"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=7 degrees. Customer advised the ice bin is full of ice, but ice wont dispense. I tested the dispenser and found no ice being dispensed and could hear the bin auger rotating. I removed the bin and retested the dispenser motor and found it locked up. I removed the motor and housing and attempted to turn the coupler by hand and the motor is seized. Customer advised that they found the bin full of a block of ice when it stopped dispensing. Arrived onsite for dryer not drying correctly. On inspection I found very little air movement and the dryer never got above 91?. Gain access to the heating element and found the heating element housing had come disconnected from the blower housing and was pointed towards the motor. Reconnected the element housing and reassembled the unit. The dryer is operating as designed from the factory. No parts were installed on the unit. Informed the customer that the dryer vent needs to be cleaned to allow complete air flow through the system to help the heating and drying of the unit.

"Arrived onsite for washer shaking violently. I found error code F0E2 suds present when I went into diagnostics. Tested the machine noticed suds in the machine due to not draining correctly. This was also causing the violent shaking as the water wasnt escaping the tub as designed. Gained access to the drain pump and found the filter packed with Shout color guard sheets. Cleared out the sheets, reassembled the machine, and tested the machine and found it to be operating as designed. Job complete. No parts used. No water leaks at the time of repair."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven door not closing properly. Upon further inspection, the customer demonstrated how the lower oven door is not closing/sealing in the top left corner of the door. The door had some play in it approximately 1/8 inch. I also found the lower door was not sitting evenly as the gap in between the upper door and lower door was higher in the left side. I pulled the unit out and adjusted the height of the door by adjusting the hinge receiver on the left side. Once I had the lower door adjusted, I tested and found it continues to have the excess play in the upper left corner. I removed the doors (upper/lower) and switched them and still had the same amount of play which tells me the unit is not leveled and the chassis has a clockwise twist either from delivery or installation. When I placed the unit back in its space, I found the shelf the unit is rested on site slightly lower on the right side and the left side is completely flush. Also found the unit is resting on the vent causing tension on the front of the unit. I placed the unit doors back onto the unit and tested the lower oven on Baker at 350 degrees. While doing this, I placed my thermal lead at the top left corner of the lower door to test for any air leaks and my temps stayed in range of 76.8 degrees to 77.5 degrees telling me theres no air leak. I advised the customer of my findings and contacted techline to get documented. I spoke to Jeremy and advised of the history, the complaint today and my findings. Jeremy advised that the issue is cosmetic due to installation and to not replace any parts. Jeremy provided SR#7739093428 and recommended that the customer contact their builder to fix the installation to resolve the twisting issue. No repairs made, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that will not start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will turn on and off but that they are having a hard time getting the unit to lock the lid and continue forward through the cycle. Around the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load) and F0 E9 (off balance pause) error codes. I found the unit stuck in the middle of a drain. I canceled out the cycle and ran the unit through an auto test. I found the unit working and operating as designed. I tested the unit in several different cycle selections and found the unit working and operating as designed. I did advise the customer that sometimes when the unit does go off balance, it will get stuck in the middle of the cycle and may not seemingly continue forward. The customer explained that she does not use this washer for normal clothes asked that she only uses this for blankets, as they were told that this a good washer for those kinds of bulky items. I did advise the customer that the manufacturer recommends not using these units for those kinds of loads due to potential possibility for off-balance issues like the customer is experiencing. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that one day she opened the freezer door and mist came out of it (cold air clouds). Also, they advised there are wires hanging down from under the ice maker. I found the wires they are describing are the wires to the ice maker harness and I advised the customer that theyre supposed to be there. I tested temps in the freezer and found it to be 7 degrees inside and the light is working properly. I advised the customer that the mist they were experiencing was cold air coming from the freezer and its normal depending on the temps in the kitchen. I advised it was the warm air colliding with the cold air when the freezer door is opened and its normal. No repairs needed as the unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me what the unit was doing as the unit would make some weird sounds and then would go to done within two minutes of starting the cycle. I checked underneath and found the slider Was in good condition and found no gearcase leaks underneath. I Spond the basket by hand and found the basket spinning freely. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F6 E3 (ACU cannot hear MCU) and F7 E7 (basket unable to reach target RPM) error codes. I spoke to SW, and was advised that there were no known issues with these units, and that because the rotor windings showed within range, the slider was shifting up and down properly, and there were no signs of where on the rotor, the issue would have to be with the control. I replaced the control and tested the unit. I found the unit working in operating as designed . I had the customer start a load up on exit to ensure that this was a full fix and when I called back, the customer stated that the unit had completed three cycles already and that it appear to be working and operating as designed. "KRMF706ESS05 Arrived to install part. I found the ice maker housing fan was operative, but there was no airflow and the E1 was present. Inspection reveled the back of the housing had a significant amount of gapping between it and the back wall, likely the cause of excessive moisture entering the system. I found the return duct in the FC and both sides of the RC to FC air returns were fully filled with solid ice. I removed all ice and tested and airflow returned to normal. The crisper drawer UI was inoperative and the harness will require replacement. Upon return, technician will install RC drain pan shims and UI harness. Arrived onsite for unit not cooling. On arrival temperatures are good however customer stated at times unit shuts off and stops cooling altogether. The most recent was a 8hr non cooling period. Could not duplicate any issue other than ice maker lagging but that would be due to the mentioned temperature issues. Right door switch is also not functioning . Called tech line for assistance. Robert SR#7739077174. Tech recommended Data logger installed in RC and FC. Ordering logger and switch. Also spoke to SW and ordering all boards. Arrived on site to test unit for condensation build up on FC door gasket. Found RC door gaskets sealing properly. Condensation is starting on horizontal mullion into gasket. Engaged horizontal mullion to always on in service test 40. Advised customer to monitor for a few days. If issue persists recommend returning and documenting with Techline.

Arrived on site for oven missing nameplate. Replaced name plate on door. Verified operation. Call complete. W11178521

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with leaking from a bellow hole. Replaced bellow. Advised customer on repair and restored panel function. All checks good. W11314648

Arrived on site to test unit for vibration sound. Found vibration coming from right side of cabinet. Gap between cabinet and microwave cabinet is about 1/4 causing vibration. Installed a shim and noise is no longer present. Advised customer to monitor and if issue persists have contractor fill gap in with a price of trim. No parts replaced. Job complete.

Arrived on site for dishwasher not working. Upon arrival found f4e3 in diagnostics. Found motor failing and replaced it w11613479. Tested unit and found no leaks and it working as designed. Call complete

Arrived on site for unit shutting off and tripping breaker . Found drain pump failing . Replaced pump W11539855. Ran harvest all checked normal. No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete

Arrived on site for unit with power wash performance. Inspected and found. Wash motor not energizing. Ran diagnostics and confirmed. Stored error code for wash motor failure. "Arrived on site to test unit for sparking constantly. Customer stated it used to happen all day during cooking but has significantly been less. Replaced module (WPW10475149) and harness (W11561436) as precautionary. When testing burners found front right burner is causing the constant spark issue. Will need to order valve for return visit. Arrived on site to test unit for oven not heating and LF/RF burners not burning properly. Found unit completely not converted properly. Converted unit and found oven tripping breaker GFCI outlet when reaching about 275?. Unit is tied into outlets above counter tops. Advised unit needs to be on dedicated outlet and breaker. Unit currently working as designed but needs to have electrical corrected as stated. No parts currently replaced. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to test unit for LF, RF cooktop burners and oven not cooking properly. Found cooktop burners appear to have some build up. Oven door hinges are extending past 90? angle when fully open. When closed any slight vibrations causing the door to continuously engage/disengage door switch preventing oven from heating. Recommend replacing door hinges and LF/RF burner heads. If hinge replacement does not correct issue needing to contact Techline. Arrived on site to test unit for unit not heating. Test unit and found switch not opening or closing. Took switch apart and cleaned all connections test unit and unit heating correctly. For 2-3 times. Will order new switches office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 WP8206419 (Interlock too) and 1 W10156812 (Spring) and 1 W10562613 (Cam plate)

"Arrived on site to inspect washer continuously spinning. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F2E1-stuck key & F6E1-HMI not reading the ACU. I cleared the codes and continued with testing. Once the unit started to fill, the UI display went blank and the water continued to fill. After approximately 5-10 seconds, the display came on showing 11 mins left in a normal cycle. I pressed the power key and the unit turned off and drained the water out. I placed the unit back into diagnostics and following the service pointer W11432650, I tested the unit and found no Model number stored. I contacted techline and spoke to Eric and advised of the complaint, previous repairs and current issues. Eric advised that the unit needs to be connect3d to WiFi so the new software can download to the new ACU and provided SR#7739081280. I contacted the Whirlpool WiFi Team and spoke to Rob and advised of the issues at hand. Rob was able to get onto the WiFi with the unit and get the software updated. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite and replaced the compressor and added dye drier and access port. Pulled vacuum for 20 minutes. Held. Charged with 4.24 oz of r134a. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good.
