Arrived onsite for IM not properly ice. On inspection the ice maker made ice over the last week. The customer was surprised it had ice. He showed the frost buildup in the fc. Most of the ice was in the back of the fc.gain access to the back of the unit and found that the p-trap had a air gap. I pulled and clean the p-trap and add silicone to the p-trap to seal it. Customer is going to defrost the fc to get raid of the ice sickles. No parts installed on this service call.

On arrival verified complaint of leaking. Customer states the unit leaked onto the floor and flooded the house. Customer had door open after a cycle and didnt see the water valve would not shut off which caused it to over flow out the door down to the drip pan and onto the floor. The drain pump does not run constant in flood mode which caused it to not catch up with the flow of water. Replaced the water valve and ran a cycle to confirm unit does not leak any further. Upon further inspection, I pulled the unit out and found the tenant had connected a filter to the unit at the back of the unit (photo). I found no leaks at the unit, but did find dry water stains on the back wall at the water source (photo). Also found where the flooring was buckling and peeling up to the right of the unit at the cabinets (photo). I found the water turned off and turned it on and dispensed water and found the tubing at the valve that goes to,the water dispenser was not fully inserted to the valve and was leaking. "WOC54EC0HS20 Arrived to inspect reoccurring prior issue. Upon arrival, discussion with the customer revealed the main issue was the power loss message and indication within the DRO. The MW door issue had somewhat returned as well. The customer had a servicer attempt a repair to the receptacle, mounted upside down within the cabinetry, that would not hold the plug for the unit in place. The receptacle was not replaced and the plug was zip-stripped in place, which may not correct the internal issue within the receptacle. I removed the UI and inspected/adjusted the data/VCC/G lines and secured. Reinstalling the unit into the cabinet, and correcting the mounting screw position, the MW door issue was fully resolved and the interlocks could not be made to disengage, unless force was applied to the door in an opening direction. The customer will monitor for power loss, which I highly suspect the receptacle is the cause, but we will order controls and other parts that are dedicated to the power supply within the unit. "Arrived onsite for washer not finishing a cycle. On inspection found the unit had the F0E2 error over sudding. Ran the unit in diagnostics mode and I filled the unit water and there was a lot of soap. I went to drain the unit, I stopped it after 4 minutes of draining and it was only half drain. I let it finish the draining. I gain access to the pump and found hair doodles and set of keys in the drain hose between the tub and the pump. I then reached up in the pump and felt an item. I pulled an article of clothing out of the pump. I filled the unit up with water and drain it an it drain very quick with out the obstruction in the way. The unit never completed a cycle and the soap added up and would cause the over sudding when they ran another load. The washer is operating as designed. No water leaks detected during service. "Arrived on site to diagnose dryer not starting. Tested unit and found no response. Checked wiring and found L1 wite burnt and shorted to the neutral wire. Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that is tripping the breaker. I check for stored error codes finding none. I ran the service cycle and the machine complete the cycle and worked as designed. Arrived onsite for an ice machine thats not making ice. I tested the machine and it went thru the flush cycle fine. When it filled for the first harvest cycle the recirculating pump didnt start. I went to test voltage at the pump and it started. I found the molex connector not fully seated. I snapped it together and watched the machine make one batch of ice and watched the pump start again on a second batch. All is working as designed. No water leaks were present at the time of service. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=8 degrees. I found the unit was in defrost mode when I arrived and temps in the FC=17 degrees. While inspecting the remaining unit, I left my thermal couple inside the FC section to monitor temps. Customer advised that they went to get ice and a lot of water came out of the ice dispenser and they could not get the ice bin out. I found the ice chute gasket not seated properly and adjusted (photos). When I went to remove the ice bin, it would not budge. I pulled several times and it finally came out and had a solid block of ice in the bottom (photo). Once I removed the bin, I tested the ice maker and it harvested as designed but I found the fill tube chute clogged with ice and the water would run over the chute into the bin. Also found the ice in the chute has some insulation debris inside. I found the ice maker was calling for too much water and water had gotten into the motor area. I removed and replaced the ice maker and sealed the fill tube and retested. Unit is operating as designed. I found some ice at the bottom of the opening of the freezer section and on the FC door. I removed the ice and closed the door and found the gasket sealing properly. I advised the customer that so,etching had kept the FC door open and allowed the warm air to mix with the cold air and when the door closed completely, the ice form. Recommended they double check the door to make sure its closing all the way. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed. W10882923"

Arrived onsite for dryer not drying correctly. On inspection I had the unit normal cycle and it was adding time like it supposed to do I stoped the unit by opening the door and I was checking the dampness of the towels in the unit and the dryer shut off 30 seconds after I open the door. Went in diagnostics looking for error message and found none. I installed a new control board into the unit and retested. Now I can open and close the door with out the unit shutting down power. Tested temps and they were at 157? specs say 155? with 10% tolerance. No gas leaks were detected during service. W11618921

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the tub. I ran the service cycle and tested the machine. The machine completed the cycle and worked as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete. INSTALLED W11409866 TUB.

Arrived on site for dryer making a lot of noise . Found 2screws stuck in front felt . Removed screws . Felt and drum glides are in good shape . Dryer is performing normally . No lint build up. Job complete . No parts used .

Arrived on site to inspect unit for door not shutting and causing condensation. Found edges were missing seal so added silicone to border. Arrived on site for dishwasher not turning on. Upon arrival found control bimetal broken and contorl has failed. Replaced both control wpw10285180 and bimetal w10258275. Tested unit and found it working as designed call complete

"Arrived on site to test unit for slow agitation. Activated agitation, unit seems to be rotating well but due to intermittent issues recommend replacing slider, clutch, and rotor. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the valve and while replacing, I found the water hoses badly corroded and needing to be replaced. The customer provided new hoses and I replaced the old with the new. Calibrated the unit and then tested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed. W11165546"

Arrived on site for washer not completing cycles. Upon arrival confirmed failure and found f5E3 in diagnostics. Tested unit and found latch w11670519 broken. Replaced it and tested unit. Found washer working as designed with no leaks. Call complete

Arrived on site for condensation on the freezer door gasket top right and found unit operating within design specifications and all doors sealing properly. Called techline and spoke with TJ and was advised to replace the freezer door and seal liner with silicone. PSP item. Office to reschedule. No parts used. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that still will not start cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they have fix the electrical supply issue and that the unit does turn on, but that when it starts a cycle, itll go a couple minutes and completely cancel the cycle. She advised that no water enters the unit. I did confirm the customers complaint and found the fill valve not even trying to let water through. I checked underneath and found the connector for the fill valve had been completely disconnected. I also found the customer had a small leak from the inlet water hose. I went ahead and fixed the water hose due to just being a poor connection on the L elbow. I reassembled the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and the customer advised that the freezer had ice build up. I plugged the unit in and gained access to the FC evaporator to test the element and harness. While in test mode, I found the element not getting voltage, but when I disconnected the harness at the orange wire I got 116V. I ohmed the element and it was within range (29ohms). I found burnouts on the element and the left side was badly warped. I removed and replaced the defrost element and retested and it continued to fail. I removed and replaced the evap harness and retested and was getting the same results. I found the control had failed, as well. I removed and replaced he control and programmed it to Code 12 and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. WPW10503278, WP12729123, W11260592"

"KRFF507HPS04 Arrived to install parts. I found the LH RC door with the damage issue and removed and replaced, noting the doors were not set correctly and approximately 8mm out of plane, with the left door upper corner the farthest point out and the bottom of the doors, near even. Correcting the chassis legs removed all but approximately 1mm of door error and the customer advised the ice maker had stopped. Service test 56 showed no errors and inspection revealed. Test 57 showed no ice maker action and 59 revealed the control sending both polarities of 12VDC. The ice maker did not have continuity and disassembly proved the issue to be with the ice maker and associated internal housing wiring. I was able to get the expected resistances, but by the time the assembly was reinstalled, the circuit opened again. Office to order parts and the customer has requested GCO. No leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11485529 (Ice Maker) and 1 W11605504 (Box, Ice)"
