"Arrived on site to test unit for not agitation. Upon arrival customer stated during a normal cycle, unit was silent during agitation, but it would spin in the spin portion. Entered diagnostics, found no stored error codes. Ran a diagnostic cycle, found unit filling, agitating and spinning. Inspected lower components, found cam and belt are extremely worn. Also during shifting from agitation to spin or vice versa, found the actuator shifting back and forth multiple times before finding correct position. Proceeded to replace splutch (W10721967), belt (WPW10006384) and actuator (WPW10006355). In diagnostic cycle, all components are properly engaging. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed. Advised customer to monitor. No leaks detected, job complete."

Reattached the hose and secured with clamp, tested unit, all components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for tripping breaker. Upon arrival customer stated whenever oven is in use, breaker trips. Verified issue, after 1 minute of running the breaker tripped. Removed ground from the unit and started a bake cycle at 500? to condition the relays on the control. Allowed the unit to cycle alternating between bake and broil cycles for 30 minutes. While reconnecting the ground, left the door open to let hot air escape. Started another cycle at 500?, starting temp was 350?, and monitored for 10 minutes, breaker no longer trips. Relay conditioning has been successful. Advised customer to leave the unit at 500? for an additional 90 minutes to ensure proper burn off and conditioning. Contacted SAFETY to document SR#7740981538, no further repair recommended. Unit is now running as designed, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher tilting forward when the door is opened. Upon further inspection, I found the unit not properly installed and the back of the unit will raise up when opening the door fully. I attempted to adjust the unit and pulled it out onto my floor protector and adjusted the back leveling feet then placed it back in its space and adjusted the front leveling feet and mounted the unit to the cabinets. I retested the unit with the door opened and it continued to tilt forward, but not as bad as before. I found the tub insulation wrap is missing and the toepkate insulation is missing as well. I advised the customer of this and they advised they have contacted their builder and will have the installers replace the missing insulation. I advised that the gap between the top of the dishwasher tub to the bottom of the countertop is too wide which is why the unit rear is tilting upward. Customer advised they would have the installers look at it and see what can be done. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Get 121 from L1 and L2 and 242 from L1-L2. Test N-G and get zero.. Test amp draw on elements and get 14 amp draw from broil and 10 amp draw from bake. Also inspected harness and is good.. Contacted Techline and spoke with Chris . Explained issue of tripping breaker and all electrical test that were done. Replaced control W11707168, bake element W11182108, and broil element W108566603. SR# 7740986633. Unit preheated to 500 and did not trip breaker. Allowed unit to operate for 40 minutes to ensure moisture burn-off from elements. Unit is operating as designed. If issue persist, recommend having breaker replaced. Contacted SAFTEY team and spoke with Christina. Explained all that was done. Notes were updated. MfrRef # 7740952571 Job complete"

Also will lose cooling, but then cooling will return and it sounds like compressor does not kick off. Inspected unit, found evaporator coil has an ideal frost pattern. When evaporator fan engaged it would start pulsing. Replaced evap fan motor (WP2315549), evap fan now engages properly. As precautionary replaced control (W11558182). Inspected chassis to liner and found large gapping causing warm air to leak into the FC causes FC to condensate and compressor to run constantly. Sealed all chassis to liner gaps in the FC and RC. Air leaks have been eliminated. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."
