WOED3030LS01 Arrived on site for a in wall tripping breaker per client. Upon arrival found breaker was already flipped. Flipped breaker back on preheated both top and bottom same time to 500 degrees. Both preheated to 500 degrees without without flipping breaker. Preheated again after letting both cool down back to 500 degrees and once again product did not flip breaker. Notified client to get with the home builder to replace breaker if it happens again. Product working as it's designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer going out of balance and shaking during spin. Upon further inspection I found that the basket has a manufacture defect in that the holes for draining are not fully punched out. Because of this, the unit is not able to drain the water and it is going out of balance. I am ordering a basket W11172199. No water leaks observed during service. Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection the customer advised that the unit is not heating or drying as well. The customer also pointed out that both racks are rusting (photos). I checked the resistance of the heating element and it read open. Upon further inspection I found that the filter needed to be cleaned and also that they had standing water in their sink causing the dishwasher to drain slow. I informed the customer that the drain needs to be kept clear for the dishwasher to drain properly. I replaced the heater and I am ordering the top and bottom rack. Office to schedule return service. Arrived onsite for clothes damp in dryer. I ran a timed dry and confirmed that the dryer is heating properly. Customer has had vent issues In the past and said she was just wanting to confirm her dryer is operating as designed. She also stated that the towels would take more than one cycle to dry. I advised customer that the towels will take longer depending on load since the towels hold more water than just regular clothing. I advised the customer to get her vents cleaned yearly as she only does 2-3 loads every week. The dryer is cycling and heating as designed. No problems found at time of service. Call complete. Arrived on site to test unit for door seal not installed properly. Verified seal was twisted causing gaps between inner door and console. "Arrived on site to test unit for noise. Upon arrival customer presented video of the issue, during spin unit is making a tapping or clicking noise. Could not mimic in diagnostics but in customers video unit is getting very unbalanced. Gained access to inside of the unit and found the source of the noise is the rear right shock. When moving the tub in a certain direction a clicking noise would form. Replaced shocks (W11316766) X4 and tested unit, noise has been eliminated and unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for gas smell after using burner. Turned gas on to the unit with out turning any burners on for 10 minutes to let gas build up and checked regulator and all burners and valve with a gas detector and no leaks present. Turned burners on and then turn them on to check if valves are closing and no leaks present at all. Job complete. NO LEAKS PRESENT AND NO PARTS USED

Arrived onsite for washing machine draining while filling. Upon arrival customer stated it wouldn't do anything but drain. I confirmed it would continously drain and will not stop when I pulled the water pressure line. The control has gone bad. I replaced the control and as I was running a diagnostic cycle I found there to be a clicking noise underneath when trying to spin. The cam or actuator will also need to be replaced. "On arrival verified complaint of unit taking to long to dry on sense dry. Time dry works fine. Ran vent test and it passed. Voltage and polarity are correct. Ran diag test and all sensors passed. Ran time dry and confirmed unit heats correctly. Ran sense cycle with wet towel on sensor and temp sensor in unit. Unit functions correctly. Customer concern was that unit would add more time and keep drying when clothes were still wet. Advised customer this is normal function of unit. Unit does not keep running once clothes are dry. Customer was also use eco boost which extends dry time, advised for customer satisfaction to not use this setting. Job complete no parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven microwave combo unit with microwave not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they were heating up something in the microwave and then they heard a loud pop and it stopped working. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the microwave components above the microwave. I found the fuse was bad and I removed it. Using my 20W jumper, I jumped the fuse housing and attempted to test the microwave. I found the interior light was on and tested for 30 seconds. As soon as I pressed start, the microwave relay clicked and the unit shut off. I inspected the microwave control, inverter board, magnetron, thermostat, switches, filter board and all checked good. I tested voltage at the filter board and found no voltage. I tested voltage at the bus fuse and found 120V, but no voltage going to,the filter board. I removed the bus fuse and tested and found it open. Replaced the bus fuse and found voltage at the filter board. Retested the microwave and again the relay clicked and the unit shut down. I found no voltage at the filter board again and the new bus fuse was open. I traced the wiring harness back to the main control on the side of the unit and found white dust on a few relays and found one of the relays that looked to be slightly melted (photos). Also found the white dust on the panel where the control mounts (photos). I am ordering the main ACU, fuse, and bus fuse, along with CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and scheduled return service for 09/30/24 AM first call (MS). By cycling the breaker, the machine would start cooling again, in most cases and in a few, they had to cycle the breaker a second time. This leads to the control or other electrical items as the source. I attempted to recreate the issue via cycling within service mode and could not recreate it. The sealed system appeared to operate as designed and I could not verify the issue. The customer will contact us if the issue occurs again and I advised if it is not the sealed system, additional charges will apply. No water connections to unit."

The unit operated as designed. I disassembled the unit and found a small amount of lint inside (before photo) and the rollers dirty. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to remove and replace the ice maker fill tube. Upon arrival, I was unable to remove the ice bin and found solid ice at the opening of the ice bin where the ice drops from the bin. Customer advised she didnt know she was supposed to unplug the unit to allow it to defrost before we arrived and there is nothing in previous techs notes to show that she was advised to do such. I advised my customer that I was going to have to reschedule to allow them to unplug the unit and allow it to defrost before I could remove the ice bin. I recommended the customer turn the breaker off and showed them how to do so. Also recommended they place towels at the front of the unit below the ice bin, on the floor and on the first shelf to catch any water that will leak. I asked that turn the power off 24 hours before we return on 10/02/24. Had customer sign waiver of damages when defrosting refrigerator. I tested the Keep Warm function and it too operated as designed. I placed the unit in diagnostics and found no error codes. "KUIX535HPS01 Arrived to inspect ice production issues. Discussion with the customer revealed they had recently replaced the filter, but now there was still no water entering. I verified the filter was plugged and tested. With the filter out, I noted the water flow to be too little and I emoted and replaced the valve. Retesting, I found flow corrected and verified low water levels within service test mode. Customer mode filled to the high water mark on the first flush, but then overflowed to timeout on the production fill. I removed and replaced the circulation pump/level sensor assembly and the machine completed the initial flush and then second fill for production, at the correct levels. The home is a second one and I advised against leaving the machine on when the residence is unoccupied. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for continued issues with unit not operating correctly. Upon arrival, customer states when using SANITIZE WITH OXI cycle the unit completes but never spins and leaves clothes soaking wet. Ran an exact cycle that customer is having issues with with laundry. Unit fills and begins agitation. After about :25 minutes from when cycle starts, at 1:06 mark just sits there doing nothing. At 1:01 mark starts slow agitating. At 1:00 begins a medium agitation. At :59 no movement. At :58 begins medium agitation. At :57 stops agitation. At :56 agitates again. This happens every minute until Minute :50, then mid way through :50 mark display switches to spin led. At :49 begins draining. Observed drains correctly. Unit display then darkens. Machine chimes, drains again for a few seconds then turns itself back on to start up cycle position for about a minute,then powers back off by itself. Contact techline for assistance. Spoke to Jeremy. Cannot get into diagnostics. Tech had me disconnect harness from UI to control and retry diagnostics. Am now able to get into diagnostics and get error codes F6-E3 ACU cannot hear UI, and F2-E1 UI stuck button. Tech recommended replacement of UI. Replace UI. SR# 7739941354. Replaced console W11162441I and control W11429620 at same time. Customer will monitor unit. Job complete"

Arrived on site to inspect washer with error code for water supply F8E1. I placed the unit into diagnostics and started component activation testing. I observed very little water flow from the cold valve. The hot valve is operating fine. I checked the incoming water supply form the wall and both hot and cold water supplies are good. I am ordering the valve W11220230 I am scheduling for Monday 9/30. No water leaks observed during service ; ordrng 1 W11220230 (Valve)

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not opening and closing properly. The customer advised that after initial installation, he experienced a leak from the dishwasher overnight and it had damaged his kitchen floor. He advised that he has already submitted a claim for the floor and that another representative from Home Depot came and fixed the leak. Upon further inspection I observed that the door was not smoothly opening closing. I observed that the insulation foam was not installed correctly and was getting caught in the hinge springs causing the noise and door to not close properly. As the unit was out I placed it into diagnostics and ran a diagnostic cycle and made sure all functions are operating without issues. I observed as all steps of the test passed and did not observe any leaks. I noticed that the unit was leaning a bit to the left so raised the left front leg and no the unit is level. I reinstalled the unit and the insulation correctly. Unit is operating as designed"

Arrived onsite for vent air circulating through the house and making small noise. Upon arrival I noticed the slow speed would make a slight noise. I explained to the customer that the installation of the duct was making the noise because when I pushed on it the noise would stop. Customer stated that the air coming from the top trim where the charcoal filter is was letting air flow out. I explained to the customer that the reason why is because there are openings at the top of the microwave where air can escape and that it is operating normally. Unit is operating as designed at time of service. Call complete. No parts installed.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit giving F8E4 error water on float switch. Found customer had loaded a baking sheet on the bottom rack that was to high making unit leak water in to float. Showed customer the problem and corrected the problem by removing baking sheet. Test unit and unit test good job complete. NO PARTS USED

"Arrived onsite for range tripping the breaker. I replaced the control, BROIL element, and BAKE element per protocol. I disconnected the ground and ran bake cycle to 500 degrees. When the range reached temp I re attached the ground and ran the unit on bake 500 degrees again. I advised Jesse to leave the range running for atleast 2 hours before turning off. "Arrived on site to test unit for frost buildup. Upon arrival customer stated issue has been resolved. Inspected unit and found ice slab has formed on the bottom of the FC. Removed ice slab and inspected drain port, found it frozen over. Thawed ice out and found a piece of foam that was lodged in the drain port causing a restriction and now allowing the melting frost to drain properly. Removed restriction and tested unit, water is now draining properly. All other components are engaging. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

Ran diagnostics and check errors and found no issues. Now unit will turn on without fail however the spin option is always set to off by default. Called techline and spoke with George SR#7739990173 and stated to replace UI again. After replacing UI, unit regained power and spin is set to fast by default. Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time. Same issue within 1 year AE warranty."

Arrived on site for unit not progressing through cycle and is stuck in spin mode with the light blinking. On arrival canceled current cycle and ran diagnostics. Found No error codes present. Ran auto cycle and passed. Found unit not leveled due to flooring and may have disrupted cycle. Corrected level and ran calibration. Unit is functioning properly. Customer will monitor. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for quick cycle time frame being extended. Previous time was 25-30 min. Now its 49 min. Checked cycle selections and no selection would decrease time . Tried running cycle empty to revert time back but did not change anything. Called tech line back. Spoke to Chris , precalculated estimate and times come are controlled by UI settings. "Arrived onsite for freezer door not opening or closing properly. Tested and found if opened from right or left corner the door becomes misaligned and will not close flush. Called tech line for assistance as issue is repetitive. Spoke to Robert SR#7739989349. Tech instructed that for this model and rail design, the door must be opened and closed from center, putting equal force on each rail. The rails and gears have already been replaced and is up to the used to correct. Unit is functioning as designed."

"Arrived on site for dishwasher that is loud during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that there may be nothing wrong with the dishwasher but his previous dishwasher was a lot quieter than this one. He advised that he was told that it was the same decibel rating as his previous dishwasher so he wanted to have it checked. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working and operating as designed with no abnormal sounds present. The customer stated that on his previous dishwasher, he could not hear the water recirculating inside of the dishwasher, which was the cause for his call. I did explain to the customer that a lot of other dishwasher models, you can actually hear the wash motor running when the dishwasher is recirculating the water and that his model is quieter than most models. I did explain that this is normal operation for this dishwasher, but offered to replace the wash motor anyway. The customer stated that that was not necessary and that he would try to see if he can get the dishwasher replaced do a different model that might be quieter. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that. Running midway through the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. I ran the unit for diagnostics and found an F4 E3 (wash motor not running) error code. I tested the unit and confirmed that the wash motor would not run. I replaced the wash motor and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete. W11637581.

"Arrived on site for a wall oven that is still tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise that after the previous trip, the unit is still tripping the breaker intermittently. I confirmed the customers complaint and replaced both bake and broil elements. I also replaced the control and ran a burn off at 450?. I found the unit start working an operating as designed. I had the customer run a bake cycle at 450? for two hours.
