"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises and drum not turning. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit on and timed dry cycle and found the unit would turn on and was making a rattling noise and I found the drum is not turning. I removed the top panel to gain access to the drum and belt and found the belt firmly wrapped on the drum and the drum was difficult to turn. I disassembled the unit and found the belt had jumped off the tension pulley. Once I gained access to the motor and pulley, I found the motor shift was bent and stripped and the belt was badly worn. I removed and replaced the motor and belt and adjusted the exhaust pipe and reassembled the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed. Arrived onsite for dishwasher not drying dishes. I found the unit to be heating as designed. Customer stated water will be left on the side and top and dishes will still be wet. I noticed customer has a plastic tub and advised the customer to use rinse aid to prevent water from dripping onto the dishes. Customer understands and will try rinse aid to see if results change. The door unl9cked and I pulled off the front. When opening the drain pump to pull the filter out I found a lot of debris blocking the filter. This caused the long drain or no drain to occur. "Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a photo of where the water was in location to the laundry room at the front door (photo). Before testing the unit, I inspected the water level sensor hose at the main control and tub and it is secured/attached at both positions (photos). I tilted the unit back and inspected the tub and drain pump and did not find any signs of a leak. I inspected the drain hose at the drain pipe in the wall and found no signs of a leak and the hose was secured (photo). I walked the house where the water had gone and took several photos and found no signs of damage (photos). In the photo that the customer provided, i saw a rug at the couch and it is not there today as its getting cleaned due to the water leak. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Once the valve had stopped filling the tub and the drain pump came on, I found water coming from under the unit at the front left corner (photo). I stopped testing and raised the top panel to find water leaking from the front left suspension rod area. I tilted the unit back and found a small hole in the tub near the suspension rod (photo). I suspect a load had gotten off balance and due to the 'banging around' motion of the tub assembly, it caused the suspension rod to get slammed into the tub and cracked it. I advised the customer of my findings and provided a photo of the damaged tub. I am ordering the tub and gearcase and office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. Arrived on site to inspect washer not drainingand displaying error code. Upon furtherinspection I observed error code F9E1(longdrain) I checked the condition of the wiringharness and found that the wire to the drainpump was severed.I replaced the lower harnessand tested the unit. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator doors not sealing. Upon further inspection, the customer pointed out that the freezer (FC) is not sealing and there's frost building up in the freezer. I removed the crisper drawer pan and found a gap in the FC door gasket from the middle of the door to the left side (photo). I attempted to close the gap and was unsuccessful. I removed and replaced the bracket kit and using my heat gun, I heated/shaped the gasket and was able to get the gap to close. After approximately ten minutes, the door remained sealed. Using a yard stick, I placed the stick across the mullion above the FC door and found the mullion has a slight bow inward (photos). I recommended the customer leave the FC door close for a few hours to allow the gasket to mold to the chassis and if it begins to gap again to contact our office and schedule service. Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice. Customer just moved in. Says water was not working at first then found water was off. Since then water works but no ice. Found icemaker was in off position. Turned on and verified operation. Icemaker cycles and fills properly. Call complete. No parts.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is making an odd noise. I tested the unit and it operated as designed and i could not duplicate the noise. I disassembled the unit and found belt shavings on the motor pulley and on the bottom panel of the unit (photos). I found, on the tension pulley roller, where the belt had been slipping. I removed and replaced the dryer repair kit (2 rollers, tension pulley, belt) and reassembled the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed. 4392065"

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not powering on. Upon further inspection, I checked in coming and outgoing voltage to and from the control. I found that the console was receiving proper voltage however not powering on due to component corrosion. (Photo). I replaced the console and tested the dryer and ran an airflow test, and found the airflow to be very restricted. I informed the customer of my findings and that the vents will need to be addressed and or cleaned. W11583883"

"Arrived on site to inspect ooktop burner not igniting properly. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and found the front left and right burners taking too long to ignite. "WED4850HW0 Arrived on site for unit not heating. Upon arrival, unit was heating but not drying properly. Proceeded to inspect temperatures with the vent plugged in showing 121F. Removed vent and retested temperatures and stabilize back to normal at 185F. In addition, found water and lint trapped inside the vent hose ( pictures attached). Informed front office in regards to my findings."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the noise happens when the compressor comes on. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the compressor speed in test 38. Once the compressor turned off, the customer identified the noise which was the refrigerant moving through the system. I advised the noise is normal as it's a slow moving refrigerant, butane. Inspecting the unit it, it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service and no repairs needed at this time. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for insulation issues. Upon arrival inspected unit and found the insulation was pulled over too far to one side causing a portion to hang right in front of the kick plate. Adjusted insulation, unit is now functioning as designed, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave installation issues. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that their third party inspector advised them the unit is not installed properly as it is loose in the space it's in. I inspected the unit and found it installed properly on the wall mount and the two mounting screws above in the cabinet. I attempted to move the unit while mounted and it had its normal movement. The customer demonstrated how the inspector moved the unit which was a little aggressive. I removed the unit from the cabinet/wall and inspected the wall mounting bracket and it is installed according to the installation instructions and I provided a photo of the instructions to the customer. Placed the unit back on the wall and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No repairs or adjustments needed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=3 degrees and RC=36 degrees on settings of 0/37. Customer advised that the unit it will intermittently stop cooling for long periods of time. I advised management (GC) of my findings andnwas advised that they had spoken to the customer when they called in to schedule service. Was advised to replace the UI and hv control and customer to monitor. I removed and replaced the mentioned controls and set the defrost time in test 7 to #2-8 hour run time before defrost. "Arrived on site to test unit for low water level. Upon arrival customer stated unit only fills with water to about 40% of the basket. Informed customer unit will only fill with about 8-10 of water. Loads cannot exceed more than 40% of the basket. Recommended customer to let the unit run its programs and to not add any extra water. Also loads cannot be ran on a clean washer cycle, basket has to be empty. Unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."
