"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not heating. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when they press the heated dry key, the indicator light doesnt come on anymore. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F6E4 and F6E6 and I noticed the heated dry indicator is not lighting up. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. While testing, I placed my multimeter on the black wire at the junction box and tested amp draw to the components. I interrupted testing and checked inside and found a large amount of soap suds in the bottom of the tub. Customer advised they rinse their dishes before placing them in the dishwasher and they use Dawn dishwashing liquid to rinse them. The unit is operating as designed, other than the control panel indicator. I also found the Cancel indicator is faint. I am ordering the control panel and scheduled turn service . Ran the unit through a high speed spin and found that the unit stopped spinning after about 45 seconds indicating the actuator could not read the basket spin speed. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. The customer advised that they only wash with cold water but theres always steam on the glass of the lid. I ran another diagnostics test and found the water inlet hoses were switched. I placed the hoses correctly and retested and unit continued to operate properly. i found when switching the hoses, that the hot water valve at the wall does not turn off fully and water continues to flow. I advised the customer that with the hoses switched, when washing with cold, the unit was actually getting hot water and possibly created too many soap suds and the unit sensor detected it and shut the unit down. I advised that the lid will remain locked as a safety precaution until all of the water is drained from the unit or until the sensor no longer detects the suds. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the ice maker is leaking water and the ice bin door sometimes will freeze shut and ice builds up under the ice bin. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker in test 120 and it operated as designed. I tested the water dispenser in test 96 before testing the ice maker fill tube and found the water dispensing slowly. I removed the ice maker and tested the fill tube and found water coming out slowly causing it to run down the back of the ice maker. I removed the water filter and retested the water dispenser and mice maker fill tube and had good pressure at both. I found the replace filter indicator on at the side UI on the left RC door. I recommended the customer replace the filter. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed. I cycled power to the unit to reset the controls."

Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. At preheat, my temp reading was 284 degrees. I pulled the unit out and tested the bake and broil elements and both were within ohms range. I tested voltage to the bake element and got 0V. Tested the broil element after it cycled and got 248V. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care, job completed."

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that is giving f8 e4 error code. Found dawn was used as detergent causing excess suds in unit. Advised customer on proper soaps for dishwashers and no further repairs needed. No leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not washing dishes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will fill and drain but dishes are not getting wet and the soap is not dissolving. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found the same issue. Replaced the pump and motor assembly and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking out of the back. Inspected unit and work area. Found the cold water valve leaking from the backside of the valve due to a crack. Replace the inlet water valve and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found evidence of a defrost issue in the freezer section. Removed the evaporator cover and went to check the heater. Found that the black connector on the freezer harness leading to the heater had backed out of the connector onto the heater. Checked the heater and found proper resistance. Reattached the connector piece to the heater and forced to defrost. Found the defrost heater coming on and operating as designed. Helped the customer manually defrost the evaporator and advised her to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete.

Arrived on site to install upper rack stops. Replaced both top rack stops and verified proper operation. Call complete.

Arrived on site to replace compressor for refrigerator. Replaced compressor and filter drier and followed r600 procedures for vacuum and charging. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks were found at time of service.
