"Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E2-too many suds. I cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I turned the unit on in normal mode and checked the concentrate level and found it too high and changed it to 2X. I removed and replaced the detergent pump and retested the unit and it operated as designed. I recommended the customer perform several wash cycles with no clothing items and no detergent in the unit and use hot water in an attempt to clean the unit out and then try a new load. I recommended that if the unit continued to fail to contact our office, at which time, well have to get the manufacturer involved. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11316272. Ran vent test and it came back green. Ran cycle with nothing in it on regular cycle and unit did stop at 6 minutes, ran with wet towel on sensor and it ran non stop correctly. Motor ran perfectly on both regular and timed dry. Unit is currently working as designed. Found belt had been bound up. Job complete no parts used at this time."

Breaker is 20amps and unit did not reach its tolerance to trip it. Noticed there are multiple drain hoses using one drain and multiple washers plugged into splitter using 1 dedicated CAFCI and GFCI outlet. Advised customer to run 1 washer plugged directly into the outlet. If breaker trips, replace breaker and run another cycle. If unit still trips the breaker than call the office. If return visit is needed would need to return with drive motor, capacitor, lower harness, control, and suspension. At this time unit is running as designed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher shutting off after approximately five minutes of use. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1-drain failure, which is the same error code as previous service. I cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit would intermittently shut down and start back up again. When the drain pump came on, it was very loud. I removed and replaced the sump assembly and retested and the unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care and no water leaks observed during service. Customer was advised that the unit is currently out of warranty and this repair has a 90 days warranty which will end in May. Job completed."

Entered diagnostics and activated compressor, heard no click from the start device and compressor did not kick on. Replaced start device, compressor kicked on and shortly after shut off again. Compressor is seized and will need a new compressor, access valve, dye drier and start device. Will order evaporator coil as precautionary. Customer would like an earlier appointment if possible. Home is very humid and customer keep temperature between 74f and 76f night and day so the auto thermostat runs the a/c 30 minutes per day at the most. Advised customer the relative humidity in the home will be significantly higher on account of the a/c being used so sparingly and condensation is normal to present at the condensation point. "WM3997HWA/01 Arrived to inspect water leaking into unit when off. I verified the issue and then inspected. I found a large amount of debris within the cold valve intake and screen assemblies and removed it. The debris was extremely uniform in size and was all the same color (image attached) denoting it from some type of water treatment system. Discussion with the customer revealed that they had found the same type of debris prior to us performing repairs. I advised the customer that the one year warranty had expired, however finding the same type of debris as their initial findings showed that the issue has been longer term in nature. The customer will immediately contact a servicer for their water treatment system. I advised the customer that this service was performed as a good will and that if further issues occur, requiring the replacement of the valve, there will be a cost for that part and service. No leaks observed during service."
