Upon arrival I found Rc63* fc24* then I checked the freezer and found frost/ice buildup on the back cover I gained access to the evap and found that it was covered in ice/ frost. I also found that the fan harness had a separation in that I advised customer to defrost the refrigerator over night with towels around it. Job complete.

Upon inspection I found that the soap dispenser side of the dispenser was working normally/ opening as it should at the right time in the wash cycle. Upon further inspection I found that the rinse aid was leaking out of the dispenser. I replaced the dispenser and advised customer to switch to a liquid detergent and to run some hot water at the tap before running the dispenser. "Arrived on site for a washer not draining properly. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F9E1 for long drain, F3E1 for water level system error, F8E3 for overflow, and F0E1 for load detected during clean. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found it threw a F9E1 error code at the end, and the drain never energized. I checked voltage to the drain and found none. After resetting the power several times it fixed itself and drained. I gained access to the back of the unit and found a leak at the drain and the bottom of the pipe vent. Upon further inspection I found the bellow also leaking. I am ordering the bellow, control, and pipe vent to install. I will bring back the pump to install too. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator were another company diagnosed a sealed system failure and the customer was told to contact Whirlpool. On arrival the unit was on and above 70?F. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running as designed. Upon further inspection I found both evaps with no frost pattern or ice build up. I gained access to the back of the unit and found the compressor running, but only drawing .4 amps. This indicates a bad SS. I found SS repairs still covered. Arrived on site for a dishwasher that was tripping the breaker. On arrival the unit had power. I test the drain and latch but could not trip the breaker. Upon further inspection I found the bushings on the heater completely corroded. I gained access to the back of the unit and found signs of a leak. I informed the customer it is possible the leak onto the element connector could possibly be shorting out and causing the breaker to pop. "Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and when the unit got to agitate and spin, I could hear the motor functioning, but the washplate and basket failed to turn. I tilted the unit back and found where the unit had dropped to the floor and caused the pulley to burn through the shield and the pulley nut came off and the belt warped and came off (photos). I removed and replaced the cam assembly and belt and cleaned up the shield and retested. Unit is operating as designed. I tested the suspension rods and they are good. Advised the customer of my findings and repairs. Made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
