Opened the bottom warming drawer and found that metal cookware was stacked too high. Started the oven with the drawer open, and the oven ignited immediately. Informed the customer not to overfill the warming drawer, as the metal cookware can create a short on the igniter connection at the bottom rear. Removed the cookware from the drawer, restarted the unit, and confirmed the oven reheated correctly. Job complete. No parts used."

I calibrated product and tested in customer mode product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

On arrival verified issue ran diagnostic and found F8E1 and F1E5 cleared error codes and ran it in customer mode on quick wash and sure enough the H20 showed up and error code f8e1 came back up . I tested water valve and it has failed . I replaced water valve and I had to use a clamp I had on hand one was not sent with me. I tested again in customer mode no issues no errors came up and h20 did not come back. Product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the display flashing which after researching error codes, I found the code to be F0E9-off balance pause. I found the load inside the unit appearing to be too heavy and off balanced as the left side (thick sheets) was heavier than the right (blanket). Customer removed the items and I performed a diagnostics test with no error codes showing and the unit operated as designed. Customer advised that they found a small puddle of water on the back left side of the unit and I foud the hot water hose leaking water (photo). I tightened the hose and then performed a calibration on the unit and then retested and the unit continues to operate as designed. I made recommendations for use and care and then contacted techline and spoke to Chris. I advised of the complaint, my findings and my tests performed. "Arrived on site to test unit for not filling with enough water. Upon arrival ran a diagnostic cycle, found fill valve is opening and closing properly, does not sound restricted or low pressure. Started a normal cycle with deep water wash selected, unit filled with adequate amount of water. Suspecting tenant may be over loading the unit, causing the water to not submerge the clothes on top. Replaced control (W11607637) as precautionary and advised maintenance to let tenant know that the maximum load sizes is 40% of the basket. If overloaded, top clothes will not submerge and will not wash. Unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site for a microwave that has sparks inside the microwave. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the issue was behind the top vent cover and showed me where the issue was. I found the inner cavity bulb and housing had sparked, causing damage to the air guide base plate and housing. No wires were affected. I took photos, called the Whirlpool safety team, and spoke to Lucrecia SR# 7740990439. I explained the damage done to the unit, and they advised that the unit was so old that it would fall out of their ability to cover any further service. She advised me to let the customer know that they can proceed out of warranty, but Whirlpool could not cover the repair. I explained that to the customer and the customer is going to try to fix it himself if he can. He advised that if not, he'll just buy a new microwave. Call complete. No parts were installed."

The customer stated that the deli lights will come on if you open the refrigerator doors, but they will not come on if you just opened the deli drawer. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. I checked the door switch and found the door switched, not even registering the door opened or closed. I went to pull through the light switch and found the door switch was not even connected to the light connector. I had to disassemble the whole unit to get access to the light cover on the left-hand rail. I connected the deli light switch and reassembled the unit. We turned power back on and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Customer stated that he was trying to cook something heavy, which caused the unit to lean forward, resulting in cast iron cookware falling out of the oven and damaging the floor. On arrival product was working fine i asked client to add some clothes and that's when it heard sounds i removed bottom cover and cleaned out all lint i seen and then i discovered a lose screw on the heater not sure how that happened i never removed screw on my last visit. I tightened screws down no nosies at all product works as it's designed no parts used.

Arrived on site for no drain dishwasher. Ran diagnostics got 6-4 error code . Unit is not draining at end of test wash . Found shaft on impeller bent . No objects found in sump . Replaced drain pump W10876537. Ran diagnostics again . All checked normal. Unit is draining properly. No water leaks detected at time of service . Job complete. Maintance is not on site to sign ticket .

Arrived on site to replace compressor and 3 way refrigerant valve. Accessed system from access port on compressor and found no refrigerant evacuating system. Ran nitrogen with no success. Issues were with rc intermittent cooling loss. Fc was working as designed and no signs of issues. Replaced 3way valve as suspected and replaced dye drier power techline. Ran service test 4 and allowed steel 4 to switch valve to RC. Unplugged unit leave valve open to only RC and charged to 250psk with nitrogen. Heard pop sound and found cap tube was leaking entering cabinet. Took video and submitted to whirlpool. Unit is being submitted for review for replacement. SR#7741038867

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer making abnormal and loud noises. Upon further inspection,I gained access to the inside of the dryer and found that the pully and belt were worn. I replaced the dryer repair kit and reassembled the dryer. The dryer is now operating as designed. However, while doing an airflow test,I found that the vents have an airflow restriction. WFES3530RS0 Arrived on site for a range tripping breaker. On arrival verified issue i replaced contol board bake and broil element. I removed ground wire preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I rewired ground back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I checked polarity and voltage readings were correct product works as it's designed. Arrived on site to test unit for heating element smelling like plastic burning smell. Found element had some kind of damaged causing smell. Replaced heating element test unit and unit test good. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to replace the main harness. Before replacing any parts, I tested the oven on Bake at 350 degrees and using my multimeter, I placed my thermal coupler in the middle of the center rack. My preheat temp was 386 degrees. My next five readings were 392, 297, 407, 309, 381 for an average of 357.2 degrees. I advised the tenant of my findings and that the unit is operating as designed. Also advised the tenat that I was not replacing the main harness as there is no reason to do so due to the average temp being well within the manufacturer approved temperature range. Unit is operating as designed, job completed. No parts installed."
