splutch free spinning i removed splutch teeth were damaged i inspected the gear case no signs of oil leaks and no movement. I replaced splutch and actuator calibrated and ran customer mode test product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with long fill no fill error. Explored possible causes with cuetomer and eventually found that the drain did not have an aerated standpipe and would likely be intermittently siphoning which would explain all symptoms. Advised customer on correcting the siphon to eliminate error. Valves are flowing perfectly. All checks good. No parts.
