I monitor the unit for about 25 and took measurement with the CO detector. At multiple locations and time of the cycle, the meter did not detect anything higher that 1 ppm carbon monoxide. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing ice and not dispensing water. Upon further inspection, I removed the auger motor cover and found that water has made its way through the shaft seal and down into the motor and freezing causing the wires to corrode. This is the reason that the ice is not dispensing. I found that the water dispenser would not dispense however having the door open for about 20 minutes more and more water was able to dispensing. I can conclude that the water was frozen most likely in the freezer door. I am ordering freezer door LW10193494 shaft seal WP2198628 and second tech CNOTE-2man. Will need to replaced the auger motor and shaft seal as well on return visit. "Arrived on site to test unit for damper door frosting over. Upon arrival took temperature reading in the RC and FC. RC temps read 45?, FC temps read 7?. Inspected door gaskets, all sealing properly. Found ice chute seal was cockeyed allowing a slight air leak into the ice compartment causing damper to frost over. Also inspected the evaporator, when removing cover found ice ball has formed on the right side restricting the return from the RC causing improper airflow and freezing in the RC. Defrosted the evaporator, unit now has proper airflow. When testing the damper, damper stayed open. Replaced damper control (WPW10196393) and tested, damper is now opening and closing properly. Inspected condenser coil and found the front of it packed with dust and hair, advised customer to clean that periodically to ensure unit is running efficiently. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for no ice. Upon arrival customer stated she thought unit was OOW. She hired an appliance technician who diagnosed a sealed system issue. She also stated before unit stopped making ice it would make very thin ice sheets and very little amount. Unit was uninstalled. Went through manual diagnostics, when filling water stream was very weak, also when recirculating pump engaged there was a small amount of water being circulated to the evaporator plate. Unit will need a new valve and recirculating pump to fix issue. Replaced valve (W10897719) and pump (W11542867) and ran a cycle. Unit flushed the system, filled with adequate amount of water and began recirculating. Ice sheet began forming, after 20-25 minutes ice sheet with ideal thickness was released and cut into cubes. Unit is now running as designed. When reinstalling the unit noticed a step in the flooring that causes the unit to be tilted back. Advised customer to have the unit shimmed out in order to keep it level. Customer signed Waiver for Improper Installation. No leaks detected, job complete."

Customer showed me that there is a semi jagged ridge on the very top rear of the drawer front, so if you were to run your hand across it, you can get cut. Examined drawers and there is a small ridge where the cutout for the metal trim piece gets cut in the plastic. Advised customer this is likely there on all drawers, and I offered to sand down the ridge to make it less jagged. Customer said he would do that if need be, and I did not make any alterations. "Arrived on site for an ice machine. That is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised the unit was working just fine and then it completely quit. Around the unit through diagnostics and found the water pressure coming into. The reservoir was bad. I check the filter and found at the customer does not have a whirlpool filter on this unit but has an in-line filter going to the ice machine. I went ahead and replaced the inlet valve and found no pressure difference, indicating a water supply issue or a filter issue. The customer did advised that she has really low water pressure at her house. I did explain to the customer that this could be causing part of her issue due to the reservoir not filling up fast enough. I explained that if the reservoir does not fill properly, the recirculation pump can run out of water to recirculate the water across the evaporator plate. I went ahead and ran through a diagnostic cycle and found the recirculation pump pulsating and intermittently, not pumping water properly. I replaced the recirculation pump as well and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. I did inform the customer that and tell her water pressure gets above 50 psi, she may not have enough water pressure to make full sheets of ice. The unit is working and operating as designed. "Arrived on site for thin ice. Ran diagnostic weak water flow and water pan not fully filling,replaced water valve and recirculating pump that includes water sensor,ran a normal cycle water filled pan correctly. Used w10897719,w11542867"

"Arrived on site to inspect ice maker no producing ice fast. The customer advised that the ice maker would produce some days and some days not much at all. Upon further inspection, I checked the checked and tested the functions of the ice maker harvest, fill, and thermistor. All checked fine. I checked the door harness to make sure all wires are intact and not pinched or damaged. Door harness is good with no issues. I replaced the ice maker as the motor may be failing and not producing as well as it should and producing unpredictability. No water leaks observed during service. W10873791"

Arrived onsite for range tripping the breaker. I replaced the old bake and broil elements with newer ones and ran a bake cycle with ground off to 500. Once temp was reached I re attached the ground and ran it for 500 again. I advised the customer to keep it running for 2 hours before turning off. Unit is operating as designed at time of service. Arrived onsite for chest freezer not cooling. On inspection the unit was cooling the customer said it was it and miss if it was cooling or not. He said it happen after the few days of the 110?. I installed the new inverter on to the unit. Plugged unit in and it was cooling when I left. W11598145

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling and the lights not working. I found the deli drawer under the UI full of water causing the 12VDC circuit to short out and cause the issue. I found no signs of a defrost issue at this time. There was no water in the bottom of the RC or FC. I found the drip pan good and straight. I found the deli harness good and as soon as I disconnected the harness from the door the lights in the refrigerator came on. I power cycled the unit and all components started working as designed. The refrigerator was getting to temp. I found the ice door leaking and signs where water leaked down filling the drip tray in the door and this could have been the issue. The customer stated there were no cooling issues prior and this all happened at once. The ice door, deli door, and deli UI will all need to be replaced. I also showed the customer the condenser was fill of lint and it would need to be blown out. The customer stated he would clean the condenser. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is leaking water into the dryer when the dryer is not in use. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they had to shut the water off at the wall in order to get the dryer to stop spraying water into the drum. They advised that when they shut it off, their son cranked on it too hard and broke the valve at the wall. I did confirm the customers complaint. I plugged the unit in and check the voltage going to the inlet valve. I found no voltage being supplied. I went ahead and replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit. I found the unit working, tumbling, and heating as designed. I was unable to test the steam function due to lack of water supply. Call complete.W11216837."

Arrived on site for washer with lid not shutting properly. On arrival confirmed failure and found the hinges in lid had failed and were causin lid to only shut halfway. Replaced lid w11513252 and tested. Found it shutting as designed. Call complete

Arrived onsite for previous diagnosis parts from the previous tech. I installed the pump and it did not fix the issue. Tested the harness and there was no voltage to the harness. I gain access to the harness and found it pinched I installed a new harness and control board into the unit. Tested the unit and it was making a slab of ice when I left. "WTW8127LC0 Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts. Upon arrival, proceeded to replace W10734521 slider, W10754448 clutch, W11449841 gearcase and W11195971 stator. Upon testing, clutch did not engage to allow unit to spin. Ordering W11260238 rotor and W10754448 clutch. No water leaks detected at this time. Customer agreed to reschedule Aug 30th. ; schdld next appmnt for 8/30 FRI !"
