If start is pressed before all lights have illuminated, the unit will not start cycle. If repeated multiple times, the unit can go into a lockout mode. If this occurs, select a different function by turning the left selector knob, set temp, and start cycle. After unit lights, you can turn off and choose previous function used. I accessed the ice maker and it cycled as designed but would not fill. The customer stated he had recently replaced the filter so I removed the filter and engaged the valve. The IM now filled as designed. I re installed the filter and the ice maker now fills as designed with no sputtering or restrictions. I found the upper right hinge on the RC was crooked and not depressing the door switch all the way. I tightened the hinge and straightened it out. The ice maker and all other functions are working as designed at this time. I advised the customer to monitor the unit to ensure it produces ice.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Went to remove hose from valve and the knob to turn off cold water was missing. Hot water valve has the knob but no water is plumbed to this hot water valve. I was able to use my pliers to turn the cold water stem to the off position. Unfortunately, when I went to remove the hose water was still spraying out of the washers cold water valve end of the hose. Tried using pliers to turn the cold water stem the opposite direction and more water sprayed out. Even with the stem turned to the off position water still comes out of the wall. Explained to customer that the valve was not turning off and until they had a plumber come out to fix it we wouldnt be able to repair and replace the valve. Customer stated the washer has been working great since my last visit when the lid latch was replaced. She may or may not call us back to repair the valve. Again, at the current time and since my last visit the washer is working as designed. Removed damaged bezel and installed new bezel. Customer knows only cold water will allow the washer to run correctly. Job completed."

Arrived onsite and found unit power harness shorted and harness grounded. Customer supplying new power cord and will return with needed power block to repair. L1 burnt at power block. ; ordrng 1 WP3397659 (Block)

Arrived on site to diagnose cooktop not lighting the rear right burner. Ran unit and saw no spark at all on that burner. Removed cooktop cover and checked wiring. Found the igniter wire for that burner had been run under the cover for the spark module and it was cutting into it and causing it to arc on the cover. Moved wire and insulated. Reassembled and retested. Verified unit working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite and found unit had been completely defrosted and dried out perfectly. Disassembled and replaced the evap harness and fan assembly. Shimmed the drip pan and replaced the evap cover. "Arrived on site for no ice. Ran diagnostics,ice bucket test passed,ran icemaker thermistor test passed,ran harvest test passed,ran fill test passed. Removed bottom kickplate hard bend on wire harness no visible broken wires,ran fill test heater 14vdc from ui and heater ohmed to 132. Per service pointer recommendation is to replace ui.

Spoke with customer through door bell. No one available during service window. However after hard reset the unit is now operating as designed. Ad used customer to call back in event of repeat failure.

"Arrived on site to inspect range ovens not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the upper and lower ovens on bake and neither ignitor illuminated. I tested the upper oven broil and it operated as designed. I removed and replaced the lower oven bake ignitor and tested and unit is operating as designed. I am ordering the upper oven bake ignitor and scheduled return service. No gas leaks detected during service.; ordrng 1 WP7432P143-60 (Bake ignitor)"

"Arrived on site for no ice. Removed top cover found multiple slabs of ice on cutter grid,cutter grid not cutting ice,checked voltage at harness good,ohmed grid cutter diagnosed a defective cutter grid. Installed a new cutter grid,new grid getting hot to the touch."

"Arrived on site for Dishes Not Drying - Dishwasher. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Ran through diagnostics cycle and water filled, wash arms sprayed, diverter turned, and drain pump removed water. Once drain pump turned off I opened the door and water was sizzling across the heating element. Dishwasher running as designed. Customer is using rinse aid. Customer has a water softener so we turned the rinse aid dial down to 1 1/2 instead of 3. I noticed a good amount of suds inside the dishwasher once diagnostics had completed. With the dial turned down on the rinse aid dispenser the suds should subside. Explained to customer that plastic dish ware in most cases will need to be hand dried. He showed me a picture he took previously of the wet items after the dishwasher had completed a cycle and the items were all plastic. Explained the importance of keeping bowls and concave glasses at an angle on racks to prevent water from pooling and leaving water in these concave areas where water cant slide out. Customer was very responsive and understood how the dishwasher works with rinse aid and plastics. No leaks detected. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator section not cooling properly. Coolest at bottom of cabinet and warmer up each level. Ran test and isolated fans. In diagnostics mode passed but would not energize in normal operation. Called tech line for assistance. Explained situation and test run and tech recommended replacing RC evaporator cover with fan and thermistor assembly. SR7732079595.Installed evaporator cover assembly and tested. Unit is functioning properly. Notified customer to wait for temps to stabilize before loading approximately 24 hrs. Job complete

"Arrived on site for washer not working. I inspected the unit and work area. I found error codes f8e6 water hazard, f931 long drain, f53e lid will not unlock, I tried to run the unit through a diagnostics cycle and the unit would not respond. I swapped in a new control and tested the unit I found the drain pump receiving power but not rotating. I quoted customer for control and drain pump. I installed the drain pump. I calibrated the unit and ran it through a diagnostics cycle. The unit is working as designed, job complete
