"KRFF507HPS04 Arrived to inspect ice dispensing issues. I found the RC at 29 and the FC at -3. Inspection of the ice maker housing revealed a gap along the majority of the back of the adapter and back wall of the RC, allowing refrigerator temperature air to circulate throughout the ice maker system. This resulted in freeze-thaw cycles and the ice clumping and unable to be dispensed. I was able to correct the ice maker housing and flipped the ice bin door gasket. The doors and cabinet required leveling and matching. ADC was set to Basic. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

I pressed the start/pause button and held for approximately five seconds and the unit drain pump came on and drained the water from the tub. I then placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F5E2-lid lock failure. Cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. Following the tech sheet for the error code, I tested the lid switch/latch and based off the chart in the tech manual, my ohms readings were within range. "WRS331SDHM08 Arrived to inspect noise and loss of water dispensing. I found the ice maker fill tube had been leaking at every fill and running down the back of the FC. Ice had accumulated at the evaporator fan, stopping it from rotating and resultant airflow loss caused the water chiller in the RC to freeze. I was able to fully correct the leaking issue and then thaw the chiller. The machine regained all functions and operated as designed. No leaks observed during service."
