"Refrigerator WRF757SDHZ05 was not cooling in the refrigerator or freezer cabinet. Pulled refrigerator out and removed back panel. Compressor kicked on and buzzed for a few seconds, then shut off. Tested compressor windings with ohmmeter: 6.1 ohms from common to start, 5.4 ohms from common to run, 10.8 ohms across run and start windings. Replaced start device wpw10197428 compressor fired up and buzzed for about two seconds, then shut off. Compressor has locked rotor. Ordering compressor , UV dryer, access valve and freezer evaporator. Needs to be set up for sealed system service tech. "WFW6620HC2. Customer stated she kept getting a low flow error message on the washer. Ran washer. Through diagnostics, found an F8E1, which is a long fill fault code. Removed and replaced hot and cold water valves Ww11688995, w11688994. Tested washer in diagnostics with auto test; both valves working properly. Filled with water, agitated, drained, and spun; washer working as intended. No leaks detected at times of service."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator model WRFF3236RZ00 over cooling in the RC. Upon further inspection, I checked temperatures and measured 33 RC and -2FC. I checked the RC Thermistor and it was testing good. I placed the unit into service mode and checked the operation of the damper and found it to be operating properly. I checked the gaskets and found they were in good condition, however there was a small gap between the two doors at the bottom. I corrected this by adjusting the leveling of the refrigerator. I also adjusted the temp in the fridge slightly. The refrigerator is operating as designed. O water leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for a dryer MED6230HW2 not heating. I verified the issue and tested the element. The element is open so I replaced the element wp3387747 and the cut-off 279973. Tested on timed dry. Unit is heating and tumbling as designed. I advised the customer to have the vents cleaned before using the dryer since it's been at least 2 years since the last cleaning.

Arrived on site to install shipped parts on an oven JGRP436HM05. I verified missing paint on the oven. I replaced the right panel that was shipped to the customer. Tested all burners and unit is operating as designed. No leaks detected while on site. Installed w11038254

Arrived onsite for unit not catching lint and not drying completely. I tested the temps with the hose off and found it reached correct temp at 170 and fall quick when cycled off. Jenn-Air electric cooktop model JED3430WB01: Verified left front burner failed. Removed and replaced left front infinite switch wpw1023425 and left front burner wpw1017822. Tested cooktop; all burners functioning properly.

Model ACR4303MMS2 verified. Left front burner not working properlywould not get hot. Lifted up cooktop and found receptacle melted. Completely removed old receptacle and spliced in new receptacle 814399. Reinstalled burner and tested cooktop. All burners get hot; oven working as intended. No parts ordered.

Arrived onsite ford dryer not starting. I found the thermal fuse OL. I replaced the fuse and same issue occurs. I found the PTS switch has failed and replaced the WPW10446920 PTS SWITCH. Unit now starts and operates as designed. Also installed WP3392519 THERMAL FUSE.

Arrived on site to inspect microwave model WMC30516AS sparking almost every time it is used. Upon futher inspection. I found there was damage to the wave guide shield. I removed the shield and found that the magnatron and waveguide were damaged. Will upload photos for report.

Found there is no voltage from outlet. Checked breaker and there are no tripped breakers. Found unit is not connected to a dedicated circuit. The outlet for refrigerator is connected to kitchen counter gfci outlet. I reset the gfci outlet and unit powered on. Ran diagnostics to test all components. All components operate correctly without tripping breaker. Allowed unit to operate under normal operation. Unit is operating as designed. It is recommended the Unit has its own dedicated circuit. Per page 9 of installation instructions . Cannot duplicate a breaker tripping issue.

Powered unit off and havent checked since. Applied power to the unit and let idle for 20 minutes. Inspected small oven; no heat emitting from elements or lights. Lights may have been left on unknowingly, causing residual warmth. As precautionary measure replaced control (W11317944). Retested idle operation; no abnormal heat. Customer was also confused about the ice maker ON/OFF function on the user interface and had been unintentionally turning the ice maker OFF instead of ON. Customer stated the washer will complete a couple of cycles, but during others it will drain the water out immediately and then stop, doing nothing. Inspected the rear of the unit and found the drain hose improperly installed with no siphon break and the hose positioned at floor level, causing the washer to siphon water out as it fills, interrupting the cycle. She said the probe displayed when it wasn't in use, and then the hourglass on the display showed up and then shut down. All issues point to the ui control . I replaced the ui control and then tested both upper and lower ovens on 350 . Temperature reached product is working as its designed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer that would not start consistently and would shut off shortly after starting.Began by testing the unit through several start attempts. Found that the dryer would only start intermittently, and when it did, it would immediately shut off as if the door was being opened. Inspected the door assembly and tested the door switch. Found the door switch not engaging properly and failing to register the door as fully closed. This is causing the safety circuit to interrupt power to the motor.Confirmed that all other components were receiving proper voltage and that the issue is isolated to the faulty door switch. Saw signs of water sediment along door gasket as well as water getting through gasket and leak down door past left hinge. Heated the water for 3 minutes. After the 3-minute cycle, the water reached 212?F and achieved a full boil. Informed the customer that water in a glass container typically takes longer to heat compared to ceramic due to the way glass absorbs microwave energy. All tests performed indicate the microwave is heating properly and operating as designed at this time. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave making a squeaking sound when the turntable was rotating.Began by running the unit with a cup of water to safely replicate the issue. As soon as the turntable began to rotate, I could clearly hear the squeaking noise coming from the turntable drive system. Removed the turntable plate and support to inspect the motor shaft and drive components. Found the turntable motor shaft worn and causing friction during rotation. Replaced the turntable motor and motor shaft assembly. Reassembled the unit and retested with a cup of water. The turntable now rotates smoothly with no squeaking or abnormal noises. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher receiving power but the control panel not responding. Verified the customers complaint and found the display completely unresponsive. Pulled the unit forward and tested incoming voltage to the main control board. Confirmed 125V AC present, indicating the unit was receiving proper power. However, the control board itself was not responding. Replaced the main control board . Reassembled the unit and restored power. Ran a full operational test and verified the control panel is now responsive, and the dishwasher is filling, washing, draining, and completing cycles correctly. No leaks were found at this time. "WFES3030RS0 Arrived on site for a range tripping breaker again. On arrival, I verified the issue again. I removed the ground wire then then preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I took amp draw only oven on it was 14.67 with all burners on high and oven on it was 39.88. I rewired the ground wire back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I checked polarity, and voltage readings were correct. The product works as it's designed. I recommend the client to contact the gfci breaker company for information on the correct gfci breaker for the range. I provided the client with phone numbers to call. I also recommend to leave oven on for one hour. Calling Whirlpool Safety to notify my findings. Case# 21545599"

"Arrived on-site for washing machine model MVWC215EW1 making a clicking sound when it agitates and banging the side walls when it spins. Inspected unit and work area. Tested the unit and found the whole basket agitating. When it went to spin, the basket banged against the side walls but made no other abnormal noises. Checked underneath the machine and found that the drive was fully stripped. Checked the actuator and found the rocker arm moving freely, indicating the shifter was bad. Checked the suspension and found the suspension rods in bad shape. Replaced the suspension rod kit W10780045, splutch assembly W10721967, shifter actuator W10913953, and drive belt WPW10006384. Tested the unit and found it working and operating as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete."

I checked and confirmed temperature at 49?F and gained access to the evaporator. I found a big ice ball stuck on the cap tube indicating a leak or a failed compressor. "Arrived on site for refrigerator model WRS315SDHM13 dispensing water and ice with a chemical taste. Inspected unit and work area. Tested water dispenser and found high water pressure; water tasted clean. Tested ice and found no abnormal taste. Customer stated taste was bad initially but improved. Asked if they flushed two gallons through filter before use; they had not. Explained taste likely due to water supply or filtermanufacturer recommends flushing two gallons to clear charcoal particles that can cause abnormal taste. Also noted possible water supply issues from developing neighborhood construction introducing soil or chemicals. Called Whirlpool Techline (Tim, SR# 21819119); advised no machine-side cause for smells, no repair needed. Suggested customer try replacing braided water line with copper if desired, though not machine-related and at their cost. Call complete. No parts were installed. NO WATER LEAKS OBSERVED DURING SERVICE."

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator WRS325SDHZ12 that was getting ice stuck between the door and chute. Customer had a cube stuck on arrival, and I was able to see where it wedged. After clearing that cube, I was able to recreate cubes getting stuck several times. I called tech line for recommendations since this issue has been ongoing SR21810012. Tech line had me check the level of the unit, which was actually leaning towards the FRONT. This was causing the ice produced and dispensed to bunch together in the front of the bin, and when dispensing it was causing cubes to dispense faster than intended. I leveled the unit to raise the front end and tilt towards the rear, and retested. This keeps the cubes building towards the rear, with the dispenser auger being designed to pull cubes to dispense. After 10 attempts I had 1 instance where a cube got stuck, which was after hitting the dispenser paddle and letting off very quickly. Once a full cup dispenses and you let off, unit is no longer dropping excessive cubes. In the event issue continues to repeat, only repair that can be attempted is a new FC door. Call completed. No water leaks observed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher WDP540HAMZ0 with potentially warped lower spray arm that is not cleaning. Customer thought spray arm might be warped. I examined the unit and found spray arm is hitting the heater, and the arm itself isn't warped. I found the heater slightly warped and almost out of its retainer. Adjusted heater back to normal position and ran a cycle with clear door on unit. Found the spray arm working as designed. No water leaks present."

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator KRMF706ESS01 with left door closing issues, and right door gasket. Replaced right door gasket with new W10746057. For the left door I found the alignment between the hinge, closer, and bushing to be off. I replaced the Bushing W11223833, Closer W11163783, W10708583 Stop. I was able to get them all into alignment, but the door is still partially stiff. This is likely due to defective closer being unloaded/off. Reordering closer / bushing / hinge. Customer also has light(s) out in freezer and RC. Ordering LED lights as well. Returning Tech to properly clock and load the closer (seat bushing on hinge, and take closer and seat on top of the bushing. Rotate 90 degrees to load spring, then remove and install closer in door / finish reinstall).
