"Arrived on site to follow up on washer that was banging around and going off balance. On arrival inspected unit and found no current codes. Ran unit in high speed spin and found minimal vibration coming from the unit. I checked the level and found unit heavily leaning to one side. When I got under the unit I found that the floor is very unlevel with slick tile. So if unit moves at all when it's leveled, it goes off level. All functions with the machine are good, but the feet are maxed out in some spots to level on the floor. Advised putting some non slip pads under the feet to keep it from moving on the slick floor and pushing the level off. Unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when they preheat the oven and it indicates it ready/preheat, the temperature inside the unit is too cold. I placed the unit in diagnostics and found no error codes. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 425 degrees. My next five readings were 323, 396, 331, 385, 334 for an average temp of 353.8 degrees. I advised the customer of my findings and made recommendations for use and care. I advised the customer that when starting a Bale cycle, they will need to press the Start button twice in order for the unit to heat in a Standard setting and not Rapid preheat. No repairs needed at this time, job completed."

Upon inspection I found that there was water left on the utensils on the 3rd rack at the top and the spoons and fork all had the concave parts facing up which causes them to retain water I advised customer to turn the brown so that the water doesnt stay in them and itll get a better dry,the dishes on the rest of the racks were dry. I noticed that the customer did use rinse aid and was using a highly concentrated liquid detergent. I advise the customer on detergent and rinse aid use. Job complete"

I noted that is the sound from the evaporator fan motor rotating. The noise is within normal range for the fridge. I gained access to the Evaporator motor and and tried changing the orientation of the motor, I loosed and retightened the bracket hood the motor in different ways. Arrived onsite for oven not working in self cleaning mode. I pulled the unit out and could not get behind it because the island was to close for me to get enough the oven out far enough for me to get behind it. I had the customer show me what she was doing to clean the oven. The oven only reaches 250? during the aqua self cleaning mode. It was not getting hot enough to remove the debris off the bottom of the oven. Told customer to put it in bake at 450? for 15 minutes to help get the burnt stuff off the bottom of the oven.
