Arrived onsite for an ice machine leaking water. I found the regulator on the valve with the plastic molded housing separating causing the water leak. Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that just stops working and the lights start blinking. The customer stated it will stop and two of the lights on top and the clean light on front will constantly blink. I checked voltage and polarity finding it good. I ran the diagnostics cycle and the machine completed the cycle and worked as designed. The customer stated it will usually run about 10-15 minutes and then stop. I ran a regular cycle and saw the machine loose power after 15 minutes. I verified there was no voltage at the terminal block and then the machine powered back up and the lights were blinking like the door had been opened. I found the plug at the outlet partially pulled out. I pushed the plug in and tested the machine. The machine worked as designed for about 5 minutes and did it again. I checked power at the cord out of the outlet and there was no voltage present. I explained this to the customer and showed them. They are gonna replace the outlet or the breaker. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for motor not operating. Upon arrival,test unit can hear control relay click but motor is not powering on. Disassembled unit to inspect/test motor and heating circuit. Found thermal fuse is OL. Need to replace fuse. Found back up of lint at lint trap. Replaced thermal fuse W10693363 with truck stock. Test unit and motor now operates. On arrival verified complaint of not drying and dripping. Customer all stated the door hangs to low. For the not drying found customers water is no where hot enough to dry or wash properly. "arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored air codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working as designed until it got to the spin portion of the cycle, where the unit made a weird sound, and then stopped. The unit attempted to spend a couple times but would make the weird sound and not continue forward. Checked underneath and found the belt, completely loose and the cam stripped. Replaced both and tested the unit again. Still found the same issue happening with the machine. I removed the cam completely, and tried to spin the basket by hand. Found the basket skipping on the gearcase indicating an issue with a gearcase. Gained access to the hub assembly to replace it and found the hub also stripped. Ordering the hub and will return with a gearcase for full repair. Rescheduled the customer to 1/9.; ordrng 1 W10528947 (Hub)"

"WFW6620HC0 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts, I found multiple holes within the door bellow assembly and verified that as the in,y source of leaking. I replaced the bellow and then the dispenser assembly due to the water that had likely caused the detergent pump to fail. Entering service test mode, F0E5 as the only stored error code and I cleared for testing. The machine operated as designed and no further leaking was observed. During installation of the drawer, I found the left slide had severely corroded and was very difficult to open/close. I was able to temporarily lubricate the slide, but its future failure is imminent. Office to order slide parts and contact the customer to arrange return service. "MVWB835DW4 Arrivd to inspect drain noise. Service test mode had F0E3 and F2E1 stored in memory, and I cleared for testing. I did see approximately two inches of water standing in the tub, but the drain pump easily drained within the expected time. Inspection of the gear case and motor area revealed a large amount of oil had leaked from the gear case and the rotor bolt was loose. The gear case and slider will be required and the rotor teeth were worn from mis-engagements. I added the wash plate if necessary to complete, for returning tech. Arrived onsite for unit leaking. Upon arrival inspected unit. Ran test cycle and unit was leaking from bottom left door panel within the first 5 minutes of the cycle. Found door seal warped inward on the upper corner. Water would seep through and drip down the panel and puddle. Replaced gasket. Ran another test and found no leaking. Job complete

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher thats leaking on the front left corner. The customer stated it doesnt do it all the time but when it does it will make a small puddle on the floor. I found the door gasket leaking in the upper left corner. I replaced the door gasket. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that items will freeze in the fresh foods section and the water being dispensed is not cold enough. I tested temps in the FC=6 degrees and RC=40 in the middle section and 36 degrees on the tops shelf on a setting of 39 degrees. I found some items blocking the gap at the back of the fresh foods section and several items in front of the damper opening. I tested the water dispenser and retrieved an 8oz cup of water and tested the temps and it was approximately 60 degrees which is normal temp for the water. I made recommendations for use and care of the unit. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, using my ultraviolet light, I checked for any dye from refrigerant leaks and found the evaporator was leaking (photo). I evacuated the remainder of refrigerant and removed and replaced the evaporator, compressor, UV dye drier and access valve. Vacuumed the system for approximately 30 mins and found vacuumed pressures at -30/0. I installed 48g of R600 refrigerant and tested the unit. Unit is beginning to cool and evaporator had a good frost pattern. No water connections to the unit, job completed. No one available for signature. Messaged complex maintenance and advised of repair and allow 24 hours to cool."

"Arrived onsite for washer making a noise. On inspection ran unit in diagnostics mode, error F0E2 over sudsing popped up at the start of the diagnostics cycle. Ran the washer in diagnostics mode twice could not duplicate the noise. I put the unit into quick wash and colored and could not get it to reproduce the noise. The video the customer has sounds like the unit is in agitation mode and it is putting on the brakes to go back the opposite direction. The customer is going to record how large the load is when the noise appears and at what point in the cycle that it happens in. No water leaks detected during service. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the damper in test 121 and the customer identified the noise. I removed and replaced the damper control and retested and u;it is operating as des. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Customer vies at the unit has been having trouble for some time, but finally just died. He said that the unit will start to fill but then it will completely stop in the middle of the wash cycle. I ran the unit through diagnostics, but did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working until it was attempting to agitate. The unit completely turned itself off and then back on again, indicating a loss of power. Used a wattage meter outlet plug to check voltage during the agitation to find out any voltage drops and could not find any even when the control power off and power it on. Checked resistance through the motor and found proper resistance. I replaced the capacitor and tested the unit. I still found the same results. Unplugged all the loads on the unit trying to make the unit spin and could not indicating the issue would be with the control. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Chris SR# 7738150376. On arrival verified complaint of intermittent clicking igniter. Unit is not sparking incorrectly at this time. Unit is clear of dirt and grime. All igniters turn on and off correctly. Flames were incorrect on 4of 5 burners having flames to high on one side. Found black caps incorrectly placed. Reseated all of them and unit is now working as designed. I found two switches on the wall behind the unit that were in the off position. Questioned the customer if either switches were to the unit and they were unsure. I pulled the unit out and found the right side harness connector not connected to the element. I reconnected it and retested and unit is operating as designed. Element is getting 7-9amps as designed. "Arrived onsite for dishwasher not draining. On inspection there was water in the bottom floor of the dishwasher. Tried to drain, could hear the drain pump working. I gain access to drain system and looked for debris in the hose, found none. Pulled the whole drain system out and found no issue. I asked customer if the old dishwasher had issue draining he said no. What I did know was the other dishwasher had not worked for a while and when the old dishwasher was still in place the garbage disposal got replaced and the knock out plug was still intact. Knock the plug out ant the unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service."

"KSGG700ESS6 Arrived to inspect heating issue. I found the unit would fully preheat, but secondary ignitions were sporadic. I replaced the igniter and tested, finding that after the bake tube and igniter assemblies were warmed, ignition was still sporadic. Closer inspection revealed the mounting plate for the igniter was incorrectly placed during manufacturing and causing the flame to miss the igniter. I was able to correct the issue and test. The unit resumed normal operations. No gas leaks detected during service."

Arrived on site to inspect unit for bad smell coming from the unit. Upon closer inspection found smell to be hot water coming into the unit from the plumbing of house having sulfur smell. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit will show the error code 5C-drain pump issue. I found the unit door locked. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the drain pump manually and once in manual test mode, the door locked and it skipped the drain pump and went straight to testing the valves. I stopped testing and retested in a quick wash mode and the unit continued to fail to drain. I tilted the unit back and drained the water from the unit at the drain pump filter and removed the filter and it was clear. I inspected the impellers on the pump and they were good. Tested voltage and the drain pump is getting good voltage (120V). I researched the part through our parts vendor and found the drain pump currently out of stock. I reached out to our parts department and was advised there is no ETA on the part as its on back order. I advised the customer mod this issue and advised that I would order the part, but cannot guarantee if or when well get the part. Arrived onsite dishwasher with error F8E4 overflow sensor. On inspection found the inner seal was bad and leaking into the 5he overflow tray and created the error message. Installed new seal on dishwasher and tested the unit no water leaks detected during service.

Inspected terminal block one of the wires wasnt tightened and arched out will need to order terminal block, harness and return. On arrival verified complaint of unit not filling enough. Ran error codes and found none. Ran component activation and found both valves and all other components work. Ran cycle and unit did not fill up above the wash plate was all below. Replaced main board for bad pressure switch. Ran cycle again and unit now fills correctly. Job complete no leaks detected during service. Operational test is good.

Arrived onsite for a dryer that is making a noise when the drum is turning after we took the unit apart to replace a roller. Upon arrival I ran the unit and heard the noise(it was a squeaking noise) upon further inspection I found that the noise was caused but the drum not being installed properly I corrected it and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed

"KRMF706ESS05 Arrived to inspect door closing issue. I found the left RC door open approximately 1/4 farther than the right. The ice maker housing required pressing back and after, that issue was corrected. The ice bin door required adjusting, as the two door strikes would contact the housing and required lifting of the door to close. The chassis required substantial level and squaring, including the doors. The crisper door slides required lubrication. If further issues with the ice bin door continue, contact tech GC. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice. Installed the correct fill tube extension and tested unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. On inspection turn the fan on and can hear it ramp up and down. I installed the new fan a new control board. The fan is now operating and not ramping up and down anymore. The unit is operating as designed.

"Arrived on site for a dryer. That is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit will go about 30 to 40 minutes before the unit will stop tumbling. She advised that the unit will act like its continuing forward, but nothing is actually tumbling or drying. He just has that the dryer itself will get really hot and will need to cool down before she can start running another load. Just the unit and confirm that the unit was heating and operating as designed from a cold state. I went ahead and replaced the motor assembly due to possible issues with that but did notice that the customer has a spring style but knows that is sneaking in different directions prior to going into the wall. The customer advised that she has a two-story home, and that it then leads to the roof. I did it by the customer that it is possible that her vent hose may be causing an air flow issue, and that she may need to rearrange her venting to illuminate this issue. I test the unit and the unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.n"

"Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production, customer stated that it is making ice but does not dispense any, tested unit found yoke stripped on shaft, will need to replace motor and yoke, ordered parts customer want next service to be on 1/12; ordrng 1 W11671282 (Dispenser motor) and 1 WP63052-2 (Impeller)"

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying or completing a cycle. Upon further inspection, I found the unit in the garage and another dryer in its place. The customer,moved the other dryer and I assisted in moving the dryer on the ticket to the laundry room. Reconnected the unit and attempted to test. I found the light on inside the unit, but the control panel UI was non-responsive. I removed the top panel and found the diagnostics LED flashing on the main control. I removed and replaced the control panel and retested and unit is operating as designed. I recommended the customer have the vents checked/cleaned. No lint observed within the unit, job completed."

KDTE204KPS1 Arrived to inspect drying and wash issues. I found the customer was using pre-measured pods and I advised discontinuing the use of them. Testing revealed all functions were present and the unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for Luke warm water. Upon closer inspection found units valve was clogged with sediment not allowing cold water to close properly causing the Luke warm issue instead of hot water. Replaced valve, tested unit, unit is running as intended. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave not venting properly. Upon further inspection, I tested the microwave fan and could not hear the damper door opening or closing. I removed the vent cover and found the damper door broken/missing and the vent box cover not covering the vent opening properly (photo). I removed and replaced the damper assembly and sealed off the gaps with foil tape and placed the vent box cover back on the vent area and advised the customer they would need to contact their builder to have them put a larger cover on the vent area in order for the damper to function properly. The customer took photos of the vent area before I replaced the damper and sealed off the gaps. Tested the unit and the vent area is no longer leaking cold air into the kitchen and the damper does open a portion of the way but it is being blocked by the box cover that needs to be replaced by the builder. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect oven for making a loud noise. Upon closer inspection found back to be dented in from installation, and convection fan is rubbing on something internally causing a grinding sound. Retention nut on lower convection fan causing noise. Also found rear panel bent almost causing contact with lower bake element. Damaged rear panel causes safety concern from arching out. Customer is contacting contractor to get a replacement. Job complete."
