I replaced the compressor, evaporator, heat exchanger, and drain pan heater. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 7.75 ozs of R134A refrigerant. I tested the unit and it had a good frost pattern and is working as designed. Pressures were at 2 low and 125 high. I replaced the filter and installed a new icemaker. "Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and found customers experiencing water in the tub when the dishwasher is not running. Inspected incoming valve and did not see any water trickling in. Found home has a reverse osmosis system and it was installed sharing the garbage disposal drain with the dishwasher. Explain to customer that whirlpool does not allow this because when reverse osmosis system purges it can fill up the dishwasher via the drain hose, this could cause dishwasher to overflow and damage floor. Recommended that they contact reverse osmosis company and have them change to a clamp style drain connection. Also found racks have rust spots, took pictures. I removed the evap cover and found a good frost pattern and found the thee air ducts were damaged and the evaporator cover plenum damaged allowing for air gaps. Also found the FC liner at the door gapped and sealed it with silicone. Contacted techline and spoke to TJ and advised of my findings and parts on order and attached to previous SR#7734027309. Ordering the evap cover, air ducts, and evap cover plenum. Office to schedule return service. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that shuts off sometimes and is not making ice. I found the evaporator completely frozen over in ice. I tested the thermistors and found them in range. I tested the fans and forced defrost finding all working as designed. I found the drain tube completely restricted causing the drip pan to back up that cause the issues. The fan fad been hitting ice and I suspect this was the reasons for the power failure. I cleared the drain and defrosted the coil. I mounted the thermistor with foil tape and zip tied it. The unit is working as designed. I did explain to the customer that I do not believe that there are any other issues at this time but there is a possibility that we would need to replace the UI

I spoke to the customer and found out it will intermittently happen. I gained access to the main control and found ribbon for the met pad not seated properly. I removed all the connections and cleaned them out. I reconnected everything properly and ensured it was all seated correctly. I reassembled the unit and tested it. I found it working as designed. The ribbon not seated properly can cause intermittent display and buttons issues if its not making full contact.

Arrived onsite for a MW with error code f1e4. Upon inspection I found that the error code was there I unplugged unit and plugged it back in as per tech sheet and found no change. I replaced the control and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. The cx the brought to my attention that there is a lot of oil residue left behind even after using the vent hood. I check the vent hood and found the it had good air flow. I explained to the cx that all the oil particles out of the home because they may be heavier particles in the smoke/steam therefore they settle quicker on your microwave and cabinets and go build up overtime. Customer then mentioned that his neighbor has the same over the range microwave and they use just as much oil or more than he does and their cabinets and microwave do not have oil residue left on them. I called techline and had this documented with Robb sr#7734265330. Job complete
