"Arrived onsite for a dishwasher displaying an F8E4. The customer stated it started displaying even more codes now. I checked stored error codes and found an F9E1, F7E1, F8E4, & F8E2. I tested the machine and found the fill and drain working properly but the wash motor started then stopped running with good voltage to it. I found a real slow drip from the fill hose dripping in the overflow pan because the hose was hand tight. I tightened the fill hose and replaced the pump and motor. I tested the dishwasher and all works as designed. There were no water leaks present at the end of service. Call complete."

"KRMF706EBS05 Arrived to inspect ice issue. The customer advised the ice was still severely clumping and I fully tested the ice dispenser and production systems, finding no faults. The ice had a very cloudy appearance and discussion with the customer revealed they have had recent water softener issues. I advised the appearance of the ice is very similar in appearance to other similar situations where excessive mineral content, or sodium, has been found to be the cause of ice production and dispensing issues. The customer will have the softener system inspected and serviced and will contact us if there are further issues. No leaks observed during service."

I ran it in diagnostics cycle and it had no issue. Last week the city of Kingsland had the water turned off a couple days for a few hours each day. They ran the washer in that time frame it would produce the F8E1 error. During my testing the error never came back.

I found they had done a smaller load and spotted the leaking and ceased use. I discovered the the unit had the static shield setting activated and that setting utilizes the water spray system, regardless of load size and can be a source of leaking. I advised the customer of my findings and demonstrated the issue. I also advised that the machine will remember the last use conditions per cycle and advised to ensure the static setting is off. The customer understood the issue and will contact if there are further issues. No leaks observed during service."

I tested the bake burner and found it would ignite, but shortly after the flame would go out. I tested the broil and it is operating as designed. I removed the bottom panel and retested the bake burner and it continued to function incorrectly. I removed the burner and inspected and it is good. I removed the orifice to make sure its the correct size for natural gas and found the orifice engulfed in a grey grease. I cleaned the orifice and gas line and re-installed the orifice and retested and unit is operating as designed. Tested the cooktop burners and they are operating as designed. When the spin cycle started the machine was vibrating more than normal because the RF leveling leg wasnt down. I set the leg and the vibration was normal. The noise the customer was hearing in the spin cycle was the drain hose tapping the wall. I replaced all of the lights because the new lights are different than the old lights (old lights clear lens new lights white lens). The RC lights start to work. The FC lights did not come on.
