When the washer is spinning it is vibrating the wooden shelf which is vibrating the wall which vibrates the dishes. I suggest to use anti vibrating pads to help with the issue. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the tub leaking, I pulled the unit out and disassembled the tub from the stand. Installed a new heating element and sump assembly and transferred all remaining parts to the tub. Reassembled the unit to the stand and tested. Unit is operating as designed with no leaks. I removed the model/serial placard from the old tub and placed it on the new tub at the top left corner of the tub. Placed the unit back in its space and retested and unit continues to operate as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No one on site to sign for receipt. I checked the level and found it slightly off front to rear and adjusted. I ran unit in high speed spin and found the top of the basket seems to be gyrating abnormally, but is tight on the gearcase shaft. Checked suspension and suspension is not extra springy. On arrival found the freezer door was open 1/2 inch and as a result the freezer was iced over and door was frozen in place and unable to be opened. I tried to muscle the door open, but i could not get it to budge. I shut off cooling to the unit and wedged the door open slightly to allow it time to cool. Advised maintenance that the door likely was not closed / sealed and the unit needs to fully that and have the door examined to make sure it's sealing. Maintenance will follow up if there are any issues and it's more than door not being closed. No parts used."

I called WP to inform them that the customer had defrost the unit a few weeks ago and it is frosted up again. Stepped through some of the test procedures that WP tech want to do. I found the noise coming from the clutch. I found the anti rattle clip not staying locked in place and had push down over the upper hub of the new gearcase causing it to rub metal on metal. I replaced the clutch and tested the washer. The washer sounds normal now and is working as designed. No water leaks were present at the time of service. Call complete. Six hour temperatures were 23- 86, 24- 53, 25- 87, 26- 77. 28- 35, 29- -11, 30- 33, 31- -4. 33- 32, 34- -20, 35-29, 36- -13. The thermistors,from the control side read 24.40Kohm, -1, 7.59Kohm, 38. This shows the FC thermistor had failed and will require the FC evaporator cover assembly replacement. Testing the water supply, I found it frozen, likely due to the extreme cold of the FC. "WOS72EC0HS20 Arrived to inspect failure at startup. I verified the issue and it would fail after approximately three seconds, reverting back to the start screen with no indication of power loss. Service test mode had multiple instances of F6E0 and I attempted to clear, but the codes would not clear. Manual operation within service test mode of all loads failed. The only operation of the machine was the door latch, which is controlled by the main controller, eliminating it from the cause of the issue. I found by performing a hard reset of the control, from within the service test mode, the machine resumed operation. Ohmed out thermistor wiring and found .5 ohms resistance, which is within spec. Replaced defrost thermistor since it may be opening up when it's cooling. Tech line advises if issue returns to replace UI and Control at the same time per engineering. Customer advised on proper defrost procedures, and that they must defrost to remove ice built on evap. I checked the door switch and found one of the door switch connectors not connected to the wire that supplies the voltage to the door switch. I attempted to try to remove the wiring to reconnect the connector, but found that the wire was completely insulated inside of the cabinet and would not pull down.
