Arrived on site for a cooktop that is tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customer complaint and found the unit tripping the breaker upon unit getting supplied power. Gained access to the infinite switches and found one of the support anchors screws had gone through part of the wire harness and had damaged three wires. Used wire caps to fix the wiring and tested the unit. Found the unit showing that the cooktop was on when it was not heating. Found several of the Internet switches had burn marks on them so I replaced all infinite switches. Tested the unit and the unit began to work and operate as designed without tripping the breaker. "Arrived on site to inspect venthood not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit would turn on/off intermittently. Tested the unit and found it would not turn on, but if pushing up on the venthood, the lights and blower would come on. I cycled power to,the unit and removed the light plate and inspected the control. I found the molex connector would not stay connected. I removed and replaced the control and removed the harness box and pressed the control molex into the main harness molex and secured it using a ziptie (photo). Reassembled the unit and tested and unit is operating as designed. I found that the control harness molex clips were not staying secured to the main harness molex and while using the unit, the vibration was causing the two molex connectors to come disconnected. Retested again before closing ticket and unit continued to operate as designed. Job completed."

I took a video of the sound and found the leak coming from the cap tube inside of the cabinet. I called whirlpool Tech line and spoke to Rich SR# 7738176486. He had me send him the video of the leak. He advised that based on the information, the unit would be sent to review and to let the customer know that Whirlpool would be in contact with the customer or myself depending on the next steps. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that has low ice production. Upon arrival I performed and temp test in the ice box and found it at 2?F temp set to -3?F and the temps in the fr at -3?F. I tested the water dispenser and found the it is operating as designed I ran the ice maker water fill test and it didnt fill with water. I gained access to the icemaker fill tube heater and found that it was not attached to the tube which can cause it to freeze up and block water flow and causing the water valve to fail as well. Tested voltage at the main harness to the power cord and got 125V. Tested voltage at the timer, start switch, door switch and disconnected the motor and checked voltage at the molex and got 125V at all check points. I removed and replaced the timer and start switch and retested and still nothing. I placed my testing leads at the harness connector at the motor and tested and t(e unit came on. I found the molex connector to the motor is bad. I removed and replaced the harness and retested and unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed"

Arrived onsite to install properly ordered parts upon arrival I installed the new control and Ui and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit was turned off at the UI. Customer provided a photo of the RC evap engulfed in ice. I found the RC thermistor was not reading correctly and once I had the RC evap cover removed I found the thermistor not properly installed. I removed and replaced the thermistor and secured it to the cap tube line with foil tape and a ziptie. I placed the unit ma in diagnostics and checked the defrost time in test 7 and found it set to am96 hour run time before defrost. I changed the time to 8 hours and advised the customer of my findings and repairs. Recommended they monitor the unit and if they continue to have issues, I would recommend replacing the UI as it controls the defrost. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site , replaced sump and motor . Ran diagnostics . All passed . No water leaks detected at time of service job complete"

On arrival verified complaint of not making ice. Found ice maker is physically broken as previous ice maker on motor plastics causing issues inside housing. Checked temp and found 10 degrees. Checked ice in ice maker is full size. Just not harvesting. Verified in diag mode thermistors are working and correct as well as ice maker fan. Installed new ice maker and jumpered. Ice maker cycled and filled correctly. Job complete no leaks detected during service.

"WRS325SDHZ08 Arrived to inspect no water or ice. I found the unit would not dispense and when the filter was removed, the issue resolved. Inspection of the ice maker fill tube showed it to be filled with ice, from the slow water flow. I steamed the ice from the fill tube and tested. The unit operated as designed after the repair. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived onsite for unit tripping breaker. Ran test and isolated components. Ran elements individually and had no issues. Once heated ran normal bake cycle at 400 degrees and unit completed preheat and cycled properly maintaining 400 degrees. Notified customer that current GFCI is tripping. Recommend standard breaker or if GFCI is required, using a GE GFCI breaker that has been found to have less nuisance tripping."

Arrived on site replaced defective doors checked door seals good.

"Arrived on site for a washer that is not draining properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit works fine on almost every cycle besides delicates. On delicates, the unit never spins the clothes out and they come out dripping wet. I checked the delicate cycle and found the soon selection on low spin. The customer advised that you cant do a high speed spin on delicates because youll stretch them out. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran and operated as designed. Customer advised that when she washes two rugs or two hoodies together that they never come out, fully spun out. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Brandon SR# 7738173823. He advised that based on all the information, the issue would have to be with the loading portion of the unit as the customer is only throwing in 1 to 2 items during certain loads. He advised that it will cause off-balance issues which will contribute towards the unit not completely spinning out properly. If I was, there is no Known issues with the programming and that the customer will just need to adjust their spin speed on their delicate cycle as their delicate cycle setting is on low spin. He advised to make no repairs. Call complete."

Arrived onsite and found unit not operating properly due to polarity at the outlet being reversed causing the module to not recognize flame and stop ignition. Advised customer on findings. All checks good.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer no drying clothing. Upon further inspection, I found the customer drying a load of clothing. Customer advised that the unit drying is intermittent. I found the unit hot/warm from the cycle. Using my vent test kit, I tested the airflow to the unit and found the first two tests failed (photos). I tested a third time with the vent tube removed at the back of the unit and the test passed telling me the unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended they have the vents checked/cleaned professionally. No lint observed within the unit during service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for washer not completing a cycle. On inspection it took me 20 minutes to into service mode. Once in service mode I went to component testing and the only thing that I could turn on was the cold water. I tried drain,agitate, spin hot water did not work in component testing. Ordering a control board and returning everything else. ; schdld next appmnt for 1/19 FRI !"

Downside to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced both infinite switches for the bigger burgers and tested the unit. The unit begin to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to replaced basket. Found cabinet framing is damaged causing excessive wobbling. Needing cabinet replaced before basket is replaced to prevent further damage. Contacted Techline and documented findings. Needing 2hrs on return visit and office to reschedule. Recommend replacing cabinet, wash basket, gearcase suspension, leveling legs, tub ring, cam and belt. Customer will be contacting whirlpool as she has had issues since day one. Customer stated they had installers return multiple times to level. SR#7738177975; ordrng 1 W10596395 (Cabinet) and 4 W11213957 (Leveling feet)s and 1 W11611297 (Belt) and 1 W11454372 (Gearcase)"

"Arrived on site to test unit not operating properly, tested unit found console plastic almost completely peeled off letting water into the UI shorting it. Will need to replace console housing and UI. Ordering additional parts to ensure completion, ordered parts, office to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W11660284 (Console) and 1 W11537778 (Heater)"

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for no power and control panel being unresponsive. Upon closer inspection found voltage to be correct at junction box, ground not connected properly in junction box as well as wires being loose due to, too large of wire nuts used. Tightened ground and used smaller wire nuts to get better connection on wires. Tested unit, unit is running as intended. No leaks detected at this time. Job complete."
