Using my multimeter, I placed the thermal lead in the center of the middle rack and tested on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 358. Next 3 readings were 368, 332, 370 for an average temp of 356.7 degrees. Unit is operating as within manufacturer specifications. I made recommendations for use and care. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking from underneath. Upon further inspection, the builder advised that the unit is leaking from the nut on the valve. I found a yellow cloth under the valve and hose. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed with no leaks. As I began to pull the unit out, water began to flow rapidly onto the floor. I found the drain hose was not properly installed and came undone. I cleaned the water from the floor and re-routed the drain hose to where I could get it to secure with the check valve hose. Tested the unit again to verify no leaks and I found where the water supply hose is leaking at the valve. I advised the builder the that unit is going to need a new 72 inch 3/8x3/8 water hose and another drain hose due to the unit being installed with a cabinet in between the dishwasher and the sink. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making ice and freezing up. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice maker was leaking into the ice bin and creating a large block of ice and now it has stopped altogether. I disassembled the FC section and found frost built up at the bottom the FC door (photo), and the FC light failed to come on. I pressed on the switch and could hear a crunch noise assuming its frost. I found frost on the evap cover as well and moisture on the top and sides of the FC section. Using my jumper wire, I tested the ice maker and found it full of ice cubes. The IM harvested gene and filled with water. I found no leaks at the ice maker during testing. I cleaned all of the moisture and frost from the FC section and reassembled and tested door operations. The door is sealing properly. I advised the customer that the door had to have been left cracked open at some point then when it closed, it created all the ice and frost they were experiencing. Made recommendations for food item placement in the FC section.No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I test the unit and could hear the motor hum, but it would not turn. I gained access to the inside of the unit and found if I started the unit and pushed the tub it would start like normal. However, on its own it would not work. This indicates a possible faulty centrifugal switch. I replaced the motor and test the unit again. The unit is now working as designed. Upon testing I found the dryer vent was installed with no clamp. I temporarily connected the vent and informed the customer of my findings. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that would fill and then do nothing else at the start of the cycle. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F2E1 for stuck key and F7E1 for basket speed fault. I then tried to manually activate spin and found the motor would hum but the tub did nothing. I manually tried to spin the tub and could feel it catching on something. Upon further inspection I found a long screw fell into one of the holes in the basket and was long enough to hit the plastic tub. This was allowing the unit to lock up and not spin. I removed the screw and found the unit would still hum only. I found the cap bad and replaced it. I tested the unit again and found it now working as designed. Call complete.

I found water damage to the floor of the cabinets and some damage to the cabinet walls to the left & right of the unit (photos). I advised the customer of my findings. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1-diverter lost position. Cleared the code and continued with testing and found when the motor comes on, water begins to rapidly leak from the diverter housing. Cancelled testing and drained the water from the unit. I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and cleaned most of the debris from under the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not taking too long to dry. Upon further inspection, I opened the unit door and pressed the door switch closed and tested the unit. I found the element not illuminating in the back right corner vent. I am ordering the element, thermal fuse, cutoff kit, control and thermostat. Scheduled return service for 09/01/22 to be scheduled with job #352190. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven lower door issues. I found that inside the outer door glass, liquid had spilled inside and the customer wanted to have it cleaned. I removed the lower door and disassembled the door and cleaned the glass. reassembled and placed the door back on the unit. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose ice machine not making ice. On arrival customer informed me it does make ice, but it's thin and not as much as they had prior. Ran unit and found pumps working well, good flow on chill plate. Chill plate seemed to have an issue getting a good frost pattern. Checked condenser coils and found them completely blocked with dust and fur. Cleared off condenser coils and found it started freezing ice immediately after. Unit appears to be working as designed at this time. If issue repeats we may have the start of a sealed system failure. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with warm RC Temps. Examined and checked Temps. Found RC at 50, and FC at 20. Examined evap and found only 2 rungs had a frost pattern due to a sealed system failure. Ordering sealed system parts, sealed system tech needed.
