"Arrived on site to diagnose washer with cycle issues and banging. Customer said some cycles will bang around and stop, and other times her cycle settings dont seem to work properly either. At times the lid will stay locked, or the control will blink / flash. I checked for errors codes and found none present. I replaced the control to resolve any cycle selection or UI issues. I did find the unit was significantly off balance and tilted to the left. Adjusted level and verified a proper level on both axis. Calibrated unit. Verified proper functions from unit. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they believe that the water was leaking from the wash motor due to being able to see water dripping from the back right-hand side of the machine. I pulled out the dishwasher to check the unit and found the back right-hand side of the tub, completely smashed in, and had evidence of leaking water. See photo. Arrived on site for unit arching and making. Upon arrival inspected unit ran multiple test with cup of water. Could not get unit to duplicate any arching inspected more looked and tried to smell for any burning or any arch burns but could not find any. "Arrived on site for strong gas smell when oven is being used. Upon arrival, checked oven and cooktop flames and found no signs of orange and yellow flames (pictures attached). Upon testing, strong smell was present when oven is running. Proceeded to replace W11643161 bake burner for prevention. Called techline and spoke with Kurt SR#7741055553 and documented all flame sizes and color. Also documented combustible gas detector and found no leak. Explained the customer that no fault is found. Unit is functioning as designed."

"Arrived on site for a dashwasher.That is not washing dishes well. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise that dishes are getting wet, but they are not coming out clean. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low water detected during the fill) error code. I tested the unit and confirmed low water levels entering the unit. When the unit was trying to start recirculating water. I replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed with no leaks present during operation. "Arrived on site for unit overflowing with ice. Upon arrival, found clip for the sensing arm extender to be warped. Proceeded to replace W11744512 ice maker which includes the extender and sensing arm. "Arrived on site for a dryer that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does power on, but the issue is that they are having strange noises when the dryer is running throughout the cycle. The customer showed me a video and I confirmed what the customer was talking about. I checked all rollers and found several rollers seized. I replaced the rollers in idler pulley and reassembled the unit. I tested the unit again and found another sound coming from the machine. Alright, disassembled the unit again and checked all parts. I found that the issue appeared to be coming from the motor. I replaced the motor and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. W11126010 and 4392067."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I found the customer had a load washing when I arrived, which was one large blanket. I advised the customer that that the load is too small and will get off balance when it goes into a spin cycle. I allowed the cycle to finish and when the unit began the spin cycle, the tub assembly began to bang around and the customer identified their complaint. I paused the cycle and repositioned the blanket around the basket wall and restarted the cycle and it completed as designed. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. I found the drain hose was hitting the back wall when the unit was in spin mode and positioned the unit further back towards the wall to pin the hose in between the unit and the wall to stop the movement of the hose and stop the banging against the wall. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer no power. Upon further inspection, I found the control panel non-responsive and I checked voltage at the wall outlet and found no voltage. I checked the breaker and found it tripped. Cycled power at the breaker and removed the top panel to gain access to the main control and UI and I found the diagnostics LED on the control was not on which indicates a bad control. I verified voltage at the outlet and removed and replaced the main control and attempted to test, but the unit failed to come on, and I found the diagnostics LED was not on with the new control. I checked voltage at the outlet again and found no voltage. I checked the GFCI breaker again and found it had tripped again, but this time when I would cycle the breaker, the error indicator began to flash. Once I had the breaker cycled, I checked voltage and had no voltage at the outlet and the breaker was on. I recommended the customer contact their builder or warranty person and have the breaker replaced. I advised the customer that once the breaker has been replaced and if the unit continues to fail to contact our office. No lint observed during service, job completed."

WMH31017HS6 Arrived on site for a otr microwave not heating. Inspected and tested diode and capacitor both parts have failed installed and testedstill no heat . I then tested magnetron and that has failed as well I replaced magnetron and tested product works as it's designed.

I checked resistance on my wash motor and found it within range. I checked voltage coming out of the control and found proper voltage indicating an issue with the wire harness. Arrived onsite for door latch not locking. I confirmed the latch was broken. I replaced the latch however unit doesn't drain. I checked the drain pump on ohms and checked good at 20.6 ohms. Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed part. I replaced the bake burner and set the shutter accordingly. Unit now operates as designed and lights on both sides. The gas odor is also no longer present as the shutter had a gap in between it allowing gas to escape and not follow the path. I called safety and reported what has been done. "Arrived on site to inpsect ice maker not producing ice. Upin further inspection, I placed the machine into service mode and ran through component testing. All components are showing and operating fine. Even though the bin thermistor showed ok while in service mode, it was measuring slightly out of spec when taking a measurement with a meter. I replaced the bin thermistor. I ran a cycle in consumer mode and observed that all functions of the ice maker are working. The machine produced a batch and is operating as designed at the moment. The customer will continue to monitor and take a video if the machine fails to start to aid in future diagnosis. No water leaks observed during service WPW10511923"

"Arrive down site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Upon entry, I found the unit plugged in and took temperatures in both sections. I found the refrigerator at 39?F, and the freezer at 6?F completely empty. I opened both doors for about two minutes and changed the temperature setting to the max cool setting. I closed both doors and found the compressor immediately start running. I took temperature in the freezer and found the temperature drop from 12?F to 1?F within 15 minutes. I went and took an amp draw off of the compressor and found it pulling .636 A. I gained access to the evaporator and found a three-quarters frost pattern over the evaporator without seeing any evidence of a leak or restrictions in the line. I spoke with management and ran a test on the compressor. I found the compressor pass the test. I was advised that because we could not replicate any failures, the unit is working and operating as designed. I informed the customer of the findings. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not draining. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1-low flow. Cleared the code and continued with testing and found the valves are struggling to dispense water into the tub assembly. I allowed the unit to complete testing and I found clothing items and other debris in the drain area of the bellow. Also found the tenant is performing a quick wash cycle with too large of a load. I made recommendations for use and care and advised the tenant I would have to order the valves and I scheduled return service for 03-04-25. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing water and not making ice. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and could hear water flowing through the system and eventually began to dispense. The water coming out was very cloudy. I tested the ice maker in diagnostics test 44 and the tray harvested as designed, but i found the ice maker harness not secured and getting caught on the tray causing the tray to pull or tug at the harness. I corrected the harness and secured it to the ice maker bracket with foil tape and then tested the fill tube in test 45. The tray filled with water, but it took a little longer due to the water flowing through a dry system. When the water came out, it was very cloudy as well. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs and recommended they purge two gallons of water from the dispenser and throw out the first two batches of ice. Unit is operating as designed, and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for range tripping breaker. I found voltages good and documented photos of the breaker panel, wiring, and install. I replaced the bake and broil elements and also replaced the control. I ran the unit up to 500 and it reached temp with ground off. I replaced attached the ground and ran to 500 again. Unit reached temp with no issues. Customer not onsite for signature or burnoff for 2 hrs. Called techline and reported findings and what was done to Rich SR 7741043643. INSTALLED W10856603 broil elements, W11182108 Bake elements, and W11567368 Control."

"Arrived on site to follow up on load and go dispenser not dispensing. I replaced the dosing pump and cleaned out the hoses and nozzle. On arrival I noticed customer had the dispenser drawer pulled out and opened, which is what was causing their detergent to thicken as badly as it was. Advised to leave the dispenser in place until they needed to refill detergent, but keeping it pulled out wotu the lid open makes the detergent too thick. I tested with the new pump and verified that hoses were filling with detergent. Repair completed. Parts used - W11316271."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is freezing in the bottom drawer. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they have had an ongoing issue with this unit since Thanksgiving and have had three services thus far. They have advised that the issue ends up coming back after 3-4 weeks each trip. I checked the freezer compartment and confirmed a defrost issue inside of the freezer. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found all tests pass. I went behind the unit and made some checks at the control. I found the freezer thermistor reading 18.97 k ohms (10?F) and the refrigerator thermistor reading 6.10 k ohms (45?F). I checked the defrost by metal and found it closed reading 0.00. I checked the heater circuit and found it open, indicating a failed heater or thermal fuse. Ordering both evaporator fan harness and the defrost heater and will return with remaining parts. I did request that the customer let the unit manually defrost prior to next service. I rescheduled the customer to 3/6. No parts were installed.; ordrng 1 W11661931 (Evaporator harness) and 1 W11547652 (Defrost heater)"

Arrived on site for ui not responding properly . Found normal button not functioning . Found gasket on vent not properly installed and allowing moisture to build up on UI . Fix vent gasket and replaced ui console W11622500. All buttons are responding properly . Ran diagnostics check and all checked king normal. Nomwater leaks detected at time of service. Job complete

"Arrived on site to inpect washer displaying error code and not starting a cycle. Upon further inspection, the washer was displaying F5E3 (lid not locking). I gained access to the lid lock and found it to not be locking properly. I replaced the lid lock and calibrated and tested the washer. The washer is now operating as designed. W11700916 no water leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to test unit for noise. Upon arrival entered diagnostics and started a cycle, unit filled and began to wash with no abnormal noises. Contacted builder, per builder inspector provided video of the issue that he provided to me. During the wash the unit made a loud howling noise. Inspected wash motor, found no debris or evidence of any rubbing on the impeller. As precautionary replaced wash motor (W11460946) and tested unit, unit is running as designed. No one on site for signature, no leaks detected, job complete."

On arrival verified complaint of unit not cooling correctly in both freezer and refrigerator sections visual inspection of the unit shows that the back wall of the freezer section is full of ice. Remove evap cover and clear top of evap of ice with steamer found the harness for the defrost heater. Check the defrost heater and found that it is open unit will need defrost heater on return. Recommend defrost heater and bi metal as it was encased in ice. Reschedule for3/6; ordrng 1 WP12049801 (Defrost heater)

WDF330PAHB4 Arrived on site for a dishwasher not draining. On arrival verified issue i removed all water and inspected drain pump it tested fine . I used my shop vacuum from one side of drian hose to the other side and the was a clogged in the hose. I replaced drain hose and tried again with my vacuum still a clogged hose I removed alot calcium from hose but it still would drain as it should I will need to order other drain hose and reschedule 3/5/25 returning parts just in case no water leaks visible from main water supply. ; ordrng 1 8269144A (Drain hose)

"On arrival verified complaint of unit having broken bottom door glass on inspection, it is only the outer door glass that is broken. Inner glass is still whole. Took multiple photos of outer view and interview of bottom oven door see quick pics, replace outer door and nameplate verify that the unit now functions correctly. Arrived on site to test unit for light not turning off. Replaced control(W11545876) and unit now working as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing water and not making ice. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and found the inlet valve humming, but no water was dispensed. I found some ice cubes in the bin and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker in test 44. The ice maker tray harvested as designed, but I found the ice maker harness had come loose from the clips and was getting caught in the tray as it harvested. I adjusted the harness and taped it to the ice maker bracket and then tested the fill tube in test 45 and no water came out of the tube. I pulled the unit out and found the water was turned off at the wall and turned it on. Retested the dispenser and the ice maker fill tube and the unit is operating as designed. I recommended the customer purge the dispenser at least two gallons and to throe out the first two batches of ice. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles, and is flashing error codes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit completely stopped working and won't even spin the basket. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F6 E3 (ACU cannot hear the MCU), F7 E4 (basket re-engagement failure), F7 EA (motor phase lost), and F7 E7 (basket unable to reach target RPM) error codes. I tested the unit and confirmed that the unit would not agitate or spin. I checked the motor windings underneath the unit and found proper resistance. I also found the slider broken. I replaced the slider and control and tested the unit. I still found the same issue occurring with the no spin or agitation. I checked resistance.Let's through the motor from the control and found one of the lines open. I checked underneath and found one of the spade connectors inside of the motor connector had broke, causing the issue. I replaced the wire harness and tested the unit. Check elements and confirmed they are notmshorted to ground, reset breaker. The voltage coming in is 254. Each side to neutral and ground is 127. G-C=0. Bake pulls 12 amps. Broil pulls 15 amps. Breaker tripped again. Replaced control. Removed ground wire and performed burn off. Verified operarion. Advised customer to let burn at 500 for 30 morr min. Call complete. W11649136"

"Arrived on site for unit not draining. Upon arrival, unit displayed F9E1 no drain. Proceeded to inspect lower harness and found severed harness to the pump. Proceeded to replace W11643701 lower harness and W11627413 control. Ran diagnostics and passed with no issues. No water leaks detected at this time."

"Arrived on site for an ice machine that is making thin cubes again. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has not been working properly since july of last year and she has had consistent problems with the unit making more than 1/4 of a bin of ice. She also said that the ice always comes out thin.Regardless of the repairs that are being made. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found the recirculation pump barely darwing in much water before being satisfied. I ran through the reservoir drain pump and got to the cooling test for the evaporator plate. I found an audible hissing sound coming from the evaporator upon entry and ran the test for two minutes with the evaporator not cooling at all. I ran through the gas valve test and after that test ended, i still heard the hiss coming out of the evaporator indicating a leak. Due to the number of trips done so far in the last 6 months, I called Whirlpool Techline and Derrick SR# 7741040805. I explained all the repairs that have been made up to this point and advised him of my findings with the leak at the evaporator. He advised that he would also replace the pump harness with the evaporator thermistor as well to ensure all bases have been covered. Ordering all parts and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability. No parts were installed.
