"Arrived on site for a washing machine that has a broken basket. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that it seemed like the clothes werent spinning out fully on every cycle, and that it might be caused due to the basket due to the shaking of the unit. I tested the suspension and found the suspension was good. I did find the unit level and checked the basket hub assembly. I did not find the basket wobbling with the hub assembly attached indicating that was good. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error code indicating that a button had been pressed for more than five seconds. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. The customer stated that they have been washing since they called in for service but that theyre just not able to wash big loads. I asked the customer what types of big loads they were talking about and they were mentioning about, a mattress, cover and blankets. I did advise the customer that those types of loads can cause off-balance issues due to uneven weight distribution around the basket after the unit is done agitating. I did advise the customer that light loads and heavier bulkier loads can cause off balance issues due to that weight in-distribution. I did explain that this is normal operation and that the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were replaced."

"WOC54EC0HS20 Arrived to install control. I found the root issue to likely be and incorrect installation that will require spacers to prevent the front vent from causing the unit to severely lean back into the cabinet, forcing the sides forward and preventing positive interlock action. This issue likely damaged the controls and will need to be corrected prior to control replacement. The microwave door had to be pressed on to get the lights to shut off, as well and is an indication of the issue. Arrived onsite for ice maker not producing ice in timely manner. On inspection the ice maker passed all the test. The fc was 2? before the door was opened. I looked at the condenser and it was clogged I open the fc door to remove the bottom cover off and found the condenser was 95% clogged. Once the door was open the fc temp went to 11? and never went back down for 10 minutes. I cleaned the condenser and with in 10 minutes it was at -2?. I found air gap on the moulin and in the ice bin door. Ordering an ice bin door and moulin. "WRS325SDHZ08 Arrived to inspect ice blockage. The customer had defrosted the unit prior to my arrival and I inspected. The defrost system worked as designed within service test mode and the thermistor was within one degree of the measured temperature. I found the plug for the defrost and evap fan assemblies loose and corrected. I reseated all connections within the unit and inspected the cabinet and door seals. The RC door was out somewhat farther at the top inner corner and light could be seen through it, but it was not a large amount. I found excessive gapping at the door openings and sealed. Correcting the squaring of the machine, corrected the door mismatch issue, but I do not think that was the cause of the icing. The customer will contact us if the issue persists and it has been occurring at approximately 6-8 week intervals. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived onsite for range tripping breaker. On inspection the range breaker shares the circuit with the MW, you could not run both of them at the same time or the breaker will trip. Took the extension cord to another outlet and plugged the range in and it tripped that breaker. Gain access to the back of the range and unplugged the convection fan and the spark module. Now both worked at the same time. Plugged them back in and still both were working. Put the back cover on and the issue repaired. Took the back cover off and it all worked again. I found that the cover was found the unit out. I moved the line that was causing the ground and it fixed the issue. No parts were used and no gas leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not tumbling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will turn on, but that the drum does not turn. She stated that they had tried to work on this previously, but I had been unsuccessful at this point. I did find the dryer not completely reassembled. I turned on the unit and confirmed that the motor was running but the drum was not turning. I spun the basket by hand and found the basket spinning properly. I gained access underneath and found that the dryer motor had completely broken apart where it holds the belt. I replaced the motor and when I went to reassemble the unit, I found that the two bottom clips on the front panel and one of the upper clips was missing. Spoke to claims and was advised to go ahead and order them. "WFW6620HW0 Arrived to inspect vibration. The customer presented a video showing the issue and malfunction of the machine via over speed was ruled out. I found the rear bracket for the pedestal was only attached at the lower sides and the top mounting screw was stripped. I was able to invert the bracket, retaining its use and installing into factory holes that corresponded. All four legs were not secured and were screwed down by about a half-inch. This allowed vertical movement that resulted in the excessive hop and shaking. After correcting the bracket and legs, I was unable to create any further significant vibration within customer mode, highest speed. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that sounds like its running when it isnt. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise that the unit will drain as soon as she starts a cycle and will continuously run and will not actually start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Around the unit into diagnostics and found the machine automatically cake on the drain pump. Around the unit three diagnostics and found an F2 E1 (UI stuck key), F3 E1 (pressure system fault), and F8 E1 (low/no water detected during the fill) error codes. I tested both valves and found the valves working properly. I gained access to the pressure hose and found no cracks or improper connections, indicating any kind of leaking of air. I blew through the pressure hose from the control and did not find any debris stuck in the pressure dome. I removed the pressure hose from the tub and blew through it from the control. I found no loss of pressure for 30 seconds. I reattached the hose to the tub and replaced the control. Around the unit through multiple testing and found the unit working and operating as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete. W11170319"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit consistently shuts down and shows the F5E4-lid lock error. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F1E2-motor drive module over voltage. I cleared the code and attempted to test and the unit failed to test. I attempted to calibrate the unit and it continued to fail. I tilted the unit back and inspected underneath and found gearcase oil on the rotor (photo) and when I removed the rotor, I found more oil on the underside of the rotor and on the gearcase spindle. Following the tech sheet for the error code, I tested the unit and found the control needed to be replaced. I removed and replaced the main control and attempted o calibrate and the unit continued to fail. I tested the lid lock and found it open. I removed and replaced the lid lock assembly and calibrated the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. Due to the gearcase leaking oil, I am ordering the gearcase and clutch and scheduled return service for 05/01/24 PM. Arrived on site to test unit for burner staying on while on high and turning off when are at lower temp and oven taking to long to cook. "Arrived on site for Takes to long to cook has to set temperature a lot higher than recipes call for. Upon arrival test unit by preheating oven to 350. Monitored temperatures using thermocouple. Thermocouple reached 375 when unit chimed that preheat was reached. Unit begins to cycle. Got 321 igniter clicks several times but does not light. Temperature then drops to 317. Igniter clicks again but does not light. This happens continuously and never re lights and oven gets cold. Turned unit off to get to as cold a temperature as possible. Tried preheating again and igniter only clicks but flame does not come on. Need to order single valve, double valve, regulator, and bake electrode. I found the outer ring of he center burner, or the burner cup, had warped and I was able to create and correct the incomplete burn, resulting in raw gas odor. Office to order parts. Arrived on site for unit not cooling. Upon arrival we found compressor and condenser fan not running. The controls were toggling left to right so we could not enter diagnostic mode. We replaced control box and immediately the compressor and condenser fan kicked on. Unit is cooling at this time. Advised customer to monitor unit to reach temp within. 24 hours. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making loud grinding noises throughout the wash cycle but the specifically in the spin cycle. I did confirm the customers complaint. I went to check for model and serial numbers, but found no model or serial tag on the washer itself. I spoke with claims and because there is no full model number or serial number is attached with this unit, we cannot necessarily find the parts needed for the washer. The office will need to contact the extended warranty for alternate resolutions. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a microwave that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that this microwave was brand new and that the fan does not work and when they cook, it will heat for about a minute and then Ill shut down and stop heating. They said it would need to cool down before it would microwave again. I tested the fan operations and confirmed the customer complaint. I remove the unit from the wall and gained access to the fan assembly. I found the fan assembly connector not connected onto the fan motor. I fixed the connection and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. I put the unit back on the wall and the customer had me microwave a frozen item for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes without it shutting off. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were replaced."

Also found the timer difficult to turn. Using a pair of needle nose pliers, I was able to get the timer turned to test the unit and other than the timer, the unit is operating as designed. Inspected unit found compressor not running but extremely hot, cycled power with watt meter at the outlet, compressor kicked on for 5 seconds and during that time wattage spiked to 873. Compressor than shut off and would not start back up. Compressor is seized and will need a new compressor, access valve, dye drier, and evaporator coil as precautionary. Unit is r600a.
