Upon further inspection I found a long air gap in the gasket on the left hand side of the RC door. I shaped this and it was now sealing as designed. I advised the customer on not opening the RC door for at least 4 hours to allow time for the gasket to shape. I was not able to replicate the noise. Call complete.

"Arrived for washer that is showing F3E1 code. Upon inspection I found that the below was becoming detached from the tub. I fixed that and the perform a diagnostics test and found that the unit was producing too many suds for the detergent dispenser being empty, Which indicates an over sudsing issue. I replaced the Pressure switch in case it was too late to save it. Then I noticed that the cx is using a soap that is Concentrated. Advise the customer to use the measuring cup and do not go past the number one no matter the size of the load she is washing. I rinsed out detergent dispenser and ran unit several times until the amount of soap soap reached a normal level. Tested unit one last time and found unit operating as designed job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven not working. Upon further inspection, I found the customer had the Bake mode turned on and the oven was not operating. Customer advised that they had some bad weather recently and the unit stopped working. I tested the broil mode and it failed as well. Pulled the unit out and found the left side panel damaged (photo). I recommended that the customer contact their builder due to the unit being out of its 30 day cosmetic warranty. Tested the control and found it not providing voltage. Removed and replaced the control and retested and it continued to fail. Checked the ignitor and it was bad. Removed and ignitor and retested no unit is operating as designed. Tested the cooktop burners and they are operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

I found it to be a loud metal on metal clanking noise, and they stated it seemed to come from the compressor compartment. I activated the fans and baffle to find no abnormal noise. I then opened the doors to let the cold air out for several minutes and monitored the compressor ramp. I could not replicate the sound at the time of service. I called techline and spoke to Adrian and received SR# 7734504305. Adrian recommended no part install for the time being. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a while overnight has no power. Inspected unit and work area. Remove the oven from the wall and check voltage. Found no voltage going to the unit. Spoke to CS and was advised to go ahead and replace the control board since the customer noticed a flash inside the unit. I did check to make sure that there were no grounded wires or evidence of any sparks within the unit. All connections and wiring were good. Replaced the control and tested the unit. Still had no voltage. The customer checked his junction box and found that the wires the junction box had exploded. The customer will need an electrician to fix his electrical supply. Call complete.

I steamed out the ice and found a small gap in the liner around the hinge side of the door. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Chris SR# 7734508218. He advised to silicone the cabinet. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning dishes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. I removed the toeplate and tested amp draw to the components. All components were within range of amp draw except the element which was 0. I found the element had shorted out at the left connection (photo). I cancelled testing and removed the outer door panel and found where the vent assembly has been leaking water. I inspected the control and it was good. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not done washing dishes well. Inspected unit and work area. When needed through diagnostics and did not find any stored air codes. Ran the unit for an auto test and found all spray arms spraying. Did inspector spray arms due to some blockage and found the spray arm is clogged with paper and plastic debris. I did advise the customer that this is most likely to cause a third issue as they also have food and soap deposits inside of their dishwasher. Advise them to run a dishwasher cleaner and asked if they wanted to replace the spray arms. They advised that they would prefer to try to clean out the spray arms manually instead and will call back if further issues persist.
