During final inspection, I found the FC door was missing-molded and will require replacement to prevent current and future failure and icing. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator making a buzzing noise. The customer stated they turned the icemaker off and after a couple of days the noise went away. I found the fill tube leaking at the water chute allowing water to run down the back onto the fan shroud causing the fan to hit ice. I removed the ice in the unit. A fill tube extension will need to be installed to prevent this from happening and the chute could possibly need to be replaced. Ordering WP2174755 fill tube extension & W11645360 water chute. Arrived onsite for a dryer stopping mid cycle. The customer showed me multiple videos of the dryer stopping and the display showing paused and saying press start to resume. I tested the dryer and found it doing the same thing. I tested the door switch when this happened and the door switch was good. I replaced the control panel and tested it again. Now the dryer will run for anywhere from 5-7 minutes and stop but the display stays on and counts down like its still running. I tested voltage at the motor relay on the control and found it opening up and not sending voltage to the motor when this happens. I found Technical Service Pointer #: W11727795 and suspect the control needs this update to fix this issue because the customer showed me another video when the control will not respond to powering on. I gave the customer the WiFi connect team number and had then download the Maytag app on their phone. The customer is going to get the unit connected to WiFi and get the update to see if this solves the issues and will call back if it doesnt. Call complete. INSTALLED W11413567 CONTROL PANEL.

"Arrived onsite for burners not Igniting. On inspection the center burner the flame was only by the igniter, pulled the burner apart and found grease blocking the gas ports. On the right back burner the igniter is sparking down and sideways 95% of the time and once in awhile it will spark up. Moved the igniter forward about 1/16 inch and retested with no luck. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont turn on. Inspected unit and work area. I found the flooring for this unit, completely unlevel, where the right hand side of the washer was approximately 4 inches higher than the left-hand side. The unit was unplugged and immediately upon plugging in the unit, I found the unit go into a drain. I canceled out the cycle and ran the unit through diagnostics. I found an F0 E5 (off balance load) error code. I adjusted the feet on the washer to try to level it out and was not able to completely level out the washer due to the flooring. The customer advised that they had just moved the washer out from another room and that they are planning on redoing the floor in this room. I advise the customer that the flooring was causing the basket to lean against the left hand panel and was causing off-balance issues due to the unit not being leveled. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran and operated as designed. Call complete. No parts were replaced."

"WRS315SDHM12 Arrived to install previously ordered parts. I installed the MFG approved couplers and tested. During the installation, I noted the condenser fan not running and further inspection revealed the lower pan to the right to the fan and the fan housing, were badly smashed up, into the fan blades and completely stopping condenser fan operation and it could be easily assumed the fan did not work since the installation. I was able to correct all metal deformation and test. The fan was fully operational and the prior contact and fan motor lockup, was corrected. No leaks observed during service."

Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal couple in the center of the middle rack and tested on Baker at 350 degrees on Standard Multirack Bake. My preheat temp was 432 degrees. Next three readings were 321, 421 and 319 for an average temp of 353.6 degrees. I made recommendations for use and care and no repairs needed at this time, job completed."

After replacement of the gear case and slider, and during calibration, I found the lid lock errored at least once. Automatic mode and manual testing showed the lock not failing again. Arrived onsite for range middle burner not igniting. On inspection found that the middle burner would take several seconds to ignite. On further inspection found the ignitor was sparking to the side of the burner. Repositioned the igniter to spark straight up to the burner cap and it ignites on the first spark every time. No gas leaks detected and no parts were installed on the unit.

"WGD4850HW2 Arrived to inspect no heat. I found the issue was actually with airflow and inspected. A large mass of debris had plugged the air plenum and after removal, the unit resumed normal operation and heated and cycled as designed. No gas leaks detected during service."

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not draining. Test unit and found plug still attached on disposal. Removed plug test unit and unit test good job complete. NO PARTS USED.

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop gas leak. Upon further inspection, I could not smell a gas odor when entering the home. I checked under the unit in the cabinet and could not smell gas. I removed the valve knobs and smelled and did not smell gas. I gained access to the interior of the burner box and tested all gas line connections to the orifice holders and all of the valves at the manifold using my liquid leak detector and found no gas leaks. I tested all welds on the manifold and found no leaks. I tested the gas line at the wall and regulator and where the manifold connects to the regulator and found no leaks. I recommended the customer use the unit and if they smell gas again to check under the unit in the cabinets and see if they smell gas there and to call in for service. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to replace faulty parts. Replaced adjusting kit. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. Job complete

Sr#7738968002 arrived onsite and leak tested all components with bubble solution. No obvious leaking. Called techline and spoke to Bruce. Tested pressures at negative 20 and 90 psi with a running compressor and determined low pressure indicating a leak. Bruce says the unit must be nitrogen pressure tested to 140psi for 20 minutes and all joints in the whole unit leak tested with bubble solution. Office to reschedule. Arrived on site for washer just keep tumbling after wash cycles and doesnt go into spin . Ran diagnostics got load in clean cycle error code . Couldnt feel any resistance on tub . Ran test 12 and spin cycle . All passed tests . Couldnt duplicate any errors . No water leaks detected at time of service . Job complete

Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that is leaking from the front left corner of the unit. Tested unit and confirmed a leak coming. Removed door panel and spotted a leak coming from the bottom left corner of the dispenser. Removed dispenser and straightened out panel. Retested ane confirmed there is no further leak present. If issue returns we need to replace the inner panel with the dispenser. Repair completed. Parts used - W11412300.

Arrived on site for dryer not heating. Upon arrival verified there was a clog in venting of home. Also found element element broken. Replaced element wp3387747. Tested unit and found dryer heating.
