Ran unit long enough and found when 3rd level spray arm activates , begin leaking water through top of door and down to bottom of unit. Found door gasket is warped at top left corner. "Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is making a grinding noise. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had two issues. The first one was is that her lid is cracked where it needs the hinge and the second one is the grinding noise issue. She advised the unit will spend, but that the unit will not agitate. I confirmed the customers plants and ran into three diagnostics. I found a noticeable grinding coming from underneath the unit. I came to access underneath and found the rotor wobbling from side to side. I also noticed evidence of an oil leak from the gearcase. I gained access underneath and found that the rotor had completely stripped on the slider and stater and head caused damage to the stater and slider. Ordering all parts and the office will need to get authorization for service as well as contact the customer if approval is given for a return date. No parts installed.; ordrng 1 W10915700 (Stator) and 1 W10915701 (Rotor) and 6 W11027980 (Stator screws)s"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not draining and making a load noise. Upon further inspection, I found the tub halfway full of water. Placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1-long drain. Manually tested the drain pump and nothing happened. Tilted the unit back and tested voltage at the drain pump harness and got 118V. Using my shop vac, I removed the water from the unit and removed and replaced the drain pump and once I plugged the unit in, the drain pump came on. I cleared the control and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. WPW10276397"

"WED5010LW0 Arrived to inspect drying issues. The customer advised the issue occurs in automatic sensing and manual timed drying cycles. Recently, it would take two 60 min cycles to dry a moderate load and the issue has steadily progressed since early in the year. Airflow testing revealed severe restriction, preventing a single sheet of paper from being held against 1/2 of the air intake, with the venting connected. Disconnected venting held the paper with authority. Heat cycling with the vent connected, showed a 15/85 heating/cooling ratio with the heating being the 15%, further denoting significant airflow restriction. Thermography of the vent cap also showed an airflow restriction issue, where the maximum temperature of the cap only reached 120?F, after over 10 minutes of high heat operation, and should have been significantly higher, considering the venting system within the customers home. I advised the customer of my findings and they will seek the services of a vent cleaning professional."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is tripping the breaker when the defrost cycle starts. I confirmed the voltages the previous technician found but the only thing different was I did see 123VAC from the control to the heater for about two seconds at the heater connections with them disconnected before it dropped to 18VAC. The breaker did not trip with the heater disconnected. I changed WPW10675033 main control and WP12729128 heater. I tested in service step 38 again but the coil was already defrosted so it never sent voltage to the heater. I explained to the customer that it would need to go thru a defrost in a few days to know if the issue has been resolved. Call complete.
