I found the blower wheel cover to be touching the wheel causing the noise I adjusted the blower wheel and added pads to ensure the wheel will not touch the cover. "For a washing machine that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit is still full of water, and that they were able to get their clothes out. However, the unit quit in the middle of a cycle and has not worked since. I found an F9 E1 (long drain) error code flashing on the screen while it was plugged in. I gained access to the control and checked resistance through the drain pump at the control. I found it open. I cant access underneath and found a wire split on the wire harness. I ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed without leaking during operation. I filled the basket 2/3 full of water, and then did a manual drain. I noticed that during the drain, the drain hose was attempting to back out of the pipe in the wall And was almost splashing out. Arrived onsite for unit with no operation. I found the breaker tripped. When testing the oven I found the unit to trip about 2 minutes into bake cycle. I found correct Amp draw from both broil and bake elements. I replaced the control and performed a burnoff on the elements with ground disconnected. Unit reached temp with no issues. I reattached the ground and set the unit to bake 500 degrees again. Unit reached temp and I suggested customer to leave oven running for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Arrived onsite for washer with no operation. Upon arrival found the tub full of water. I checked continuity on the drain pump from the control and found a open line. I tested the ohms on the pump and it was reading 20.1 ohms. There is a split in the harness on the drain pump connector. I replaced the harness and unit is now operating as designed. Arrived onsite for specific vibration sound that would occur at a particular time every normal cycle. Determined cause to be steam valve running even though steam feature is not hooked up to water supply causing excessive vibration noise. When I went to evacuate the system, I found it dry. I disassembled the unit to find the evaporator tubing had corroded and leaked the refrigerant out. I replaced the sealed system parts mentioned and vacuumed the system down to -30/0 psi. Installed 5.75oz of R134a refrigerant and allowed it to equalize. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that has multiple issues. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that after the previous technician had level B unit, he South machine in a place that wouldnt allow them to open the door for Lee. I did confirm the customers complain and adjusted the machine placement. The customer explained that they are still having issues with the unit not completing cycles. They advised that they are having a ring out their clothes in order to dry the clothes. I ran the unit three diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill) error code. I tested all valves and found the second cold water valve being supplied voltage, but not drawing in any water. I found both other cold and hot water valves, drawing in water, indicating a failed cold water valve. "Arrived on site for an ice machine. That is not making ice. Inspected unit and work.. The customer advised that the unit does make ice, but that they are getting some brown stuff that is dripping down onto the cover in the ice container and dripping into the reservoir, causing their ice to smell and taste terrible. She didnt know if it was an issue with a refrigerant leak and so she Wanted to have it checked. I confirmed the customers complaint and found the unit dripping some rust from the evaporator thermistor clip. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rob SR# 7740567704. He advised that this can happen, and that it is not unsafe for the customer, but advised to just go ahead and replace the evaporator through Mr. if the customer is unsatisfied. He also advised that you can use a zip tie if need be. I asked the customer which route they would prefer and the customer advised they will try the zip tie, but still wanted to have the evaporator thermistor ordered just in case. The customer stated that she would contact us and cancel service if they have no further issue. I used a zip tie to fasten the evaporator thermistor to the evaporator and tested the unit. I found the unit working an operating as designed. Ordering the part and rescheduled the customer to 12/27.; ordrng 1 W11123917 (Harness)"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont lock the lid. Inspected unit and work area. I ran into into diagnostics and found an F9 E1 (long drain) error code. I told the washer back and found that the washer was still full with a little bit of water. I gained access to the wire harness and did not find any splits on the wire harness. I checked the drain pump connector and found the drain pump connector had pulled off the drain pump slightly and immediately upon pushing the connector back in, I found the unit start to drain. I ran the unit through an auto test twice and shook the machine while it was draining to make sure that there was no issue with the wire harness itself. The unit ran through both cycles without an issue. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher getting no water. Upon arrival customer stated it fills with water but doesn't wash the dishes. I tested the unit no errors were stored. Unit operates as designed however I noticed customer had Tupperware lids blocking the bottom washarm. I advised the customer that she will need to watch where the lids are as them blocking the lower washarm will cause a uneven cleaning. Unit operates as designed at time of service. No water leaks. Call complete. No parts installed.

Arrived onsite for previous diagnosed part. I replaced the door latch and tested the unit. Unit now operates as designed. Call complete. Installed WP3406107 DOOR SWITCH.

Arrived onsite for microwave not heating. I tested the microwave and noticed a humming noise present. I found the capacitor to be good. I replaced the diode and magnetron and tested the unit. "On arrival. Verified complaint of not completing cycle. Ran diag and found no error codes. Ran spin test and heard a major rumble and severe wobble of drum. Inspected suspensions and found they are good. Removed agitator and Found inner basket is worn and will need inner basket, gear case and possibly splutch replaced. "On arrival verified complaint of not starting cycle. Ran error codes and found locked rotor code. On i spection found shield was friction welded to the rotor. I was able to break shield off to make unit functional in the mean time, but will need to have rotor and shield replaced. Ordering Rotor W11260238 shield W11627512. Arrived on site for a washer off balance. On arrival found error code F0E5 cleared error code and balance legs on washer calibrated and tested product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from watersupply no parts used.

Arrived on site for oven not heating. And possibly leaking heat through gasket. Upon arrival inspected unit and door and seal are good. Found fracture on left side of bake element. Replaced element W10779716. Test unit by preheating to 350. Unit preheated correctly. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inpsect washer not starting a cycle. Upon further inspection, I found that the wiring to the drain pump was broken. I replaced the wiring harness and tested the unit. The unit would not lock. I checked the lid lock and it tested bad. I replaced the lid lock and tested the unit and is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. Arrived on site to inspect oven not maintaining consistent temperate. Upon further inspection. I found that the oven is not igniting properly. I gained access to to the burner assembly and found that the air shutter was open too wide and that the igniter needed to be adjusted slightly. I adjusted the igniter and the air shutter and tested the unit. The oven is now operating as designed. No gas leaks observed during service. No parts installed.

"Arrived onsite for install concerns and excessive lint build up in trap and trap housing. Unit is drying properly, and no error codes. Advised customer that the unit duct is a flex line and is excessively snaked and bent behind the dryer and it would be an improvement in efficiency to have a ridged duct used with no unnecessary turns. No parts used. Advised that due to length of duct the restricted airflow advisory is normative."

Arrived onsite and tested washer not draining. Found draining fine but not spinning some of the time on account of off balance loading technique not enough clothing in some loads. Verified drain trap clear and good pump function. Observed lord unable to balance due to insufficient volume.
