Arrived on site for Water dispenser flow extremely weak. I have changed the filter and it flows a little stronger for a couple of days and then flow goes to a trickle. I have removed the filter and flow is very strong. Using Everydrop filter #1. Removed filter and water came out of dispenser as designed. Removed filter housing and installed new filter housing. Installed same filter customer had installed recently and flow was still weak. When filter was removed new filter housing had a normal flow. Recommended installing another brand new filter into brand new filter housing due to previous filter housing most likely damaging the recently replaced filter. Customer had a brand new everydrop filter to install. Installed brand new filter and water came out of dispenser as designed. Purged approximately two gallons to ensure the flow remained strong. New filter housing corrected the slow flow. No leaks detected. Job completed.

Arrived on site for washer not responding to button presses. Put unit into diagnostics and found F5E1 lid latch error stored. Tested lid latch several times as it operated normally which pointed to a control issue. Installed new control and put unit into diagnostics mode at attempted to run it though a cycle but it wouldnt go past test step 2 cold water fill. Took the unit out of diagnostics then back in to test the lid latch again and found that it was not working. Uninstalled the new control and installed the old one and put unit though a diagnostics cycle and found that it when passed step 2. Which then prompted me to install the new lid latch. Tested the unit with old control and new lid latch and found that the unit is working as designed. No leak detected at this time. Job complete

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they can hear water leaking inside the FC section and pointed to the evaporator drip pan where there was some water puddled. I removed the evaporator cover and found the unit was coming out of defrost mode and the water was from the defrosted coils. I pulled the unit out and turned the water on and tested the water dispenser and the ice maker and found no water leaks. I fed the back cover and inspected the drain tube and found it partially clogged. Cleared the debris and advised the customer of my findings. No repairs needed to the unit.No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for Low Ice Production - Side by Side Refrigerator. Found bin would not release when button pressed. Removed outer bin cover and gained access to release. Release was in good condition but found ice blocks formed underneath bin in housing. Removed blocks of ice and got bin to release. Inspected ice maker and found funnel that water fills into from water tube had styrofoam inside and a crack in it causing water to leak onto impinged assembly and ice bin housing. This leak created the blocks of ice underneath making the ice bin impossible to remove. Removed ice maker and installed new ice maker. Tested new ice maker and when water filled mold I removed the bin and no leaks were found. Job completed.

Upon further inspection I found the door making good contact with the latch. I removed the door and manually tested the latch. I found it intermittently not clicking and the switch not working. I gained access to the latch and found all connections and the contact on the latch arm to switch good. This indicates a faulty latch needing to be replaced. I powered the unit down at the breaker and then installed a new latch. I tested the new latch and found it working as designed. Call complete."

Upon arrival I found no errors in diagnostics but did find when power had been applied fan wouldnt turn off and unit was room temp. Found sensor ohmed within spec. I narrowed down issue to ACU not shutting off and allowing fan to stop, after replacing ACU I connected unit to WiFi. Found upper oven light wouldnt shut off and ui light button would turn back on after 2 seconds on its own after it was turned off but while turned off upper oven lights were still lit. Called whirlpool techline (Sr#7731872615). Also found ui showing f6e4 error after ACU replacement. Found ui would turn lights off/on in diagnostics but not normal operation. "Arrived on site for sealed system. We gained access to the compressor and punctured the dryer. I found 50psi in the system. We evacuated the system and replaced the compressor, dry and access valve. We pulled a vacuum on the system for 10 minuets and found it holding as designed. We put a measured charged into the system and found low side at 1 psi and the high side at 145 psi. We temp tested the freezer and found the temperatures dropping. We noticed when the customer turned on his carpet cleaner the fridge lost power for a second and the compressor would not turn back on. I had the customer turn the carpet cleaner off and the compressor kicked back on after a power reset. I recommenedthe customer have an electrician one out and make sure the house boat can handle the amp draw for multiple appliances being on at one time. When the unit is on by itself it is working as designed. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with ice forming on the door or IM. Upon inspection I found some condensation build up on the ceiling of the FC in front of the ice bin. The droplets are dripping and freezing on the bin. I found a piece of ice stuck in the ice chute door which would cause air infiltration and condensation. I called techline to report. SR#7731863792. They recommended stocking the FC with more items to help with moisture control. I verified no air leaks when the ice door is closed. And no other air leaks anywhere on the unit. I explained to the customer my findings and possible solution. No water leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for arrange that is tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customer complaint and checked all elements, Control, and terminal block for any signs of burning or grounded wires. Found no wires grounded. Checked continuity between both elements in both elements checked fine. Attempted to preheat and found the oven was shutting off within 30 seconds. Spoke to PR and was advised to check the breaker. Found the breaker on a GFCI breaker for a 240 V circuit. Was advised to remove the wires off the boiling element and check to see if it will drip at that point. Remove the wires and found that the unit did not trip but did notice that when pulling off the wiring one of the wires was loose and not fully gripping the backside of the broil element. Tightened the fitting onto the boil element and then re-tested the unit. The unit did not trip the breaker on two separate preheating occasions. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete."
