Checked for air leaks and the door is closing/sealing as designed. No water leaks observed during service and recommended that the customer keep the RC door closed for a few hours to allow the door gasket retain its shape and seal properly. Job completed."

"Arrived to inspect loss of power. The CX described an issue where the unit would loose lights, fans and compressor for several hours and then start back up normally. I inspected the crisper drawer harness, wire by wire and found it fully intact. The lower unit connections were ok and I sealed the drain tube. I reseated all connections in the main board area. The ice maker housing was not installed correctly at the factory and I was able to move it into position, 1/4 inch back. There were remnants of ice above the housing and signs that water had leaked into the fan area. The fan was fully operative and all other functions of the unit were normal. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived to inspect not completing cycle. I entered service test mode and the unit had F7E5, F8E1 codes stored. I inspected the splutch assy and found no defects and reassembled. I tested water flow in manual mode and flow was equally good with both hot and cold. I advised the CX of my findings and found they have a water softener and are using All branded pods and adding a slight amount of additional detergent. I advised them that due to the low water use design and the home having water treatment, this was way too much detergent. I advised the CX to to switch to a liquid of their choice and to only use the smallest graduated amount (#1) from within the detergents measuring cap and that 1/2 of that amount may even be preferable. I found no deficiencies within the unit and advised the CX. Automatic test mode passed as well. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived for drying and heating issues. I found the CX had water treatment and was using a pre-measured pod. They CX also rinsed well and I advised them with the treated water and good pre-rinsing, they will need to reduce the amount of detergent. There was not rinse agent in the reservoir and I advised on its use and set it to match their treated water. The unit passed service test mode and the heating element drew 7.9-7.6 amps wet, denoting good heating and then 7.8-3.4 amps dry, which is within specifications. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

I installed the compressor, dye drier and service port and vacuumed the system for 15 minutes. Holding vacuum for an additional 15 min., I charged with the mfg prescribed 68g and tested. Gas leak detection and thermography revealed no leaks or thermal system errors. The unit started cooling and operated as designed. No leaks observed during service."

Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit had leaked out several feet in front of the door after coming in from out of town. Upon further inspection I found the water to the unit turned off. I turned on the water and then put the unit into diagnostics mode. I found stored error codes F8E4 for float switch open and FAE2 for vent wax motor. I gained access to the float tray and found it full of water. I learned the tray.I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit slowly dripping from the valve connection. I tightened the valve and then tested the unit again. The unit was no longer leaking and was working as deigned. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a wall oven not heating properly. Upon arrival the customer stated that they were using a hanging thermostat in the oven and found it not matching the set temps. They also found items taking longer to cook. I informed the customer on the design of the oven and how the temperatures fluctuate. Due to this the thermostat wont always have an accurate reading. I preheat the oven to 350?F and measured the fluctuations. I found the average temperature to be 338?F. I calibrated the oven 10?F up, and walked the customer through on how to do this. The customer also felt the microwave was not heating properly compared to their old unit. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then tested the MW with a microwaveable cup of water and found it ran through as designed. I informed the customer her older unit most likely had a higher wattage. Therefore, it would cook faster. They also stated they felt the MW bake feature was off. I found it to be as designed. I found the unit now as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the new control and then tested the unit. I found the unit would raise and then stop roughly 1/4 an inch before it got to the top and would allow the blower to activate. I gained access to the micro switches by the motor and found the upper switch not depressing properly. Upon further inspection I found the metal flexor that comes into contact to press the switch was stiff and not pushing back far enough to come in contact with the switch. I adjusted this and assured it could make proper contact. I tested the unit several times and found the unit now working as designed. The unit was also now making a loud squeak. I informed the customer that it could be the motor or ball bearings on the rails. I found the ball rails discontinued and the customer declined quoting the motor.

Inspected the unit and found the filter / suppressor board had ruptured and shot a couple resistors off. The control had obvious signs of damage on the front, and the ribbon cable on the membrane was also torn. Unit is non repairable due to a surge / ruptured electrical system and damage goes to multiple discontinued parts and an unknown number of additional parts. "Arrived to inspect no power to unit. I found there was power and the led on the main control was in fast blink! 4X per second, mode and per the service manual, requires the MC to be replaced. I quoted the CX for the control and they accepted. After installing the replacement, I found it showed the same exact pattern. I researched the issue and it was revealed that the new type of controls that are the rectangle pattern may not use the fast blink to indicate a failure and it denotes the control is powered up. Research also indicated the ui is a highly probable repair with this specific chassis and I did not receive the ui board, only the bezel. Office to order ui board. "Arrived to inspect no heat on inner RF burner and no heat on outer LF burner and F2 error. The thermistor for the oven test 108 ohms too high at ambient temperature and I compared it to the replacement doctor verified. I removed and replaced the sensor and the over-temp error was corrected. The two burners would not heat correctly and the switches showed clear heat damage. I replaced both infinite switches, but the issue remained. The RF burner tested 20 ohms to low on the inner element and 18 too low on the outer. The LF tested within tolerance of 40 on both elements, but still would not heat correctly, even with the new switches.
