"Arrived on site to inspect washer coin dispenser not working. Upon further inspection, I placed some coins in the slot and pushed it in and nothing happened. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and it failed. Following the tech sheet, I tested voltage (125V) and tested VDC at connector J2-3 to J2-4 and had 12VDC. I removed the connector and tested at the same points on the control and found the same reading. At this testing point, the main control has failed. I am ordering the main control and due to the availability of the part, the office will schedule return service when the part has arrived. Informed PR and stated to check spray arms and manifold for cracks. Found no visible cracks but will be easily determined with glass door if there is any faults on the manifold and spray arms. WOD51EC0HS20 Arrived on site for a oven with display issues. On arrival client said he decided that he was going with his insurance company to replace it and didn't want any services from us . He apologize for any inconvenience. No service charge no parts used.

"Arrived on site four a refrigerator that is leaking water and wont make ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer explained that the unit we'll go several weeks without making eyes and then we'll make ice for a week or two before quitting again. She also advised that the unit is leaking water from their drip tray onto the floor. I did confirm the customer's complaints and tested the ice maker. I found the icemaker harvest with the door opened. I also found that after opening the door, water dribbled from, underneath the drip tray down the front of the freezer door onto the ground. I removed the drip tray and found minimal water underneath the drip tray in the cover but found water coming out from under the cover. I lifted the cover and found waterthrought the entire bottom of the dispenser area. I gained access to the fill tube and attempted to dispense water. I found no leaking from the dispenser tube or dispenser itself. The customer advised that it usually tends to gather moisture when the unit is not making ice and will stop when the unit does make ice. I checked the bottom of the freezer door and checked the wire harness. I found one of the wires barely hanging on and split. Ordering the freezer door and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item. Arrived onsite and found unit operating with f7e1 error. Reset control in diagnostics which restored heater function. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed. No parts.

"On arrival verified complaint of tripping breaker. Took a photo of mod/Ser tag, product exterior front, product surroundings, product area of potential concern full, mid, and close, and breaker outside. Verified voltage and polarity are correct, On arrival inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage Terminal block is wired correctly and is tight no twists in power cord removed). Removed power cord from wall. Replaced Bake and broil elements and main control. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Removed ground strap. Reconnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. Stopped cycle, disconnected power,and reattached ground wire. Reconnected power and Set bake at 500 Advised customer to run for 1.5 hours and turn off cycle, repair has been completed per instructions in SP w11490386 , spoke to TL7741129024 and spoke to safety, and submitted picture of breaker and advised of sp W11525530 for GFCI manufacturer. Advised customer if it happens again to replace breaker. If problem persists call customer service. unit is working as designed job complete replaced bake element, broil element, and main. Parts are labeled and set to be returned per wpl safety request?"

Arrived on-site to install ordered parts. Installed harness(w11643701) and cycled unit. Unit gave f2e1 code for stuck button. Cleared codes and ran factory diagnostics cycle and machine finished cycle with no codes.

"Arrived on site to test unit for no heat. Upon arrival customer stated unit stopped heating completely. Verified issue, no heat. Igniter is not glowing. Gained access to internal components, tested all fuses and found thermal fuse reading open. Replaced fuse (WP3390719) and tested unit, igniter is now glowing and burner is igniting. All components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed, no gas leak detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not completing a cycle as it continues to try and spin. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the control panel showing the lights flashing, which is an error code. When I arrived, the customer had a load of clothing washing and the unit was in a spin cycle. I cancelled the cycle and customer removed the items for me to test the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F3E2-pressure sensor fault. I cleared the code and continued with testing and it operated as designed. I inspected the water level sensor tube attached the control and on the back right side of the tub and it was secured at both places. I removed the tube from the control and blew through it and the tube was clear. Following the tech sheet for Test #5-water level, I found the unit operating properly and the hose is clear with no damage. The end result would be to replace the main control; therefore, I removed and replaced the main control and calibrated the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. I advised the customer that should the unit fail again, we would have to contact the manufacturer to get our findings documented. W11627413."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven microwave combo unit with the microwave door not closing and light staying on. Upon further inspection, I found the microwave heating element support broken and the element resting on the bottom of the microwave. Using an element support from my van stock (W11724411), i installed the support and adjusted the element, and then using my microwave tester, I tested the microwave and found it operating as designed. The customer advised that once the microwave is done and they remove their items and the unit is off, after approximately 20 minutes or so, the unit will begin to chime as if it had just finished cooking in the microwave. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes and found none stored. I could not get the unit to duplicate the issue. The customer also advised that the unit will reset itself randomly and provided a photo of the units display when it reset. Also, the customer advised that they have to push in on the microwave door to get it to close. I had the customer demonstrate on how they close the door and they 'gently' closed it and then pushed in on the right side to get the interior light to turn off. I advised the customer that, per the manufacturer, the door should be allow to 'slam' closed and I demonstrated on how it should be allowed to close. Also advised that the switch on the right side interlock could be slightly shifting causing it to not recognize that the door is closed. Due to the issues with the unit resetting itself and turning itself on and chiming, I am ordering the control panel. When I return to replace the panel, I will adjust the switches as well. Due to the availability of the panel, office will need to schedule return service once it arrives.; ordrng 1 W11598176 (Control panel)"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I checked all four switches and found all of them making and breaking. I replaced the transformer, capacitor, diode, and magnetron and tested the unit. I still found the machine quitting after 1 second. I went to check all dorswitches to make sure that they were properly engaged with the door closed and found one of the lower switches not engaged when the door it was closed. See photo. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Jeremy SR# 7740780463. He had me send him several photos and found the cabinet bent causing the issue. He tried to have me fix the cabinet but we found that the cabinet was popping in and out and would pop back into it's current place. He advised to make no further repair at this time and that the unit would be sent to review. He did advise that the customer should expect to hear from whirlpool within a week regarding replacements. Arrived on site for unit tripping breaker. Upon arrival breaker was not tripped customer reset breaker. However did not realize his dishwasher was on GFCI and needed to be reset. Customer did experience an outage due to Austin energy which caused unit to trip breaker and gfci. Ran test cycle unit is functioning properly and as designed to. Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator making loud noise from FC. Examined compartment and found evidence of leak coming from icemaker fill tube guide. Verified water running down the back when it fills. Added some silicon around the tube to seal it and stop the run. Verified unit working as designed at this time. Repair completed no parts used.

Arrived onsite for washer draining and filling constantly. I found out the washer filled constantly because customer would start a cycle while drain pump ins constantly running. The unit will keep filling due to the unit noticing there isn't enough water. I powered the unit on and found the drain running. I took off the pressure line and found it clear. Drain still runs while the pressure line is off indicating the water pressure sensor on the control has failed. I replaced the control and tested the unit. Unit is now operating as designed and doesn't constantly drain/fill. No leaks present. Call complete. W11607637 CNTRL-ELEC.

Arrived onsite and found temps normative and freezer icemaker production ahad resumed and completely filled the bin. Fridge door icemaker which had been working had slowed and stopped. Replaced the door icemaker W10898228 and verified good airflow supply through the cabinet air port. Heat treated seals to mitigate condensation issues. Advised customer on repair.

"Arrived onsite for unit not cooling. On arrival customer stated RC is good but Fc is not and not making ice. Pulled unit to inspect for leaks. Found none. Checked Equalize pressure and found 32 on each side. Called techline for assistance. Spoke to TJ SR#7741127683. Said to run test 4 and sub section 4-5 gave range for low side reading. On section 4 about 5-15 on low and section 5 at 0. Ran test and recorded Test 4, 5/205psi, set 5 0/240psi. Lower side reading are in range but high side is not. Called back and spoke to Art- same SR#Want to see about 45 psi equalize. And max 150 psi on high. Possible non condensable in system. Recommended purging system and running nitrogen, running extended vacuum and recharge. Followed as directed. Unit is running within spec. Customer will monitor"

F5E2 NTW4516FW4 Arrived on site for a washer not draining. On arrival I ran diagnostic and found error code F5E2 defective lid lock. I couldn't run a full test due to washer not having hoses attached to it . But before I replaced lid lock i tested washer in test mode and the lid lock tried to lock 3 times before washer failed. I replaced lid lock and tested as far as I could without hose and the lid lock worked great. Product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

MVW6500MBK0 Arrived on site for a washer not working. On arrival I ran diagnostic no error code I called Whirlpool tech for support and there was nothing he could help with because I didn't see anything SR# 7741129068 tech line directed me to Trade Care Center they said the was nothing they could do due to me not finding any issues Sr# 7741104392. Clients mom was home so she didn't know what was wrong with product. Client then called and said when she used quick wash it was stuck on draining and that was it. I spoke to my manager and he recommend to replace the l8d lock . I replaced part and calibrated I then ran a quick wash with blankets stayed until it finished product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

Arrive down sake for a dryer that is tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit tripped the breaker immediately when the unit is plugged in. I checked the terminal block and found the ground bonded with the neutral circuit. I fixed the wiring at the terminal block connections and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed without tripping the breaker. I called Whirlpool safety team and spoke to Eli Marie SR# 7741087100. She advised to make no further repair and the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not dispensing ice or water, no lights. Upon arrival customer stated they had the door ajar icon flashing with all the doors closed. They cycled power and removed that icon, lights have not been working since and no dispensing at the door. Verified issue, no lights and no dispensing. Unplugged crisper drawer harness and found lights have started to flicker and illuminate. Inspected harness and found a broken wire. Arrived on site to test unit for not drying. Found unit is heating properly but air flow is restricted. Showed customer how exhaust on roof is clogged. Advised needing to have ventilation cleared and not to use until ventilation gets cleared. No parts replaced at this time. Job complete.

I found a restriction in the evaporator causing unit not to pump refrigerant through the system properly. I replaced w11578004 evap coil, w11506635 access valve,wpw10143759 uv drier, w11580057 compressor. Pulled vac and re charged system with 47g of r600. Waited until half of evap coil was frosted evenly and found unit working as deisgned with no leaks. Reported findings to techline Sr#7741079083. Call complete"

Upon further inspection, I gained access to the inside of the dryer and found that the inner vent was vibrating against the chassis and causing a rattling noise. "Arrived on site to test unit for not spinning clothes dry and water in the tub. Upon arrival customer stated unit stopped mid cycle and would not drain. Inspected harness and found broken drain pump wire. Repaired broken wire with a butt splice and secured harness to prevent future failures. Applied power to unit and started a drain and spin cycle, drain pump engaged and removed all water. Started a diagnostic cycle, unit filled and drained but lid would not latch. Replaced latch (W11513248) and tested unit, all components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

Arrived onsite for oven tripping breaker. Oven tripped the breaker once at 185 degrees. I flipped the breaker back on and unit ran to 500 degrees and is holding. Moisture is present in the elements and indicates a burnoff was never performed. After both ovens reached 500 degrees they are holding and I advised the customer to run the unit for 2 hours before shutting off. Customer understands and will let the burnoff be performed. I found the door completely closed on arrival. And attempted to open and shut the door ten times. I found the gasket ceiling on all sides.Ann was not popping out the door. Arrived on site for a dishwasher that has a dented door panel. Inspected unit and work area. The customer also complained about is toe plate missing. I checked with claims and was advised that the toe plate is an installation issue and Whirlpool would not cover lost parts. I confirmed the customer's complaint about the door panel and found the outer door dented. I replaced the outer door and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete.

"On arrival verified complaint of tripping breaker. Took a photo of mod/Ser tag, product exterior front, product surroundings, product area of potential concern full, mid, and close, and breaker outside. Verified voltage and polarity are correct, On arrival inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage Terminal block is wired correctly and is tight (no twists in power cord or twists in power cord removed). Removed power cord from wall. Replaced Bake and broil elements and main control. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Removed ground strap. Reconnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. Stopped cycle, disconnected power,and reattached ground wire. Reconnected power and Set bake at 500 Advised customer to run for 1.5 hours and turn off cycle, repair has been completed per instructions in SP w11490386 , spoke to TL 7741117945 and spoke to safety, and submitted picture of breaker and advised of sp W11525530 for GFCI manufacturer. Advised customer if it happens again to replace breaker. If problem persists call customer service. unit is working as designed job complete replaced bake element w11182108, broil element w10856603, and main w11707168. Parts are labeled and set to be returned per wpl safety request?"

"Arrived on site to inspect a unit that was not draining. Tested the unit and heard the motor attempting to run, indicating a blockage. Used a shop vac to remove standing water. Removed the drain motor and discovered glass inside. Cleared the glass and tested the unit again, but additional glass was still present in the drain pump. Removed the drain pump once more and found more small glass fragments. After clearing the remaining glass, I ran another test, and the unit operated properly. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will make it through the wash.Cycle, but when it goes to rinse, it gets stuck and won't spin out the clothes. She advised that she has to run it through a drain and spin in order to get the unit to complete the cycle. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill) error code. I tested both valves and found hot water coming through the cold water valve and cold water coming through the hot water valve, indicating the unit was installed improperly. I found the cold water valve was dribbling water through indicating a clog. I replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11210463."

"Arrived on site for F8E4 code. Upon arrival, found water in the drip pan. Ran diagnostics and found no leak. Running consumer cycle with detergent pod inside and found no leaks. Disassembled front door from inner door and found water marks on the vent assembly (picture attached). Ordering W11545290 deflector, W11545539 vent gasket and W11414073 vent assembly. No water leaks detected at this time. Customer agreed to reschedule Mar 13th; ordrng 1 W11545290 (Deflector) and 1 W11545539 (Vent gasket) and 1 W11414073 (Vent assembly)"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I ran the unit through diagnostics and reconfirmed that the evaporator plate would not complete a full frost pattern. I replaced the compressor, dryer, and access valve and charged the unit up with 250 psi of nitrogen. I found pressures hold for fifteen minutes. I vacuumed down the unit to -30 psi and found pressures hold again for another 15 minutes. I charged the end up with 5.75 oz of R134a refrigerant and tested the unit.
