Arrived on site for refrigerator KRMF706ESS01 that has freezer door sealing issues. Unit also not producing ice. Examined unit and found FC door gasket almost completely hanging out of the FC door. Installed new FC gasket, W10407216. This got freezer to seal. Once temps drop to normal ice production should resume. I did also notice the pantry UI is out completely. Didnt see water under it, so is likely broken harness wire. Ordering a new pantry harness and UI to restore functionality. Arrived on site to test unit WTW4957PW0 for pump running. Upon arrival customer stated drain pump constantly runs unless power is removed. Applied power, drain pump immediately engaged indicating a pressure system fault. Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) error code stored. Per S code S153EB, followed TSP W11766193. Both model and serial number fall within the rework. Cleared error code and reset control, cycled power, drain pump still immediately engages. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Valve is not leaking. Pressure switch on the control has failed. Replaced control (W11608056) and applied power, drain pump no longer immediately engages. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived on-site for refrigerator model WRX735SDHW03 with customer reporting items freezing in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that two items in front of the refrigerator vent had frozen, along with a soda in the bottom door bin; since then, no further freezing occurred, but they requested a check. Verified temperature settings at freezer -5F and refrigerator 36F. Took internal temperatures: refrigerator 37F, freezer -2F. Found no evidence of defrost issues in freezer. Advised customer that items near vents can freeze due to direct airflow, potentially causing uneven cooling. Arrived on site to test unit for not working properly, tested unit found all components activating in diagnostics but when starting a regular cycle noticed motor not spinning normally, and a fast clicking noise, inspected under unit and found failed capacitor leaking oil causing belt to fail and damage actuator and cam, replaced capacitor (W11395618), cam (W10721967), actuator (W11481722) and belt (WPW10006384) and tested unit is now running as designed no leaks detected job complete

Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher making abnormal noise during operation. Ran the unit through a full test cycle and observed that the noise did not occur at the beginning, but started later in the wash cycle once the unit had filled and circulation began. Performed further inspection and found damage on the right side of the tub. The damaged area is allowing water to leak out during operation. As water escapes the tub, it is likely coming into contact with internal components and/or causing improper water levels, which results in the noise heard during the cycle. Due to the structural damage to the tub, repair is not possible. The tub will need to be replaced to resolve both the leak and the noise issue. Ordering new tub. They stated that the broiler works but the oven doesnt sound like its lighting. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. I gained access to the spark module and found no voltage being sent to the igniter. I replaced the spark module W10898291 and tested the unit again. I found voltage being sent and the igniter sparking but would not ignite the gas. I replaced the igniter W11524031 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no gas leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrive on site for a refrigerator model WRS315SDHM13 that is making weird noises. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he had a video of the issue. He stated that it seems to be coming from the freezer. I heard a video of it, and it did sound like cabinet vibration around the fan area. The customer advised that when he adjusted the feet on the machine that it seemed to go away. I found the machine rocking from the front right side to the left rear. I found that when the unit was level, I could hear a slight vibration noise from the freezer. I gained access to the evaporator fan and found no obstructions or ice build-up. I went ahead and replaced the evaporator fan WP2315549 and added mastic 212643 around the edges of the evaporator fan housing. I reassembled the unit and found the unit working and operating as designEd. Call complete. No leaks were present during service.

Checked the rear and found the heating element broken and also found neutral on terminal block loose due to a 5/16 bolt used instead of a quarter. KRSC503ESS01. Customers stated the doors were rubbing together, especially the refrigerator door. Adjusted upper door hinges on the refrigerator door; it is no longer rubbing. Customer also stated it is no longer making ice. Verified no ice in bucket. Icemaker was turned on. There was ice in the mold. Checked wire harness at bottom of freezer door and found several wires cut. See picture on SD Mobile refrigerator needs new freezer door PART NUMBER. Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher displaying F8E4 error code. Upon inspection, confirmed error indicating water present in the drip pan. Removed unit from installation and accessed the drip pan area. Found standing water in the pan and cleared all moisture. Reset the unit and restarted to monitor operation. During testing, noticed unusually loud water pressure noise once the wash cycle began. Disassembled the lower rack and inspected the spray arms. Found the lower spray arm had come loose from its mounting connection. This caused water to spray directly toward the front door with excessive force, leading to water escaping past the door seal and collecting in the drip pan, which triggered the error code. Arrived on site to replace the steam nozzle on the dryer. Removed the faulty nozzle and installed the new component. After installation, tested the unit by running a cycle with two towels to verify proper steam function. During testing, observed that the steam was still directing toward the front of the door, causing water to accumulate and leak from the door area. Contacted Techline and performed additional testing while on the call. After reviewing the units operation, Techline advised that this condition can occur with light loads and recommended the customer use the dryer with a full load to ensure proper steam distribution and prevent water from contacting the door. Arrived on site for dryer MGD6205RF0 making thumping noise. Unit is new and customer could hear a rhythmic thumping that continues as long as unit is running. Noise is not loud, but they want to be sure its normal. I showed them that the noise is coming from the weld seam on the drum hitting the rollers. I advised i could try and sand the seam a little, but they wanted to keep it as is. Unit is working as designed. No repair needed.

Arrived on site for a washing machine model MTW6205RW1 that is hard to turn on. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she just got this machine and she doesnt think that theres something wrong with the machine, but she thinks that shes maybe turning it on wrong. I turned on the machine and ran the unit into diagnostics. I found an F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error code. I tested the power button mold full times and was able to get the machine to turn on and off as designed. I had the customer show me how she was trying to turn it on. The customer was holding the power button for too long, so it never acknowledged her input. I showed the customer how to use the buttons on her user interface and was able to get the customer to turn on and off her washer and dryer (matching combo) without an issue. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for range KFGG504KPS4 not heating in the oven. Tested unit with manifold exposed and saw no spark at the igniter, but there was sparking noise. Looked behind broiler drawer and found igniter unplugged. Reinstalled ignition cable and tested. Verified proper operation with no gas leaks observed.

Arrived on site for a dryer WED5010LW0 not heating properly. When testing the unit heated and cooled as designed. The rollers were a little noisy so I used a repair kit 4392065 to replace them. Explained the different cycles and advised to use timed dry in the future. Unit is operating as designed.

Arrived on site for unit not spinning. Upon arrival checked error codes and found F7E7 motor unable to reach RPM, F7E6 motor circuit open and F7E1 tachometer missing. Cleared codes. Customer stated machine worked 4 times after servicing. Proceeded inspect mechanical parts and found no oil present at the gearcase. Proceeded to inspect all harness connections and was good. Continued to check capacitor and found 0MFD. Ohm readings on the motor are normal as well. Called GC and concluded faulty new capacitor. Proceeded to replace capacitor. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time.

Heard the noise for about 5 seconds and then could hear something drop into the drum. Inspected and found debris was stuck in between the drum and cabinet. Removed and noise went away. Refrigerator WRFF3736SZ00. Upon arrival, found the unit was unplugged. Previous tech had advised the customer to unplug the refrigerator and do a manual defrost. Customer said she unplugged the refrigerator for twenty-four hours and then plugged it back in, but the refrigerator section still did not cool. The issue was probably because the ice had not completely melted in the freezer. Unit was room temperature. Put unit into diagnostics and found that the freezer evaporator thermistor was open. Ordering freezer evaporator thermistor and defrost heater . Office will contact customer when parts have come in. Arrived to 202 for unit leaking. Upon arrival removed kickplate and drained water and found drain loop hose is leaking. Ordering WPW10545278 drain hose loop. Unit unplugged and left towel underneath. No parts replaced. Front office agreed to reschedule Mar 25th ; ordrng 1 WPW10545278 (Drain hose loop)

Arrived onsite WRF555SDFZ11 for ice bin that had flooded slowly and froze in place again after a week. Repaired by cleaning all ice and replacing the dual valve W11043013 due to evidence of a trickle leak freezing the fill cup. Advised cuetomer on repair and air dried components before reassembly. No leaks.

Arrived on site to inspect washer MVWC300VW0 basket not spinning. Upon further inspection, I found the unit full of water and attempted to test the unit and when I pulled on the knob to start the cycle, nothing happened. Using my jumper wire, I gained access to the lid switch and jumped the switch harness and the unit began to perform a spin cycle. I removed and replaced the switch assembly and retested and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. WP8318084

Arrived on site to test unit KOES530PPS01 for incorrect temperatures. Upon arrival customer stated she uses a hanging thermometer to read temps and they are never at what the unit is set to. Engaged a bake cycle at 350 and monitored temperatures with a thermocouple. Unit reached 390 and cycled between 330370, which is within normal operating range. Advised customer that hanging thermometers are not recommended due to delayed and inaccurate readings. Provided instruction on oven calibration for temperature adjustment if desired. No functional failure found. Unit is running as designed, no parts installed, job complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator sometimes making a noise and maintenance advice. Unable to confirm noise. Answered all questions. Unit currently working as designed. Call complete

Arrived to 2321 for missing exhaust. Upon arrival, confirmed missing collar and exhaust. Pictures attached. Disassembled unit and found part no where to be found. Proceeded to replace WPW10344699 collar and WPW10342188 pipe exhaust. Tested unit and now found Err code when starting. Proceeded to replaced W11551763 door switch truck stock. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed ; ordrng 1 W11551763 (Door switch)

Arrived onsite for dishwasher KDFM404KPS1 continuously running. On arrival customer stated that mid cycle the unit stoped and started to beep. Ran test and could not duplicate. Customer stated if failed within 5-10 min. Ran for 30 min and couldnt duplicate. Called safety team to document #22524037. If symptoms persist, customer must have 20-30 second video of failure point to better identify the issue. Job complete

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator KRQC506MPS00 ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the left side FC section and found it at 1 degree. I tested the ice maker by pressing the test button under the motor housing and it failed to harvest. I cycled power to the ice maker and it didnt respond to being reset. I removed and replaced the ice maker and found ice in the old ice maker tray. Once I had the new installed, I tested it and it is operating as designed. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11455232

Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production and leaking water, tested unit found water valve cracked and leaking, replaced valve (WP2315576) and tested, ice maker is not responding to diagnostics, replaced ice maker (D7824706Q) and tested unit is now running as designed no leaks detected job complete

Arrived on site for drain pump constantly running. Ran diagnostics found stored error F3 E1 pressure system failure. Replaced control under s code S153EB and tested. Unit is now functioning properly and as designed to. No leaks present at this time job completed

Arrived on site for unit not heating. Upon arrival, found unit making a loud humming noise and will not heat. Proceeded to replace W11256462 diode and WPW10693025 mag. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed.

Arrived on site for unit making clicking sound and banging around. Upon arrival inspected unit found suspension good. Ran test cycle unit is making clicking noises and winding up sounds. Inspected underneath and found gearcase leaking after removing guard. Unit will need a gearcase replacement. Ordering gearcase return set 3/26; ordrng 1 W11454741 (Gearcase)

Arrived on site to repair previously diagnosed issue unit needs new magnetron and inverter. Upon arrival realized factory model number not correct and ordered wrong parts. Updated model number and ordered correct parts office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11346197 (Magnetron) and 1 W11325604 (Inverter)

Arrived on site unit 4206 for customer complaint of unit running drain pump constantly. I replaced control under S153EB, calibrated and tested, unit tested good. Part used w11607637

Arrived on site for a refrigerator model KRQC506MPS00 that is phrasing whats items in her deli drawer. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that some of her water-based vegetables are freezing in the bottom drawer from time to time. She advised that the rest of the refrigerator seems to be working just fine. I found the refrigerator set for zero degrees in the freezer and thirty-seven degrees in the refrigerator section. I found actual temperatures match set temperatures. I did advise the customer that the bottom two drawers are going to be the coldest sections in the refrigerator due to natural airflow. I explained that warm air rises and cold air falls. This means that when the refrigerator is not cooling and airflow os recirculating, the cold air will fall to the bottom of the refrigerator and thus make the items down at the bottom colder than the upper portion of the refrigerator. I went over temperature selections and product placement. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed, and no leaks were present during service.

WTW4816FW3 Arrived on site for a washer with no power. On arrival, I verified long drain a failed control board. I replaced the control board calibrated then tested product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from the main water supply.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher WDT531HAPM0 not draining. I ran two full factory cycles without any issues. Unit did drain all of the water both times. Drain hose is routed correctly and the knockout is removed from the disposal. No issues or leaks detected while on site. Nobody available to sign.

Arrived on site to inspect microwave model JMC2430LL00 display error code F2E1. Upon further inspection I attempted to power cycle the unit but it did not help the issue. I verified proper wire connections. The control has an internal failure. I replaced the console and tested and it is now operating as designed W11735112

Arrived on site for washer MVWX655DW1 to install previously diagnosed parts. Removed and replaced suspension rods W11130362. Ran unit through auto test; washer filled, agitated, drained, and spun. Washer is working as intended. No leaks detected at times service.

Arrived on site to install new latch in washer WTW5057LW1. Removed and replaced lid Latch with new W11513248. I tested the unit and confirmed it was properly starting cycles. No water leaks observed.

Arrived on site for a washing machine model MTW5605RW0 that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Upon arrival, I found the machine unlevel and leaning towards the front right side. I adjusted the feet to level out the washer. I also found the drain hose connected to a garden hose that ran across the garage and out into the front yard. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill) error code. I ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and found water siphoning out of the drain hose while filling due to the drain hose installation. I adjusted the drain hose to have an upwards trajectory and ran the unit through a quick wash. I found all portions of the machine working and operating as designed and watched it complete the full cycle. However, I found that when it drained, draining was taking forever. I checked the drain hose and found water was coming out of the garden hose, but the water had to travel 25-30 feet to fully drain out. I advised the customer their issue would be with their drain hose installation and gave them the installation instructions for the drain. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to George SR# 22962682. He advised that the drain issue needed to be addressed prior to any further service. He advised that this would cause all issues the customer is experiencing. He advised me to make no further repair at this time. Call complete. No parts were installed and no leaks were present during service.

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher WDT730HAMZ0 turning itslef on. Upon further inspection, I found the display lights flashing as if the customer had just selected the settings to start the unit. The customer advised that the unit did the settings itself and has been in this status since last night. I cleared the control and placed it in diagnostics showing error code F2E1-stuck key. I removed the outer door panel to gain access to the main control/UI to find moisture inside the door from a failed vent assembly. I removed and replaced the main control and vent assembly and cleaned the moisture. Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed. W11682810, W11637583
