Also at times would not respond to power button to turn unit on. Ran components test and both hot and cold fill correctly. Ran a normal cycle and valve energizes for about 2 seconds then stops. goes from sending to wash and never fills, then code appears . Tried bulky cycle and have same issue. Need to replace control and ui and return with pressure switch. Also unit is stacked and need a 2nd man; ordrng 1 2man (2 man)"

"Arrived on site for FC not cooling. Upon arrival, customer stated top portion of FC is warmer compared too the bottom section. Upon closer inspection, unit does produce ice but very slushy. Water and ice dispense as normal. Proceeded to inspect evaporator cover and found water that froze on the top supply vent in the middle of compartment. Removed and cleared all ice buildup and moisture and proceeded to expose evaporator coil and found no defrost issues and good frost pattern. Upon closer inspection, found evaporator coil fins smushed on top section. Straightened all fins and began to run diagnostics. Found all components working as designed. Customer also had the setting to the warmest which is 5F. Brought temp down to 0F. Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts needed."

"Arrive downside for a washing machine that is going off balance on every load. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she's had a couple error codes pop up for her as well including an F0 E4 (spin limited by water temperature) and an F5 E1 (lid switch fault) error codes. I did confirm both of the error codes in diagnostics but tested the incoming water temperature. I found both hot and cold water lines going to the proper valve. I tested the lidlock assembly multiple times in could not get the unit to fault. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was completely shot, potentially causing the issue with the lynn fault error message. I went ahead and replaced the suspension rods and tested the unit. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11396716."

I did confirm that the washing machine was within the service pointer limits and covered the last or and parts for a control replacement. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F1 E1 (main control failure), F2 E1 (UI stuck key), F3 E1 (pressure system fault), and F8 E1 (long drain) error codes. I found the the pressure hose was in good condition. And there was no debris, clogging the pressure hose. I replaced the control and calibrated the unit. I ran the unit through an auto test to teat all components. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. W11603810."

The customer stated that recently, no matter what she puts in the washing machine, every load bites off balance and they have to stop the machine. She also stated that she also has an odor coming from within the basket. I confirmed the customer's complaint and found the suspension rods completely worn. In regards to the smell, i did advise her to run a clean washer cycle with moisture cleaner tablets, but that there would not be anything I could do beyond that. I did advise the customer that some of that smell may be coming in from their water supply as well if they have older pipes. I replaced the suspension rods and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. W10780045."

Leasing documents were provided, sent to claims thread. Per claims unit is still under warranty. Upon arrival customer presented issue, slight vibrational noise coming from the evaporator fan. Gained access to evaporator and found a good frost pattern. Shaft and the evaporator motor is slightly bent causing a vibrational noise. Replaced evaporator motor (WP2315549) and tested unit, noise has subsided and unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Provided leasing documents, sent to claims thread, per claims unit is in warranty. Upon arrival customer stated any cycle they select will not put in water. Verified issue, started a diagnostic cycle, unit began to fill but when agitating the basket did not disengage indicating a shift mechanism issue. Replaced splutch (W10721967) and actuator (W11481722). Tested unit, unit is now shifting properly between agitation and spin. Started a regular cycle, cycle began to sense and fill. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to follow up on washer not fully spinning most loads and making noise. I found damaged windings on the stator, and the squeaking was actually the lower panel cover on the control being left open and pressing on the tub. I replaced the stator and ran the unit through diagnostics cycle. Verified unit is spinning at max RPM correctly. Customer had a wet microfiber type blanket which based on the material absorbed a ton of water and could not properly balance out, which based on the material does seem difficult to accomplish by design. This type of item cant balance and clumps, so this will cause cycles to be incomplete. Advised on proper loading. Unit is now working as designed, and verified to be properly spinning with all functions good. Parts used - W11354541."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Before continuing with testing, I tilted the unit back to inspect the rotor bolt due to it coming loose at the previous service call. I found the rotor bolt secured and tight with no play. I continued with testing and the unit operated as designed with no unusual noises. Customer provided a video of the noise which sounded like the slider not fully engaging with the rotor. I tilted the unit back and gained access to the slider and clutch and found the slider ring slightly worn and beginning to rub on the clutch and no gearcase oil found. I removed and replaced the slider and clutch and calibrated the unit. Retested and unit continues to operate as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W10734521, W10754448"

Proceeded to replace top W11598119 blower, W11598200 control and W11448962 control. Tested unit and still has same issue. Proceeded to check resistance on blower motor wheel and all checks good. Spoke with techline and stated there is a faulty hall sensor on the blower motor for the lower blower. Proceeded to swap new blower to the lower and keep original blower motor for the upper and re tested. Unit is now functioning as designed."
