Areived on site to inspect microwave not heating consistently. Upon further inspection I ran an output test by using 2 cups of water at 71 degrees and heated the microwave at 1 minute. The resulting temperature was 124 degrees. For the wattage of the microwave this is testing in spec. I verified that the fan is operating and the turntable is operating without issue. I called techline to do time t and notate that the unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer on different dinnerware and variable such as temperature of the food going into the microwave. 22119293

"Arrived on site for a washing machine model MVW5435PW1 that is not filling with enough water. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the machine finishes each cycle, but she is unhappy with the water level it gives her. She advised that she wanted to be able to control the water level within the washing machine and wanted an older style washer that would allow that. I did advise the customer that . level is based on programming and cycle selections with this machine. I advised the customer that it it tries to sense how hard the motor has to die. Work in order to agitate and spin 6 a part of the water level programming. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test, and the unit ran as designed. The customer had a small load of towels that we ran on a towel cycle. I found the towels we're submerged in water when it got to agitation. I called the Whirlpool tech line and spoke to Austin SR# 22108075. He advised that based on the customer's complaint and the testing already done, the issue is not with the machine but with the customer's expectations of the machine. They advised that this is a low water washer, and there are no changes that can be made to the programming to suit the customers' desire for water level adjustments. He advised me to make no repair as the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed, and no leaks were present during service. On arrival confirmed issue, but during testing, I found dryer is working as designed.And the issue was because not enough garments were put in to prevent the water from shooting across the tub and out the door. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that had a clogged drain line.And also dripping water from the water dispenser. On arrival, I confirmed the failure, but after speaking with customer and also disassembling the unit to inspect prior diagnosis, I found that it is in fact the valve that is filling and not the filter of housing. And neither the filter or the housing are broken. However, I found the water valve on the dispenser.Side is not fully shutting and allowing water to leak from the valve into the dispenser. I also found that the drip PAN is cracked under the backside behind the drain line. Because it has not had enough water right to the point that it got too dry and brittle. Checked unit level and found the dishwasher was out of level. Removed the lower kickplate to inspect the leveling feet and discovered the flooring had been cut around the right front leveling foot, allowing the foot to drop into the cutout and causing the unit to shift and become unlevel. Raised all leveling feet fully and re-leveled the dishwasher to help prevent the unit from shifting into the cut area. Tested door operation after leveling and confirmed the door is now closing properly. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer not heating. Verified incoming power at the terminal block and confirmed proper voltage present. Disassembled the unit by removing the front panel and drum to access the heating element, thermostats, and thermal fuses. Tested all fuses, thermostats, and heating element for continuity and all components tested within specifications. Based on testing and symptoms, determined the issue is likely related to the control board and motor. Will order a new control board and motor. Arrived onsite for unit leaving clothes damper. Customer said they had Stanley out to clean the vents prior. I checked temps and air flow and found the temps to not cycle correctly. I also found the temp to drop slowly. I replaced WP3387134 THRMST-FIX and unit now cycles correctly. Advised customer if it still has drying issues to have the vents checked again as the temp was dropping slowly. Call complete.

Arrived on site for unit tripping breaker. Upon arrival inspected unit put into diagnostics tested evap fan and tested heater when running these 2 components unit did not trip breaker. Called PR for assistance had me inspect compressor found compressor not installed correctly has a hard start wired up. PR recommended replacing compressor with proper start device and replacing lower wire harness.
