"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, the tenant advised the unit is leaking at large amount of water from the back right side. I inspected the back panel and found no signs of a water leak. I removed the top panel and inspected the back right corner, I found a large amount of detergent debris and dry water spots (photo). When I went to gain access to the air vent at the back right side, I inspected the drain hose and found it not properly installed (photo). I removed the clamp and re-installed the hose and secured it with the clamp. I gained access to the air vent and found a large amount of old detergent residue in the tube (photos). I advised the tenant of my findings and made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. "Arrived on site to test unit for not heating properly. Upon arrival customer stated its not her oven but her cooktop that is not heating properly. She stated she has to turn up the temp for it to cook. She is used to a gas range that has a constant flame. Tested FR element, found the element is reacting to the positing of the infinite switch and is cycling properly. Advised to customer that the unit is working normally and the only way for it to regulate the temperature is to turn the element on for a certain period of time, then turn it off for a certain period of time depending on the position of the knob. Customer also had a concern of her breaker tripping when the unit was not in use, has used it a few times since and has not had an issue. After testing recommended that if the breaker does start tripping again, contact builder to get the breaker replaced. All components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the main control and cycled power to the unit. Cycled power back off and removed and replaced the control panel and when i went to place the unit back in its space, I found the unit would not fully insert into its space. I pulled the unit out onto my oven dolly and found the plug to the power cord not fully plugged into the outlet (photo). Using a ziptie, I secured the plug to the outlet and attempted to re-install the unit and found the plug and outlet are hitting the back portion of the top panel (photo). Also, the power strip/cord is getting wedged in between the unit and the side walls. I advised the customer of my findings and that the outlet is not positioned correctly and not installed correctly to allow the unit to sit fully in the cabinets. I made several attempts to re-install the unit by adjusting the power cord and attempting to get the unit to slide under the outlet with no luck. In the end, I advised the customer that they would need to contact their builder to have them correct the installation as the unit sits approximately half an inch out of the cabinets. Customer advised the last person to pull the unit out just shoved it back into its space, which caused the plug to not be fully seated in the outlet and exposing it's prongs making it a potential safety issue. "Arrived on site for range not turning on. On arrival confirmed failure amd found 40amp gfci breaker tripped on outside main breaker. I restored power and found 244 L1-2, 122 L1-n, 122 L2-n, 0 g-n. Replaced w11182108 bake element, w10856603 broil element, and w11707155 control, and baked unit to 500 with ground wire removed and then reattached wire and let temp drop to 250 then retested bake at 500 on bake. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water from the ice dispenser and on the inside onto the drawers. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they found water leaking from the ice maker onto the shelves/drawers below and down the ice bin door. I found where the ice bin door gasket was beginning to crimp and dry water marks on the front of the ice bin door. I found a block of ice in the ice bin from the ice maker, and it appears that the ice maker is calling for too much water. I checked the ice maker tray and found the ice at the top of the mouth of the tray. I tested the ice maker in diagnostics test 57, and the ice that was dispensed was one piece. When I tested the fill tube, I found water at the top of the mouth of the tray again. I placed my flashlight at the bottom of the RC door mullion and checked the RC door gaskets and found the right RC door gasket is beginning to warp outward and create a gap at the bottom of the mullion again. Also, when I opened the FC door, I found it difficult to open and close and found ice/frost built up on both rails of the brackets. Due to these issues, I am ordering the ice bin door, FC bracket kit, and right RC door and will return with all prescreened parts. Office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. Upon further inspection, I found that the blower was causing the tower of the vent hood to vibrate excessively and produce a very loud noise.I checked the blower motor assembly and found that it was in good working order without any issues. GFE28GYNJFS Arrived on site for a refrigerator leaking water. On arrival client stated after replacing filter product started leaking water from despenser. I removed all gallon of water out of despenser no leaks . Further inspection I found ice build up under ice bucket i removed all ice place my flashlight in ice box to make sure door was sealing correctly it was in good shape. I tested icemaker worked good no water leaks. Product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply no parts used.

WDP540HAMZ4 Arrived on site for a dishwasher not draining. On arrival client said water would be at the bottom after cycle is done. I ran diagnostic no error codes I noticed drain hose from dishwasher wasn't arched the way it suppose to i adjusted drain hose and zip tied and ran a test mode. Product completed cycle drain all water out of tub. Product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply. No parts used.

Arrived onsite and repaired unit with overproduction concerns. Replaced icemaker and corrected fridge door trim. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on findings and repair. W11744512

"On arrival verified complaint of left freezer door not sealing. Visual inspection shows that the top right corner of the gasket is not sealed. All other parts of the gasket are sealing, also found that the leveling legs are broken at the plastic wheels. On both sides and will require replacement As to level the unit correctly Attempted to relax the gasket using heat gun was able to make a seal. we'll need to order Left wheel WPW10304660 and right hand wheel WPW10304659. On return verified gasket is sealing reschedule for 3/10 no parts installed ; ordrng 1 WPW10304660 (Left wheel) and 1 WPW10304659 (Right wheel)"

I wrapped on site for a washing machine that is making grinding noises. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit makes a screeching.Noise specifically on heavier loads and it sounds like metal grinding. I ran the unit through diagnostics and could not replicate the issue. I checked underneath and found the cam and belt worn. I replaced both parts and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. W11239857 and W10721967.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator making a loud noise. On arrival confirmed issue and found noise coming from fc liner behind unit. Added 212643 permagum and replaced ed wp2315549 evap motor, and found noise dampen significantly but small amount of vibration sound was still present. Reported findings to techline Sr# 7741090044 but was informed that unit is operating as designed and noise in its curre t state is within normal operation. No leaks present and unit works as designed. Call complete"

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed filter causing slow ice and water dispensing. Removed filter and restored normal flow rate. Advised customer that the filter should be replaced. "Arrived on site to diagnose microwave with rattling / vibrating coming from it. Tested unit and found unit does have some cabinet / wrapper rattle on the right side by the mag. Unit seems to br quiet most often, but i showed customer where pushing on the right side of the wrapper reduces the noise. Advised to add something to insulate between wrapper and cabinet since unit will vibrate normally and wrapper is not secured on the sides. Unit is working as designed. No parts needed."

Arrived on site ro inpsect refrigerator over cooling in the fresh food section. Upin futher inpsection I checked temperatures and measured -2 in the FC and Rc was 34. I checked the gaskets and found a tear in the right FC gasket. The customer also noted that the damper was making very loud noises sometimes. I am ordering the gasket W10830162 and returning with prescreened parts. I am scheduling for 3/11. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W10830162 (Gasket)

"Arrived on site to test unit for no heat. Upon arrival customer stated this is the same issue as last time. Tested unit, you can hear relay click but cycle does not start. Gained access to internal components, found thermal fuse reading open. Replaced fuse (W10909685) and tested unit, unit is now heating and tumbling. Noticed when the unit was getting to its hottest temp, control started to click 6-7 times. Replaced control (W11089308) and tested unit, all components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed. Vent test shows no restrictions. Job complete."

"Arrived on site ro inpsect dryer making unusual sound. Upon further inspection, I gained access to the inside of the dryer and found that the blower wheel was cracked and hitting the side of the housing. I replaced the blower wheel and reassembled and tested the dryer. It isnow operating as designed.WP697772"

"arrived on site for a dryer that is heating, but not tumbling. Inspected unit and work area. I tested the dryer and found the dryer sounding like it was tumbling but the basket would not move. I gained access to the interior of the dryer and found the dryer belt broken. I removed the basket and found all four rollers completely seized on the roller shafts. I went ahead and replaced all four rollers and belt and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. 4392067."
