Took a photo of mod/Ser tag, product exterior front, product surroundings, product area of potential concern full, mid, and close, and breaker outside. Verified voltage and polarity are correct, On arrival inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage Terminal block is wired correctly and is tight no twists in power cord. Removed power cord from wall. Replaced Bake and broil elements and main control. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Removed ground strap. Reconnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. Stopped cycle, disconnected power,and reattached ground wire. "Arrived on site to inspect the washer leaking a large amount of oils from underneath the unit. Upon further inspection, I gained access to the underside of the washer and found that the gearcase was blown out and leaking oil everywhere. The seal on the gearcase had failed, which allowed detergent and water to enter into the gearcase, causing failure. The oil got into the motor windings and also the splutch and belt. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not working. Upon further inspection, I turned the drum by hand and it rotated. I plugged the unit in and attempted to test on a normal timed dry cycle and when I pressed the start button, I heard the control relay click, but nothing else happened. I tested voltage at the wall and got 249V. Tested voltage at the terminal block and got the same results. I removed the top panel and tested voltage at the control and got the same results when starting the cycle. I tested ohms to the motor at the J8-4 to J9-1 and had no continuity reading. I gained access to the motor and i removed the bare copper wire and the dark blue wire from the motor and tested resistance and found no ohms readings. I removed and replaced the motor and retested with my jumper wire at the door switch and the unit is operating as designed. I reassembled the unit and retested and unit continues ues to operate as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed. W11364931"

"On arrival verified complaint of unit, making intermittent small ice visual inspection of the unit today shows ice bucket is full and has proper ice u. Ice cubes are full size, not bridging. I have no signs of defect. Ran error codes and found no error codes ran harvest test and found the unit is working correctly. Ran fill test in fill valve is working correctly. Verify temps in both fridge and freezer. Ice maker fan is working correctly. No sign of excess condensation or frost.All other d c loads are working at this time job complete no parts installed"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part and then diagnosed the unit fully. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the console and placed the unit in diagnostics and calibrated the unit. Tested in diagnostics showing error codes F7E0-loss of power, F0E4-spin limited due to water temps, and F6E3-ACU doesn't hear UI. I cleared the codes and continued with testing. When the unit got to spin cycle, I could hear the gearcase grinding. I stopped testing and tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the rotor, drain pump, and all four panels. Also found the rotor bolt had backed out causing the rotor to drop. I removed the rotor and found the teeth badly worn; rust on the clutch, and the slider worn as is the inside of the clutch. I attempted to remove the washplate and found it is seized to the gearcase. I advised the customer of my findings and that I wouldmhave to order parts to complete the repair. I notified the office (KC) and was advised that the customer could be scheduled for 03/17/25. I recommended the customer contact the office to schedule the time frame. I am ordering the rotor, washplate, valve and CNOTE-2 HOUR JOB. Unit was left unplugged for safety and customer advised to not use the unit to prevent further damage to the unit. RETURNING TECH TO REPLACE THE GEARCASE, SLIDER, CLUTCH, VALVE, AND POSSIBLY THE WASHPLATE-LS W11112656; ordrng 1 W10915701 (Rotor) and 1 W10902814 (Washplate) and 1 W11165546 (Valve)"

Arrived onsite for grate broken. I confirmed grate was broken and replaced it with the one provided to me. Customer stated that when on low flame the back right burner would go out when opening and closing the cabinet. Whirlpool states that the cooktop needs to be fully enclosed as the cooktop is getting backdraft from the cabinet doors closing. When at high flame the unit works as designed. Cooktop install will need adjustments to fix the low flame issue and the backdraft causing it. No leaks present. Call complete. Installed W11380124 GRATE.

Arrived on site for oven tripping breaker and right rear knob is not operating correctly. Upon arrival found 2 knobs failed. Pulled oven to get polarity test done. Get 123.5 from L1 and L2-N and 247 from L1-L2. Found L1 connection is slightly loose. Was able to tighten a 1/4 turn. Contacted Techline and spoke with TJ. Explained issue and have voltage readings. In addition ran resistance test from all wires to ground and is good. Also explained how knobs have cracks. Tech recommends doing burn off for the breaker tripping issue and replacement of knobs due to failure and not cosmetic issues. Tech recommends giving breaker tripping nuisance service pointer to customer. SR# 7741137459. Contacted SAFTEY. Spoke with Amanda. Notes were documented. MfrRef # 7741120333. "Arrived on site for lid not locking. Upon arrival, inspected unit. There is water in tub and error code F9-E1 flashing. Ran diagnostics and get error coders F9-E1 long drain, F0-E3 over load, F7-E1 tachometer missing or wrong signal, and F0-E9 off balance pause. Raised unit to inspect drain pump. Found harness to pump was pulled. Was able to repair harnesss and all water drained correctly. Ran a normal cycle and lid locks correctly and begins cycle. Found entire basket agitated during agitation. Inspected cam and actuator.Found cam has failed. Also belt feels a little loose. Need to replace cam and belt. Ordering cam and belt. Arrived on site for refrigerator very noisy. Unit was defrosting. Ran checks and found noise is normal. Customer says normal running noise is what she feels as too loud. Adjusted leveling legs and lifted refrigerator door. All noise is normal. Explained customer of noises. Call complete.

Arrived onsite and testednunit for clack during agitation. Found unit agitator shaftmclacking at start of counter rotation. Determined unit shaft play on existing gearcase is the same play as on the new in box gearcase. Replaced slider and advised that occasional clack during counter rotation would be within design spec parameters and that the new gearcase is not bad. Customer reported the issue has continued and did not change after last gearcase replacement. Listened to video of unit noise concern and found within design specs. W10734521

I gained access to the ice maker and found it completely rusted out. I removed the icemaker and found proper voltage going to the icemaker. I replaced the ice maker and tested the unit. Arrived onsite for washer not going into wash cycles. Upon arrival customer stated lowes installed it and they said it was good. Customer tried it for the first time but it wouldn't fill and drain would run dry. I found a long drain present due to the washer not getting water. I found both valves on the wall were still turned off indicating lowes forgot to put the water back on. I turned the water on and unit is now operating as designed. "Arrived on site to test unit for not dispensing ice or water, no lights. Upon arrival customer stated they had the door ajar icon flashing with all the doors closed. They cycled power and removed that icon, lights have not been working since and no dispensing at the door. Verified issue, no lights and no dispensing. Tested door switches, found them reading open and closed properly. Took voltage and found switches only receiving 75VAC. Unplugged crisper drawer harness and found lights have started to flicker and illuminate. Inspected harness and found a broken wire. Replaced harness (W11170612) and tested unit, all functions have returned. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Arrive down sake for a dryer that is tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit tripped the breaker immediately when the unit is plugged in. I checked the terminal block and found the ground bonded with the neutral circuit. I fixed the wiring at the terminal block connections and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed without tripping the breaker. I called Whirlpool safety team and spoke to Eli Marie SR# 7741087100. She advised to make no further repair and the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed.

MVW6500MBK0 Arrived on site for a washer not working. On arrival I ran diagnostic no error code I called Whirlpool tech for support and there was nothing he could help with because I didn't see anything SR# 7741129068 tech line directed me to Trade Care Center they said the was nothing they could do due to me not finding any issues Sr# 7741104392. Clients mom was home so she didn't know what was wrong with product. Client then called and said when she used quick wash it was stuck on draining and that was it. I spoke to my manager and he recommend to replace the l8d lock . I replaced part and calibrated I then ran a quick wash with blankets stayed until it finished product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

F5E2 NTW4516FW4 Arrived on site for a washer not draining. On arrival I ran diagnostic and found error code F5E2 defective lid lock. I couldn't run a full test due to washer not having hoses attached to it . But before I replaced lid lock i tested washer in test mode and the lid lock tried to lock 3 times before washer failed. I replaced lid lock and tested as far as I could without hose and the lid lock worked great. Product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

"Arrived onsite for unit not cooling. On arrival customer stated RC is good but Fc is not and not making ice. Pulled unit to inspect for leaks. Found none. Checked Equalize pressure and found 32 on each side. Called techline for assistance. Spoke to TJ SR#7741127683. Said to run test 4 and sub section 4-5 gave range for low side reading. On section 4 about 5-15 on low and section 5 at 0. Ran test and recorded Test 4, 5/205psi, set 5 0/240psi. Lower side reading are in range but high side is not. Called back and spoke to Art- same SR#Want to see about 45 psi equalize. And max 150 psi on high. Possible non condensable in system. Recommended purging system and running nitrogen, running extended vacuum and recharge. Followed as directed. Unit is running within spec. Customer will monitor"

Arrived onsite for washer draining and filling constantly. I found out the washer filled constantly because customer would start a cycle while drain pump ins constantly running. The unit will keep filling due to the unit noticing there isn't enough water. I powered the unit on and found the drain running. I took off the pressure line and found it clear. Drain still runs while the pressure line is off indicating the water pressure sensor on the control has failed. I replaced the control and tested the unit. Unit is now operating as designed and doesn't constantly drain/fill. No leaks present. Call complete. W11607637 CNTRL-ELEC.
