The customer advised they have had several occurrences where the flame did not ignite when the valve was turned on, past the ignition activation portion of the rotation. The customer has a different type of cooktop in another residence, that is of the type that has automatic flame sensing. The customer advised they do not feel safe with this type and I advised it is a different type of ignition, that does not sense the presence of flame, nor position of the burner knob, but it was operating as designed. "KBSD602ESS01 Arrived to inspect no ice. I found the FC at -4 and there was ice within the ice maker mold. The IDI system was malfunctioning and there was no emitter operation. I verified power to both IDI boards and found several of the connectors not fully making contact. I corrected the connector issue and retested, still finding no emitter operation. Removing and replacing the recently replaced IDI boards corrected the issue and I suspect the intermittent connections of the harness connectors as the root cause of failure, due to intermittent line VAC. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service. Warranty applied to service."

Arrived onsite for a wall oven thats not powering on. Just as I pulled up the customer walked up from the side of the home and stated he just flipped the circuit breaker on and the oven is on now. Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they cant get the unit to do anything at all. I found the lights come up and display when you push the start button nothing was happening. I ran the unit into diagnostics and could not get the start button to activate any testing or activate error code entries. I went ahead and replaced the control and checked all my loads. Found all components within range. I tested the unit in an auto test and the unit began to work and operate as designed. I test the unit in a normal wash cycle and found the unit starting to spin and fill with water. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not dispensing water very well. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that shes only had this unit for six weeks and that they have never been able to get the water to dispense at a good rate. I confirmed the customers complaint And removed the filter. I used a bypass To test the water without the filter and found similar water flow. I checked behind the unit and found that the unit was on a copper tube with a twist handle. I twisted the handle and test the unit with the unit pulled out. Found water flow coming through the unit. I pushed the unit back and tested it again. Found little water flow. I found that the waterline coming from the back was causing the fill tube to bend and pension. Self shot. Whenever the unit was pushed back in place. See photo. I advised the customer that they will need to figure out an alternative waterline situation due to the inability to push the unit back properly. "Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that after the previous repair, they have had multiple loads not finish out the spin cycle. They advise they have had certain loads finish but that its not as consistent as it used to be. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. Around the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working in operating as designed. I did find the washer unlevel and leaning up against the back panel, potentially contributing towards off-balance issues. I adjust the feet on the washer and tested the unit. Found the unit working and operating as designed. The customer then stated that theyve only had four loads go off balance, but one of them was a set of towels, and another set of sheets. I did advise the customer that their unit will go off balance from time to time due to unbalanced loading. I advised her that light loads and bulky loads will have more likelihood of that happening. I did advise her that if she has any problems with her washer, to run a normal wash load of clothes, and if the unit finishes out the cycle, it wouldve been an issue with the previous load. During removal of door found left side hinge is a little to far inside cavity. Am able to get hing out. Replaced both left and right hing and have same result. Found left side receiver is not flush with cavity like the right side. Tried making a small adjustment but there is no change. called techline for assistance. Spoke with Robert. Unit is operating as designed other than a slight screeching noise I heard when the basket ramped up in speed in the spin cycle of testing. I contacted techline and spoke to Bruce and advised of the complaint, the history of the unit and my findings today. I tilted the unit back and removed the pulley shield and found debris on the belt and pulley and advised a Bruce of my findings. Bruce recommended replacing the belt and cleaning the pulley and motor pulley and provided SR#7738607434. I advised the customer of my findings and conversation with the manufacturer. I advised the customer that I am ordering the belt and scheduled return service for 03/11/24. No water leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11239857 (Belt)"

Arrived onsite for incomplete combustion. Determined oven burner was not straight and was resulting in complete combustion. Made adjustment to straighten burner. All checks good. In event of repeat failure. Please regulator valve and oven burner.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with a rattling or vibration noise. The customer played me a video and the noise was refrigerant noise entering the evaporator. I inspected the evaporator and found the sound pad barely hanging on the evaporator and in the wrong location. I installed the pad where the capillary enters the evaporator. I tested the refrigerator and the noise is muffled now. I went over using crushed ice and adjusted the doors for the customer. I explained to the customer that there tile at the rear of the refrigerator was out of level from left to right and they would need to roll the refrigerator up on a shim to get it any closer. Call complete.

Arrived one for price diagnosed parts. Installed the door on the dishwasher. Ran unit in diagnostics mode with no issues and no water leaks detected during service.
