"Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. CX explained refrigerator leak in water from the top of the refrigerator. I inspected unit and found a pin hole on the fill tube, replaced it and as I was replacing it found the tube frozen that leads to a bad water valve, gamed access to replace it and also replaced icemaker. The ice maker wash harvesting and while harvesting its stoped. Checked voltage at the control and there was no voltage to the icemaker. "Arrived to inspect error. I found the unit displayed an F8E1 and the cold supply was not connected. After using a connection from a neighboring washer, I tested within service test mode and the unit operated through the test mode as designed. I advised the CX of my findings and they will correct the water issue. The actual issue with the unit was that it would not power on and was completely unresponsive. Per Technical Service Pointer #: W11481344, the ACU should be replaced. I removed and replaced the ACU and the unit operated as Designed. No leaks observed during service. Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking water.upon arrival complaint and found cause of failure was due to clogged drain.ice causing back flow of water into both compartments. "Arrived on site to test unit for leaking from bottom of FC. Found drain tube was frozen over. Removed ice and frost build up and cleared drain tube, unit working as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating properly. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they are having to do dry their clothing more than one cycle and sometimes the clothing still doesnt get completely dry. I tested the vent with my vent test kit and the unit passed both tests (photos). I tested the unit on timed dry with high heat and I could see the element illuminating at the back left corner while having the door open and the door switch closed. I pulled the unit out and removed the back panel and tested the element and it only showed 9ohms (tech sheet shows 30-50ohms). I tested the thermostat and it too was out of range 20kohms at 83 degrees (39.5-49.0kohms at 83 degrees). I removed and replaced the element and thermostat and retested and unit is showing 164.4 degrees (15510 degrees). Unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I went to test temps in the FC and when I opened the FC door I found frost in the compartment (photo). I found the right side of the FC door wasnt closing all the way and allowing warm air inside the freezer causing the frost build up. I did not find anything in the back of the FC section that is blocking the door form closing. I did find a large amount of frost built up on the right rail. The customer opened the RC doors and I found the interior lights not on and a red light flashing on the control panel. Customer reset the panel before I could see which light was flashing. While I had the FC door open inspecting the door, the open door light came on but the customer wasnt sure which light is always coming on. I recommended that the customer remove all food items and turn t(e unit off to allow it to defrost, at which time, they need to inspect the freezer door to see if it closes completely. If they find that it doesnt, I recommended they contact our office to schedule return service. The unit is cooling properly at this time with no water leaks. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not getting water. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit filled with water and the motor failed to come on. I advanced through testing and the dispenser, drain pump and element all operated as designed. Found the refrigerator at 38?F and the freezer at 20?F. Due to sealed system repair done or year and a half ago, took pressures on the Unit and found the high side at 105 psi in the low side at -10 psi. Check for die around the unit and could not find any dye anywhere. Went ahead and charged the unit and tested pressures. Found the refrigerator showing 140 psi on the high side and zero psi on the low side. Advised the customer to keep an eye on the unit and call back if ice production stops again. If customer calls back, customer will need sealed system repair. Call complete."

Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer that is not turning on. Found breaker tripped and reset it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time. Advised customer on issues between gfci and afci protected circuits and that appliance manufacturers do not recommend connecting units to these type of circuits as ungrounded parts can cause them to trip.

Upon further inspection, I tested the unit with the door open and the door switch closed and I did not see the element illuminate at the back right corner. I disassembled the unit and retested and found the element has failed. I removed the element and found it burnt and warped. I replaced the element and retested and found the element continued to fail. I tested voltage at the wall outlet and got 242V. Tested voltage at the element and it is not getting voltage. Following the tech sheet, I tested the control and found it has failed as well. Removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit is operating as designed. Cooktop was installed with plumbers straps causing the center of the cabinet to bow and the cooktop was already up against the right side were it was up against the cabinet. The customer advised that after they had their vents cleaned, the unit still takes 90 minutes to dry a load of clothes. Ran event test kit on the unit and found poor airflow circulation on all dryers with the vent hose on and good airflow for all dryers with the vent hose off. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Butch SR# 7734587726. He had me check cycling temperatures on the exhaust. Found the exhaust cycling between 161?F and 131?F averaging of an internal temperature of 145?F. He advised that was good and indicated that the dryer is working properly. He advised that the issue was with the airflow going up and out of the home. The customer attempted to check to see what the issue was in the attic and was having me run testing on the dryer with altercations he was making inside the attic with removing the vent hose from the attic going out. He explained that the vent hose makes a sharp turn back down and then a goes upward going out. I did explain to the customer that the issue was probably most likely with the venting in his attic. Advise the customer there is no further repair that we could make to this unit that would change how this dryer works. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site work the dryer hose had popped off the dryer. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm that the vent hose had popped off on the prior visit and fixed the positioning of the dryer vent hose. Tested the unit and the unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator not getting cold enough. Took Temps at time of arrival and found FC ar 2, RC at 42. Checked airflow and had minimal airflow coming from diffuser, but a healthy frost pattern at the evaporator. Compressor was at average operating temp, and not excessively hot. I blasted the return vent and diffuser channel with steam to clear out any blockages. Based on some ice i had seen on the panels, unit may have briefly lost cooling one or more times. Checked sealed system again for leaks with black light and did not find any other leaks. If unit loses cooling it has to be due to a leak in the cabinet which we can not repair, since there is no evidence of leaks in other areas. Advised customer there are no further repairs I can do at this time. Call complete."

The customer advised that this unit is only two months old and provided a purchase receipt showing that this unit was in fact under warranty. Customer advised that the unit is leaking from the left front corner and does not happen on every cycle. Customer advised some of the cycles at tends to do it on and noticed the fabric softener was being activated on those cycles. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Chris SR# 7734572932. He advised there is a known issue with the tub rings and that they are being updated for these unit with the fabric softener dispensers at the front left corner. He advised there is no known ETA for the part in question. He advised to have the customer call back inside n a couple of months to check on the status of the tub ring to see if it is available at that time. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not level and the door slams open and close. I found the front of the unit too high. I leveled the refrigerator and the door is opening and closing correctly. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling to possibly replace previous diagnosed parts. I found the unit with power and everything running but both compartments were at room temp. I tested the compressor with a test inverter. I found it only putting out 28 watts and dropping to 14 watts almost immediately. I put the 3way valve in the home position and tested pressures. I found the system flat and no refrigerant in the system. I exposed both evaporators and filled the system with 127psi of nitrogen. I put bubble solution on both evaporators and all solder joints finding no leaks. I called techline after 30 minutes and the gauges still showed 127psi. I spoke with JR SR# 7734573815 at the 45 minute mark of the call and the gauges still showed 127psi. I explained to JR what I had found and what happened on the previous visit. He stated the compressor and drier needed to be replaced. He also wanted the 3way valve replaced because of the possibility that no nitrogen entering the FC. I removed the compressor, drier, and 3way valve. I hooked nitrogen to the FC capillary and made sure it was clear. I found the FC side of the 3way valve partially restricted when I blew through it. I replaced all 3 parts and put the new 3way valve in the home position and filled the system with 130psi of nitrogen. After 30 minutes the gauges were still showing 130psi. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 4.65 ozs of R134A. I tested the unit and both evaporators were building frost. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator has a malfunctioning ice maker ,it will not harvest upon inspection I found that there was no power going to the ice maker. I also found the shut off arm missing. Arrived onsite for Leaking water on both sides.. upon arrival inspected unit and found missing seal. ordrng 1 W10864081 (Seal)

"Arrived to inspect heating issue. I found the unit would still not heat, according to CX description and there were codes for heating within service test mode. Within service test mode, the unit did heat and I inspected the inner door area. I found the control had signs of excessive heating and the dispenser wax motor, while still working somewhat, had overheated and ruptured at the top of the housing. No leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11032769 (Dispenser)"

"Arrived on site for dryer, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint was dryer intermittently beeping and not responding. Theres a service pointer on GE for this model having that problem, and the fix is to order main control boardordrng 1 WE22X32939 (Control board)"

"Arrived on site for fridge not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the freezer at 32, I found poor airflow from the freezer and could hear the evaporator fan hitting ice. I gained access to the control and found the defrost circuit showing 33 ohms. I tried to force a defrost but the unit would not enter a defrost.

Arrived on site for dishwasher filling with water. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the inlet valve weeping. I found no voltage being sent to the water valve while the unit is in standby. I installed a new valve and tested it. It is now working as designed.
