Arrived onsite for and oven that is not cooking evenly. Up arrival I performed a temp test and found the the unit is heated as normal. Cx showed me a picture of bacon the they were cooking in the oven and it showed that One side was crispier than the other. I advised the cx that oven may have hotspots in them and what could help is if they turn the dish they are cooling halfway through the cooking process. As I could not find any sort of failure I contacted Butch at techline and advised of the findings and it was determined that the unit is operating as designed and was given the same advice that I gave to the cx. "Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts JBZFL30IGX00. Upon arrival I found the ice bin completely full and the ice was properly sized with a good appearance. I suspect the prior issue was completely due to the supply line freezing and due to current operation and prior findings of all correct voltages and resistances, no further action should be taken. The unit was not set well within the chassis and I corrected and matched to the cabinet. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service. I contacted the MFG tech assist line and advised of my findings, SR# 7734387162, tech Bruce. The tech advised no further action and if future issues arise, W11515313 and W11234554 should be replaced at that point."

Arrived onsite for a dryer that has long dry times and keeps adding time when the clothes are already dry. I tested the unit in a regular cycle with nothing in the dryer and it counted down from 57 minutes to 42 minutes and never dropped time or shut off with the UI changing from sensing to wet. The tech sheet in Service Matters does not give diagnostics steps and the service manual I found after removing the engineering digits is for an older model dryer. While on hold for techline I tested the sensor circuit from the control and it tested good. I found the wall outlet with reverse polarity and I explained to the customer that on these newer machines this can make the controls wig out. I explained to the customer how to test the unit and what to look for with no clothes loaded. Mr is going to correct the polarity at the outlet and then will test it and call us if needed. If customer calls back we need to return with the control. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven door not sealing. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit is not reaching temps, the oven door isnt closing all the way and the unit sits too high compared to the countertops. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the center of the middle rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 369 degrees. My next 4 readings were 374, 323, 380, 334 for an average temp of 352 degrees. While testing, I removed the warming drawer and placed my level on the unit and it is showing to be perfectly level (photo). I tested the cooktop and all burners are functioning properly. I advised the customer of my findings and provided photos of my findings. Also checked the door and found the receivers screws were loose and I adjusted and tightened the receivers. Tested the door operation and it is operating as designed. Other than the hinge receiver adjustments, no further repairs needed at this time. Job completed."

I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Andy SR# 7734889405. He advised me to remove the cap tubes from the 3-way valve ad low side port at the compressor to blow nitrogen through the evaporators. I did go ahead and do that but was unable to remove any excess oil. Went ahead and replace the dryer and ended up welding the top of my dryer shot. Went to replace another dryer and found that the steel line was too short for the next dryer due to having to cut off a part of the steel line that was soldered shut. I called whirlpool tech line back and spoke to Cliff (same SR#). He had me take a photo of the issue and advised that there was not enough steel line to make a proper repair. He advised that this unit would be sent to review and to tell the consumer that whirlpool would be in contact with them or myself within the next 3 to 5 business days. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling correctly after the previous repair. I tested the FC temp and found it at 10 degrees. I found the RC only at 50 degrees. Settings were at 37 & 0 degrees. I found the evaporator frosted up again. I ran multiple test and the thermistors and the fan are working as designed. The coil is getting a full frost pattern. I found both door closures sprung and not keeping the doors shut. I suspect this is most of the problem since the right door gasket had been replaced. I was able to reload the right door closure and that door is closing as designed but the left door closure is broken along with the bushing. Both will need to be replaced. I removed all the frost from the RC coil. Ordering washer, closure, and bushing. Office to RS.; ordrng 1 W11109515 (Washer) and 1 W11159608 (Hinge Bushing) and 1 W11179355 (Closure)"

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I replaced the faulty replacement compressor and tested. The unit would not circulate and after the second test, the internal drain pump stopped operation as well. I inspected the primary AC connection from the transformer and it showed 7.2 VAC with no load and a verified line VAC OF 123.8. When the drain pump loads were switched on via manual service mode, the voltage would drop to 0VAC and there was no pump action confirmed. The unit will require a replacement transformer. The circulation pump tested correctly and I will return with it, in the unlikely event the pump is required. I tested the exhaust thermistor and found it reading 95 degrees when it is higher. I installed a new thermistor. I retested the unit and found poor air flow. I recommend the customer have vent wizard come out.
