"WTW5000DW3 Arrived to inspect screeching noise. I found the gear case had failed and the main driveshaft had dropped down, causing the cam assy to screech and wear badly. The gear case was in the early stages of seal failure as well. I removed and replaced the gear case and cam and found the belt required replacement and I gave a discount on the belt. The capacitor tested at 44.8 ?F, the unit required basket centering and I tightened the hub assembly. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for washer leaving liquid and fabric softener area. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found cause of failure with no air codes in diagnostics was due to the dispenser cat not sitting properly in the drawer. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is steaming up the user interface even after having the vents cleaned. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they still have issues with her unit steaming up the user interface one especially after several cycles in a row. Unfortunately I did not have a vent tester kit on my truck so I checked all gaskets in the front and could not find any evidence of any tears or damage done to either gasket. Did not find any steam or water residue around the door. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rob SR# 7734995256. He advised that after several checks, the issue would be with the customers venting. The customer has a rectangular vent going through the ceiling up into the attic. Rob advised that the customer Hass to have a 4 inch circular heavy duty vent going through the home for the venting to work properly. He stated the current set up does not meet whirlpools requirements for this dryer and advise not to make any repairs until the venting has been corrected. The customer advised they will attempt to fix the venting and will call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is still making a knocking sound while in use. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me a couple videos of the unit still making the knocking sound even after the prior visit. I checked underneath the unit and did not find any refrigerant lines to contacting each other or rubbing up against anything. Added to sound pads to the compressor. The customer advised too that the unit began to make beeping noises and they found the UI with PO and not working which is when they unplugged the unit. I advised the customer of the issues with this model and advised the compressor needs to be replaced and possibly the evaporators. I researched warranty on this unit and found the sealed system is covered for 10 yrs. Customer advised that they do not want to repair the unit as its already cost them too much money. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator that wont dispense ice. Upon further inspection, I removed the ice bin and tested the dispenser motor and found it operating as designed. I checked the empellar and found it stripped on the motor shaft. I removed the divider from the ice box. I attempted to remove the empellar from the shaft and it would not come off. Due to this, I replaced the divider (WPW10309864 ), dispenser motor (W11310391 ), and empellar (WP63052-2 ) and transferred the ice maker harness and ice maker. Reassembled the parts and placed them back in the ice box and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer of my repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for fridge on low ice production. On inspection found the ice tray was full, informed CX that the ice maker only produces so much ice day. The Ice tray is a low profile unit, does not hold a lot of ice. Found that there was a hand towel attached to the crisper drawer that was getting caught in the freezer door ever-time you open the freezer. CX told me that under the fridge had not been vacuumed since they bought fridge. The coil was full of dust and dog hair that was causing the unit not to operate efficiently. CX will keep watch on the ice production. To see if clearing the coil helps the production of ice. No water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer making loud noises when in use. Ran unit and confirmed the unit sounded like a very rattle freight train. I disassembled the unit and did not see anything obviously damaged. I replaced all rollers and idler and tested again. Found noise still present. Insulated blowing housing with sound pads, and still had vibration. Removed blower wheel cover and found the blower wheel was cracked and separated on top. Replaced blower wheel and tested. Verified unit is back within normal operating standards. Call complete."

Further inspection revealed a section that was approximately four inches in length, at the lower corner of the left door at the mullion end that had the internal magnetic material damaged within the previously replaced gasket. I removed and replaced the gasket and the sealing issue was resolved. I checked the evaporator and found moderate frost, to be expected with the type of air gap found within the RC gasket and I removed it. I verified the drain tube assembly was correctly connected and operable. The unit operated as designed, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a cooktop that is tripping the breaker intermittently. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit is tripping the breaker on her cooktop and oven which share the same breaker. She advised that sometimes shell use either one and itll work fine but other times it will tripped the breaker. She did not notice any specific element that is causing this failure as it is random. Ran the unit through high heat testing on all four burners at the same time and could not get the unit to fault. I ran the oven at 375?F bake and ran it up to 375?. As soon as I turned on the cooktop, found the breaker tripping. I did advise the customer that the issue is most likely an electrical supply issue due to being split on a shared breaker. Found the breaker was extremely old and is on the outside of the home and is properly. Attempted to call Techline but was unable to do so due to Whirlpool training. Spoke to SW and was advised that my suspicions were correct in the voltage issue and that whirlpool requires the both units to be wired onto their own separate designated breakers. Advise the customer of the issue and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a cooktop with the RR dual burner not working. I found the control defective. The element tested good.When I opened the bag for the new control I found the wrong part number stamped on the control but the part number on the bag and AEX tag was correct. Arrived onsite for a washer that gets a splash of water and it doesnt advance or fill. I tested the washer and found it filling just fine in diagnostics or a regular cycle. I found the unit would not agitate or spin. I found the door lock working as designed. I found no power out of the motor relay on the UI control to the inverter control. The UI control needs to be replaced. I replaced the UI control and had the same results. I tested the motor windings and found them good. It was determined that either the new UI was defective or the inverter on the motor is taking the UI control out. Ordering the motor and the UI board but the customer needs to be called first. Checked pressure and recorded 0psi at high side with unit off, should have been equalized. Called tech line for assistance. Tech, Rob, Gas stated unit should be equalized at about 28 psi. Ran unit and high side did not move, low side dropped in pressure. Tech recommended running nitrogen at 140 psi to clear restriction. Running nitrogen Low to high. Then holding vacuum for 20 min. Provided SR#7734986741. Ran nitrogen and found blockage at cap tube to dryer. Cleared line and replace new dryer. Vacuum held and when to charge however refrigerant was leaking from charge tube. "Arrived onsite for a dishwasher displaying an F8E4 error. The customer stated the last couple of times they washed dishes they were not clean. I checked stored error codes and found an F8E4, FAE2, F8E2, & F7E1. I cleared the codes and started the service diagnostics cycle. The drain pump started immediately and the wash pump started a few seconds later. I found the unit drawing 4.5 amps because the wash pump was locked up. I tried a regular cycle and the same thing happened. The unit never tried to fill with water and there was no voltage to the valve. I found the float switch sticking so I replaced it and retested getting the same results. The control, sump and motor, & vent need to be replace then the unit tested. The fill valve could possibly need to be replaced. Ordering W11416362 sump and motor and W11434044 fill valve. Marking other parts as use on return visit. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to both blower failures, I removed and replaced the blowers and tested and unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling properly. Found evap motor running. Compressor running but burning hot. Found restriction in evap. Low side pressure was at 20 and 225 on high side. Customer going to call LG and see if they would be willing to repair.

Arrived onsite for dryer rattle. Sounded like blower housing noise. Found unit clean and well maintained. Found worn penny in the blower housing base. Cleaning blower housing and verified the blower is not cracked. Advised customer on findings.

"Arrived on site for washing machine, not filling properly and the drain pump staying on. I plugged the unit in and canceled the drain. I entered diagnostics and found no fault codes. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit filling with water, agitating and draining. When the unit went into a spin I could hear cpscreeching from under the unit. I gained access to the gear case and found it leaking, I also found the belt slipping on the cam pulley. The gearcase, pulley and belt all need to be replaced.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed part upon arrival I installed new bracket. And tested unit several times and found unit dispensing both water and ice normally. Job complete no leaks.

Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer that is not starting. Tested all parts and components and no failures were found at time of service. Advised customer on findings and no further repairs needed.

Arrived onsite for a washer that has a mildew smell. Upon arrival I removed the top of washer and cleaned the tub ring and the inside of the cabinet and found that the smell was gone.

Arrived onsite to replace tube connector. Replaced connector and tested. No leaks present at this time. Job complete.

Arrived onsite to inspect dryer. Upon inspection I found that the unit had good airflow. It tumbled great no noise. And it heated well. I the inspected the inside of the unit and found that the belt looked good and there was Minimal Lint buildup. Job complete

"Arrived to inspect dishwasher not anchored. The original mounts were damaged and one of the screws was missing. The original anchor holes were stripped out. I replaced the mounting hardware and reinstalled the unit. I set the correct leg height and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site for not dispensing water. Removed filter installed by pass same issue not dispensing water good water pressure at filter head,removed drawers found frozen water tank.

Arrived on site to diagnose a range that is not baking properly. Found bake ignitor faulty and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

Arrived onsite for a washer with key stuck under the wash plate. Upon arrival I removed the wash plate to retrieve the key and reinstalled the plate and tested the unit and found that unit operating as designed.

"Arrived on site and inspected ice machine and found cutting grid is broken and there is a sheet of ice on top of it, took pictures. Recommended to homeowner replacing cutting grid,

Arrived on site to test unit for no display. Test unit and found bad console. Replaced console under 5 year warranty Test unit and unit test good all cycles working correctly job complete

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer not powering on. On arrival tested unit and found no response from the user interface. Tested voltage and polarity st terminal block and found only 1 leg present, missing voltage at L1. Advised customer to have an electrician come out and correct the missing voltage. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed parts and the door latch is working as designed.

"Arrived on site for washer, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint unit leaks foam on some load from the vent on the front load washer. I inspected unit and and tested it and found it not leaking. CX is also on a water softener and I advised to cut down the amount of detergent that they are using to a 1/4. Unit. Is operating as designed and no leaks where observed during service. Job completed.

Arrived on site to diagnose a microwave that is not turning on. Found no power to unit and customer will need electrical issue corrected

"Arrived on site to test unit for F27 error code, tested unit found pump is not disengaging triggering a F27 error code, inspected drain pump and found no blockage, parts are still covered under warranty, replaced pressure switch and ran diagnostics, unit is now functioning properly,
