Arrived onsite for microwave fan not working. Upon arrival I found both speed options not working. When probing the connections I found speed1 to start working but speed2 not kicking on. I found correct voltage coming from the control indicating blower motor has failed. I replaced the motor and tested the unit. Arrived on site to test unit for unit not converted to LP correctly. Found all large burners had wrong orifices and the right rear burner had the right front burner. Corrected all orifices to correct burners test unit and unit test good job complete. No one here to sign

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon further inspection, I placed the refrigerator into diagnostics and observed F4E1. I gained access to the evaporator and found that the evaporator was covered in frost and was clear that it had a defrost issue. While in service mode, I ran test 89 and checked for voltage going to the heater. The control is sending voltage. I ended the test and measured the resistance of the heater and measured open line. The heating element is bad. Retuning with the heater W11626107. I defrost3d the evaporator as a temporary fix. The customer is to cut power to the refrigerator 3 to 4 hours prior to our arrival on next visit. Office to schedule return visit. No water leaks observed during service.; O-emld tckt"

"Arrived on site for a microwave that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. I checked voltage at the plug and found proper voltage. I gained access to the fuse and found the fuse open, causing the issue. I also found a lot of oil inside of the machine, including on top of the diode, which appeared to be the cause of the issue. I checked all door switches and found them making and breaking, indicating there was no issue with the door switches. I called the Whirlpool tech line and spoke to Steve SR# 7741019987. He advised that oil can cause shorts in the diode or the capacitor that will blow the fuses. He then had me send some photos of oil inside of the unit and stated that from a repair prospective, he would replace the diode and fuse but would bring the capacitor in case. He stated that he didn't believe any other parts would be causing this issue based on my checks. However, due to the amount of oil shown in the unit, he wanted me to contact the trade care team to get authorization in order to proceed with repair. I called the Trade Care team and spoke to Scott SR# 7740999450. He advised me to go ahead and proceed with repair for the time being, but to let the customer know that any further issues caused by oil would not be covered. Ordering the parts and rescheduling the customer to 2/28. The customer is requesting an AM appt but did state she'll take a PM if not available. Arrived onsite for unit showing door open and display issues. I found the display to be fine however their is a door open icon lit up. I checked the door switches as none of the lights are on either inside the unit. I found the freezer switch to be frozen in the open position. Tried to get the switch loose so it would close with the door but the switch is too frozen and cannot get it to loosen. Need to order a door switch to continue with the repair. "Arrived on site to diagnose cooktop with failed right rear element. Customer said they heard it pop and all element stopped working. I disassembled the unit and found the infinite switch for the RR burner had burnt. Replaced infinite switch and found breaker had tripped. I reset the breaker and it tripped again, but worked on the second try. Tested cooktop and found everything working as designed. Cooktop had a large crack in it by the down draft area, and once I tried removing the cooktop it splintered worse and broke a piece of cooktop glass. Cooktop needs replacement since repair could not have been performed without removing the cooktop, and moving it cause the cracks to get worse. No evidence of impact on cooktop. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they recently had their one year inspection and the inspector said the unit is making a random squeaking noise. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed. While testing, I tested amp draw at the black wire on the harness and all of the components are within amp range. I could not duplicate the noise, and the customer did not know where the noise was coming from. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and if they hear the unit making a noise to get a video of the noise and call the unit in for service. I removed ground wire preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker . Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not washing dishes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the pods are not dissolving whenever they go to wash dishes and their dishes don't come out cleaned. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F4 E3 (wash motor not running) error code. I tested the unit and confirmed that the wash motor would not recirculate the water. I replaced the wash motor and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. W11025157.

"Arrived on site to test unit for LF error and clinking noise. Upon arrival entered diagnostics and found LF error stored. Started a diagnostic cycle, found when single valve engaged it would only allow a minimal amount of water. No clunking or abnormal noises during spin or agitation. Replaced single valve (WPW10212598) and as precautionary replaced the dual valve (WPW10212596). During replacement found gaskets on the water lines have degraded and are no longer sealing properly. Replaced water line gaskets from truck stock and tested unit, both valves now have full pressure. Advised customer if any of the water lines start to leak, hose replacement will be required. Also advised if the clunking noise returns, capture issue on video. At this time all components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for not agitation. Upon arrival customer stated during a normal cycle, unit was silent during agitation, but it would spin in the spin portion. Entered diagnostics, found no stored error codes. Ran a diagnostic cycle, found unit filling, agitating and spinning. Inspected lower components, found cam and belt are extremely worn. Also during shifting from agitation to spin or vice versa, found the actuator shifting back and forth multiple times before finding correct position. "Arrived on site to test unit for tripping breaker. Upon arrival customer stated whenever oven is in use, breaker trips. Verified issue, after 1 minute of running the breaker tripped. Removed ground from the unit and started a bake cycle at 500? to condition the relays on the control. Allowed the unit to cycle alternating between bake and broil cycles for 30 minutes. While reconnecting the ground, left the door open to let hot air escape. Started another cycle at 500?, starting temp was 350?, and monitored for 10 minutes, breaker no longer trips. Relay conditioning has been successful. Advised customer to leave the unit at 500? for an additional 90 minutes to ensure proper burn off and conditioning. Arrived in site to test unit for gas smell when using the stove. Customers said gas company was out here to check unit for gas smell and said the unit was incomplete combustion. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher tilting forward when the door is opened. Upon further inspection, I found the unit not properly installed and the back of the unit will raise up when opening the door fully. I attempted to adjust the unit and pulled it out onto my floor protector and adjusted the back leveling feet then placed it back in its space and adjusted the front leveling feet and mounted the unit to the cabinets. I retested the unit with the door opened and it continued to tilt forward, but not as bad as before. I found the tub insulation wrap is missing and the toepkate insulation is missing as well. I advised the customer of this and they advised they have contacted their builder and will have the installers replace the missing insulation. I advised that the gap between the top of the dishwasher tub to the bottom of the countertop is too wide which is why the unit rear is tilting upward. Customer advised they would have the installers look at it and see what can be done. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for tripping breaker. Upon arrival, test unit and found unit tripping breaker during preheat. Test polarity at terminal block both at idle and during call for bake. Get 121 from L1 and L2 and 242 from L1-L2. Test N-G and get zero.. Test amp draw on elements and get 14 amp draw from broil and 10 amp draw from bake. Also inspected harness and is good.. Contacted Techline and spoke with Chris . Explained issue of tripping breaker and all electrical test that were done. Replaced control W11707168, bake element W11182108, and broil element W108566603. SR# 7740986633. Unit preheated to 500 and did not trip breaker. Allowed unit to operate for 40 minutes to ensure moisture burn-off from elements. Unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inpsect oven tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I replaced both controls and performed a burn off procedure by removing the ground and setting the oven to the highest temp and running for 30 minutes. The house was vacant, so there was no one present to complete the additional 2 hrs of burn off. I tested the oven and the oven was no longer tripping the breaker and operating as designed. Arrived onsite for unit making loud thumping noise. I found the left front roller to be cause of the loud noise. I replaced all 4 rollers and idler roller using repair kit provided. I tested the unit and it is now sounding as designed. Call complete. Installed 4392067 Repair Kit.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer with unresponsive start button. Found unit blinking a no drain error code, and had water in it. Examined under unit and found drain pump blue wire broken. Removed damaged wiring section and replaced with thicker gage wiring. Plugged in unit and verified draining properly. Once drained the unit allowed me to start proper cycles. Unit working as designed. Repair completed."

Arrived on site for unit not powering on. Upon arrival customer had stated they had a community power outage a week ago. Unit was running when outage happened and tripped breaker. Customer had thought her dryer breaker was located in her garage with all the 120v breaker. Explained to customer unit that operates on 240v will be located in breaker box on the side of the hs. Checked breaker outside and found dryer breaker tripped. Turned breaker back on and tested. Unit is functioning properly and as designed to. No parts used job completed

"Arrived on site to test unit for frosting in the FC. Upon arrival customer presented issue, FC gasket has a gap and is not sealing properly causing frost to build up in the FC. Used heat gun to form gasket to the frame. Sealed chassis to liner gap with silicone (W10841140). Inspected gaskets, all are now sealing properly. Advised customer to leave FC door closed to allow proper forming to the frame. Unit is now functioning as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

On arrival Verified complaint of unit making thin ice on first inspection of the unit found that the unit had poor water flow. Remove water filter and water flow improved. Ran diag cycle and confirmed that the unit is now functioning correctly. All components are activating as they should. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis and based off previous notes, I removed and replaced the drain pump and main control and went to calibrate the unit it and found the UI failed. When I went to replace the UI, I found that I only had the fascia which does not come with the user interface control. I researched the parts and found it to be separate. I advised the customer of the issue and am ordering the UI and scheduled return service for 02/24/25. I will return with all prescr3ened parts not used today. RETURNING TECH TO INSTALL THE UI AND CALIBRATE THE UNIT BEFORE TESTING IN DIAGNOSTICS. Unit left unplugged for safety. W11627517, W10876600; ordrng 1 W11627516 (UI)"
