Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during fill) error code. Tested both valves and found the cold water valve barely pulling in any water. Remove the water hose off the back of the unit and checked for water pressure. Found adequate water pressure coming from the valve at the wall. The unit will need a new valve for repair. Ordering the valve 1 W11210463 (Valve)

Arrived on site to test unit for frost building up in evap cover. Exposed evap and didnt see any signs of defrost issue. Found gap between Linear A d cabinet was a bit excessive. Filled gap using silicone. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for a washer sometimes not washing correctly and other time it does. The customer had a video and the basket was not engaging correctly when the unit would go into the spin cycle. I inspected the bake element and found it in good condition and ohming out with in range. I installed the new broil element. I found the spade connectors broke off during install. "WRF757SDEM01 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I re-formed the new gasket and removed and replaced the existing failed one on the RH RC door. The seal was greatly improved and the gasket issue resolved. I corrected bowing of the RC evaporator pan and tested. The software had the ADC defeat feature and I set the defrost to conventional eight hour instead of the adaptive. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

I found the ice machine empty. I tested the bin the bin thermistor and at room temperature it was reading at 90 degrees. I put the unit through a diagnostics test. I found the water valve slowly suppling water, I removed the water filter and found no change in pressure. I installed the new valve and bin thermistor. I reassembled the unit and tested it. I found it working as designed.

Found a nail stuck inside the drain pump assembly housing. Removed the obstruction and tested the unit again. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Arrived onsite for a wine cooler not cooling correctly. I found the unit installed upstairs in a game room under a countertop. It is installed on carpet with an 1/8 clearance on each side and about a 1/4 on top. The unit will not come out very easy. It feels like its gonna rip the carpet up. The feet are installed on the front but the lower panel is in a bind because of the carpet and its causing the lower panel to bow outward in the center not allowing the door to activate the door switch and turn the fan on. I was able to pop the panel back in and the fan started working and the unit started cooling down. I explained to the customer what was happening and advices changing the flooring under the cooler or to watch for that panel starting to bow again. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for water dispenser not working. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the reservoir frozen over. I replaced the gaskets so the the reservoir is now sealed from the evaporator air flow. Please allow 48 hours for the reservoir to thaw and water to flow. Job complete.

"KUIX505ESS1 Arrived to inspect fill issue. After the prior repair, the customer advised me the unit had produced one to two rime and then resumed the endless fill issue. I removed and replaced the main control and the circulation/water level pump and tested. The issue appeared to be resolved as the unit filled for initial flush and then production levels and cycled the compressor on, after ceasing water fill. I entered service test mode and set the unit to the thick ice setting and then attempted a second user mode entry and test. Both fills were to the correct level and shut off at the correct and expected times. The customer will contact us if there are further issues. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop ignitors continuously arcing. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the middle burner will keep clicking when other burners are on. I tested all burners and found the middle burner and the front right burner flames are too high and spreading out wide. I found the caps were on the incorrect burners and corrected and retested. I found the same burners were still too high and wide. I found the front right torch burner cap ring was on the middle burner and the spring was installed incorrectly. I placed the ring and spring back on the front right burner correctly and retested and the unit is operating as designed. The customer advised that they have a cleaning company come in and clean their home and are cleaning the cooktop. I recommended the customer take a photo of the cooktop so theyll know, in the future, the correct placement of the caps. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Moved dishwasher forwards until door clears cabinet when it is closed."

Arrived on site to test unit for fan not working. Test unit and found flap was not opening due to installation. Removed unit secured flap correctly test unit and unit test good job complete.

Removed compressor cover found defective water valve allowing water line to pull out of valve,replaced defective water valve tested icemaker water filled icemaker with no leaks. Found freezer gasket not sealing remolded gasket checked door seal good. Arrived onsite for washer not able to wash and found broken strike. Ordering strike to repair all else checks good. ordrng 1 W11457841 (Strike)

"Arrived on site for water leaking. Found water leaking between fill tube and coupling on icemaker line,disconnected and reconnected line to coupling ran icemaker fill test passed no leaks.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer tearing clothing. Upon further inspection, the customer provided examples of items that have been torn from the washer (photos). Using my microfiber cloth, I checked the basket for any burs in the metal and removed the agitator and checked it as well and found no issues. Customer advised of the type of wash cycle they performed when the items were torn. I placed the agitator back in the basket and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. No error codes present. The unit operated as designed. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as detergent use (for future water softener system installation). No repairs needed at this time and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F4E3. Cleared he code and continued with testing. Once the unit filled and the sump motor came on, I found the water leaking from the motor area. I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and retested and unit is operating as designed. I contacted the property manager (Kerri) and advised of my finds and repairs. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for washer plate stuck. I pulled the washer plate in installed the collar. Tested unit and it operating as designed

"Arrived on site for washer not spinning load out and poor wash performance. Ran diagnostics and got low water flow error , in test wash found cold water restricted . Removed hose and found debris clogging valve filter . Removed filter cups on valves and cleared supply line . Reran diagnostics all checked normal. No water leaks detected at time of service. If it happens again recommend sending both vales and replace . Job complete"

Arrived onsite in install previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival I installed the new latch and tested unit and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Job completed

"Arrived to inspect noise in FC. I found a mass of ice had built up and removed it,correcting the fan noise. In prior service, the unit had not been set to standard defrost and I corrected the setting. The FC door was hanging out too far at the top, causing an insufficient seal. The RC evap was showing signs of frosting, but was caught it time to prevent issue. The customer did not want to have controls installed with updated software. All loads and thermistors tested within MFG specifications and the defrost heater was operable. Due to the prior missed items, I am applying our warranty for this service. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for condensation in fresh food compartment. Found mullion rail not closing properly in channel,replaced defective mullion rail tested door operation good,good seal."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had a previous company come out who had already replaced the water valve and control and theyve had nothing but problems since both repairs. They advise the unit will go into a wash and will stop in the middle of the cycle. They advised that they can run the unit through drain and spin to finish out the cycle but could not get the unit to finish any cycle unless they ran super light loads. Ran unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit run as designed until the drain portion of the cycle. Found When the drain pump started, I could not hear water flow draining out. Checked behind the washer and found that the drain hose being used was about 8 feet long and was pushed down into the drain pipe about 3 1/2 feet. Pulled up the drain hose and found mold and mildew on the bottom side of the drain hose indicating a siphoning condition happening during the drain portion of the cycle potentially causing the unit to error out and stop. Cut down the drain hose to where the drain hose was 6 inches into the standpipe. Test of the unit again in the unit begin working operate as designed. Had a customer run a load of clothes and the customer called back stating that the unit ran as designed and completed the cycle. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a oven that with turn itself on and off. Upon arrival the customer demonstrated to me what was going on. I replaced the control and advise the customer to connect the unit to Wi-Fi so that it can get its firmware updates. Then I tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Job complete.
