"Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. Upon inspection I found FAE2 F8E2 stored in the system. I tried entering diagnostics but I was not able to with the display showing 2h 1h then turning off. I called techline to document, we found the back left heater grommet was leaking. He advised replacing the main control console and heater. I noticed water trails coming from the dispenser and vent. Yellow oily substance dripping down from the dispenser. Requesting autho for dispenser, vent, control, UI, heater. I then gained access to the lower ovens ignitor and tested the unit. I found the ignitor getting red, but never lighting. I gained access to the back of the unit and found the ignitor getting proper voltage. This indicates a faulty ignitor. Office to reschedule."

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking and filling up with murky water on its own. Upon inspection I found F2E2 F6E4 with missing digits on the display. I drained the unit and monitored the filter cavity. I found the cavity slowly filling up. The customer showed me a video of the tub over full of water and the float was completely submerged. I ran diagnostics multiple,e times but could not recreate a issue with the float. I explained how the component can get blocked or held down causing the unit to keep filling and eventually leak. I am ordering the UI to replace for the missing digits and replacing the drain hose on return trip. Office to R/S due to part availability. ; ordrng 1 W11219637 (Console)"

Found base plate came loose as well but items were jamming components from being accessible. Agitator was locked in place. The agitator and base plate would have to be broken off and replaced. Notified customer that it is possible that in the current condition additional parts may be needed but would not know for sure until agitator is removed.

Arrived onsite for long drain error code. Upon arrival unit was full of standing water. Ran drain and spin but unit did not respond. Put unit in diagnostics and activated drain motor but did not energize. Manually drained water out. After most of the water was drained I powered unit and he drain pump kicked on automatically and drained the remaining water. Went back into diagnostics and ran auto test. All passed. Ran calibration and all passed. Ran drain motor test and passed. Called tech line for assistance. SR#7732071281. Tech suggests replacing the drain pump. Impeller could be bad and getting caught. Forcing the water out may have freed it and it energized once plugged in. Replaced drain pump and tested. Unit is still giving issues. Would not properly cancel and drain tub. Replaced control for issues. Ran test and again did not function. Called tech line again for assistance. Recommended restarting unit and waiting 3 full minutes before turning on so that the control can load it?s software. Restarted unit and ran test. Unit did respond properly. Job complete

I found service pointer #W11520474 regarding clicking or metal on metal noises regarding the complaint of clicking noises emanating from the unit, i put the unit in a manual high spin per the service pointer and was unable to replicate any noise. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the ice maker creating solid blocks of ice in the ice bin and leaking. Upon arrival the customer stated that the ice maker is making ice, but will drop a big block of ice, and the ice will not break into pieces. Upon further inspection I found that the ice block was as the mold would make it, but it looks like it is not breaking it up. I checked temps and found the FC at 3?F and the IB at 14?F. I then ran an IM harvest in diagnostics and found the harvest working as designed. However, it appeared that the IM would harvest before the ice was completely frozen, which would allow the ice to slip out before it broke. This indicates a faulty thermistor on the IM. I installed the new IM and then tested the unit again. The unit is now running as designed.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was freezing up or to cold in the freezer. Upon arrival the customer stated the refrigerator compartment is the one freezing up items. I checked temps and found the FC at 2?F and the RC at 38?F. I found the items typically freezing were right by where the cold air comes in from the baffle, and at the back of the unit. I informed the customer on the way the unit cools and how this is normal operation. Upon further inspection I did find a small tear in the right side RC door gasket. Arrived on site for a dryer with a loud screeching noise. I tested the unit and found the sound to be a scratching or scraping noise. Upon further inspection I found a rock in the unit that was most likely causing the noise. I could see the felt on the back of the tub folded over where the rock may have been stuck. I removed the rock and tested the unit again. The unit was no longer making any noise. I ran the unit for several minutes and the noise never occurred again. The unit is now working as designed.

"Arrived on site for a range with one of the burners not working. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit began working today, but has not worked properly since they have owned it. They would have to use a lighter to start the flame for the front right burner. Upon further inspection I found the orifice holder needing to be adjusted and not making proper contact with the cooktop surface. This is most likely allowing gas to seep out of the wrong spot and not hit the ignitor. I unscrewed the orifice holder and aligned it properly. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=64 degrees. I removed the evap cover and found a small block of ice on the evaporator capillary tube and no frost on the evaporator. I checked the compressor and felt it very hot to touch. I found the condensate tube leaking in the evaporator pan to the right of the compressor. Thinking it was vibration from the condenser coil, I slightly lifted the tubing and found the water in the pan not moving. When I lowered the tubing back into the pan, air was blowing out even more.No water connections to unit, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is sometimes going off balance during bulky loads with towels, and some loads are still retaining odor in the clothes. Checked the inside of the unit and could not find any doors at all, or any evidence of mildew or standing water. Had customer show me their detergent, which is a plant based natural brand. Could not find any fault or odors with machine. Advised to use warmer water temps to assist in breaking down thicker detergents, which should assist with odor related issues, and to continue running affresh. I checked codes for off balance and found no codes present. When I ran the unit in a high speed spin, I found the unit rocking a bit on a diagonal axis, which I was able to resolve by adjusting a rear foot. Unit vibrates and moves less. I advised to add more items to towel and bedding style loads to make sure it doesnt go off balance due to wadding up. Unit is working as designed, and no failures were found. Call complete."

I found while in diagnostics I could not get function from the ice maker and it showed a code for faulty motor or time out. I inspected the hinge harness by pulling on each wire all looked to be intact. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Range had power upon entering home. I unplugged the range and removed the DSI board and installed new DSI board. Powered back on and range tripped the breaker. Tried resetting breaker and still wouldnt turn on and continued tripping breaker. Checked control for continuity. Checked outlet at the wall and it was good. I will be ordering a new main harness. Also ordering another main control board and DSI board just in case the main harness does not solve the repeated tripping of the breaker. Will also return with valve.
