Arrived on site for a microwave that is making abnormal sounds during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the machine grumbles as the turn plate is moving and they're noticing that this microwave does not heat as well as previous microwaves. I tested the unit by heating up a cup of water. I found the machine adequately heating the water inside of the microwave but did confirm the customers' complaint of loud noises coming from the roller supports. Ordering the roller support and will return with the rest of the parts sent with me. The office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability. Arrived on site for error code f2 e1 stuck key pad. Upon arrival customer informed me unit staying on fan not turning off after hitting cancel button. Informed the customer fan running after hitting cancel button is normal. Unit is in its cooling process therfore fan will run until unit reaches its proper cooling temperature then unit will shut off. Pre heated unit to 350 then hit cancel monitored unit. Oven did in fact turn off after 15 minutes. Customer noticed how to put unit into test mode. I informed customer not to do that especially when using the oven to cook could possibly burn out the fan and blow a fuse. Noticed issue with tech line to inform them of customer going into test mode to see cool down temperature reading. Spoke with Chris sr#7740974028 he is aware of customer going into test mode while using unit and will no be responsible for any internal damage

"Arrived on site to inspect the dishwasher that had some rust on the heating element and not mounted properly. Upon further inpsection, I found that the dishwasher heating element had a light layer of surface rust. This is typical on all dishwashers and is not going to affect the function of the unit. I placed the dishwasher into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I ran component testing and found all components to be operating as designed. The customer stated that the unit was not mounted properly. I checked the mounting and see that there is nothing usual or problematic. The mounting brackets are secure and mounted to the sides, and the unit is level and all feet evenly sitting on the floor. If the customer wishes to have the unit remounted or mounted in a different manner, they will need to contact the installers. No parts installed."

MVW5430MW1 Arrived on site for a washer not draining. On arrival verified issue i found a broken lower wireharness replaced lower wireharness calibrated and tested product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I found the RC section temps set at 34 and FC set to 0 degrees. Customer advised items have been freezing on the top shelf. I found the food placement was good inside the RC section. Also found the right RC door gasket is torn and the unit is not level as it has a slight tilt forward. The customer mentioned the deli drawers are badly sagging in the middle as well. I advised the customer that there is nothing I can do with the drawers as they're considered cosmetic and cosmetic warranty is only good for 30 days. I recommended that my customer contact the manufacturer to discuss and I would contact tech support to get documented. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the unit in tests 1, 2, 3, 4, 28, 29, and 30 and all temp readings were within range. I contacted techline and spoke to Joe and advised of the complaints and my findings. Joe provided a text to my phone and I provided photos of the deli drawers, interior of the RC section and the torn door gasket. Joe questioned if the deli drawers open and close properly an I advised that they do slide in and out properly. Joe advised that the drawers are operating as designed and to not replace anything other than the right RC door gasket and control kit and provided SR#7740981778. Arrived onsite for defrost failure complaint in unit 546. Fouhd vacant and fridge unplugged for some time plugged in and activated first defrost. Found heater is operating properly. No other failures indicators. Air gapping or airflow problems from overloading can cause defrost failure over time. No parts. No signer available.

Arrived onsite for elements not heating. I found the N-G to read at 212v from the outlet itself. I also found L1-L2 to read .053v. No issues with the unit. The issue is the wiring as the L1-L2 isn't receiving the 212v which is found on N-G. I documented photos and filled the checklist out on my voltage findings. Electrical will need to be fixed as the unit won't heat due to improper voltage. Call complete. No parts installed. No one onsite for signature.

On arrival verified complaint of unit not heating per previous diag replaced heater. Once heater replaced ran diag cycle and confirmed heater now activates correctly. Job complete installed w11537778

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit not producing ice. I tried to jump ice maker, ice maker not rotating, I replaced ice maker, unit passed harvest test. No charge to customer, AE warranty."

Arrived on site for unit not turning on. Took unit down to inspect found left bolt holding unit to top cabinet no even t8ght and loose Connor bolt is completely broken. As I'm disassembling unit keep finding broken plastic pieces and exhaust cover broken and falling off took pictures and notified supervisor. Found online 20 amp fuse missing from unit. Checked for L1 to ground shorts. None found ( no load). Tested underload with 1 cupm9f water and 15 amp mini breaker installed. When calling for heat the push to start relay on the control will not stay energized. Unit will need a newcontro part# 10245197. Ordering parts office to reschedule. Was unable to hang unit back up due to broken bolt fastner possible safety issue placed unit 8n room on floor took picture. "WTW4816FW3 Arrived on site for unit shaking violently. Upon arrival, customer stated unit started spinning and shaking violently. Checked error codes and found F0E2. Cleared codes. Continued to check suspension and frame and found no faults. Showed customer. Continued to detach strike and ran a load to visually show customer no mechanical issues with the unit. Unit washed clothes correctly and is functioning as designed. Advised customer on load size and settings. Customer agreed. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts needed."

"Arrived on site to test unit for noise and not heating. Upon arrival tested unit, heard a loud low frequency noise coming from the magnetron and unit is not heating. Removed unit from cavity and found unit will need a new cap, mag, and diode. Replaced magnetron (W10818686), capacitor (W10850446) and diode (W11256462). Reassembled and tested unit, unit is now heating properly and noise has been eliminated. Unit is now running as designed, job complete."

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of error code. Found f8e4 error code. Found customer had recently got a water softener and is using the cascade platinum pods, as well as rewashing dishes. I inspected unit, unit had a lot of suds when I ran a cycle with no soap. Instructed customer to use a different soap or stop rewashing dises as much. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not cooling, also had some lights out. Customer said first the refrigerator light went out, then the freezer light, then stopped cooling. On arrival found unit was unplugged. When unit was plugged in the only thing that worked was the FC light. Compressor did not come on, UI was unresponsive. Replaced main control and added connectors starting with P4 one at a time. All functions returned. Compressor was on and running properly and sounded healthy. Verified unit had begun cooling. Customer advised to monitor and report any issues or lack of cooling. We need the unit to stay on and function before we can diagnose further if need be. At this time parts used - W11548534. Call completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door opening with no resistance. Upon further inspection, I tested the door by opening it approximately four inches and the door would continue to open. I pulled the unit out and found the hinge friction pads were worn. I removed and replaced the pads and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed with no error codes. "Arrived onsite and found unit vibrating customer was able to produce a recording that clearly indicated a cabinet vibration not within specs. Accessed rear cabinet and determined cause to be left rear wheel cover vibrating against the inverter. Arrived at site with new compressor. Recovered existing refrigerant. Replaced compressor filter drier and couplers. Pressure tested system. Vacuumed and recharged. Verified operarion. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for bottom of the insulation coming out affecting the door from opening or closing correctly. Removed front door panel and bottom kick plate to secured insulation correctly. Secured insulation correctly and donor opening and closing correctly job complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that is not cooling well in either compartment. On arrival found both compartments cool, but not close to cold. Evap did not have a full frost pattern. Noticed that the compressor was clicking on / off quickly. I replaced the start device to prevent any overload / short cycling. Compressor was pretty hot, likely due to the short cycling. Retested unit and found compressor is now staying on, and did not reset or short cycle. Confirmed evap is now showing a full frost pattern and cooling correctly. Customer will follow up if cooling ceases, or trips again and we need to order a full sealed system repair. Parts used - WPW10197428. Call completed."
