Arrived on site for unit tripping breaker. Inspected unit and unit power connection everything checked out fine. Turned unit on bake tried to pre heat to 350 degrees breaker tripped less then 2 min. Called tech line Spoke with JoeSr#7741041088 walked me through proper burn off on unit. Put unit in broilnallowed unit to heat up to 350 unit did not trip. The turned bake element on to 450 degree unit held and did not trip. Unit is currently holding at 450 degree customer is gonna allow unit to do tech recommended burn off for 1 hr. Maintenance stated the issue was the water was freezing in the filltube to the icemaker and the dispenser would drip water and not stop after use. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not producing ice. Upon further inspection, I checked the temperatures and measured-4 FC and 33 RC. I examined gaskets and found the gaskets to be sealing properly and without issue. I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed E5. I verified that the ice maker had ice in the mold ready to harvest. I ran test 57 and the ice maker harvested. It appears that after the last repair, the unit had frozen the water line and triggered the error. I found that the water line had frozen due to a combination of the heater not being completely insulated, and the refrigerator working harder to get the temperature back to normal after the last service. I applied aluminum tape to secure the water to the tube to prevent the issue from happening again. I cleared the error code by power cycling the unit. No water leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making ice. Upon further inspection, I removed the ice bin to find it full of ice. When I attempted to test the ice maker it failed to test. I attempted several times and cycled power to the unit and retested andmit continued to fail. The tray was full of ice cubes. When I went to remove the ice maker assembly,I found the black/white wire in the harness coming out of the ice maker housing wall had been pinched. I removed the ice maker assembly and replaced the ice maker and re-installed the assembly and tested and ice maker is harvesting and filling with water as designed. I researched the wiring diagram and found the black/white wire goes to the ice maker thermistor. I traced the black/white wire back to the P8-1 to P8-2 connector on the hv control and tested and got 13kohms which would equal a temp readings of approximately 19 degrees and my temp readings in the ice box is approximately 19-21 degrees. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs and recommended they monitor the unit and if they notice the ice maker failing again to contact our office. I tested water valve and it has failed . I replaced water valve and I had to use a clamp I had on hand one was not sent with me. I tested again in customer mode no issues no errors came up and h20 did not come back. Product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

Customer removed the items and I performed a diagnostics test with no error codes showing and the unit operated as designed. Customer advised that they found a small puddle of water on the back left side of the unit and I foud the hot water hose leaking water (photo). I tightened the hose and then performed a calibration on the unit and then retested and the unit continues to operate as designed. I made recommendations for use and care and then contacted techline and spoke to Chris. I advised of the complaint, my findings and my tests performed. Chris advised to not replace anything parts since the unit is operating as designed and no error codes present and provided SR#7741038702. I provided the SR number to my customer. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived on site for squeal or squeaking noise in dryer . Ran dryer and couldn't duplicate noise . Opened up unit and didn't see any rubbing marks. No signs of any failures or wear on parts . Replaced rollers and pulley and belt from repair kit as preventive measure 4392065. No lint build up. Did advised ise to record noise if it occurs again . Job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave making noise. Upon further inspection, I found that the sound was coming from the vent flap engaging. Upon further inpection, I also found that the diode was appearing a bit discolored could be from just the build up of oil and grease. I replaced the diode due to this observation. "Arrived on site for dishwasher showing error. Water leaking from the bottom. Found f9e2, f8e4, fae2, f7e1, f3e1. Cleared codes and ran diagnostics. All components pass test. No leaks. Removed door. So signs of leak inside door. Normal blinking on remote. Ran another diagnsotics with door off and all passed. Gasket appears warped on left side. Arrived onsite for unit not heating. Found model number needed to be updated. Checked thermal fuse and both elements are good. Found control not sending voltage to elements. "Arrived on site to test unit for flashing lights. Upon arrival customer stated unit stopped mid cycle and would not drain. Put into drain and spin cycle and still would not drain. Verified issue, inspected harness and found broken drain pump wire. Repaired broken wire with a butt splice and secured harness to prevent further damage. Applied power to the unit and started a drain and spin, drain pump engaged and removed all water in the tub. Started a diagnostic cycle, all components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

Arrived on site for detergent door not opening. Ran diagnostics checked for error codes none error codes present at this time. Ran test cycle twice with soap despenser door closed. Both times unit called for soap door opened customer witnessed both times dispenser door opened during cycle. Unit is functioning properly and as designed to. No parts used job completed. Informed customer to make sure nothing inside blocking dispenser during use

"Arrived on site to test unit for not filling with enough water. Upon arrival ran a diagnostic cycle, found fill valve is opening and closing properly, does not sound restricted or low pressure. Started a normal cycle with deep water wash selected, unit filled with adequate amount of water. Suspecting tenant may be over loading the unit, causing the water to not submerge the clothes on top. Replaced control (W11607637) as precautionary and advised maintenance to let tenant know that the maximum load sizes is 40% of the basket. If overloaded, top clothes will not submerge and will not wash. Unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not draining or spinning. Upon further inspection, I found the panel display flashing error code F9E1-long drain. Customer had already drained the water from the unit. I tilted the unit back and inspected the lower harness to the drain pump and found the blue wire broken. I removed and replaced the lower main harness and calibrated. Unit failed to calibrated and display was flashing error code F3E2-pressure system failure. I removed and replaced the main control and re-calibrated the unit. Tested in diagnostics and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.
