I gained access to the fresh food evaporator and found the suction line bent at more than 90 degrees restricting refrigerant flow. I showed the customer and explained what was going on, and how with the location and severity of the bend the fridge wont cool properly and there is no way to repair it. The customer stated she is still in the product exchange window with Best Buy and she will have the. Replace it. Job complete."

I inspected the thermistors and found the return air thermistor reading 10 degrees after being removed from the fridge for 10 minuets. I installed the new thermistor. "Arrived to inspect gas odor. I found the air shutter on the venturi was incorrectly set and the fuel/air ratio was too lean, creating an incomplete burn and the consequential gas odor. I adjusted the air shutter to get a complete burn and ignition at the flame tube, instead of the prior flame kernel several mm from the tube, and tested. The raw gas odor issue was corrected and during testing, I found the vent hood above the unit was not vented to the outside and advised the CX to utilize nearby utility and powder room, powered-venting, to draw out expectant exhaust fumes from normal operation of the unit. I re-formed the right RC door gasket via steady heat and after it was acceptably corrected from shipping, I removed the failed existing gasket and installed the replacement. "Arrived to inspect FC door issue. I found the door would not fully close and the lower gasket retention channel was warped, allowing excessive gasket movement and air leakage. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is freezing items in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit is freezing items that are against the back wall and items in front of it and theres refrigerator and its freezing items in the door. Is it advised to the customer that any items that are pushed up against the back wall prohibiting airflow can cause this issue due to freezer air being stuck and not able to flow freely. Whats the temperature of the refrigerator and freezer and found the refrigerator at 36?F and the freezer at -2?F. Ran testing on the damper door but could not verify whether the damper actually closed. Checked resistance on the damper and found it within range. Checked the thermistor and found the unit registering proper temperature is in the refrigerator and freezer sections. I did advise the customer that at this point, I could not verify any failures within their unit unless if it was control related. I could not verify though that that was the problem as the most likely issue was with their airflow and packing their refrigerator too much. Went over proper loading procedures and am having the customer see if the issue continues before repair.

"Arrived on site for a four door refrigerator with the left side freezer frosting over. On arrival the customer stated that it only happened once and once they cleaned it up it never occurred again. I checked temps and found all compartments good. Upon further inspection I found all gaskets in good shape. I informed the customer of my findings and that it may have been caused from the door being left open. I walked them through how on this unit the doors will stop and stay open at a 45? angle, and that you have to make sure you push it all the way closed. If not, the hot air mixing with the cold can cause the frost formation. I found the unit working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a range over heating and a spot on the console getting to hot to the touch. On arrival the customer stated the home inspector checked temps after preheating and found them to high compared to he set temp. They also found the right side of the console getting very hot when using the oven. I showed and informed the customer on the vent under that side of the console and how that is were heat/steam escapes. I found the vent working as designed. I preheat the oven to 350?F and let the temps fluctuate. I took the average and found the unit heating as designed. Then once they turned it back on the unit cooled well at around 38?F for a day, and then shot up to 48?F. They were tracking this with a digital thermostat inside of the RC. I checked temps and found the RC at 43?F with nothing inside of it. The digital thermostat read 48.5?F, and I informed the customer on how those digital thermostats are not always accurate. Upon further inspection I found no frost build up on either evap and both had good frost patterns. I ohmd out the thermistors and found them within range. Due to the temp being a little high and the service pointer W11450890, I am going to install the control kit to improve performance and for a quality improvement. Arrived onsite for an ice machine to replace previous diagnosed parts. I found the reservoir timing out at a 4 minute fill and not getting full. I replaced the fill valve and tested the unit. The unit filled in 45 seconds and was almost at the top of the reservoir. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived for heater service pointer. Found dishwasher was not mounted properly. Removed dishwasher and replaced heater. Confirmed operation. No leaks. Advised customer that there was a install issue and new brackets were needed. Customer will order and reinstall. Call completed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Found defrost failure in rc caused by miscommunication between sensors and controls. Ui, main control, and would need to be replaced to complete repairs.

"Arrived on site for cooktop, inspected unit and work area. Tested unit and found igniter not working properly. The igniter was pushed down not making a good contact with the burner cap. I adjusted the igniter and unit is now operating as designed. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found no power to the unit. When I pressed the ON button, the unit began to make a loud moaning noise and then the light came on and it began to pump water into the reservoir. When the reservoir drained, the loud moaning noise came on again and I found the noise coming from the external drain pump. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for washing machine not draining and making a loud noise. I inspected the unit and work area. I found fault codes F9e1 drain pump system problem f8e6 water hazard, in diagnostics. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit working as designed. The drain pump was making a loud buzzing noise, I gained access to the drain pump and found a metal clip inside. I removed the clip and retested the unit. It is now working as designed.

Arrived on site for dryer not having power. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the unit not powering on. I pulled the dryer out and it turned on. I gained access to the outlet and found it loose. I wiggled the plug in the outlet and found thebpower cutting in and out. I tested resistance through the power cable and found it good and no loosing resistance as I move it around. I held the plug into the outlet with my hand and ran the dryer. It is working as designed. I recommend the customer have an electrician come out and inspect or replace the dryer outlet. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for UI not having any power. I inspected the unit and work area. When I opened the freezer door I found the lights not coming on, but they do when the rc door is opened. I gained access to the UI and found no voltage to it. I pulled the door switch and found the line in spade connector broken. I replaced the spade connector and powered the unit back on. It is now working as designed.

Arrived on site to replace the heating element. I inspected the unit and work area. I followed service pointer W11540964 and verified the model and serial number fall in range. I replaced the heating element and ran a diagnostic cycle. I found it working as designed. Job complete

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with an icemaker stopping. Ms stated the icemaker is working correctly and makes ice but the issue is it doesnt dispense ice correctly and it gets stuck in the ice chute. I found the separator door leaking warm air and causing the ice chute to frost up. I replaced the separator and tested the dispenser. All is working as designed. I went over using crushed ice with the customer. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with a fan not working and a light thats out. I found the temps good in the FC and the RC. The ice bucket was full of ice. All fans were working as designed. I went over with the customer on cleaning the condenser. I found one of the LEDs out on the RC LED circuit board causing the rest to be dim. The customer chose not to replace the control board and would live with it being dim at this time.

"Arrived on site and replaced heating element per service pointer, insured dishwasher is running properly and not leaking by observing a diagnostic cycle. Job complete"

"Arrived onsite for a ice machine that still would not make ice after the SS was replaced. Upon further diagnosis I found the inlet side of the drier restricted. I replaced the drier, vacuumed the system, and charged it with 5.75 ozs of R134A. I tested the unit and found it working as designed. Call complete."

Right on site and replaced all parts diagnosed on previous visit following service pointer. Recommended customer allow 12 to 24 hours for refrigerator to completely cool. If issue continues there is no known replacement of parts or adjustments that can be made to correct issue. Job complete
