"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator not keeping temp and also leaking. On arrival was able to clarify 2 separate issues, first was that items in the pullout deli drawer drawer only seem to be spoiling much faster. Second, a large amount of condensation is building on the freezer door gasket, as well as a little frost in the front top section of the freezer. I found the drawer vent was closed almost completely, so I opened it up to allow more cold air in. RC temp was 37, freezer temp 2. I also adjusted the freezer door by raising it 1/8 inch or so. The top of the gasket was barely making contact with the liner, and likely letting air in if door wasn't perfectly positioned. This should resolve all issues present. I also set the mullion heaters off sensor operation and to always on. No parts needed. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, UV dye drier and access valve. After in evacuated the system, I cleared the system with Nitrogen and found the drier was leaking at the cap tube which is why the unit never cooled. Replaced all parts mentioned and vacuumed the system. Pressures held at -30/0psi. I installed 55g of R600 refrigerant and tested. Unit is cooling properly and operating as designed. No water connections to the unit and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. On inspection the customer was showing me pictures of the leak. Then she showed me picture of the inside the dishwasher and there was 3 to 4 inches of bubbles in the unit. I explained that that was too much soap and it would leak down the front of the door onto the ground. She showed me where the insulation dropped down after it got wet. I informed the customer that the PODS Were causing the leaking. That there is not enough dirt and food on the dishes to defuse the soap. No leaks were detected during service and no parts were installed.
