Upon further inspection, I tested the microwave with my tester and found it not heating and after approximately ten seconds of use, the error code F1E5-inverter failure appeared on the panel display. I pulled the unit out and inspected the magnetron and inverter board and removed and replaced both parts and retested. Unit is operating as designed. I reassembled the unit and placed the unit in diagnostics and cleared the code and retested and for one minute and unit continues to operate as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is taking a long time to dry clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer explained that the unit does heat and tumble but that it is taking her three hours to dry clothes in the dryer. The customer had a load inside of the dryer, and when I opened it, I felt, a gusher of heat coming from the dryer after about five seconds, indicating an airflow issue. I checked behind the dryer and found the vent hose was crunched and on itself causing an airflow issue. I showed the customer the issue and asked if they ever had the dryer vents cleaned. She stated that they had never done that before. I advise the customer that she may need to switch vent hoses to a periscope style dryer vent and potentially get her vents cleaned to ensure that this does not continue to cause problems. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to replace faulty part. Upon arrival, we replaced fill tube heater. Upon further testing, we noticed water dispenser pressure was low. Customer bought new filter and replaced. Customer mentioned about home water pressure was corrected sometime in the past where the neighborhood water pressure was reading 180 PSI. In result, a reducer valve was installed on the refrigerator by LM on 6/22/22. The water pressure for home was corrected so overtime the water pressure to the refrigerator started to reduce lower than average. Bypassed reducer valve per customers request and installed a straight fitting. Retested water dispenser and fill tube and now unit is functioning as design. No leak present at this time. I saw that the unit was not connected to WiFi, I informed the customer that how WP sends the new firmware down to the unit. I put the unit on normal and started a load very little water came in and it was slow and not enough to start a small load. Turn it to quick wash and it but more water in then the normal setting did. I set the water setting to max fill and informed the customer that she might need to change the settings if to much water starts to come in. No water leaks are detected during service."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator thats not dispensing ice but its making ice. I found the ice bin completely full and a bunch of ice clumped together. I tested the dispenser and the motor was running but no ice was coming out. I found the underside of the bin with a clump of ice stuck in it not allowing the ice to come out. I removed the bin and removed all the clumped ice and saved the loose cubes. I put the cubes back in the bin and tested the dispenser. The dispenser is working as designed. I explained to the customer that if all the ice isnt used in a two week period then it needs to be removed to prevent it from clumping together. I went over using crushed ice with the customer but they stated they do not use crushed ice. Call complete. NO PARTS INSTALLED.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The unit operated as designed with no unusual noises. Customer advised the noise happens during spin with small/large loads. I tilted the unit back and removed the pulley shield. I removed the belt and pulley and found the teeth on the gearcase and cam were badly worn and a small amount of gearcase oil on the pulley. I removed and replaced the gearcase, cam and belt and calibrated the unit then tested. Unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave shutting off mid cycle. Upon further inspection, the tenant advised that they went to cook a meal at 2 minutes and the unit tripped the breaker. I tested the unit with a cup,of water at 2 minutes and approximately 30 seconds into the test, the breaker tripped. I cycled power to the unit and retested and it operated as designed. I removed the unit from the wall and gained access to the components inside the casing and tested the switches, fuse, thermostat, magnetron and its thermostat and all components are good. Retested again and the unit operated as designed. I turn it off and did a close inspection of the burner and found a substance on the burner that was causing the smoke. I cleaned the substance off the burner and restarted the bake to 350?. It smoked at first and the smoke went away after a few minutes. I tested the broiler to 500? and I ran all the burners on high for 5 minutes to stress the oven out. Discussion with the customer revealed the unit appeared to work on the first few initial attempts, but has recently stopped washing and the customer thought the circulation pump had stopped operation. Service test mode revealed F7E1, F5E1, F9E1 and F10E2, which were cleared for testing. I found and reported anomalies with the VAC supply for the circulation pump and that the impeller was loose, to the MFG engineer. I corrected the pump issue and reassembled finding that after several service test modes, full functionality returned to the machine. I advised the customer to contact us if further issues occur. I found the door would not fully close and was causing the interior light circuit to energize, creating a 60Hz hum, until the door was pressed on, activating the switch. The issue had likely burned the interior light out and it will require replacement upon return. The cabinet installation was slightly incorrect, but enough to cause undue inward pressure at the top of the unit and showed as the door inoperability and a slight deformation to the trim piece under control panel. The interlock assembly will be required and and I will also add the hinges, in case of need. The unit will require shimming to prevent lower front vent contact as well. The customer has specified they would like GCO.
