"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is leaving film on their dishes. Inspected unit and work area. Found soap buildup inside the entire dishwasher and on the door. The customer showed me a couple photos of whats been happening. I checked their soap and found that it was an enzyme based soap that they were using. The customer explained that they do fill the cup up to the top of the dispenser before running a load. She also explained that she Pre-washes dishes prior to running them through the dishwasher cycle. I asked the customer if they use any water softeners in the house and I explained that there is a whole home filtration system. I did explain to the customer that based on what she was telling me, the issue was with over use of soap. Explained that the soap enzymes need to be able to attack any kind of food or grease particles in order to break down in the water and when they pre-wash the dishes, the enzymes have nothing to attack and leave deposits inside of the dishwasher. I showed the customer on the inside of the dispenser where it shows hard water versus soft water fill levels. I did explain that because theyre on a whole home filtration system, they do not need to fill the soap all the way up to the hard water portion. Went over user care guide with the customer and proper procedures. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Steve SR# 7734497483. He advised that based on the current information of what the customer explained, everything I explain to the customer was correct and that there were no parts within the dishwasher that would cause the soap buildup on their dishes or silverware. He advised to have the customer run through a couple clean dishwasher cycles and to use no more than a tablespoon of detergent if they were going to continue to wash dishes. Arrived on site for a dryer that is making sounds during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they were hearing a ticking sound as the unit was running. I tested the unit and heard something blow out of the blower wheel housing area through the exhaust. Found the unit then operating as designed with no abnormal sounds presents. Checked the vent at the back wall and found several dead crickets inside the vent area. The customer advised they were just had an invasion of crickets through their vents and everything else about a week ago which is approximately when they started. Did confirm the unit was properly converted. Replaced one of the burner heads that I had and tested the left front burner. The left front burner began to work as designed. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced the freezer door but found the upper left-hand corner not sealing properly. Used to heat going to try and re-mold the gasket. Found the gasket was initially made contact with the liner call word Not to separate within a minute and create a gap of an eighth of an inch up on the top left corner. Attempted to adjust the hinge to see if the door was shut properly. However, was unsuccessful in getting the door to fully close. I open the door and found the cabinet separating from the liner up on the top left corner. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to JR SR# 7734491349. He had me take several photos of the issue at hand and advised that he would send this product to review. Advise that world would be in contact with mirror at the customer depending on the next steps. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a wash machine that is still leaking from the fabric softener dispenser area. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the leak is not as bad as it was before, but she is still having to clean up 2 to 3 cups of water during certain cycles. Left at the top and did confirm water residue and splattering coming from the tub ring. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Travis SR# 7734490465. He advised that this is a known issue and they are currently in the process of redesigning the tub rings on these washers for this issue. He advised that this wont be made available for at least another 3-4 weeks and to give the customer the file number so she can call in in a month to check on the status of the tub rings to see if they are being distributed and start a new ticket for repair. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is jumping around an estimated time and is going back-and-forth in between portions of the wash cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer had written down estimated times shown route to wash locals and advised that one of them went back-and-forth between the rent cycle and spend cycle several times before actually finishing. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load detected) error code. I ran the unit for an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Rather unit through a rapid wash cycle and the customer showed me that the unit jumps up a couple minutes here and there. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Travis SR# 7734489746. He advised that it is normal for this machine based on the algorithms in the control to add or subtract time based on various factors including suds, off-balance loads, or load sizes/types. He advised that the time shown on the washer is an estimated time and should not be looked at as guaranteed time. He advised that bass and all my checks, not to make any further repairs and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit would not work on anything except for the quick wash. I tested the unit on a normal regular cycle and found the unit starting and operating as designed. Tested the unit on a heavy duty bulky cycle and found the unit working as designed. Tested several other variations of cycles and found all to be working as designed. I ran the units for an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Found no stored error codes on the machine. I did advise the customer that everything appeared to be working as designed. His wife came in and advised the issue was really with the clothes not being fully spun out after the cycle completed on occasion and had mentioned that it doesnt do it very often but I wanted to know if there was an issue with the unit. I did explain to the customer that off-balance loads can cause this issue and it will not always show an error code present. Advise the customer to use the drain and spin option if that ever happens and just verify that the unit is still not going off balance as it can cause the same issue. The unit is working as designed. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found the defrost sensor open. Removed the freezer cover and checked resistance through the defrost thermostat. Found it closed. Went ahead and replace the evaporator fan assembly with the defrost thermistor as well as the control and defrost of the unit manually. Advise the customer to give the unit 24 hours to cool. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice melting. Upon further inspection, I opened the RC doors and found moisture built up at the top near the door opening. I found the ice sweating as well. I placed my flashlight inside on the top shelf and closed the doors and found the left RC door gasket is gapped at the top right corner above the mullion (photo). This gap is allowing warm air inside the RC section and creating the moisture and ice to sweat. I leveled the unit and using my heat gun, I warmed up the gasket and shaped it and closed the doors to test. The door is sealing properly. I raised the right RC door to be level with the left door. I recommended that the customer leave the left RC door closed for approximately 4-5 hours or even into the evening to allow the gasket to shape to the chassis and continue to seal. I inspected the deli control and verified no water had entered into the reservoir from the ice melting and the water leaking through the ice door. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a cooktop with the back right burner not working. Upon further inspection I found the orifice completely clogged. I cleared the blockage and it began working as designed

Arrived on site for a dryer making a loud noise. I gained access to the inside of the unit and found the blower wheel housing rubbing up against the bottom of the unit and the motor bracket. I made a slight adjustment and the unit is now as designed.

JM: Arrived onsite to inspect icemaker leaking water from underneath unit. I found the water line connection at the back of the machine had broken. Will need to change the house supply line to a PEX style line and add a John guest fitting to make the repair. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that is leaking from the icemaker. Examined unit and found the icemaker section has water that will run under the bucket, coming from the icemaker. When I examined the icemaker I found the ice looks too thick, and unit had an error for motor losing position. Unit seems to be occasionally not harvesting and double filling. I checked the valve and did not see any issues with weeping or leaking from the Valve. Ordering new icemaker and icebox fan (fan surging slightly) to resolve. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling in both Sections. Upon inspection I found that both sections where at room temperature and the compressor was making a loud buzzing noise. I found no frost pattern I then checked the compressor and found that it was pulling 2.2amps and it was scolding hot I installed and known good start device and found no change. Arrived to inspect knob issue. I found the right knob for the right front burner had broken and will require replacement. The stem was slightly deformed and the valve will be replaced at the same time. No gas leaks detected during service. "Arrived onsite to inspect refrigerator not making ice and being warm in the RC. The customer stated that prior to the failed cooling issue the RC evaporator had frosted over and another company had come out and defrosted the unit. I tested the FC temperature and got 28?. I tested the RC thermistors. I read the RC thermistor and got 69? and the RC evaporator thermistor was 64?. I tested the RC evaporator fan and it is working properly. I found that the compressor was extremely hot to the touch. Sealed system needs to be done, compressor, drier, service port,three way valve,RC evaporator needs to be replaced. SS is covered by manufacture warranty. Also gonna bring the control kit just in case for the defrost issue on return and will determine if it is needed at that time. Arrived onsite for leaks water. Upon arrival inspected unit and found water leaking from above gearcase. Removed inner tub and could not find crack in tub. Could not pinpoint where leak is. Customer Prefers morning appointments. Arrived onsite for range door loose. Upon arrival inspected unit. No external damage on unit. The door frame had internal failed. The adhesive that is keeps the panel together has failed. The door is separating allowing heat to escape and handle keeps coming loose. Arrived on site to install previous diagnose part. I replaced the float switch and ran the unit. It tried to fill with water but stopped and drained 30 seconds in. I gained access to the inlet housing and found the flow meter board corroded. I tried cleaning the corrosion but still found the same failure. With the flow meter disconnected the unit is not defaulting to a timed fill. I am ordering a flow meter and the harness to be replaced. The harness has corrosion in the connector as well. "Arrived on site for dishwasher, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint is door gasket comes off and middle rack wheel pops off. Replaced adjuster with new ones and ordered door gasket. Ive scheduled CX to return on 09/08/22 AM to replace gasket. No leaks observed during service.;

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is still having issues completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had fixed the electrical to the washer. Did check polarity and found an open ground. Found an error code flashing on the washer indicating an off-balance pause (F0 E9). Ran the unit through diagnostics and did confirm that error code only. Tested the washer and a drain and spin with the current clothes left in the washer and did find the unit going off balance. The customer advised that they had their logical fixed yesterday and that was the first load they had ran since. Remove the clothes out of the washer and ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Chris (No SR#). He advised that because the unit had an open ground at the plug that it can cause electrical issues with the unit throwing error codes. He advised that because the unit is running fine through diagnostics, there would be no parts that he would advise this point. I spoke to my service management team and was advised that the off-balance issue could be caused by a number of issues but the fact that it ran through diagnostics without going off balance would only mean the basket itself was fine. Ordering the gear case, cam, hub, and belt for repair. I entered diagnostic cycle and found safe error code F6 E3 for communication failure between control board and control panel.
