When using bake cycle and both big burners we maxed out at 34amps which is close. If anything gets on to the elements in the oven it may trip over the 40 amps. Recommend based on ohms law reducing the amount of burners used at the same time as bake, unit is working as designed. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven door noises and not closing. Upon further inspection, I found the upper oven door not closing properly as its not flush with the control panel as it sits approximately 1/8 inch to far to the right. Also when opening and closing the upper door, it makes a creaking noise like an old door. I removed the door from the unit and disassembled the door and removed and replaced both hinges. Reassembled the door and re#installed it to the unit and tested. The door continues to make the creaking noises. Looking at the unit, with the door offset, it appears the unit is not installed properly and the chassis could possibly be twisted which is keeping the door from lining up with the control panel. I contacted techline and spoke to Andrew and advised of the complaints, my findings, previous repairs and my repairs today. Andrew provided a text message to my phone so I could send him photos of the issues at hand; however, I did not have good service to do so. I was able to duplicate the noise for Andrew and he recommended rebuilding the upper oven door and advised that all new info would be documented to previous SR#7738706192. "Arrived on site to insect cooktop burners slow ignition. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the rear middle burner is slow to ignite. I tested the cooktop burners and found all burners operating as designed. Customer demonstrated the middle burner slow ignition and when he turned the burner on, it took a few seconds longer to ignite. I removed the burner head and inspected and per service pointer #W11643965, I adjusted the burner head and retested and unit is operating as designed. The water in the reservoir was room temp maybe a little warmer than room temp. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the unit and while in cooling mode (compressor), I found no frost pattern on the evaporator and no frost built up on the refrigerant lines under the evaporator. I found the condenser fan was operating. I advised the customer that the compressor would need to be replaced and I would be ordering parts and the office will schedule return service. Upon further inspection, I tested the cooktop burners and all are operating as designed except the middle burner as the flame does not completely go around the burner. I removed the burner head/cap assembly and removed the cap from the head and cleaned the grease from the cap and head. Reassembled the burner assembly and tested and the cooktop is operating as designed. I tested the Bake and Broil oven functions and neither ignitor came on. I pulled the unit out and tested the module and found it not getting voltage. I removed the module and found a small burnout on the control. Replaced the module and retested and still no ignition. I removed and replaced the main control, since the module was not getting voltage and retested and unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Ive done site for a dishwasher that is collecting murky water inside of the dishwasher when not in use. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit does wash and work properly but that after they drain the unit, it back fills back into the dishwasher of the next few days. I checked underneath the sink and found the drain hose was attached to a PVC pipe underneath the garbage disposal. I found that the connection was on the bottom side of that pipe causing water to backfill into the dishwasher whenever the customer was running water into the right hand sink. I did show the customer the issue and did advise the customer to adjust her drain hose to where it loops above the garbage disposal to prevent any kind of water backflow into the dishwasher. I showed the customer the issue and the unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."

The customer advised that the unit will bark and act like its going to start working, but then will shut down within the first minute of operation. I tested the unit on a normal cycle and found the unit lock, shift and span and then I heard the motor sound as if it were running but the belt was not attached. I checked underneath and found evidence of the belt getting completely stripped. I removed the shield cover and found the belt on the bottom of the shield cover completely grind it up. Did not find any other parts that work affected. Ordering the belts and will return with several other parts for repair. Prior to reinstalling the unit back into the cabinet, I installed shims due to the lower front of the machine, making contact with the cabinet and causing the door closing issue. "Arrived on site to inspect unit for frosting over freezer ice maker. Upon closer inspection found seal on inner top hand fc door was not touching the cavity. Used heat gun to reform seal, seal is now touching on all sides. No leaks present at this time. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the new UI in the unit and heated the ovens to 350?. The unit is operating as designed from the factory.
