"KRMF706ESS01 Arrived to inspect ice in FC. I found a similar appearance within the FC, as in prior services and inspected further. I found the gasket fully intact and did not suspect customer misuse d the slides fully retracted as designed. There was ice within the drawer areas, back wall and ceiling of the FC, but none on the rails or at the door area. Inspection of the evaporator revealed a long-term icing issue, evidenced by foam deterioration within the covers foam liner. Removal of the cover and liner revealed a large ice mass in the upper right corner, near the cap tube, but not encapsulating it, nor did the unit have any troubles cooling. Removing the ice via steam, section by section, I could tell the water had came from the area where the evaporator tubing enters in the upper part of the rear, top right, of the FC. After having the FC open for nearly an hour and drying all surfaces off, I performed a thermography. I found evidence of ice and water within the foam liner area and that cannot be corrected via conventional means. I found no evidence of the dispenser or ice maker being related to the issue and I could not recreate it via luring water down the RC drain. I contacted the MFG Tech Line, MFG Tech Dru, file# 7738002676. I advised the technician of my findings and the unit was submitted for review due to an internal cabinet water leak. No leaks of the water supply observed during service."

"Arrived on site to test unit for no power, customer stated that it losses power and then randomly turns back on, tested unit found unit receiving proper voltage, split door and found vent not sealing properly to the front panel causing steam to and moisture to get on circuit board on the console causing a intermittent short, inspected and found it corroded, will need to replace door panel, vent and gasket, ordered parts office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11625194 (Front panel) and 1 W11545539 (Gasket) and 1 W11649995 (Vent assembly) and 1 W11672225 (Control)"

Arrived onsite for dryer not powering on. On inspection tested the timer in was good. Gain access to the back of the dryer. On further inspection found the thermal fuse is open. Replaced the thermal fuse and the unit is operating as designed.

On arrival verified complaint RC door not sealing. Found vertical mullion is bulging with a gap greater then 1/8th inch. Dcumented with Ed at TL 7738009508 and advised builder to report it to trade care team at whirlpool for assistance with builder stock. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave drawer popping open. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that since the previous repair, the unit now opens the drawer while heating items. I tested the unit and found the drawer popping open when closing it. I pulled the unit out and placed it on the countertop on my moving blanket and gained access to the switches and interlocks. Per,service pointer W11646951, I removed and replaced the latch kit and re-adjusted the switches and retested. I found the latches were making better contact with the switches and the drawer is staying closed. I re-installed the unit and retested two more times and it continued to operate as designed. Job completed."
