"WRS571CIHZ04 Arrived to inspect sweating between doors. I verified the issue and found it was bad enough the customer had to place a towel at the bottom of the doors to collect the water. There were spots in the mullion that had no heat when touched a they corresponded with the wet spots. Thermography reveled the heat tube imbedded into the mullion during manufacturing was incorrectly set and there were several spots that were over 20 degrees cooler than the correctly heated areas, lending to the sweating and condensation. I contacted the MFG, tech Kurt. File# 7739100454 After sending thermography images of the faulty mullion heater placement, the MFG technician recommended adding a p/n W10749467 to the ice maker/bin housing to prevent excessive cold from getting to the affected area. Inquiring about how this would correct the issue and offering to seal the entire housing prior to return to see if any change would occur, the MFG tech advised this was the only course to follow for now. "WRS588FIHV04 Arrived to inspect cooling issue. I found the evaporator cover was coated in frost and the evaporator was partially iced, the upper being heavy frost and the lower third solid ice, denoting a working defrost system that could not remove the excessive amount of frost. All defrost system devices tested as expected and no other deficiencies of the previously replaced parts were found. Inspection reveled the leveling legs were not set and there was a significant door mismatch, due to the incorrectly set cabinet. The lower right side of the mullion was twisted out, causing the gasket to be unable to seal in an approximately 12mm X 3mm area, creating airflow that resulted in evaporator freez up. The lower right corner of the RC chamber had a 6mm gap in the seam and required sealant filling. I contacted the MFG. to report the findings and discuss a potential repair. Technician Derek, SR# 7739096044. I advised the tech of my findings and discussed the potential of performing a mullion repair to correct the issue. The tech advised to attempt and by all measures, it was successful. I found the prior repair for the chiller assembly had failed and corrected permanently with a replacement strap. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for a microwave giving an open/close door error message and not starting. The customer stated they would have to slam the door sometimes. The customer stated the previous technician said the unit was put back together when he left but he showed me the left side interlock was not mounted. I found the screws for the interlock missing. I used a screw from the right side and mounted the interlock to test the door switch circuits. I found the left interlock not closing when the door was closed and the normally open side of the primary interlock switch staying closed whether the door was open or closed. I replaced the interlocks and tested the microwave. All is working as designed. I explained to the customer we would get the other two screws to get them mounted properly. "On site for a dishwasher that is not washing dishes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that after washing two loads in the dishwasher, the unit stopped working all together. She advised that she didnt believe that any water was getting to the unit because the unit will make sounds like it was running, but would not actually circulate any water. I tested the unit and did confirm that water was not getting to the unit. I ran the Mr. diagnostics and found an F6 E1 (low/no water detected during the fill) and F6 E2 (fill valve electrical issue error codes. I checked the water lines and electrical connections and tried to make sure that everything was open and fully connected. After checking those and trying to start a cycle again, I found water immediately begin to flow into the unit and started washing dishes. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is frosting in the FC in multiple locations. The customer stated that wasnt the issue. The customer stated that the issue is the top of the FC door gasket is getting full of water and it runs down on the floor. I found water droplets running down the mullion from the bottom of the deli drawer. I found an excessive amount of water in the gasket since the customer stated she had dried it off earlier this morning. I found gaps between the chassis and liner around the deli drawer especially at the bottom of the door. The liner needs to be sealed to the chassis and this was never done during manufacturing. I also found the right RC gasket torn and the magnet starting to get exposed. Ordering WP482338 white silicone & W10830274 RC gasket. Arrived onsite for cooktop burner not igniting in a timely manner. On inspection the front left burner was not igniting correctly. The ignitor wqs sparking to the left and the gas comes out on the right. I adjust the burner so the igniter would spark on the right side. Now the burner ignites on the first few sparks. The range is operating as designed and no gas were detected during service. No parts were installed on unit.

I ran it on quick wash and when it went to the middle arm it did not spray water, it dripped it for about 3 minutes then it sprayed like normal for about a minute. I talked with Gerry and he said to replace the lower arm on that unit because of the way it operates. "Arrived on site for a dryer that wont turn on. Inspected unit and work area. Upon entry, I found the UI slightly dimmed and the off position, and the touch buttons would not respond. I checked voltage and found proper voltage and polarity going to the unit. I checked proper voltage going to the user interface. I unplugged the unit for a minute and talked it back in and found the unit start to work and operate as designed. I spoke to SW and was asked if the customer is using the Wi-Fi on the dryer. The customer advised that he does not know how to hook that up. I did inform the customer that it is possible that the unit is trying to do updates without being hooked to Wi-Fi which can result in this issue and that power cycling the unit will generally fix the non-response issue. Inspected under unit and found tub seal has broken, water has leaked on all the components under the gearcase and has rusted all components. Rotor is seized onto gearcase shaft. Arrived onsite for freezer side of refrigerator not cooling properly. Found both sides not cooling properly. Found only about 3 loops frosted on evaporator and I can hear the refrigerant flow starting and stopping. Removed evap cover and inspected it and the system for leaks and no leaks were present. Checked pressures and found pressures good and had the right amount of refrigerant but the high side would shoot up when the flow would stop. The unit was acting like there was moisture in the cap tube causing the issue. I removed the charge and vacuumed the system. I charged the system with 5.5 oz of R134A. I tested the unit and had good pressures and good refrigerant flow. Unit is operating as designed and refrigerant is flowing good at this time. No water leaks are present at time of repair. Call complete. NO PARTS USED.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit leaving oil behind. Test unit and found unit working as designed and found cooking grease on the filter. Advised customer to be careful with oil or grease can cause to unit not to clean correctly job complete.

Arrived onsite for IM not producing ice cubes. On inspection the unit is making ice just not cutting the slab into ice cubes. Tested the cutting grid and it was 9ohms. I pulled the grid out and there was a broken wire on it. Installed the new cutting grid and told the customer to give it about 20 minutes to produce the frist slab and if it does not cut calls us.
