WFE525S0JS4 RG: Arrived on site for a range tripping breaker. Further inspection found pig tail was twisted and screwed on connection. Untangled connection removed ground wire and preheated oven to 500 degrees. Connected ground wire back on preheated to 500 product is working as designed no tripping of breaker. No parts were used on order.

"WED5100HW3 Arrived on site for unit not drying properly. Upon arrival, checked temperature on Normal cycle and registers 255 degrees F max temp. Continued to check on Timed Dry right after and unit will not heat above 150 degrees F. Unplugged dryer vent and still did not exceeded above 150. Disassembled unit and cleaned all lint inside unit. Retested unit on Timed Dry with vent off and unit registers 114- 183 degrees F offset. Plugged vent back in and temp went at high as 225 degrees F, then dropped and never maintained above 150 degrees. Removed chicken wire from the exhaust outside and now unit is running within specs. Unit is functioning as designed. No parts replaced"

The customer advised that everything works but when they try to run the air fry setting, it makes a really loud noise. I tested the unit and confirmed the noise coming from the convection fan blade. I gained access to the convection fan and found that the blade was bent, causing it to rub against the front cover. I reshaped the fan blade and reassembled the unit. I ran the unit for 10 minutes with the convection fan coming on and off and could not replicate the sound again. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for dishwasher that is quitting after running for five minutes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised theres still water inside of the dishwasher and that it will not drain. The customer stated that this unit was installed two weeks ago. I attempted to drain the unit and found the pump running, but no water draining in the sink. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F9 E1 (long drain) error code. I removed the drain hose from the garbage disposal and found that the knockout punch had not been knocked through. I asked the customer if they recently changed the garbage disposal and she advised that her installers told her she needed to install one for them to install the dishwasher. I knocked through the knockout punch and tested the unit. I found the unit draining. I tested the unit and a normal wash cycle and found the unit filling, recirculating, and draining as designed without quitting after five minutes. The unit is now working and operating as designed. No parts were installed."

Arrived on site for a microwave that is not turning on the vent. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit vent has never worked since they bought it and that this is brand new. I tested the unit and confirmed the fan motor would not turn on. I gained access to the fan assembly and found that the connector had not been properly connected. I connected the fan motor and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Arrived onsite for refrigerator leaking water. I found water leaking into the refrigerator compartment. Upon further inspection I found a huge gap on the left bottom gasket and gaps along the bottom and bottom right of the gasket. I took a spacer off the hinge so the door would close correctly and I reshaped the gasket so it would seal properly. I informed the leasing office that the customer will need to leave the door shut for 3-4 hours so the gasket can cool down and keep it's shape. No water leaks present at time of service. Arrived onsite for washer not spinning/agitating. I confirmed washer would not spin or agitate.i got under the unit and found the belt had slipped off the gearcase and sitting on the floor. I re attached the belt and cover as the belt was not damaged. The belt is now sitting firmly on the motor and gearcase and will no longer slip. I tested the unit and is now operating as designed. "Arrived on site to text unit for door squeaking.Upon arrival customer stated top hinge on the RC door is squeaking when opened and closed. Tested unit found squeak present. Removed products off of the door and tested, no squeak. Advised to customer that there are too many heavy items on the door (milk cartons and large juice bottle) causing the door to be weighed down and squeak. Advised to customer to removed some of the heavier items. Returned all products to the door and squeak has been eliminated. When replacing the knob I found the cutout for the cooktop to be too big causing the middle to lean forward and put resistance to turning the knob/valve. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator not cooling. Found the start device was not engaging at all. Once I tried a new start device the compressor started. I checked my coils and found one measurement 2x as high as the others. Rotor in compressor is likely locking up, burning up the start devices. I removed the old compressor and dryer after verifying I had refrigerant pressure. When installing the new compressor I found the access piping was severely bent. I tried to straighten it, and saw it had cracked on the bottom from being bent, right at the compressor housing. Reordering compressor. I installed a new dye drier so return tech only has to install compressor / vac / charge. Access Valve is cut and also prepped for install. Arrived on site to inspect microwave with broken element support. Upon further inspection found that the ceramic support had broken. I installed a new support. The customer brought up that she had concerns about the way the unit would sometimes decrease the set cooking time. "Arrived on site for a cooktop that wont ignite the back left burner. Inspected unit and work area. The customer explained that this unit is brand new, and that the back left burner will not ignite. I tested the unit and confirmed that the igniter was not even attempting to ignite. I disassembled the unit and found the igniter, not completely pushed all the way in on the spark module. I fixed the connection and reassembled the unit. I found the unit was working an operating as designed. I did adjust the flame height on the back left burner because it seemed like it was a little high. The unit is not working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not cooling well in the refrigerator compartment. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise of the opposite issue is happening at this point. She advised that her refrigerator does not seem to keep items cold and is having several items of food that are spoiling. I took temperature of the refrigerator and freezer sections and found the refrigerator at 35?F. I found the freezer at 4?F with the unit still running and cooling. I did verify the evaporator fan was running. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Jake SR# 7739922690. Hey, had me check the evaporator fan and condenser fan to ensure both were running properly. I did verify both fans were running. He stated that if that was the case, and based on recorded temperatures, the issue would have to be with the customer not shutting the doors properly or There may be no issue at all. He advise not to make any further repair at this time as we have exhausted the only two items that he would have potentially replaced. He advised that he does not believe the issue was with the actual unit and to have the customer put a meat temperature probe in a glass of water and keep an eye on the temperature over the next few days. He advised that if the temperature did not get over 44?F, there would be no issues with the refrigerator itself. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"WRS331SDHM08 Arrived to inspect noise. The customer advised they heard a severe and persistent rattle and unplugged the machine for a few hours. Upon plugging it back in, the issue was resolved. I found excessive ice within the evaporator intake area, conducive with either ice maker fill tube leaking, or excessive moisture buildup within the evaporator area. The ice maker had recently cycled and there were no signs of spill-over, ruling it out. The cabinet had excessive gapping and mullion fitment issues. I was able to seal all gapping issues and re-form the mullion for better gasket fitment. The sealing of the doors was noticeably better and the tenant will contact maintenance if the issue persists. No leaks observed during service."

"KMMF730PPS00 Arrived to inspect lights and fan turning on by theirselves. Initially, the blower and lights would turn on at around 20:00. Over the course of time, the issue has started around two minutes per day, sooner and has gotten to around 19:00. The machine operates normally via UI control and app, and is connected to the MFG app. The customer also advised that when the issue occurs, they have to wait approximately one minute to shut the blower and lights off, both on the UI and via the app, shutting each device off, in its own. I suspected connectivity to the app to be the issue, but reached out to the MFG tech assist line for further assistance. Tech Adrian. There were no reports of the issue and the tech agreed that we should shut the app connectivity off, within the machine. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the range oven light not turning off when the door closes and keeping the oven from heating properly, I removed and replaced the door latch/switch assembly and tested. The unit is operating as designed and the door is engaging the door switch properly showing that the door is completely closed and the interior light turns off. I notified the customer via phone and advised of the repairs and they were not available to sign for their receipt. Closed/locked the door and secured the key in the lock box. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed. W11029221"

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine making too much ice. Upon further inspection, I tested the bin thermistor and found it reading at 4.78 kohms which its reading at 54-55 degrees. The thermistor should be reading closer to 7.9 kohms at approximately 35-37 degrees. I removed and replaced the thermistor and tested the unit in diagnostics and it is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water from dispenser. Upon further inspection, the maintenance staff advised the unit power was turned off and the ice bin was not removed and they believe that the ice me,ting is the cause for the water leaking from the dispenser area. I checked the ice bin and it is empty and the water source is turned off. I pulled the unit out and turned the water on to find the water hose from the wall to the water line on the unit was not connected properly and was leaking water. Turned the water source off and secured the water hose connection to the water tube on the unit and turned the water back on. No further leak in that area. I tested the water dispenser and found no water leaking from the dispenser. When I tested the ice door, some water came out which tells me the maintenance staffs theory of the ice melting is the source for the dispenser leaking. Tested the unit thoroughly and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed. No parts installed today."

On arrival verified complaint of unit gaskets not sealing. On inspection found gaskets are good but liner is not tight in some areas. Sealed gasket to door with adhesive on both RC and fc doors. Arrived on site for washer needing new tub. On arrival installed w11460604 tub and w11557803 screw. Tested unit with towels on high speed spin and found unit working as designed with no leaks. Call complete

On arrival verified complaint of no console. Pre previous diag replaced console. Ui was not needed as console came with a board. After replacing found main not sending complete voltage to UI.
