Customer showed me a video, which sounded exactly like a recirc pump with no water in it. Ferguson came out and said the supply line isn't leaking and left, and left the water off. I ran the unit with the water on and found it was still seeping on the machine side. I showed customer pictures of the seeping / drip and let them know that hose has to be replaced. Customer also made aware this was their install visit since no repair was made, and any future visits must be functional repairs. I shut off the water supply since the leak is still present. The customer advised that the icemaker quit working several months ago, and they had noticed a smell coming from the machine at that point. Checked behind unit and found water damage to floor / baseboard. Traced to a small split in the water line under the condenser fan housing. I cut out the damaged section and installed a 5/16 to 5/16 fitting to fix that. I replaced the valve due to a failure in the water dispensing side. Once valve was replaced and water was restored, you could hear a loud pulsing going to the filter housing. Removed the filter and unit dispensed fine. With filter in, unit makes a fast paced thumping sound. Replaced filter housing and reinstalled filter. Verified everything working properly. Filter housing diaphragm blew when new valve was installed. No water leaks found. Made customer aware of the water damage from the leaking water line. Call completed. "Arrived on site to diagnose oven that tripped breaker, and also has a timer that won't count down sometimes. First thing I noticed was that console was not making any noise. I checked errors and found F6E4 for UI/Control state. I replaced the console to resolve the lack of noise and beeps. Once installed I had an F6E6 on powerup for the control. Replaced control as well, and set unit for a 500 degree burnoff to resolve the tripping breaker. Advised customer of GFCI NUISANCE tripping and to have their builder replace the breaker with a different brand/version to resolve. Unit reached 500 degrees. Parts used - W11448962, W11600651."

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the cooktop burners and all are heating properly. Customer advised that they cooked at Thanksgiving and the unit it operated as designed, but when they cooked at Christmas, the food did not get cooked all the way through and they noticed the bake element not staying on very long. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal coupler in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. I found that after the unit reached preheat, the control relay for Bake was not cycling properly and the unit it was not holding temps. I tested the sensor and found it at 1.545kohms well within range at 300 degrees. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, the customer provided photos of their thermometer inside the RC section which showed temps between 42-45 degrees. Customer advised theyvrmbeen having foods spoil on the top shelf; mainly cheeses. I gained access to the RC evaporator and found the thermistor in the correct place and the evaporator with a good frost pattern. Pulled unit out and gained access to the hv control and tested the thermistor at the P5-3 to 4 molex and got 5.315kohms which is reading approximately 50-51 degrees. I contacted techline and spoke to Brandon and advised of the history of repairs, complaint, and my findings today. Brandon had me test in diagnostics tests 1, 2, 3, 4, 28, 29 and 30 and all temp readings in those tests were good ranged temps. Brandon recommended placing a bottle of water inside the RC section and in approximately 24 hours check the temperature of the water and if the temps are too high, then he recommended replacing the control kit. Provided SR#7740808780. I advised the customer of this information and recommended they take a photo of the temp readings of the water and contact our office to provide the readings to our office staff. I provided the SR number to my customer. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Customer advised that they watched the timer a couple of times and felt time was not going down as quickly as it should, and clothes seem to be getting over dried. Tested the unit and found no abnormal hearing issues, and no error codes. Vent hose seems to be clear. Advised on location of sensor Bars and that load sizes should be big enough to contact the bars, or inaccurate cycle times may persist. Advised changing dry times are normal since it is a sensor cycle. Asked customer to run some timed dry cycles to make sure clothes are drying properly, and to possibly have their vents cleaned if not. I walked the customer through setting up the Maytag app as well. Customer needs to contact wifi team for assistance since network connection is erroring out. Customer will follow up if they are unable to connect and if cycles do not improve. After powering back on, when trying to utilize steamfunction, unit triggered F1E1. Arrived on site for a dryer with same issues as last time I was there. On arrival client said product keeps showing a check vent or clean vent I didn't see it . I ran diagnostic and found error code F3E2 . I called Whirlpool techline spoke with Drew at 4:34pm eastern time he was unable to get me a SR# system was down. Drew let me know that no Whirlpool dryer should not have a vent extending more then 25ft and 90 degrees elbows are going to minus 5ft. Client contacted home builder and home builder is saying it's the dryer. I'm going to order sensor bars and sensor harness returning parts back just in case needed office to reschedule for client. ; ordrng 2 WP3387223 (Sensor)s and 1 WPW10298258 (Sensor harness)

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not powering on. Upon further inpsection, I checked incoming voltage from the outlet and measured 123VAC. I measured voltage ath the terminal block and measured 123 VAC. I measured voltage at the control and found that there is no voltage to the control. I am ordering the wiring harness W11708398. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that continues to barely produce ice, maybe a couple harvests a day. Unit has had the icemaker / valve replaced previously. I found temps are all within spec for unit to harvest. I did however find that when I ran test 36 for the icebox fan, the fan never came on. Evap fan comes on, but icebox fan never blows to cool the icemaker. Ordering icebox fan motor to resolve. Return visit set for 1/30. ; ordrng 1 W10308033 (Fan motor) and 1 W11035835 (Control)"

WTW8127LWO Arrived on site for a washer leaking water. On arrival I didn't see any water leaking after running diagnostic. Further inspection found cold valve wasn't adding water to machine then i noticed hot hose connected to hot side of water valve was leaking and the despenser hose was so lose it came off after a slight pull on it with a clamp on it . I replaced water valve and despenser tasted on heavy load no signs of water leaks anywhere. Product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

Arrived on-site for washer. Installed 1 retainer (w11385424) and inner tub (w11436991) cycled washer valve functioning properly and spin cycle is good. Call complete

"Arrived on site to install previously ordered and diagnosed parts per previous technician. In attempting to remove the gearcase, i was not able to due to it being completely seized to the basket. I will need to order the basket W11513243 outer tub W11219115 drain pump filter W11568797 and screw WP8533928. CNOTE 2 man. Office to schedule return service. "Arrived on site for customer complaint of time dry not working and no sound coming from console. I found failed console, I replaced console, unit tested good. Part used w11124268"

MEDC300XW0 Arrived on site for a dryer not working . On arrival verified issue it had a broken door switch replaced and tested product works as it's designed.

Arrived on site to diagnose range having issues with burners staying lit when several burners are on. Checked gas supply and found valve was almost shut off completely. I turned the valve fully on and burners started working properly. I adjusted the flames low setting for the customer and advised on proper use and care. Unit working as designed. No parts needed.

"Arrived onsite to inpsect washer making a lot of noise. Upon further inosection, I found that the washer was going out of balance and making a banging a screeching noise while spinning. I examined the motor, cam, belt, and pully, and all do not show any signs of problems. I ran a test cycle with a load and found that the spin was very unbalanced. I found that one suspension rod was worn, causing the basket to go out of balance. I replaced the suspension and ran another test and found that it fixed the problem with out of balance. However, I found that the rear panel was banging against the chassis. I applied padding to dampen the sound, and now the washer is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service. W11396716"

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine making too much ice. Upon further inspection, I found the bin overflowing and tested the bin thermistor. I found the thermistor is way out of range at 3.4kohms which is reading at approximately 67 degrees. Removed and replaced the thermistor and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. WPW10511923"

"Arrived on-site for water leak. It only leaked during clean washer mode. Found f0e2 code for sudds. Cycled washer, found no leaks. During testing cycles found sudds with no detergent added. Educated customer on which detergent to use anyhow to use affresh tub cleaner in clean wash cycle. Also pointed out the areas of the unit I wanted Customer to keep an eye on in case any leaks do reoccurrence. Unit works as designed. Call complete"
