Arrived on site for a refrigerator WRMC7036RZ00. Found the ui getting f6e1 for a communication issue. Tried to enter diagnostics but it was unresponsive. Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRS325SDHZ13 that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the freezer wont freeze but the refrigerator seems to stay cold. I checked temperature in in both compartments and found the freezer at 28 degrees and the refrigerator at 39 degrees. I gained access tonthe evaporator and found an incomplete forst pattern, indicating a failed compressor. Arrived on site to test unit WTW4105SW0 for leak. Upon arrival customer stated they ran one cycle and unit filled the drain pan. Entered service mode and ran test cycle; during fill, noticed water leaking down internal cabinet walls. Inspected valve and found it damaged, causing water to be redirected over the basket. Replaced valve (W11797439) and retested; leak confirmed eliminated. Unit is now running as designed, job complete.

Arrived on-site to replace the previously diagnosed damaged dishwasher door panel. Removed the new panel from the box and inspected it prior to installation. Panel appeared to be in good condition, so installation was completed W11726284,After removing the protective plastic from the door panel, I noticed a very small mark on the surface. The mark is only visible when shining a light directly on the panel. It appears to be caused by the support bracket for the under-dishwasher projector/light assembly.Spoke with the contractor and advised him of the finding. Contractor will confirm with the homeowners whether the mark is acceptable. If the homeowners are not satisfied with the appearance, the dishwasher door panel will need to be reordered and replaced.

Arrived on site to unit 529 for unit tripping breaker when heating the oven. Upon arrived unit was powered on, remove the back and found bake and broil elements defective. Replaced W11182108 bake element, W10856603 broil element, and W1107168 control. Tested both bake and broil. Both pre heated normally to temp set. Unit working as designed at this time. No gas leaks at this time.

Arrived on site to look at model MVW6200KW5 for customer complaint of squealing noise during spin. Found oil leaking from gearcase onto belt and splutch. I replaced gearcase, splutch, and belt, ran full diagnostic test cycle, unit tested good. Parts used wpw10006384, w10721967 and w11449840

Customer said unit worked about twice then it stopped. Shows f1e1 again. Entered diagnostics and found f1e1 code. Cleared and ran automatic test. All components pass. Called tech line as it is the same error. They advised they have seen the owi give false failure codes. Advised to change out control again with owi sensor. Case 24154014. Arrived on site for a dishwasher WDT540HAMZ4 not heating. Found the control is sending voltage. Tested resistance and got an open circuit. I replaced the heater w10518394 and ran a factory cycle. No other issues or leaks detected.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRS588FIHZ00 ice maker continuing leak drip water into the ice bin. Upon further inspection, I gained access to the ice maker and found a formation of ice underneath the fill tube. I placed the unit into service mode and ran test 45 to harvest and ran test 44 fill test. I found that the water was spraying due to deposits in the tube and the tube also being deformed. I attempted to cleared out the hard water deposits however the fill continued to spray due to the defective fill tube. I am ordering the door to fix the issue. No water leaks observed during service. Arrived on site to washer not running constantly. Cx stated washer would seem to fill with water and stop and not spin out clothes. Ran diagnostics and found f3e1 fault code. Pressure sensor failt. Removed and replaced pressure switch w11316246. Retested washer and it filled properly, tumbled, draind and spun. Cx stated unit not spinning out when q was hing rugs. Advised cx that when washing small bath rugs to add a couple bath towels to help balance load. Washer is working as intended. No leaks detected at time of service.

MVW6200KW3 Arrived on site for a washer powering on not starting. On arrival, I verified the issue . After testing the lid lock part has failed. Washer had a long drain issue, causing the pump to keep running without turning off unless unplugged . The control board has failed. I replaced the control board calibrated then tested product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from the main water supply.

Arrived on site to inspect dryer MED4500MW0 taking multiple times to dry. Upon further inspection I used my airflow tested and found that the airflow showed good. I tested the heating and cycling and found the temperatures to be cycling in range. I called techline to document and to discuss further options. Techline had me test the temperatures again and recorded cycling temperatures on the high setting and found the low reading 113 degrees to high reading 220 degrees with 50 second fall and rise time. It was recommended by techline to advise to the customer to reduce the load size and if there results are the same to have the vent checked. Case number #24154497.

Arrived on site for a washing machine model MVW6230HW3 that is flashing an F9 E1 (long drain) error code. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised she saw what the code meant and tried draining the water manually in case something was clogged but couldnt find anything and the same thing happened to the next load. I confir,ed the customers complaint and found the error code present. I checked resistance from the main contro, to the drain pump and found an open line but found proper resistance through the drain pump at the drain pump. I replaced the wire harness W11590868 and found the drive pulley ajd belt worn. I replaced the splutch assembly W10721967 and belt WPW10006384 Aand tested the unit. I found the machine working until the drain and found while the drain was getting voltage and buzzing, but not draining. I removed the water and gained access to the drain pump. I found the drain pump had failed mechanically. I replaced the drain pump W11399437 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for washer MVW5430MW2 not starting cycles. On arrival tested unit and found capacitor is buzzing but not advancing. I installed a new capacitor, W11395618. When removing the capacitor, the wiring harness had been pinched under it and 2 wires severed as a result, which shorted the control and shifter. I replaced the harness W11643701, Actuator W11481722, Control W11735316. Tested unit ans verified all items working as designed. Repair completed, no water leaks observed.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis of a failed compressor and main control, I installed the new control and using my tester start device, I placed it on the compressor and tested the unit. I found thencontrol functioning properly and ths compressor is locked up. I evacuated the system and cleared it with nitrogen. I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, and UV dye drier and pressurized the system to check for leaks. The unit held pressures and my gauges held at 250 psi. I vacuumed the system down to -30/0 psi and monitored my gauges and found no signs of a leak. Installed 47g of R600a refrigerant and allowed the system to equalize. Plugged the unit in and tested and its beginning to cool properly. I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24 hours before placing food items inside. Arrived on site to inspect dryer WED4107SW0 not powering on. Upon further inspection I checked the incoming power to the dryer and found no voltage. I reset the circuit breaker and tested the dryer and checked the operating and the airflow and heating. The dryer is now operating as designed and at this time found no issues with the dryer which would have caused the breaker to trip.

Arrived on-site to test unit for not operating properly, and not starting. Customer stated the unit started malfunctioning, displayed Sensing, then went into pause and would not start. Customer unplugged the unit and left it off for a while. After plugging it back in, all operations returned to normal. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the FC door. In the process of removing the FC door, I found ice and moisture at the top left corner of the FC section; ice and moisture at the top left corner of the FC door liner; ice and moisture at the bottom right corner of the FC liner at the center mullion and at the bottom of the FC door, and inside the ice chute. Using my flashlight, I placed it inside the ice chute and closed the door and inspected the top left corner of the FC door at the hinge and found a small gap. I attempted to close it off, but was unable to. I then placed my flashlight at the bottom of the FC compartment and closed the door to find a small gap at the corner of the center mullion where it meets the bottom mullion. Once I had the new door in place, I checked the same spots again and found the top left corner at the hinge was closed off now, but there was still a small gap in the bottom right corner at the center mullion. I attempted to seal it with silicone, but could still see the small gap/light. I recommended that the customer monitor the unit and check it within the next few days and if there is moisture again, they need to call it in for service. No water leaks observed during service and the unit is operating as designed and cooling properly. LW11258441

Arrived on site for refrigerator WRF555SDFZ15 not cooling. On arrival unit sounded like it was idle with no fans running. Once I power cycled I found fans came on and ran, but compressor was dead / cold. Heard NO clicking from start device. I installed a new start device and capacitor from truck stock (W11524472 / WPW10350564). Tested unit and verified proper operation. Verified cooling present. Evap fan is making a bit of buzzing but not impeding function. Advised if fan stops to open a new ticket and replace fan / blade / bracket. Call completed.

Arrived on site for refrigerator WRS321SDHZ14 with issue of leaking from dispenser. Upon arrival, inspected unit. Found water marks on dispenser tray but no leaks found. Did find crushed ice setting is selected. When crushed ice is selected it is normal for pieces of ice to stay stuck in dispenser and eventually melt and drip down. I tested dispenser door and is good. I did find some condensation on bottom side of ice door. I believe that is due to the warm ambient temperature outside of unit and the cold temperature in freezer, which is also normal when temperatures are high in living area. The unit is operating as designed. There are no actual leaks present. Job complete

WFES3530RS0 Arrived on site for an oven when preheating entire off. On arrival, I verified the issue when preheating the oven it trips the breaker. I removed the ground wire and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I rewired the ground wire back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I recommended to leave oven on for one hour. I let the client know if it happens again to contact a gfci breaker company to find the correct gfci breaker for the range. No parts used.

Arrived on site to apartment 2808 for oven WSES5030SZ0 with issue of F1-E1 error. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found Technical Service Pointer #: W11836224 for this issue. Arrived on site to diagnose the dryer for a power button that was not responding properly. Tested the unit and found the power button was intermittent, requiring approximately 10 presses before the unit would turn on. Performed diagnostics and determined the user interface/console had a shorted power button, causing the intermittent operation. Replaced the console assembly and reassembled the unit. Tested the dryer multiple times to verify proper operation. The power button is now responding on the first press every time, and all functions

AMV2307PFS07 Arrived on site for a otr microwave under light not working. On arrival, I verified the issue. Further inspection I found the lamp housing has failed causing light bulb to fail as well. I replaced both parts then tested product is working as its designed.

Arrived on site to test unit WRT311FZDW06 for leak. Upon arrival customer stated when he pulled the unit out, water was present. Removed unit from cavity and found water accumulation underneath. Initiated harvest cycle; when filling valve began to leak due to water line not fully inserted into valve housing. Trimmed line to remove scarring and reinserted fully. Leak has been eliminated and unit is now running as designed, job complete.

Arrived on site for unit electric dryer model WED4815EW1 that is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. I confirmed the customers complaint and found the unit would not start. I checked voltage and found proper voltage and polarity. I found the door switch in good condition. I gained access to the rear and found the vent hose completely crunched behind the unit due to the wall vent coming out 4 inches and the dryer being pushed almost to the back wall. See photo. I found the thermal fuse blown, causing the starting issue. I replaced the thermal fuse WP3392519 and checked the heater. I did not find it grounded against the heater housing or sagging. I tested the dryer with the vent hose off and found temperatures fluctuate properly. I advised the customer they will need to change their venting to a periscope dryer vent in order for the machine to work properly. The unit is now working and operating as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine model WTW6157PW0 that is not completing cycles and wont unlock the lid. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they drained the unit manually and tried starting a new cycle. However, the unit dod the same thing and wouldnt finish. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F9 E1 (long drain) error code. I checked the wire harness and found it in good condition. I checked the drain pump and found the impeller had been stripped due to glass inside of the drain pump. I replaced the drain pump W10876600 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite fro refrigerator WRX735SDHZ08 to replace previously diagnosed parts. Found freezer rails operating correctly, no sign of frost buildup. Did advise customer about opening and closing from center. Replaced failed RC gaskets W10830274 and Upper RC led module W11527432. Additional advised customer of items in bags where when the drawers are closed the packaging sticks out and causes a gap in the door seal. This could add to Additional warm air migration. Arrived on site to replace the sump and motor assembly, along with the door springs and door link kit, as previously diagnosed. Installed all replacement parts and reassembled the unit. Tested the dishwasher and verified there were no water leaks. However, the new sump and motor assembly would not operate. Performed additional troubleshooting and found the replacement motor has a slightly different electrical connector than the original motor, making it incompatible with the unit. Reinstalled the original motor so the customer would have their original part, and left it with the customer. A correct sump and motor assembly will need to be ordered and installed. Arrived on site for vent hood WVU37UC0FS1 with issue of makes vibration sounds. Upon arrival, test unit and confirmed. Found unit is running but there is no air flow and damper making noise. I found out side vent painted shut. I freed up dampers and test unit. There is now correct airflow and normal operating sounds. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete

Arrived on site to dishwasher not filling. Verified no water entering dishwasher. Checked under sink and found valve in off position. Opened valve and started dishwasher. Unit filled and statrd to wash. Drained unit and it drained fime. No leaks detected at time of service.

Arrived on site to test unit WTW8127LW1 for lid not locking. Upon arrival inspected unit and found strike broken with glass panel unglued from the lid frame. Replaced lid (W11470212) and strike (W11457841); lid now latching properly with cycles initiating as expected. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived on site to look at model WRX735SDHZ04 for customer complaint of unit not producing ice. Found small batch of ice in ice maker mold. Ran ice harvest test 25 in diagnostic mode. Ice maker rotated, dumped and filled, but there must have been air in the line from the previous repair which caused ice maker not to fill the mold all the way creating small ice and the ice maker thermistor must not have picked up on the small ice cubes in the mold. I ran 2 harvest tests to ensure no air was in the line. Unit tested good.

Arrived on site for unit not power on. Upon arrival found breaker was tripped. Reset breaker. Removed back panel to check voltages and found all incoming voltage to elements is correct. Checked cut off t stat and found reading 0.7ohms which a little bit of a higher reading compared to normal readings at 0.4ohms. Proceeded to replace WP4449751 thermostat. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed.

Arrived on site for a washer WTW4307SW0 getting unbalanced. Found an error for over suds and overloaded. Inspected the gearcase and found the splutch was worn possibly from overloading it. I replaced the actuater w11481722 and cam w10721967. Ran a calibration cycle and a full factory cycle without any issues or leaks.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Repla Ed console and switch. Ran washer through auto test and unit filled, agitated, drained and spun. Washer is working as intended. No leaks detected at time of service.

Arrived on site for dryer not working. Customer says it will heat but it is not blowing air. Found blower motor very loud and found no air blowing in the back. Removed drum, found motor had failed. Secondary belt broke off. Replaced motor. Verified proper operation. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. When pulling the unit out I found it to only pull out a quarter of the way and unit starts tilting upwards, spoke with PR and a 2 man is needed to remove the microwave due to hardwire not having enough slack to be pulled out, ordering 2 man and office to RS return with all parts.; ordrng 1 2man (2man)

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Replaced W10854245 clip and W10735373 cover, unit now latches and looks as designed, call complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose a microwave that was not heating. Tested the unit and confirmed the turntable, fan, and other functions operated normally, but the unit produced no heat. During operation, the high-voltage system emitted a loud humming noise along with a crackling sound. Disassembled the unit to inspect the high-voltage components. Initially suspected the crackling noise was caused by a failed high-voltage diode. Tested the diode and confirmed it is shorted. Continued troubleshooting and determined the crackling noise is originating from the filter board as well. Ordering a new filter board for the return visit. Due to the failed high-voltage components, the return visit will include replacement of the filter board, high-voltage capacitor, high-voltage diode, and magnetron. Unit was left unplugged for safety. Customer has been rescheduled for Saturday to complete the repair.; ordrng 1 W10422269 (Filter board)

Arrived onsite to replace damaged parts. Replaced grill cover W11784426. However the side trim was not installed due to cabinetry needing adjustment. Took pics for uneven sides. Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed part. Upon arrival replaced encoder (W11627516) and tested, knob functions have returned. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived on-site to test the washer for rust stains appearing on white clothing. Inspected the unit and found no visible rust present on the inner drum.Explained to the customer that the washer clean cycle should be performed once per month as part of regular maintenance. Customer stated they were not aware of this and believed the clean cycle only needed to be performed once per year.Advised the customer that the best next step is to run multiple washer clean cycles to help break down and remove any possible internal buildup. Contacted Whirlpool Tech Line to document the issue and receive further guidance. Per Whirlpool, the customer should use Affresh washer cleaner tablets, which is the only cleaning product Whirlpool recommends for this concern. Whirlpool advised running two clean cycles back-to-back using Affresh, case#24128205If the rust staining issue continues after the recommended clean cycles have been completed, Tech Line recommends replacing the tub assembly.At this time, the unit is operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for not working properly, customer stated that it runs for a few minutes and then shuts off and they found metal strip in there laundry, tested unit found moisture sensor fell out do to failed grill, causing unit to malfunction, will need to replace moisture sensors and moisture sensor harness and grill to fix issue, ordering parts rescheduled for 7/13; ordrng 1 W11086603 (Grill) and 2 WP3387223 (Sensor)s and 1 WPW10298258 (Sensor harness)

Arrived onsite for washer MVW4005SW0 Not advancing through cycle. Customer stated he went to check clothes and they had not been spun out. He did try a cycle before the appointment and it completed. Ran diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Ran auto text and all components passed. Could not duplicate any issues. Customer will monitor. Job complete

MVWB835DW4 Arrived on site for a washer, not advancing cycles. On arrival, the client stated that they can only wash small loads. If they wash large loads, it gos off balance. Further inspection I found the suspension completely worn out . Im ordering suspension and rescheduling client for soonest returning date. Arrived on site for no ice. No ice in container, ice in tray,icemaker not running through a forced harvest diagnosed a defective icemaker installed a new icemaker, icemaker ran through a harvest and filled with water no leaks. W11692161

Arrived on site for range KFGG500EBS2 with issue of oven will not ignite. Upon arrival, test unit and confirmed issue. Found harness connection to igniter is disconnected. I secured connection and test unit by preheating to 350. Unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks present. Job complete

Arrived on site for a washing machine model MVW5435PW1 that is making grinding noises during agitation and is not filling with water. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the machineActs like its filling with water but water does not rise above the clothing level and cant see the water hardly. He also explained that agitation sounds like metal on metal grinding. The customer stated that the spin doesnt seem to make noise, just agitation. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and found the agitator making the noise. It sounded like change stuck between the agitator and basket. I found the rest of the cycle work and operate as designed. I found the customer had the machine set to extra power and explained the extra power setting. I explained that it uses less water for a higher soap to water ratio and that it adds water as the cycle progresses. I advised if he wanted more water for the cycle, he would need to turn the extra power off. I removed three coins from the gap between the agitator and basket and tested the unit. I found the unit begin to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete. No parts were installed.

Arrived on site for clothes still damp after running couple times . Ran temp and air flow meter test . Meter indicates poor air flow. Temp checks show inconsistent temp ranges. Cycling themostat seems to be stuck @7K no matter what temp the dryer is . Replaced thermostat. Temps are withing range now . Job complete
