Tested the unit and found it would not turn on, but if pushing up on the venthood, the lights and blower would come on. I cycled power to,the unit and removed the light plate and inspected the control. I found the molex connector would not stay connected. I removed and replaced the control and removed the harness box and pressed the control molex into the main harness molex and secured it using a ziptie (photo). Reassembled the unit and tested and unit is operating as designed. I found that the control harness molex clips were not staying secured to the main harness molex and while using the unit, the vibration was causing the two molex connectors to come disconnected. Retested again before closing ticket and unit continued to operate as designed. Job completed."

"WZF34X20DW05 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I evacuated the system and then replaced the compressor, installing the dye drier and service port. Vacuum yielded 330 microns and additional monitoring time showed no loss of vacuum. I charged with the MFG determined refrigerant charge and tested. The unit started cooling as designed, with the prior refrigerant spurting and intermittence corrected. No water connections to unit."

Arrived on site for a cooktop that is tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customer complaint and found the unit tripping the breaker upon unit getting supplied power. Gained access to the infinite switches and found one of the support anchors screws had gone through part of the wire harness and had damaged three wires. Used wire caps to fix the wiring and tested the unit. Found the unit showing that the cooktop was on when it was not heating. Found several of the Internet switches had burn marks on them so I replaced all infinite switches. Tested the unit and the unit began to work and operate as designed without tripping the breaker. "WFE505W0JZ3 Arrived to inspect oven turning on. The tenant advised the issue was the broiler would not shut off, unless the circuit breaker was shut off. I found the broiler element did not have all the screws in place and that had allowed the element contacts to ground to the chassis. In turn, the relay for the broiler failed internally and showed closed at all times. The harness was damaged at the broiler connection point and will require replacement. Office to order parts and contact the customer to arrange return service. I was unable to contact the safety line to report findings due to their new scheduled hours. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and could hear something clanking around inside, but the drum was empty. I removed one of the drum baffles and found a coin inside. Removed the coin and tested the drum by turning it and no further noises. I tested the unit again and after a few minutes, I could hear a faint vibration noise. I disassembled the unit to find the blower wheel broken (photo). I removed and replaced the wheel and retested and unit is operating as designed. I reassembled the unit and retested again and the unit continues to operate as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Also found the back right roller not turning properly. I replaced the element and repair kit that included the belt and roller and reassembled the unit. Arrived on site for a dishwasher that wont drain. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the filter cap had fallen off underneath and they didnt know how to reinstall it. I installed the filter cap and attempted to drain the dishwasher. Found the dishwasher would not drain. Removed the drain hose off of the Garbage disposal and found no water coming through the drain hose. Use the shop vac to remove all excess water as out of the dishwasher. Gained access to the drain pump and found a piece of a bowl or a cup impeding the drain pump impeller. Removed the obstruction and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a washer that is not dispensing fabric softener. I ran the unit with fabric softener in the dispenser and found that it did dispense all of it I replaced the cold water valve and tested the unit and found that it is now working. Upon further inspection I found F0e2 overuse code stored i cleared the code and ran a quick wash cycle and found unit operating as designed. I advised the customer to cut down on how much detergent there are using

11108 confirmed error code F1E0. Visual inspection of the main board found pest have damaged the units main board. spoke to TL to document 7738190407. Spoke to trade care to document. I found the unit would heat and operated as expected with the venting disconnected, but when the vent was reconnected, airflow was severely reduced. I was able to look into the part of the venting that rose in the wall and found it moderately clear. The issue above the rooms wall level or at the vent cap and will need to be cleared at those points. I advised the customer of my findings and to not use the unit until vent cleaning has been completed."

Upon arrival I checked the valves and found the operating as designed but the flames would dance a little bit and sound like a blowtorch at times. I checked the reg. And found that it was sent correctly for the type of gas the customer is using. Arrived onsite for a MW that is making popping noises and will not heat. Upon arrival I inspected the unit and found that the diode had popped I contacted safety and got the Author#W19xur1wpl1. To replace the diode. I did so and tested the unit and found that the unit is now operating as designed.

"Arrived onsite for unit tripping GFCI outlet. Replaced main control, DSI board, igniter and wire harness. Repair had no effect. Called tech line spoke to Nate SR#7738182399. Tech recommended that with the parts that were replaced, that should have cleared any issues. Tech is recommending unit be placed on its own dedicated breaker and non GFCI. Once adjustment is made, if unit is still having issues, customer may call back in. Job complete"

"Arrived on site for a range that has uneven cooking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will still turn off her oven when using the kitchen timer and that the temperature in your oven fluctuates depending on the cycle being used. I ran the unit through a 350?F bake cycle and found the unit cycling between 347?F and 330?F indicating an average temperature of 339?F. I tested the kitchen timer button throughout most of the cycling and could not get the unit to turn off. The customer also explained that every now and again, the unit will flash red screen and rock cycle itself back on. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rob SR # 7737090152. He advised that besides a little oven temperature calibration, that he saw no no issues with this unit, and that the unit would not flash a red screen, but it would be a blue. He said that generally this will happen if the customer is having some kind of electrical power, surge, or loss of power. He advised that without us being able to replicate this issue, the unit is working an operating as designed. He advised to make no repair at this time. Call complete."

On arrival verified complaint of unit doors not level. Found cabinet is wobbling and doors not level. Leveled unit but doors still not equal and unit still wobbles called TL 7738185842 up due to unit sealing correctly and working complaint is considered cosmetic and advised to shim back right corner. Customer did not like that option. TL and I advised customer to call customer service. Hinges are perfectly level and door is sealing. Customer is going to call Customer service for cosmetic complaint.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making enough ice. Upon further inspection, I found a small amount of ice in the bin and two gallon sized ziplock bags full of ice in the FC section. I tested temps in the FC=7 degrees and RC=35 degrees on manufacturer recommended settings of 0/37 and the deli temps=38 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked the FC thermistor reading=5 degrees; RC thermistor=37 degrees; deli thermistor=37 degrees. Customer advised that their vegetables are freezing as well. I checked the deli drawers and found the vegetables wet inside their baggies. I tested the deli damper in diagnostics and it is operating as designed. I advised the customer of my findings and made recommendations for use and care, as well as, food placement in the unit. The unit is opening as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job complete."

"Arrived on site or a refrigerator that is making a rattling noise. Inspected unit and work area. Could not hear any rattling or vibration noise coming from the unit. The customer advised that the noise completely stopped about five or six days ago when they called in and they dont know exactly whats happening. she did advise that when they moved the refrigerator, it seem to help a little bit. Tested all components and found all components working and operating as designed. Did advise the customer without being able to replicate it, I would not be able to determine exactly what happened. I did tell them that it is passport mightve just been cabinet vibration due to the flooring. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a microwave that has a partially melted door. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the door started melting after something was boiling underneath it for an extended period of time. She advised the unit does open and close properly and does work, but she wanted to see if the door could be replaced. I checked with claims he was advised that this is a cosmetic issue and would not be covered under their standard warranty due to it not being a defect of the product itself. I did advise customer that they may contact whirlpool for further assistance, but that under their standard warranty, we could not get them covered. Call complete."

Found the fill tube for the ice maker leaking which caused the defrost drain to freeze over. Removed all ice buildup from freezer. Corrected fill tube positioning and cleared the defrost drain. Cycled ice maker and tested. All checks good and no water leaks present. Job complete"

Arrived onsite and found unit not operating properly due to polarity at the outlet being reversed causing the module to not recognize flame and stop ignition. Advised customer on findings. All checks good.

"Arrived on site for a washer that is not draining properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit works fine on almost every cycle besides delicates. On delicates, the unit never spins the clothes out and they come out dripping wet. I checked the delicate cycle and found the soon selection on low spin. The customer advised that you cant do a high speed spin on delicates because youll stretch them out. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran and operated as designed. Customer advised that when she washes two rugs or two hoodies together that they never come out, fully spun out. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Brandon SR# 7738173823. He advised that based on all the information, the issue would have to be with the loading portion of the unit as the customer is only throwing in 1 to 2 items during certain loads. He advised that it will cause off-balance issues which will contribute towards the unit not completely spinning out properly. If I was, there is no Known issues with the programming and that the customer will just need to adjust their spin speed on their delicate cycle as their delicate cycle setting is on low spin. He advised to make no repairs. Call complete."
