I removed the shield and pulley and found found a small amount of oil on the underside of the pulley. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit is not cooling and not making ice. When I opened the FC door to test temps, I found a large amount of ice/frost built up on the FC evaporator cover (photo). I placed my flashlight at the bottom of the FC section and found a small gap in the gasket/mullion area. I placed my flashlight at the top of the FC section and closed the FC door and found a very large gap in the top right corner of the FC door gasket and center mullion (photo). I adjusted the top mullion and center mullion and filled the gap between the liner and chassis with manufacturer approved silicone and tested door operations. I was able to get the gap closed (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the defrost function and the unit began to defrost as designed. Tested thermistors through the controls and found they are operating as designed. I had my customer sign the Waiver of damages from defrosting the refrigerator and recommended that they place towels around the unit to absorb any water that might overflow the evaporator pan and to leave the unit unplugged for 48 hours to allow the unit to defrost and then plug the unit in and allow it to cool for another 24 hours before placing food items back inside. I advised the customer to monitor the unit and if they find it not cooling again or find frost/ice built up on the freezer evaporator cover (back wall of freezer) to call our office to schedule service, at which time, returning tech will need to contact techline to report their findings. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer door popping open during use. Upon further inspection, I found the unit door closed and when I went to open it, I found it difficult to open. When I went to close the door, it was difficult to close and the outer door panel would pop and buckle inward then pop back out. With the door open, I found the top left corner of the door bowed inward (photo). Customer advised their builder attempted to correct the door closing/opening issue by adjusting the hinges and they advised it opens and closes better than it did before. When I close the door and push where the strike and catch are located, the door closes but takes some force to get it to close. "Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not spinning out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she had three loads that did not spin out fully and the washer is making a noise. I checked underneath the washer and found that the cam Had been stripped by the belt. I replaced the cam and ran the unit three diagnostics. I found no stored error codes. Around the units are an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I checked the suspension and found suspension was good. I did find the unit on level and leveled out the washer. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rob SR# 7738992756. He advised that because the unit is finishing each cycle, there would be nothing wrong with the washer, and that it would be a programming or issue that the customer has. He asked the customer about soap consumption, and the customer advised that she uses a full cup to a cap and a half worth of soap in her washer. He advised that was too much, and that would be also contributing towards their clothes not being completely dry by the end of the cycle. He also stated that the customer should not use the normal wash setting if they are trying to spin out the clothes because the normal wash setting does not have as high of a spin speed on the program than other cycles like heavy duty or bulky items. The customer advised that she did not understand the difference between any of the cycles, and just advised that she would continue to use the washer the way that she has been using it and if she has any problems, shell call back. Around the unit three diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off-balance load) error code. Around the unit through an auto test and found that during agitation, the whole basket was spinning from side to side. I checked underneath and found the shifter on the unit was one that had been recalled due to this issue, where the arm gets separated from the splutch assembly. "arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing the spin light at the end of cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised she knew what the issue was because the tub and basket were not stationary and were wobbling all over the place. I did explain to the customer that that is normal operation for this washer because this is a suspension-based model. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I tested the suspension and found the suspension was good. The customer stated that the unit vibrates really hard and she has clothes that are coming out tangled. I did explain to the customer that tangling can happen specifically on stuff where shes wrapping items around the agitator. The customer advised that she knows how to load a washer and was unhappy with this unit. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Leon SR# 7738994951. He advised the issue would be a loading issue and that the customer will need to properly load like clothes in the washer at one time and not mix loads. He also stated that bulky loads may go off balance from time to time. He advised without an error code or any functional parts failing, the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. The customer had the unit unplugged on arrival and advised that the unit was just making a buzzing and clicking sound and would not actually cool. We plugged the refrigerator in and I did confirm the compressor over-amping and then shutting down. I use the truck stock start device to ensure it was not the start device and found the compressor doing the same thing. Ordering a basic sealed system with a compressor, dryer, and access valve. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not washing dishes or drying them. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised issue initially was is that it was not drying the dishes and then the unit stopped. Actually watching them as well. Around the units are diagnostics in confirmed an F7 E1 (heater circuit issue) and an F4 E3 (wash motor not running) error code. I ran the unit through an auto test and confirmed that the wash motor would not run. I replaced the wash motor and tested the unit. I found that the unit was working and operating as designed until the heating element kicked on. I found that the heating element would not heat and visually inspected the element. I found the heater had opened up on the back left corner on the underside of the element, causing the issue. I replaced the heating element and tested the unit again. I found the unit working and operating as designed with no water leaks present during operation. Call complete."

JMW3430LL02 Arrived to install parts. I found the issue was due to two wiring issues and corrected. The thermostat in the back left of the control area had failed and the UI harness was shorted to the chassis. Arrived onsite for wine refrigerator ui not lighting up. On inspection the unit did not light up when the door is opened. On further inspection found the bottom cover is being pushed up because the feet were never lowered causing the cover to keep the door switch compressed. I lowered the feet and recentered the bottom cover so it doesnt keep the switch from working. No parts were installed.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the air tower again. I found moisture in the center at the top at the mullion due to an air gap and the moisture was running on the ceiling of the liner to the air tower. I found the door gaskets good. The issue is the mullion spring is not stout enough to snap the mullion all the way closed if the door is closed to easy. I explained to the customer that the right RC door needs to be opened first and closed last. I also explained to close the left RC door with a little force so the mullion will snap closed and allow the right door gasket to close the gap. Call complete.

Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed defrost element(W11626107). Was able to engage and verify element is now working as designed in service test 89. "WRF767SDHV04 Arrkved to inspect ice maker issue and parts ordered. I found the issue was with the ice bin door model area and the door will be required to correct the issue and prevent the excessive airflow through the ice bin, creating the prior observed moisture. I found the ice maker housing required position correction and the heater for the fill tube was incorrectly placed, resulting in the tube freezing. I corrected a,l deficiencies, including the position of the cabinet and doors and tested. Returning tech will be required to re-align the door(s). No leaks observed during service. "Unit 2501. Arrived onsite for unit leaking. Upon arrival inspected unit. Removed cabinet for inspection. Ran test and found. Tub cracked causing leak. Also found gearcase leaking oil. Inspection also showed inner tub rusting thru where unit meets gearcase shaft. During spin test found unit jerking during stop and making a squealing sound during breaking. Will need to order inner basket, outer tub, Gearcase, tub seal, coupler, basket drive, and block drive. Office to reschedule .
