Due to the compressor, rc fan motor, fc fan motor, hv control, ice maker, right door gasket being torn and rc evap drip pan failures, I removed and replaced the mentioned parts including the access valve and uv dye drier. I evacuated the system, removed and replaced the compressor, access valve and drier and vacuumed the system down to -30/0psi. Installed 6oz of R134a refrigerant and tested in test 4. MVW7232HW2 Arrived on site for a washer making loud sounds. On arrival didn't hear anything client said it happened twice in the past 3 or 6 months. Ran diagnostic no error codes i did find washer to be terribly off balance. I balanced the product i titled and inspected found the screw holding stator was lose. Removed and inspected grease case no oil leaks slider looked good. I tightened screw made sure it was balanced and calibrated. Tested in customer mode not and sound out of the ordinary. No parts used product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

Arrived onsite for unit not heating properly. Customer stated the inspector is saying the oven is not getting hot enough. I found out the inspector was using a infrared thermometer. Whirlpool does not advise using this thermometer on these units as they bounce off the walls and provide a wrong reading. I tested unit with my thermo coupler and found unit to be heating as designed and cycling as designed. No issues are present with the oven and it is operating as designed. Call complete. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing correct amount of water and displayed PO error and making noises. Upon further inspection, I measured the temperatures FC was -7 RC RC was 34. The customer stated that he had not experienced any temperature issues. I checked the water pressure, and water pressure is good. Right now the ice maker is operating fine, and bin is full but sometimes doesn't produce ice. I ran test 36 and detected that the ice fan is not operating. I ran the other fans and compressors and found them to be good. I checked the top ice maker adapter and found it to be seated correctly with no gaps on rear wall or side. I could not replicate the sound that the customer experienced however could be due to a failing ice box fan. I could not identify a reason why the refrigerator had displayed a PO error. I am ordering the ice box fan, and the evaporator and condenser fan and sound dampening juat in case returning tech finds these to be the cause of the noise the customer is experiencing. When touching the wrapper, buzzing would go away. Noticed both side of the unit have about a half inch gap allowing the wrapper to warp and create that buzzing noise. Removed unit from cavity, installed padding where the frame meets the wrapper. Reinstalled unit and tested, buzzing noise has been eliminated. The warps are from the formation ugg, the metal at the factory. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer with several complaints. 1st issue is that unit is not dispensing from load and go, 2nd is that it makes noise in spin, 3rd unit walks when in use. On arrival I found the washer rotated 45 degrees clockwise, customer said that's how it moved after using it. I found the level of the unit was significantly off and it was rocky badly on one axis. On previous 2 visits the level has been fixed, but unit keeps going off. I found an error code for overload, F0E3. Ran unit and found no vibration or wobbling present. Bottom end seemed fine as well. When I tested the dispenser I found it will not pump any detergent. I adjusted the level of the unit and removed the rocking. I'm ordering items to resolve the load and go dispensing issue, and possible gearcase / lower end item replacements. Customer is going to have a load ready so we can see how it behaves on return visit, as I did advise them the movement and noise are likely related to loading. Set return visit for 1/28. "Arrived on site inspect dishwasher water condesating on the vent and dripping on the floor only while opening the door. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed no error code. I ran an automatic test cycle and observed that all components are operating as designed. The dishwasher is experiencing excessive moisture in the tub. I entered hidden dishwasher settings and adjusted the rinse aid level from 3.9 ml to1.3ML. I advised the customer error on proper detergent and rinseaid usage so that there will be less water left on the dishes during the drying cycle. This should reduce the amount of water that is condensing near or at the vent. No parts installed."

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. I replaced the temp probe as the harness was wrongly ordered. The temp probe i installed is making better connection now and is reading 1.06 ohms. Unit will now functions as designed. I was unable to test as it was disconnected and could not be plugged in. Unit was sitting in the middle of the living room. Call complete. "Arrived on site to install previously ordered parts. Upon arrival, replaced drain pump W11025157 due to not completely drying . Ran diagnostics and there are no saved error codes. Ran automatic test cycle an all components including heater operate correctly. As far as drying issue. Noticed rinse aid is not being used and advised customer that plastic dishes will not dry correctly due to not being able to absorb heat. Explained benefits of using rinse aid. Uploaded pictures to SD. Upon completion there is no one available to sign off repair. Contacted Techline for documentation. Spoke with Brandon. Explained issues and submitted photos via text. "Arrived on site to test unit for clothes wet at end of the cycle. Upon arrival customer stated that the unit constantly stops mid cycle and does not spin the clothes out. Tested suspension, found it extremely bouncy. Customer also stated she loads the unit 75% with clothes. Replaced suspension (W11130359) and advised customer to keep load sized at the 40% mark of the basket to prevent premature failure of components. Ran a diagnostic cycle, all components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site for washer still tripping breaker and leaking . Found hole in bellow and looks like it had leaked on to recirculation pump. Replaced bellow and pump assembly W11458345, W11314648. Ran all test and 12 also . No water leaks detected at time e of service . Job complete"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing and not advancing. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit just stopped working all of a sudden and will not do anything else. I opened the lid of the washing machine and found water inside of the tub. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F9 E1 (long drain) error message. I checked underneath and started wiggling the wires to the drain pump. I found the drain pump immediately start kicking on and draining. I advise the customer that they have a wire harness issue and that we will need to replace that for repair. The customer advised that she wanted this documented with Whirlpool because she had been told by the Whirlpool customer service rep that if we call in to talk to their technical experts, they may be able to get the unit replaced due to ongoing issues with the washer. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Steve SR# 7740759855. He advised that all the repairs have been different repairs and that there have all been resolved. He advised to go ahead with the wire harness replacement, and that he would get it documented. However, he advised that if the customer is unsatisfied with pursuing repair, they make contact whirlpool, customer service for further resolution. Ordering the wire harness and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock part. No parts were installed; ordrng 1 W11643701 (Wire harness)"

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he wasn't sure if there was actually an issue with the dryer because their customer advised this didn't work and when RAC gave them a loaner dryer, the customer stated that the new dryer wasn't working either. They ended up finding an issue with the customer's electrical supply, but still wanted to have this drier, checked out just in case. I tested the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining, agitating, or filling properly. Inspected unit and work area. The client advised that he's not exactly sure what the issue was, but the unit is not completing cycles. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load) error code. I tested the suspension and found the suspension seemed okay. I checked the basket and found the basket wobbling.On the drive shaft indicating a failed hub assembly. I gained access to the hub and found it stripped. I replaced the hub assembly, and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W10528947."

Arrived onsite for unit keeping broil on. I found F6E1 over temp error present. I found the control relay to be closed. I replaced the control and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed and broiler is pulling 14amps as designed. Call complete. Installed W11546066 CNTRL-ELEC.

Arrived onsite for oven not turning on. I found a F3E0 error present. I checked the thermal fuse and found it checked good. I checked from the control for the sensor and found the resistance to read correctly. I tested the unit and found it turning on and after reaching temp would re light with no issues. Unit is operating as designed at time of service and issue could not be replicated. No gas leaks present. Call complete. No parts installed.

"Arrived on site for oven not heating. Upon arrival, test unit and confirmed bake igniter is not energizing. Pulled unit from cabinet test igniter. Is receiving correct voltage. Need to replace bake igniter. Replaced igniter W11176454. Test unit by preheating oven to 350. Unit preheated correctly. Customer requested to push unit all the way flush to wall . Showed via picture of unit is all the way against gas supply valve and hose and cannot be pushed any further. Uploaded picture to SD. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. "Arrived on site to diagnose microwave making noise when running. Customer pointed out that their microwave used to be quieter and now has some humming. I tested the unit and confirmed it is heating and function is not affected, just a slight increase to noise level. I ran the unit and did hear some vibration coming from the HV area, but it doesn't sound excessive and is just the wrapper vibrating on the cabinet. Pushing against the wrapper decrease the noise. Advised customer that this is normal vibration once the unit has broken in it may be slightly louder. Adding some shim around the wrapper should reduce noise, and customer will follow up if heat stops. Everything is working as designed. Call completed."

"Arrived on site to test unit for gas smell during use and ignition issues. Upon arrival customer stated when igniting any of the burners, all igniters on the other burners spark as well. Also the oven has a really strong smell when preheating. Inspected unit, found air shutter wide open. Closed air shutter until only 10% is open and tested unit, gas smell has been eliminated. Informed customer that all igniters sparking is normal and how it was designed. Advised that during the use of the unit, vent hood should be on because the unit will let off a slight gas smell which is normal. Also pans cannot be stored in the bottom section of the unit. Unit is now running as designed, no gas leak detected, no parts installed, job complete."
