Arrived onsite to inspect microwave not powering on. I found that the mini circuit breaker had tripped again that had tripped back in January of this year. I reset the mini breaker and tested the microwave. I found no cause for tripping the breaker. CX had a 20 amp outlet for microwave that wasnt being in the cabinet above the oven power supply. I took the cord from the microwave and plugged it in to that outlet. Possibly suspect that mini breaker could be failing and the CX can get to the breaker from the garage if it trips again. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he ran the unit through a harvest cycle in and advise that it was unable to complete a cycle. Did confirm no ice in the icemaker mold. Tested the ice level sensor and found it operating as designed. Tested the day I see Boxster Mr. and found it past and diagnostics. Checked freezer temperature and found the freezer at 5?F. Checked the temperature setting on the refrigerator and found the refrigerator sections to set at 38?F in the freezer set at 5?F. I did advise the customer that the freezer section is a little high and could be contributing towards their issues with ice and making. Turn down the temperature setting and ran the unit through icemaker error codes. Found an E5 for timed icemaking. When ahead and replaced the icemaker and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a range that is intermittently turning itself off and back on. Inspected unit and working area. The customer advised that if they unplug the unit and called the unit back in, the unit will work just fine but it happens on the cooktop and in the oven at various points. Customer advised that even if they shake the machine all the sudden the unit Might come back on. Disassembled the rear of the unit and did not find any issues with it wiring or connector pieces grounding against anything. Found the terminal blocks in good shape and working properly. Check voltage to the unit and found proper voltage. Tested the unit manually and everything seem to be working and operating as designed. I did advise the customer that the issue was most likely with their electrical supply due to the ability to unplug and replug the unit back in to get it to work. I advise that if the issue is on the machine side, it would most likely be with a wire that has a bad or loose connection. I did advise that since that is not the case and its not centrally failing in any specifically one one burner or oven, the issue would have to be with their electrical supply. I called Whirlpool Safety team and spoke to Kent SR# 7734568678. He advised to make no repairs at this time and have the customer reach out to an electrician to help them with their power supply issues. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for gas leak . Upon arrival noticed gas supply valve is on and there is no smell of leaking gas. Spoke to the tenant who has just moved in. He said he believed he smelled gas his first attempt to use oven and it is while in use. Tested unit by preheating to 400. Watched the unit cycle several times. Myself or tenant can not duplicate the smell. I believe that at some point there was a cleaning agent used and once heard it is what then tenant smelled. I turned the oven off and opened oven door to allow to Cool down. Tested unit again and unit is operating as designed with no leaking gas.

I then gained access to the inside of the unit and found the heating element and the idler assembly bad. The customer wanted the element installed now. I installed the element and test the unit. "Arrived on site for a washing machine leaking water from the back. On arrival the customer stated the unit seemed to leak a significant amount, and it appeared to be during the drain. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and gained access to the valve and drain pump. I then manually activated all valves for several minutes and drained the unit twice, but was not able to replicate the leak. Upon further inspection I found traces of water residue under the drain bellow. I informed the customer this is likely the cause of the leak, but due to not replicating the leak I could not be 100% certain. I also found the unit was on a customer pedestal. I informed the customer we could bring an additional tech to help remove the unit, but it would cost another service fee. The customer opted to remove it themselves prior to service. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the control panel lights were constantly blinking and they couldnt get it to stop then eventually they did stop. I found the start button light and drying light currently on when they should be off as the unit is in standby mode. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F10E2 and F2E1. I noticed the some of the digits on the display were missing. Cleared the codes and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. From experience with this unit and the F10E2 error code, I removed and replaced the main control and vent assembly. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling good in the FC again since the previous repair. I could see frost build up on the evaporator coil. I tested the bimetal from the jumper in the control box and found it open. I gained access to the bimetal and tested it finding it closed. I found the pink wire in the molex connector corroded and pushed partially out of the connector. I cleaned the pin and pushed it in place. I tested again from the control and found it good. I ran defrost in diagnostics and the unit worked as designed. I removed the remaining frost with my steamer. Call complete.

However, on arrival the ice bin was full. Upon further inspection I found the ice possibly thinner than it should be when on the thickest ice setting. I watched the unit harvest and found the water level going into the reservoir possibly to low, but the incoming stream seemed to be fine. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and everything passed. I inspected unit and found a pin hole on the fill tube, replaced it and as I was replacing it found the tube frozen that leads to a bad water valve, gamed access to replace it and also replaced icemaker. The ice maker wash harvesting and while harvesting its stoped. Checked voltage at the control and there was no voltage to the icemaker. "Arrived to inspect error. I found the unit displayed an F8E1 and the cold supply was not connected. After using a connection from a neighboring washer, I tested within service test mode and the unit operated through the test mode as designed. I advised the CX of my findings and they will correct the water issue. The actual issue with the unit was that it would not power on and was completely unresponsive. Per Technical Service Pointer #: W11481344, the ACU should be replaced. I removed and replaced the ACU and the unit operated as Designed. No leaks observed during service. Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking water.upon arrival complaint and found cause of failure was due to clogged drain.ice causing back flow of water into both compartments. Ran test cycle and all checked good. Informed CX that the door latch would need to be replaced to work properly.. Replaced latch and tested unit. Unit is working as designed. No leaks were detected during service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to test unit for leaking from bottom of FC. Found drain tube was frozen over. Removed ice and frost build up and cleared drain tube, unit working as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating properly. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they are having to do dry their clothing more than one cycle and sometimes the clothing still doesnt get completely dry. I tested the vent with my vent test kit and the unit passed both tests (photos). I tested the unit on timed dry with high heat and I could see the element illuminating at the back left corner while having the door open and the door switch closed. I pulled the unit out and removed the back panel and tested the element and it only showed 9ohms (tech sheet shows 30-50ohms). I tested the thermostat and it too was out of range 20kohms at 83 degrees (39.5-49.0kohms at 83 degrees). I removed and replaced the element and thermostat and retested and unit is showing 164.4 degrees (15510 degrees). Unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I went to test temps in the FC and when I opened the FC door I found frost in the compartment (photo). I found the right side of the FC door wasnt closing all the way and allowing warm air inside the freezer causing the frost build up. I did not find anything in the back of the FC section that is blocking the door form closing. I did find a large amount of frost built up on the right rail. The customer opened the RC doors and I found the interior lights not on and a red light flashing on the control panel. Customer reset the panel before I could see which light was flashing. While I had the FC door open inspecting the door, the open door light came on but the customer wasnt sure which light is always coming on. I recommended that the customer remove all food items and turn t(e unit off to allow it to defrost, at which time, they need to inspect the freezer door to see if it closes completely. If they find that it doesnt, I recommended they contact our office to schedule return service. The unit is cooling properly at this time with no water leaks. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not getting water. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit filled with water and the motor failed to come on. I advanced through testing and the dispenser, drain pump and element all operated as designed. I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. 1 year warranty on parts

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found the ice maker in the middle of a harvest but the tines were unable to move the ice. I removed the ice maker and found where the tray had leaked and the heater had shorted out. I replaced the ice maker and tested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon arrival I perform temp tests an found the the upper oven was off by 25* and the bottom off by 27* I the performed a temperature calibration and adjusted temps accordingly and tested again and found that the temps are now closer to set temp

"Arrived on site for thin ice. Ran diagnostics weak water flow,removed connection from valve turned on water source dirty water came out,tested again no water with source turned on,diagnosed no water to unit customer will need a plumber to check for no water to machine.

"Arrived to inspect and clean unit. I found the ice production was low and one of the slabs that was supposed to drop, lodged on the evaporator plate and completely melted. I removed debris from the unit and started the cleaning. I advised the CX on the remaining steps to complete. Ice machine cleaning service, No leaks observed during service.

"BT arrived to inspect dishwasher. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found error codes F8E1, F5E1, and F7E1. I also found the circulation pump not coming on. I ohmed the circulation pump and found it out of range. I replaced the sump and motor assembly and ran the unit through diagnostics again. The unit is now working as designed and no error codes present. No leaks found during service.

Arrived onsite for dryer that has a broken console. Upon arrival I found that the power button was broken.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed that the unit was not cooling and found the compressor would run but the evaporator fan was not. Check voltage at the evaporator fan and found proper voltage. Replaced the evaporator fan motor and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to install a new heating element. I verified the model and serial number fall in range with service pointer W11540964. I I installed the new heating element according to the service pointer. I tested the unit and found it working properly. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is still not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint and checked temperatures in the fridge and freezer sections. Found the refrigerator at 38?F and the freezer at 20?F. Due to sealed system repair done or year and a half ago, took pressures on the Unit and found the high side at 105 psi in the low side at -10 psi. Check for die around the unit and could not find any dye anywhere. Went ahead and charged the unit and tested pressures. Found the refrigerator showing 140 psi on the high side and zero psi on the low side. Advised the customer to keep an eye on the unit and call back if ice production stops again. If customer calls back, customer will need sealed system repair. Call complete."

Arrived on site for washer needing replacement of ui panel. Upon arrival installed required part. Reassembled and tested unit and found ui functionality fully restored. Call complete

Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer that is not turning on. Found breaker tripped and reset it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time. Advised customer on issues between gfci and afci protected circuits and that appliance manufacturers do not recommend connecting units to these type of circuits as ungrounded parts can cause them to trip.

Arrived on site to replace door switch for refrigerator. Replaced switch and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.
