Arrived onsite for range with gas smell. I found the customer to be on propane but the range was not converted to propane. The smell is occurring because the conversion wasn't made and unit is pushing out more gas than needed. The flames inside the oven are about a foot high and soot build up found in the oven and customers cookware. The unit will need to be converted to propane and customer understands. Call complete. "Arrived on site to test unit for lid not latching. Upon arrival customer stated her son had replaced the lid latch due to error code but unit still does not latch and cycles will not started. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water from the vent. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they ran a cycle before I arrived and when they opened the unit door to 90 degrees, water spilled onto the floor from the vent in the door. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and then removed the outer door panel to test the unit. Once testing completed, I found the unit operating as designed. I found the small mesh gasket in the vent area in the outer door panel was not seated properly and corrected. Also found the vent motor very hot to touch and the vent wide open. I removed and replaced the vent assembly and then reset the vent operations to where it will remain closed for up to four hours after a cycle to prevent any water/condensation from leaking out of the vent. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not starting a cycle. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1-long fill. Cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit failed to test and went straight to done. I attempted to perform a Normal cycle and the sensing light flashed, the lid locked and unlocked and went straight to done. I tilted the unit back and found the motor harness was not plugged in. I reconnected the harness to the motor and placed it in diagnostics and it began to test. When the valve came on, I noticed that it didn't switch to another valve testing and continued to fill. I stopped testing and when I went to gain access to the main control, I found water on the floor. I immediately began to clean the water and gained access to the sensor tube on the side of the tub and found it wasn't connected. I immediately connected the tube and turned the drain pump on to the unit to drain the tub. Once I had the area cleaned and dry, I installed the sensor tube to the tub correctly and sscured it to the tub. Tilted the unit back and inspected the rest of the harness to make sure it was installed properly. Once done inspecting, I calibrated the unit and then retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. No parts installed and no water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"MVWC465HW2 Arrived on site for a washer making loud noises. On arrival, the client stated the washer was off balanced. I verified issue product was way off balance. Also, client stated when she would wash four towels, thats when it would shake. I recommend to add more towls. I balanced washer and then ran diagnostic and no error codes showed up. I looked under washer and inspected gearcase , which looked great no oil leaks no damage. The splutch looked a little worn out so did the belt and the actuator readings were a little off. I replaced belt,actuator, and splutch then I calibrated. I tested in test mode product sounds great I asked client for some towels and tested on quick wash product works as it's designed no loud noises product is not off balance either. No water leaks visible from main water supply."

The customer advised the unit was making a loud noises before quitting but that it was blowing hot air before they unplugged it. I plugged the unit in and did find the compressor running. I found no heat exchange coming from the condenser, indicating a failed compressor or leak. I replaced the compressor, dryer, and access valve and vacuumed down the unit to -30 psi. I found pressures hold for fifteen minutes. I charged the unit up with 68g of R600 refrigerant and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. When I went to reassemble and test a gear case, I found the new gear case broken internally and grinding horribly rescheduled customer for 03-18-25. "Arrived on site for unit not powering on. Upon arrival, found issue with the incoming voltage to the designated outlet. Ran extension cord to working outlet and unit turned on. Ran diagnostics and found unit to agitate slowly. Proceeded to check capacitor and found reading 28MFD. Proceeded to replace W11428524 capacitor. Re ran test and now unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time"

"Arrived on site for unit not heating. Upon arrival, found unit tumbling but not heating. Proceeded to check hi limit thermostat and found reading OL. Proceeded to replace 279816 hi limit tstat. Confirmed no clogs in vent and inner duct is clear. Found vent to be kinked causing airflow restriction. Made sure unit is venting correctly. Also confirmed heater is cycling correctly. Unit is functioning as designed."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator freezing at bottom and hot in top. I found the fan motor to be weak and not circulating airflow correctly. I also found the damper to be leaking air when closed. When set to 36 degrees customer stated the top portion will be variable and the highest degree to be seen at 54 degrees. Will need to order fan motor. Returning tech to replace the fan motor and damper. Return with all parts. Send senior tech on this unit. Office to RS as the part is showing psp. Ordering W11455373 Fan motor. "On arrival, verify complaint of unit not draining. I spoke to customer and confirmed that it is a brand new dishwasher and disposal. Visual inspection of the unit found that the drain hose is pressurized as the punch out on the disposal was not knocked out, knocked out. The drain plug on disposal verified full function of the dishwasher job, complete. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site for water dispenser not dispensing water. Checked water valve found some sediment build up replaced valve and tested. Unit still not dispensing water removed filter and tested unit would dispens water after filter removed. Replaced housing and installed new filter and tested. Unit is dispensing water properly cycled out sediment and air bubbles by cycling out 2 gallons of water. Unit is now functioning properly and as designed to job completed. "I'm arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will turn on like it's starting to run a load, but will not fill with water. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E4 (basket re-engagement failure) error code. I want to remove the rotor bolt and found it completely seized in the drive shaft. I attempted to remove the bolt but found the bolt strip instead of coming out. Ordering multiple components for repair and rescheduled the customer to 3/17. No parts were installed. ; ordrng 1 W11449841 (Gearcase) and 1 W11195971 (Stator) and 1 W10754448 (Clutch) and 6 W11027980 (Stator screws)s and 1 W10734521 (Slider) and 1 W11260238 (Rotor) and 1 W11510461 (Wash plate)"

"Arrived on site to test unit for short cycling. Upon arrival customer stated that unit will sometimes run for 15 minutes, other times seems like it finishes the cycle. Tested unit, during diagnostic cycle noticed the vent fan is not engaging, all other components are including the dispenser. Took resistance of the fan and found it reading too high out of range. Replaced fan assembly (W11682810) and tested unit, all components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."
