"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop middle burner not turning off. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and I plugged it back in and tested. While testing, I found the middle burner cap not seated correctly and once it ignited, it put off a very large flame. I adjusted the cap and retested and the unit is operating as designed. Customer advised that the middle burner ignitor will stay on even when its not in use and they demonstrated and advised that the other burner ignitors are coming on as well. I advised the customer that when starting one burner, all ignitors will arc and once the burners have ignited, they have to turn the valve knob to the H in order for them ignitors to stop arcing and demonstrated. Unit is operating as designed and no gas leaks detected during service. Attempted to contact Safety to report my findings and their office was closed. Will contact following business day."

Arrived on site for an ice machine that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer had the unit turned off and advised that it had been making ice and then all of a sudden stopped making ice all together. They advised that the unit wasnt even making a sheet of ice and was leaking. Ran it through diagnostics and found all tests working as designed but found water leaking from the reservoir drain cap. Found the cap not fully seated on the reservoir causing the reservoir to leak pretty consistently as a unit was recirculating water. Fixed the issue and tested the unit. Arrived onsite and found temps at -7fc and 38 ff. Adjusted temp for freezer to not overwork to meet tolerances. Fans are good and airflow is not obstructed. No further repair needed at this time.

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher with the lower wash arm making a clicking noise still. The customer stated that after I left the last time it started making the noise again and has done it every cycle since. The customer stated it starts happening right after a normal cycle is started. I started a normal wash cycle and tested the machine. The machine ran normal and sounded normal. After the rinse aid got injected in the cycle and let the machine run about 15 minutes and inspected finding suds to start building up. The arm still was quiet and sounded normal but I suspect that when the customer is using a Cascade complete pod with the rinse aid it is causing to many suds and causing the float to rise and the arm to hit it. I showed the customer how to turn the rinse aid down to minimum and how to lay a butter knife across the float if the noise happens again so the float cannot rise to see if the noise stops. I explained that if this was the issue then they will need to either stop using rinse aid and just use the pods or use the rinse aid on minimum and use a liquid detergent. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for an ice machine to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I found the system flat and found the suction line very corroded when the drain line at the chassis had been leaking water on it. I replaced the compressor and evaporator. I installed a drier and installed an access valve on the new compressor. I vacuumed the system and it held the vacuum. I went to charge the system and the valve on my R134A bottle had froze up. I tried opening it with pliers and the shaft broke in the tank. Will need to return to charge the system and reassemble the machine. RS for Wed 12/6.; schdld next appmnt for 12/6 WED PM

Arrived on site for dryer not drying. On inspection I put my meter in to monitor the heat. It went up 265? down to 120? then backup to 265? then back down. I felt the clothes n the washer and they seem to have to much water still in them. I told them to run the drain and spin cycle to extract more water for a week and see if the dryer dries the clothes faster. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is leaking from the filter area. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit is not leaking from the filter but leaking at the evaporator. She advised that she had her home warranty company come out for this machine several times and they replaced the compressor. She advised that when they call back that they found the evaporator and that their home warranty would not cover the evaporator replacement. She showed me a photo of what the unit looked like. Took temperature inside the freezer section and found it at 25?F. Did find an ice ball up on the upper right hand corner in the freezer section. I found evidence of water that had pooled within the dispenser area and then steadily dripped into the drip pan and then onto the outer door and down to the floor area. There were remnants of melted and then re-frozen ice within the ice bucket and the customer advised they did have some power interruptions recently. I explained that power interrupted long enough, can allow the ice within the bin to start melting. This causes water flow into the dispenser area and subsequent dripping within the dispenser area, as experienced. I advised the customer to remove the ice storage bin anytime there is a prolonged power outage in the further. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not getting enough water. Upon further inspection, I found the unit settings on Normal wash with cool water, Medium deep fill and medium extra rinse. I placed he unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I tested the unit in a Normal wash cycle with a High Deep Fill and left all other settings the same as mentioned above. The unit began to sense then went to soak/fill and the basket was empty. Once the unit filled and went to a wash cycle, I paused the unit and advised the customer that the unit fills based on the weight of the clothing and with no clothing in the basket, the water level was correct for the settings. Arrived on site to test unit for console not responding. Found start button and cancel buttons not working. Relaxed console test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite for WiFi issue . Replaced console. Unit is now connected to wifi all checks good.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the dispenser and tested. The unit now operates as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived onsite for walk making a noise. Customer said that during spin cycle it makes a squeaky noise. I ran diaper mode and found no noise. I tilt the unit back and the bolt holding the rotor on was lose. I pulled the rotor off and I inserted a new clutch and slider. Told customer to use the unit that I never heard the noise but did find a bolt lose on the rotor. The unit is open as designed and no water leaks detected during service.

Ive been on site for a range that is not heating during bake cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that it takes several hours to get to preheat and that it does not hold temperature. Gained access to the bake element and found it burned up. Replaced the bake element and tested the unit. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for unit not washing. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and got error code F4-E3 motor not running. Test unit and fills correctly, but wash motor is energizing but just not operating. Unit drains correctly. Need to replace sump and motor. Replaced sump and motor W11025157. Test unit and is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete"
