Arrived on site to test unit for door making weird movement when closing on the left side. Test unit and found new door is a soft closing door. If you push on the door to close it fast you move the soft closing mechanism got to fast making door make a weird movement. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, the customer provided photos of their thermometer inside the RC section which showed temps between 42-45 degrees. Customer advised theyvrmbeen having foods spoil on the top shelf; mainly cheeses. I gained access to the RC evaporator and found the thermistor in the correct place and the evaporator with a good frost pattern. Pulled unit out and gained access to the hv control and tested the thermistor at the P5-3 to 4 molex and got 5.315kohms which is reading approximately 50-51 degrees. I contacted techline and spoke to Brandon and advised of the history of repairs, complaint, and my findings today. Brandon had me test in diagnostics tests 1, 2, 3, 4, 28, 29 and 30 and all temp readings in those tests were good ranged temps. Brandon recommended placing a bottle of water inside the RC section and in approximately 24 hours check the temperature of the water and if the temps are too high, then he recommended replacing the control kit. Provided SR#7740808780. I advised the customer of this information and recommended they take a photo of the temp readings of the water and contact our office to provide the readings to our office staff. I provided the SR number to my customer. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Asked customer if she noticed issue more first thing in the morning or after unit has been sitting with doors closed for extended periods. Customer stated issue arises randomly throughout the day. "Arrived on site to diagnose dryer with increasing time limits on sending cycles. Customer advised that they watched the timer a couple of times and felt time was not going down as quickly as it should, and clothes seem to be getting over dried. Tested the unit and found no abnormal hearing issues, and no error codes. Vent hose seems to be clear. Advised on location of sensor Bars and that load sizes should be big enough to contact the bars, or inaccurate cycle times may persist. Advised changing dry times are normal since it is a sensor cycle. Asked customer to run some timed dry cycles to make sure clothes are drying properly, and to possibly have their vents cleaned if not. I walked the customer through setting up the Maytag app as well. Customer needs to contact wifi team for assistance since network connection is erroring out. Customer will follow up if they are unable to connect and if cycles do not improve. Arrived on site for a dryer with same issues as last time I was there. On arrival client said product keeps showing a check vent or clean vent I didn't see it . I ran diagnostic and found error code F3E2 . I called Whirlpool techline spoke with Drew at 4:34pm eastern time he was unable to get me a SR# system was down. Drew let me know that no Whirlpool dryer should not have a vent extending more then 25ft and 90 degrees elbows are going to minus 5ft. Client contacted home builder and home builder is saying it's the dryer. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that continues to barely produce ice, maybe a couple harvests a day. Unit has had the icemaker / valve replaced previously. I found temps are all within spec for unit to harvest. I did however find that when I ran test 36 for the icebox fan, the fan never came on. WTW8127LWO Arrived on site for a washer leaking water. On arrival I didn't see any water leaking after running diagnostic. Further inspection found cold valve wasn't adding water to machine then i noticed hot hose connected to hot side of water valve was leaking and the despenser hose was so lose it came off after a slight pull on it with a clamp on it . I replaced water valve and despenser tasted on heavy load no signs of water leaks anywhere. Product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

Arrived on site to diagnose range having issues with burners staying lit when several burners are on. Checked gas supply and found valve was almost shut off completely. I turned the valve fully on and burners started working properly. I adjusted the flames low setting for the customer and advised on proper use and care. Unit working as designed. No parts needed.

"Arrived onsite to inpsect washer making a lot of noise. Upon further inosection, I found that the washer was going out of balance and making a banging a screeching noise while spinning. I examined the motor, cam, belt, and pully, and all do not show any signs of problems. I ran a test cycle with a load and found that the spin was very unbalanced. I found that one suspension rod was worn, causing the basket to go out of balance. I replaced the suspension and ran another test and found that it fixed the problem with out of balance. However, I found that the rear panel was banging against the chassis. I applied padding to dampen the sound, and now the washer is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inpsect washer sometimes not starting and sometimes leaving a '01' after the cycle has completed i placed the washer into diagnostics and observed error code F0E3 ( overload) and F5E1 (lid lock not sensed when trying to lock). I ran a test on the washer and found that all components are operating without issue. I attempted to replicate the issue but I could not replicate what the customer was experiencing. The customer stated that the problem is very inconsistent, and for a week, it has been operating without issues. I reset the unit and retested. The unit is operating asdesigned. "On arrival verified complaint of dispenser, dripping and water filter stuck in filter housing on inspection of the unit valves are functional. Ice maker is making full size ice and the ice is dry. Temperatures are correct at 0 and 37. The customer is using the incorrect water filters. Water filter is stuck in filter housing. Due to incorrect shape advise customer of use of proper water filter. When using correct water filter, it will prevent air leaks as well as malfunctions of the filter customer to order a new filter and replace job complete. No parts installed.."

"Arrived on site to test unit for F5E1 error code. Upon arrival customer stated unit would not lock lid, would actuate then flash the error code. He sprayed an electronic spray into the lid lock assembly and that seemed to help it but it still does not lock intermittently. Entered diagnostics and found F5E1 lid switch fault and F5E2 lid lock will not lock error codes stored. Tested unit, lid would lock a couple times, then will actuate multiple times and will not lock. Replaced lid lock assembly (W10810403) and tested unit, lid locks everytime. All other components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher that has standing water in between cycles. Upon further inspection, I ran a test, and all the components are operating as designed. The customer has an RO system drain attached to the same drain port as the dishwasher, which can cause this sort of pooling. I examined the water inlet port of the dishwasher very closely and detected a very small seep. I replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit. No water leaks were observed during service. W11434044"

NTW4516FW3 Arrived on site for a washer starting cycle then stopping. On arrival found washer stuck in wash cycle ran diagnostic found f8e1 ea4sed delted error code . I tested lower wire harness failed test also drain pump wasn't reading correct ohms replaced both parts tested . Calibrated and ran in customer mode waited 30 minutes into wash cycle product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

Arrived onsite for complaint of low or no ice production. Found full bin of ice. E0 on test 56. Harvested on 57 and filled on 45. Ice box fan is operating properly. Advised customer on to use and care principles to maximize efficiency. To keep the icemaker in as much constant use as possible by refreshing the bin/ taking at least half the ice off the top. Also to keep in mind that the computers in the fridge may from time to time need to be refreshed/reset by turning the unit off at the breaker for 5 minutes. All checks good. No leaks at time of service. No parts.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not producing ice. Upon further inspection, I checked temperatures and measured -10 in the FC and Rc 34 . I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed code E2 (motor lost position). I verified that the ice fan, heater, and water supply were good. I ran test 57 and test 59 and both tests failed. The icemaker has a bad motor. I replaced the ice maker and the HV control. I tested the ice maker, and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed duirng service. W11658802 W11224256"

"Arrived on site to test unit for noise. Upon arrival customer presented video of the issue, loud buzzing noise like an evap fan hitting ice. Customer also stated the noise would stop when FC door was opened. Gained access to evaporator, no defrost issue. Found a strange frost pattern indicating a leaking fill funnel. Installed fill tube extension (WPW10496649) from truck stock and sealed. Tested unit, fill funnel no longer leaking and unit is running as designed. Advised customer to monitor. No leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop leaking gas. Upon further inspection, using my liquid leak detector, I tested the gas line under the unit and found the connection between the elbow at the manifold and regulator is leaking again. I removed the unit from the countertop and gained access to the regulator and removed it and the elbow and found the Teflon tape had rolled up the elbow and wasn't sealing the connection. I re-taped the connection and re-installed the regulator and elbow placed the unit back in its space. Reconnected the gas line andntested the unit and retested all connections with liquid leak detector and found no further leaks. Contacted the owner and provided photos of my findings and repairs. No cost for today's service. No one available to sign for receipt. No gas leaks detected at the end of service, job completed."
