Arrived on site for an electric dryer model WED5620HW2 that is making abnormal noises during operation. I confirmed the customers complaint and heard a rattling noise coming from the dryer. I found the unit is sitting on a pedestal and tightened the screws attaching the dryer to the pedestal and found the noise got quieter, but did not remove the rattle. I gained access inside and found the blower wheel cracked and the motor making a ticking noise. I replaced both motor W11511154 and blower wheel WP697772 and reassembled the machine. I found the unit working and operating as designed with no abnormal sounds present. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator model ED5JHEXTB00 that is leaking water onto the floor from the freezer and has an ice sheet in the bottom of the freezer. Inspected unit and work area. I confirmed the customers complaint and foundnthe drip pan frozen over, causing the defrost moisture off the evaporator to drip down into the freezer section and eventually onto the floor. I removed the ice build up and steamed out the excess ice. I found a clog in the drain tube, causing the issue and removed the clog. Arrived on site for dryer WED4815EW1 with issue of not drying. Upon arrival, test unit and found timer is not advancing and heater is not energizing . I test polarity and get 120 from both L1 and L2 to neutral but only 1 volt together and needs to be 240. Both timer and heater need 240 to operate. Advised customer of incoming voltage issue. MVW5430MW2 Arrived on site form pervious tech visit to install parts. As I was removing the sheild, I didnt see any oil leaks coming from the gearcase case I uploaded photos. Its possible it was coming from the capacitor . I tested the capacitor, and readings were off. Also, the actuator ,belt ,and splutch have failed. I replaced all parts calibrated , and then tested product, is working as its designed no water leaks visible from the main water supply.

Tested unit and found the coupler completely broken apart on the ice bin, Also found the plastic on the chute broken due to the failed coupler, this is the same issue that occurred approximately one month ago. Replaced the ice door (W11098702) and auger motor (W11202789) as precautionary measures. Also replaced the ice bin (W11768643), chute (W11759371), and coupler (WP2220458). WDF310PAAB4 Arrived on site for a dishwasher making nosies like a garage disposable and not adding water. On arrival, I verified the issue the heater has failed and the water valve. I replaced both parts ran diagnostic no water leaks visible from the main water supply product is working as its designed.

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that was not washing properly. Entered diagnostics and retrieved F4E3 (Wash Motor Not Running) error code. Started a diagnostic cycle and confirmed the sump and motor assembly was not operating, preventing water from circulating through the spray arms. Verified the unit was receiving proper incoming voltage and checked voltage at the wash motor during operation. The motor was receiving the correct voltage from the control but failed to respond, confirming a failed sump and motor assembly. Replaced the sump and motor assembly, reassembled the unit, and ran a complete diagnostic cycle. Verified the new motor operated correctly, water circulated through all spray arms, and the dishwasher completed the cycle without any additional error codes or leaks. Unit is now washing properly. DU945PWPS2 Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking water. On arrival, the client stated that it was leaking soap at the beginning from the front. I ran diagnostic no error codes, then I tested on normal four times, and I noticed excessive suds . After the water cleared up from the suds I notified the client they are using to much soap, and the pods they are using were too much soap. The client wanted to test the dishwasher with a pod . She put a pod in and set it on normal, then powered it on. No suds appeared at all. I told her that since I ran it 4 to 5 times, I was able to get rid of the excessive soap sum. I recommend running a heavy cycle with a tea spoon of cooking oil to get rid of the soap builtup. No parts used product works as its designed no water leaks visible from the main water supply.

Arrived on site to inspect washer/dryer laundry center WETLV27HW3 control issues. Upon further inspection, the tenant advised that the unit went into drain and spin and shut down. I found the drain/spin light flashing and clewres it out by holding the start button for 10 seconds. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1-basket speed fault. I cleared the code and manually tested the agitation and spin modes and both failed as I could hear the capacitor rattling. I advised the tenant that the capacitor has failed and not the control and I would have to order parts. Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer with no LED display or console lights. Attempted to power the unit on and found the dryer would respond to button presses with audible beeps, indicating the main control was receiving power and processing inputs, but the display remained completely blank with no illuminated LEDs. Verified the issue was isolated to the user interface/console. Determined the console had internally failed and was shorted. Replaced the console assembly, restored power, and tested all functions. Verified the display illuminated properly, all LEDs and touch controls responded correctly, and the dryer operated through a test cycle without any faults. Unit is now operating as designed. Arrived on site to inspect venthood KVUC606KSS1 not working. Upon further inspection, I found the breaker tripped and the unit unplugged. I inspected the power cord for breaks and found none. I inspected the junction box and found the unit wired correctly. When I pulled the junction box down to inspect the power cord, I plugged the unit in and tested and it is operating as designed. Once I put the junction box back up, the unit tripped the breaker. I gained access to the filter board and found it was grounding to the chassis. It appears thst when the unit was installed and wired, the filter board harness to the junction box was pulled on way too hard and caused the filter board mounts to come loose. I adjusted the filter board and re-wired the power cord in the junction box and retested and the unit is operating as designed. Job completed. No one on site to sign for receipt.

I ran the unit through diagnostics and confirmed the customers complaint, finding the error stored on the control. I replaced the main control W11785653 and tested the unit. Arrived on-site to test the unit for noise during operation. Tested the unit and confirmed the noise was present during agitation. Inspected underneath the unit and found that the capacitor had come loose and became wedged between the splutch cam and belt, cutting a groove into the capacitor and causing it to leak oil onto the belt and damage the cam. Replaced the capacitor (W11395618), splutch assembly (W10721967), belt (WPW10006384), and shift actuator (W11481722), then tested the unit. A noise was still coming from inside the gearcase. Attempted to remove the washplate, but it was seized and had to be broken out. Replaced the gearcase (W11449840) and washplate (W10902814), then retested the unit. The noise is now gone, the unit is operating as designed, and no leaks were detected. Job complete.

Due to the UI failure, I removed and replaced the control panel fascia (UI) and cycle power to the unit 5 times as indicated on the display. Placed the unit in diagnostics and calibrated the unit then tested in diagnostics automatic test. The unit completed the test and is operating as designed. I found detergent on the old UI which could possibly have caused the failure. I found the customers detergent bottle on a shelf above the unit dripping detergent onto the control panel. Explained to customer water will always sit there because there is a sump where the drain filter sits and as long as the drain hose is looped correctly, water will always sit there. Some machines are deeper sumps than others. No error codes found and diagnostic test passed. Water pressure draining is correctly and machine has no clogs. Unit is functioning as designed. Arrived on site for a washing machine model WTW4957PW0 that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. I ran the unit it through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill), F2 E1 (UI stuck key), and F7 E1 (basket speed fault) error codes. I ran tye unit through diagnostics and found the hot water valve at the wall was shut off. As I turned it on, I found water dispenser but also found a leak at the water shut-off, indicating the reason it was shut off. I found the unit working until it went to agitate. I found the motor spinning but the agitator not. I also found during what was supposed to be spin, nothing happening. I checked underneath and found the cover shield broken, the capacitor dangling, and the belt and splutch assembly worn and broken. Ordering the gearcase, cover shield, and screws for repair and will return with currently sent parts. Arrived on site to replace previously defective part. Upon arrival proceeded to replace bottom W11598119 blower. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed.

Arrived onsite for rust streaking out of the vent housing. Accessed internals and found factory screw spare had been lodged into the vent housing and was rusting and weeping rust out of the vent. Bezel defective. Replaced bezel wpw10334900. Removed rust and removed rusted screw. Unit now has factory screw removed from housing and normal functionnis restored.

Arrived onsite for off balance spin occasionally. Customer was washing a small load of mixed articles that included some half size towels. The setting was whites. I moved the load to drain and spin and recreated the issue of banging and walking during spin. Which then initiated auto balance rinse. I cancelled and manually balanced the irregular articles of clothing and ran a drain and spin again. This time the unit operated smoothly. No functional failure. Ordinary balance and loading instruct. Customer needs explanation in Spanish. Advised customer that a Spanish speaking representative would call to discuss findings. Household is pier and beam and the washroom is not level which may impact the frequency of off balance occurrence. Reported findings to techline: 24181643

Arrived in site for washing machine not dispensing water. Upon arrival cx informed me that the city changed the water supply and that may be the issue. Removed water lines and inspected valves screens for debris. None found valves are clean. Put unit in dish mode and tested components. Found door switch unable to latch. Arrived on site to look at model NTW4519JW2 for customer complaint of no power. Found proper voltage getting to main control, no response. I replaced control and tested, ran lid lock, valves, and as soon as pump was activated the new control blew. Will need to replace pump, harness, and control at the same time. A drive down site for a washer stuck in drain mode . Ran diagnostics got pressure sensor error. Pressure hose checked normal. Replaced control. Ran calibration and test wash. All checked normal. No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete

Arrived on site. Pierced system found no pressure or refrigerant in unit,removed the drier while gaining access to compressor service port found red lead sticking out of harness,attempted to install and found lead does not stay in place called tech support sent pictures of broken tabs on lead per tech support can not be repaired and customer will need to contact trade partner team. Arrived on-site for oh dishwasher model KDFE304RPS0 that is blinking the sanitize light after each cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised she called Whirlpool to get documentation of the previous advisement and was told they did not have that information. She said she was set up for service and wanted that information. She stated that the unit does still wash and clean her dishes, with her dishes coming out dry at the end of the cycle. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit throughna diagnostic cycle and found suds build-up in the dishwasher, but found all parts activate and the heater was hot. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to George SR # 24190530. He had me run several tests and advised that the previous advisement from Techline was correct. He advised that the unit is working and operating as designed, as there are no stored error codes and cycles do complete. He advised me to make no repairs at this time. I advised the customer of Techlines findings. Call complete. No parts were installe, and no leaks were present during service.

Arrived on site to dishwasher not working. Tried to start dishwasher and it took 6 trys pushing start before it stated cycle. Dishwasher filled but would not wash. Tried canceling cycle but the cancel button was not working and cancel led was not lighting up. Ran diagnostics and found F4E3 motor fault code. WTW4816FW3 Arrived on site for a washer with draining pump running. On arrival, I verified the issue of long drain a failed control board. I replaced the control board calibrated then tested product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from the main water supply.

Arrived on site to inspect compactor KTTS505EPA2 door not opening properly. Upon further inspection, I found the unit has a trim on the door to match the cabinets. When I went to open the unit door, it failed to pop open properly and closed. I had to pull on the handle to get the door to slide open properly. I inspected the foot pedal and it is in good condition. I found a service pointer, W11770981 describing how the toeplate gets caught in the foot pedal and doesnt allow it to properly open. Arrived on site to apartment 1408 for dryer WED4105SW1 with issue of loud screeching noise. Upon arrival, test unit by manually turning drum by hand. Can hear rubbing coming from blower wheel area. I found blower housing slightly out of position. I repositioned blower housing and test unit. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete

Arrived on site to look at model MHW5630HW2 for customer complaint of unit not powering on. Found proper power getting to UI console but no response, I replaced console, unit tested good. Part used w11316623

Arrived onsite for unit not completing cycles. Found basket re engagement failure, ran the unit and couldnt hear the unit in both spin and agitate hum but no operation, verified capacitor failed, replaced capacitor and tested and unit operates as designed with no leaks, call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for not filling, tested unit found in diagnostics all components are activating properly but when starting cycle valve just hums but does not let water in, replaced valve assembly W11173599 and control W11589205 and tested unit is now running as designed no leaks detected job complete

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis of a leak in the sealed system, i disassembled the unit and removed and replaced the compressor, evaporator, access valve, and Non-UV drier. Vacuumed the system down to -30/0 psi and monitored my gauges/pressures. Pressures held good and I installed 5.75oz of R134a refrigerant and allowed the system to equalize. While equalizing, I reassembled the unit then tested the unit in diagnostics. I monitored pressures in the ice making stage and found the unit operating as designed. I removed my gauges and tested in a normal cycle and the unit is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cycle for at least 24 hours and remove the first two batches.
