I tested temps coming from the ice maker vent fan and found it at 9 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker in test 120, and it harvested as designed. I removed the ice maker and tested the fill tube in test 97, and it filled as designed. Following the tech sheet, I tested the thermistors, fans, and switches, and the unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that the ice maker is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer monitor the ice maker and if it fails again to contact our office. I disassembled the unit and tested the fuse, cutoff, thermostat, and element and found all good. I removed the element to find the middle metal plate was blackened, warped, and beginning to crack. I replaced the element and cleaned the unit, and reassembled the unit. Retested, and the unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher WDT751SAPZ0 leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they found a small puddle on the floor under the door at the front left corner and believed the issue to be the bottom door gasket. I inspected the bottom door gasket and found it good. I placed the unit in diagnostics, showing no error codes and tested. I inspected underneath the unit at the door and found no leaks, but I did find dry water stains on the insulation. I disassembled the door and performed another diagnostics test, and found no leaks. I reassembled the door and inspected the door gasket and found droplets of water on the door gasket at the top and found some debris at the top right corner on the outside of the gasket where water has been leaking and the door gasket was not pulled out fully in both the upper right ahd left corners. I showed the customer my findings and removed and replaced the door gasket and showed the customer how the gasket should pull out in the top corners and as the door closes, the door grabs the gasket and seals the door. Upon inspection, tested the dispenser operation approximately twenty times and found all switches, valves, and components functioning properly with no leaks present. Based on the customers description, it appears that the electronic user interface, which controls the valve disengagement, malfunctioned during the incident and failed to close the valve as intended. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts on a commercial washing machine model CAE2745FQ2. Inspected unit and work area. I tested the machine and found the machine would not activate even with voltage supplied to the control. I replaced the relay W11384790 and coincidentally interface WPW10491734. I tried using the machine again and could not. I tried running the machine into diagnostics and found the unit would not activate diagnostics. I started removing connectors off of the control and couldn't get the machine to light up or start. I removed the J2 jumper connector off of the coincide interface and found the machine begin to finish out the previous cycle in the drain and spin. I spoke to GC and was advised that the connector is supposed to be on the J2 connector to ensure the unit requires payment between cycles. I called Whirlpool commercial laundry support and spoke to Jordan. He had me disconnect several wires off of the coinslide interface and control to see if the power would come back on with the J2 connector engaged. We could not get the machine to come on. We checked resistance through the wiring and verified the coin slide switch was engaged when putting in quarters. He advised that based on all the information, we would need to replace all controls at the same time, including the temperature selector rotary switch WPW10285518, coincide interface WPW10491734, and main control W11777413 at the same time. Arrived on-site to install previously diagnosed parts on washing machine model MHW5630HC3. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the previous technician told him the dispenser he installed was the old one and that the one he was ordering was the updated part number. I checked with parts and was advised there was no updated part and the dispenser was the same. I replaced both valves (upper water inlet valve W11688994 and lower water inlet valve W11688995) since they would be the only other factor and had not been replaced. "Arrived on site to diagnose the unit for poor cooling performance. Verified that the RC and FC fans were not operating. Inspected the deli UI section and found that the entire UI assembly was missing, with only a cover installed over the cavity; the compartment was filled with water, and wiring was fully submerged. Disassembled the freezer section and discovered the thermistor which should be positioned outside the evaporator coverencased in ice inside the compartment. Also confirmed the RC fan was not running, contributing to elevated temperatures in the RC. Replaced the FC evaporator fan motor and correctly reinstalled the thermistor. The fan is now operating as designed. Attempted to access and repair the RC compartment, but the amount of ice present was excessive, and defrosting at this time risked damaging the evaporator coil. I did not see trails coming from the bin at all. Removed door and latches / hinges and also saw leak trails coming from screw holes, which shows this is a saturated liner that is leaking out the front right seams. Because this is in the liner and foam, there is no possible repair. I called tech line and submitted pictures, SR 21554180. Tech line also confirmed that this is non repairable and is a saturated liner. Customer referred to customer service since a repair can not be made. No parts replaced. "Arrived on site to diagnose a microwave that was sparking during operation. Tested unit and immediately observed arcing inside the cavity. Upon inspection, found the wave guide cover damaged and burned through, allowing food debris and grease to enter the wave guide area. Further inspection revealed the magnetron was also damaged due to arcing. Additionally, the interior cavity shows significant burn and arc marks, making the unit unsafe for repair.Due to the extent of the damage to the cavity, wave guide, and magnetron, the unit is not repairable and requires a full replacement. "Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher making a squeaking noise. Upon arrival, verified the complaint with the customer. The customer stated the noise happens intermittently during the wash cycle. Placed the unit into diagnostic mode and confirmed there were no stored error codes. Ran the unit through a complete diagnostic cycle unit filled, washed, and drained properly with no abnormal or squeaking sounds present during testing. Due to the cooktop not having a neutral wire connection the breaker is not going to allow the induction cooktop to function relayed info to techline and safety. "WFES3030RS0 Arrived on site for a range not powering on. On arrival, I verified the range tripping breaker. I removed the ground wire and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I took amp draw only oven on it was 14.89, and with all the burners on high and oven on, it was 39.97. I rewired the ground wire back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I checked polarity, and voltage readings were correct. Product works as it's designed with no parts used. I recommend the client to contact the gfci breaker company for information on the correct gfci breaker for the range. I also recommended contacting the home builder so they can replace the gfci breaker. I told the client to leave range on for one hour. I'm calling Whirlpool Safety to notify my findings. Advised customer that the refrigerator will take about 3-4 hours to get down to temperature. Refrigerator is working as intended. Also advised customer that the drip pan is full of water and to leave a towel down to soak up any water that seeps outthe water will evaporate. When the compressor starts running, she should be fine after about twenty-four hours. No leaks detected at time of service."

MFI2570FEZ16. Customers stated that the ice maker was making ice intermittently. Customer also stated that they didn't use a whole lot of ice. Removed ice bin and found partially frozen ice in mold. Checked temperature in ice bin and it was eleven degrees. Fan is working. Baffle works as well. All temperatures are good. Removed and replaced icemaker w11692161. Told customer to give it about 5-7 days to see if it makes ice regularly and to empty the bucket completely two or three times during that period. Refrigerator is working as intended. No leaks at time of service.

Applied power, drain pump immediately engaged indicating a pressure system fault. Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) error code stored. Per S code S153EB, followed TSP W11766193. Both model and serial number fall within the rework. Cleared error code and reset control, cycled power, drain pump still immediately engages. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Valve is not leaking. Pressure switch on the control has failed. Replaced control (W11607637) and applied power, drain pump no longer immediately engages. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."
