The customer stated the left front burner will not lite, when the right front burner is used the back two burners continue to click, the downdraft motor will not run, and the last service company cracked the cooktop. I found voltage to the down draft motor and it will not run. I found orifice holder screws broken out of the burner heads and all the screws broken out of the right front burner causing it to not sense ground and continue sparking on the other burners. I found a crack in the top from the right front burner to the right side of the cooktop. I found two burner knobs cracked and the fan knob broken. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit leaning forward badly and not leveled. Customer pointed out that there is water/ice at the bottom of the RC section. I did find water at the bottom of the RC section and the RC evap drip pan slightly bowed. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the unit and found the ice maker fan badly pulsating and the RC ice maker showing error code E1-no cooling. I removed and replaced the hv control and inspected the drain tube at the back of the unit and found it badly gapped (photo). I sealed the gap with silicone (photo) and cleared the water/ice from the RC section. I placed the unit back into diagnostics and tested the ice maker fan in test 36 and found the fan operating better, but it continues to pulsate. I am ordering the ice maker fan and scheduled return service for 05/13/24. I leveled the unit before leaving. No water leaks observed at the end of service. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not heating/drying. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The unit operated as designed. While testing, I tested amp draw to the element and found it at 7-9amps as designed. I removed the outer door panel and tested voltage at the control and got 124V and tested ohms to the element and got 12ohms. I found the customer is not using rinse aid. I recommended the customer use rinse aid and make recommendations for use and care and advised the customer that once they begin using rinse aid and change the settings theyre using for the wash cycle and the unit continues to not dry/heat, to call our office to schedule service. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was building some ice in the freezer and had issues with lights. I found a small gap in the freezer gasket on the bottom side, allowing air infiltration. I was able to remove the door and mold the gasket to hold properly. Gasket for freezer door is a glued in type, advised that we risk removing foam and fitment issues if we have to pull the gasket. If gap opens again customer aware that we would replace the gasket. Freezer light switch was flickering when i touched it and may have an issue present, which may be the source of the door alarm. Advised this is either due to switch or DC load issues with this chassis and there may not be a good fix. No parts needed for repair. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has shelves that are working right and adore that pops up and on the left-hand side, if the freezer door is open on the left-hand side. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customer complaints. The customer advise of the issue with the drawers is the crisper and deli drawers. She advised they do not slide in and out very easily at all, and seem to catch in multiple spots when pushing the door back. I did confirm what the customer was talking about and inspected the drawers. I did not find any abnormalities with the actual drawers themselves. it looked as though the slides werent completely smooth and flat. I went to order the drawer supports, but found that there is no parts breakdown for this unit. There is service matters. The office will need to contact whirlpool to confirm the part numbers for the drawer upports. I spoke to SRN was advised to order for research. Arrived onsite for burner not igniting. On inspection there was no spark on the left back burner I gain access to the burners and found no issue with igniter. Gain access to the spark module and unplugged the wire checked for any issue with connector and found no issues. Reconnected the wire and the burner started to ignite. The wire must not been plugged all the way in. The unit is operating as designed and no gas leak was detected during service. No parts were installed.

"Arrived on site for unit intermittently tripping breaker. On arrival customer stated that at random and not during every use the unit or tripped the circuit breaker. Ran a test at 350?. Unit preheated and cycled properly without issue. Ran test at 450? and again unit preheated and cycled without issue . Notified customer that had the unit been faulty. The issue would have presented itself during the testing. Ran unit at proper temperature to illuminate the possibility of any built-up moisture in the elements. Causing the unit to trip. Called tech line for assistance. Text stated without duplicating the issue And no faults at this time recommended that the breaker be inspected by the builder. "MVWB835DC5 Arrived to inspect water flow issue. Service test mode had F8E1 and F0E3 stored in memory and I cleared for testing. I found the valve assembly had been restricted and would not fill as designed. Further inspection showed the gear case had lost a significant amount of oil and required replacement. I retrieved a new gear case from the warehouse and upon installation, found it was incorrectly packaged. I retrieved a second one and completed the install. The gear case W11393685, slider W10734521 and valve W11165546 were installed and I re-calibrated the machine. The unit resumed all normal functions and no leaks were observed during service. ; schdld next appmnt for 5/2 THU !"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E4-overfill switch activated. I cleared the code and continued with testing. I removed the toeplate and found the drip pan full of water. I removed the float switch from the pan and cleaned the water from the pan. The unit completed testing with no issue and no error codes. I cleaned the float switch and retested the unit and it continued to operate as designed. I found the customer has a water softener system and is using too much detergent which is causing too many suds and over flowing the reservoir. I made recommendations for use and care p, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed. No parts replaced."

Arrived onsite and found unit with broken wire to the float switch and broken ground peg on the power plug. Replaced the power cord and repaired the float switch wire. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the RC section at room temp and the FC section cooling above recommended temps. Also found frost built up on evaporator cover. I placed unit in diagnostics and tested the defrost thermistor and according to the UI defrost thermistor was open and tested defrost function and found unit would not defrost. I removed and replaced the UI and HV control and retested defrost and the unit is operating as designed. I placed my flashlight inside the freezer and closed the door and found small gap in the upper right corner of the FC door gasket. Using my heat gun I heated the gasket and shaped it and found the gasket is sealing properly. Using my steamer, I removed the ice and frost from the evaporator and tested the unit and found the evaporator has a good frost pattern. Reassembled the unit and continued monitoring it and unit is operating as designed. I contacted the tenant and left a message advising of my repairs and recommended leaving the FC door closed for a few hours to allow the gasket to mold to,the chassis and FC door. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnose parts. Inspected unit and work area. Upon entry, I found the unit on level. I just need the feet on the washer to level it out and ran the unit through testing. I did not find a unit going off balance, but instead was making a rather weird ticking sound. I checked underneath and make sure the beam connections were tight. Did not see any Addmore abnormality with the rotor, stater, or slider. I did not find any evidence of an oil leak from the gearcase. And I ran through various testing and finally confirmed the issue was with the gearcase. I went to remove the agitator, and the agitator would not come off. I attempted several tricks to get the agitator to come off and eventually had to break the agitator off. I replaced the gearcase and agitator and reassembled the unit. Ran the unit through diagnostics that noise that had been previously there have been resolved. Found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W10902814 and W11449841."

Arrived on site for lid not locking. Upon arrival we ran a diagnostics and found stored lid lock error. Error message has been cleared. Proceeded to replace door latch assembly. Arrived on site to install previously diagnose part. Inspected unit and work area. I found the drum still full of water and use the shop vac to try to remove the water from the drain hose. I found very little water coming through the drain hose at all. I cant access to the pressure switch and unplugged the pressure hose. I found the unit unlock. I took the washer back and open the door and use the shop vac to drain out the rest of the water. I gained access to the drain pump filter and found it the filter clogged with a rug like material stuck in the filter. I removed the obstruction and tested the unit several times. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were replaced.
