Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling and making loud noises for 20 seconds at a time. Upon further inspection I measured the FC and RC the FC measured 6 and the RC measured 34. I attempted to placed the unit into diagnostics to check defrost type and check other components however the UI would not allow the unit to be put in this mode. I attempted to reset the unit however I could not place the unit into diagnostics. I observed the damper opening and closing and this was the source of the loud noise. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven turning off while cooking. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they have been cooking and the unit will shut off on its own and the display will go blank. Customer advised that they have had the unit connected to wifi via the Whirlpool app on their phone and the unit continues to fail. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F6E4-main control failure. I cleared the code and cycled power to the unit and removed and replaced the main control. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door not opening. Upon further inspection, I found the toeplate not secured on the right side and the left side of the toeplate was dented/damaged (photos). I adjusted the toeplate and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. I tested each components individually as the tech sheet provides. While testing the wash motor, I tested several times to see if I could duplicate the previous issue of a water leak and could not duplicate the issue. Customer advised the unit was leaking from the right side of the door. I found some rust spots, not threatening to the unit, on the underside of the outer door panel where water had previously leaked but found not evidence of a leak at this time. The door gasket was previously replaced. I found the unit operating as designed and advised the customer of this. I did find some old dry water stains under the unit (photo) and advised the customer of my findings. I recommended the customer use the unit and monitor and if they see it begins to leak again to get a photo or video and call our office to schedule service. "Arrived on site to test unit for strong gas smell and not keeping temp. Upon arrival customer stated when unit ignites the gas smell is really strong, lingers when cooking. Also unit does not keep proper temp. Tested unit, found air shutter on the burner tube is open too much causing unburned gas to enter into the atmosphere. Adjusted air shutter to 10% open, tested unit, gas smell is still present. Noticed cooktop burners are starting to sound like blow torches indicating an issue with the regulator. Replaced regulator (W11590292) and tested unit, on ignition there is a gas smell present. After two minutes the smell has dissipated from the unit and no smell is present. Ran a bake cycle, unit preheated to 400?, dropped to 330? before reigniting and heating back up to 370?. Unit than cycled between 330? to 370?. Informed customer that a slight gas smell will always be present when the unit is in use, recommend running the vent hood simultaneously with the range to vent out unburned gas. Customer is happy with the improvement. Unit is now running as designed, no gas leaks detected, job complete."

"MVW5430MW1 Arrived to inspect failure to complete. I found the issue was the machine did not drain completely on the last attempted load and had a corresponding error, which I cleared. Moving the machine caused the pump to engage and pump out the remaining water. Inspection of the harness area at the drain pump entry point to the harness showed the blue wire had failed at that point. I was able to correct the issue and tested through multiple cycles. The issue was fully resolved and the machine operated as designed. No leaks observed during service."

Inspection of the fill of the machine appeared to be slightly reduced and I found the part sent was incorrect, with the correct p/n, but being for a completely different type of appliance. I inspected the water supply and found a large amount of debris within the inlet filter. Flushing the upper line, there was significant debris and discoloration of the water. Removing the debris, I noted a slight improvement in water fill, but not a significant difference. I am reordering the vale and the customer will have a replacement supply line for our return. I found the customer has been a long-term user of pre-measured detergent pods and discussed the issues with washing, drying and subsequent machine failures that can arise from their use. Still the breaker continued to not hold and trip. After further inspection of the terminal block, I found the ground strap is connected to the ground wire and the unit has a four prong power cord. Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Found breaker was tripped. Reset breaker and unit now working as designed. No signs of arcing or grounding out. Advised customer of issue persists have contractor replace faulty breaker. No parts replaced. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production. Found ice mold had excessive water preventing ice maker from cycling. Removed ice and tested unit with no issues. Advised customer to monitor and if issue persists recommend ice maker. No parts replaced at this time.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. I installed the new ice maker and ran a test. The ice maker is operating as designed and filled with water showing no leaks or over spilling. W11700250 no water leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop front panel crooked or unleveled. Upon further inspection, I found that the bottom lip of the front panel was sitting on top of the cabinet. It appears that upon installation, the unit was pushed back either too far or there was an added piece of molding or trim installed over the bottom lip of the front panel (photos). According to the manufacturer installation instruction, this unit is installed incorrectly. Because of the improper installation, the front panel is not positioned right and is angled slightly downward. I advised the customer of my findings. The cooktop surface is level and the unit is functioning without issue. The customer will have their builder come address installation issue. the No parts installed. No gas leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer making awful grinding noises when agitating. Examined under unit and found belt had been slipping for sure, and the upper splutch sleeve was chopped up / damaged and causing noise as well. Replace splutch and belt. Ran unit on a normal cycle. Verified noise was gone, and all agitation noise is back to normal. Unit working as designed. Parts used - W11239857, W10721967."

Arrived on site to diagnose ice machine overproducing ice. Found failed bin thermistor causing it to read as not full. Unit should no longer be overproducing. Parts used - WPW10511923.

Arrived on site to diagnose range with inner oven paneling issues. Examined unit and found the floor plate badly heat warped / cracked and in need of replacement. Ordering floor plate and clip. Office to schedule return visit l.; ordrng 1 W11098799 (Floor Plate) and 1 98005502 (Clip)

"Arrived on site to follow up on microwave oven combo that was giving open/close door message. On arrival retested and found F6E8 again. I removed the console once I saw microwave light was going on and off. Found appliance manager had a console connection not plugged in. Reconnected the molex connector and tested. Found unit started working properly, and heated a cup of water. No additional parts needed. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose range that is tripping breaker when in use. Customer said it happened 5-10 mins in, but now if it's plugged in at all it trips. Tried range on several different outlets and it tripped any it was plugged into. Removed rear paneling and gained access to wiring harness. Reseated all connections, made sure pins were tight, and moved harness away from any sharp edges or possible grounding points. I plugged it in and it powered on and completed a preheat cycle and kept running. This should resolve the issue, however if the problem returns we will need to replace the main wiring harness. No parts used, unit working properly. Repair completed. Called in findings to safety."

"Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed part. Upon arrival noticed left side of the evaporator has ice buildup. Water may be getting diverted to the left side from the evap cover contacting the evap coil. Replaced evap harness (W11566892) and added permagum behind the evap cover to create some space between the evap cover and evap coil. Tested unit, unit is building ideal frost and unit is now running as designed. Advised customer to place a bottle of water into the FC, once frozen solid unit will be ready to use. No leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for unit giving error code. Test unit and found error code F9E1 miss wired unit. Checked connections at junction box and all connections test good. Replaced control board test unit and unit test good job complete.
