Arrived on site for The door doesn?t open all the way down. It locks at 45degs instead of opening level to the ground. Customer showed me the left side friction pad had broken. When opening the door the hinge stops the door from opening all the way. Gained access to left side hinge and adjusted hinge to the point where it no longer makes contact with the door preventing it from opening all the way. Customer stated the dishwasher also doesnt drain all the way. Found drain hose did not have a high loop. Adjusted drain hose to have a high loop. Ran through diagnostics and no error codes came on. Drain pump removed all water now that the hose has a high loop. NO leaks detected. Job completed.

"Arrived on site for Visibly Failed, Broken or Missing Parts - Wall Oven - PRE-ID. Found top right side of inner glass fell out of mounting tabs. Took picture for quick pics. Opened up door and found tabs were not molded correctly to hold the glass in place. Adjusted these tabs on all four sides to ensure the glass rested properly inside the door cavity. Once the inner shell was mounted to the adjoining shell the glass was no longer moving. Had customer come and test the door by opening and closing the door. I used my glove to shift the glass up and down to show customer it was no longer loose inside. Job completed."

Upon arrival the customer stated that they had a home inspection and were told the wall oven was not reaching the right temperature. I preheat the unit and let the temps swing high and low several times. I found the average temp to be 316?F when set at 325?F. I calibrated the unit up 10?F. The unit is working as designed. Arrived on site for right rear burner out of place. Tested unit and found element was not secured. Secured the burner and check all other burners to be sure they are secure. All burners are secure. Tested unit and right front burner is not turning on. Found wiring harness for front right burner is burnt.

Arrived on site for dryer having a power failure. I inspected the unit and work area. I tested the unit and found it powering off right after a load is started. I tested voltage to the unit and found good voltage. I tested the motor from the control and showed good resistance. I replaced the control and retested. The unit still powered off. I gained access to the motor and tested the start winding. I found it reading less than half an ohm when it supposed to be between 3 to 5 ohms. "Arrived on site to inspect range error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged. Plugged the unit in and immediately, the error code F9E0 -miswired home or miswired appliance. I tested voltage at the outlet and got 240V. Was able to get the unit in test mode and tested voltage at the Con2-7 to Con4-3 and got no voltage. Checked the power cord continuity as I didnt get voltage at the terminal block and the power cord is good. Plugged the cord back in and slightly pulled it out and checked voltage and found the outlet itself is bad as I only got 63V at the power cord while plugged in. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended that they have a certified electrician replace the outlet. Job completed."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator that?s not cooling the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found the freezer section sitting at 17?F. The customer advised that the unit has seemingly been calling better over the last day or two but that they?re having to consistently manually defrost the freezer section prior to the unit cooling properly. Checked average temperatures in the fresh food and freezer sections and found the fresh food section sitting at 36?F as an average temperature. Found the freezer side sitting at an average temperature of 19?F. Attempted to remove the evaporator cover and found the evaporator cover completely covered in ice. Was unable to remove the cover due to the wire harness being a part of the evaporator cover. Attempted to place the unit in a manual defrost and could not hear the heater coming on. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Chris SR # 7732129406. He had me check voltage going to the heater during the heater test and found proper voltage but no amp draw coming from the heater indicating a bad heater, a bad thermal fuse, a bad connection, or a bad wire in the cabinet. He advised that at this time due to inability to access the freezer evaporator, there would be nothing we could do until the unit is manually defrosted. I did advise the customer that they would need to defrost the unit at least 2 to 3 days prior to any repair. Office will need authorization for the heater and evaporator cover.; ordrng 1 W10882092 (heater)"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine with an unresponsive user interface. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F2E1 for stuck key. I attempted to run a diagnostics cycle, but the start button on the unit would not work. I unplugged the unit and gained access to the UI and control. I checked the continuity at the UI harness and found it good. I plugged the unit back in and checked voltage coming from the control and found it good. The green LED light was flashing indicating good VDC present. This indicates a faulty UI per the tech sheet. I installed the new UI and then tested the unit. The unit was now able to start a diagnostics cycle. It ran, but when in spin it was catching itself and not able to spin properly. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found significant gear case oil. This indicates the unit also has a faulty gear case. I informed the customer on my findings. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for When the ice maker takes in water, the noise is really loud. Similar to when it?s not hooked to plumbing at all. But it is hooked and making ice. It?s just really loud. Placed in diagnostics and ran test 44 harvest then test 45 water fill test. UI wouldnt allow me to toggle between water on and off. Instead it went from 1, then straight to 3. When I pressed change setting key it went to 4. No toggle available and wouldnt dispense water in test 45. With this I couldnt get the water to fill the ice try to hear any noise the fridge makes when the water fills the ice mold. Customer also informed me the water dispenser doesnt always work. In order for the water to dispense you must press the ice maker paddle for a few seconds then the water dispenser works. Removed dual valve and installed new valve. Unfortunately the new valve leaked when dispensing water. Removed new faulty valve and installed original valve. Original valve didnt leak when water dispenser was pressed. Ordering another dual valve, UI, and both pads to return and complete the repair. Returning with all previously ordered parts. ; ordrng 1 WPW10341320 (Dual valve) and 1 W11512401 (UI) and 2 WPW10346924 (Pads)s"

Arrived on site for water leaking. Tested water dispenser found a broken water line in harness sleeve attempted to repair line with coupling still leaking diagnosed unit will need a new freezer door. Ordering a new freezer door ; ordrng 1 W10800815 (Freezer door)

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator leaking from the gasket. Upon arrival the customer showed me that the unit was leaking from the bottom right side of the FC gasket. He also stated it was intermittent. Upon further inspection I found a sheet of ice on the bottom of the FC, and a clogged drain tube.

Arrived onsite for grease leaking and burner questions. Advised customer on grease patterns from baking grease and optimal burner ignition standards. All checks good. Advised customer on adjustments.

"Arrived on site for unit not heating. Tested unit and ran diagnostics. Found no error codes. Heating element working properly.Instructed customer about using rinse aide to help with drying. During testing noticed a noise coming from the motor during washing cycle.Ordering sump and motor. Office to reschedule..; ordrng 1 W11416362 (Sump and motor)"

Arrived on site for a defective main control. Installed updated control kit,powered unit on compressor and fans powered on.

"Arrived on site used noise kit ,added pads under mouser mount .replaced motor and blower wheel. Tested unit . Unit sounds quieter and no banging noise . Cleaned lint out . Job complete"

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the drain hose and console. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not dispensing water. Inspected unit and work area. Performed diagnostics and tested water pressure without filter and found same results. Tested water to filter housing and found same results. Gained access to inlet valve and disconnected outgoing water and tested water dispenser and found same results. Tested water pressure to unit and found good water pressure. Found failed single inlet valve. ; ordrng 1 WPW10341320 (valve-inlt)"
