"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=7 degrees on setting of -1 and RC=40 degrees on setting of 37. I disassembled the FC section and gained access to the evaporator and found the unit was in defrost mode,but the evaporator did not have a full frost pattern to begin with. I found where the top of the evaporator had ice forming as the evap fins were laid over. I pulled the unit out to inspect the compressor and before I could remove the back cover, I could feel heat coming from the compressor compartment. Once I gained access to the compressor, I found the compressor extremely hot as were all refrigerant lines including the access valve and dye drier. I placed my gauges on the sealed system and found the compressor in a vacuum (0psi) and the pressure at the drier was 200psi and I had the unit in diagnostics. I could not get the unit to equalize. Also, while in diagnostics, I could hear the system gurgling as if it were contaminated. I advised the customer of my findings and M ordering the compressor, access valve, UV drier, CNOTE-2HOUR JOB, CNOTE-SENIOR TECH, NITROGEN, R600. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit is not draining all of the water and provided photos of water on dishes and pointed to the water in the tub. I found the water in the tub were drops of water and not a large amount of water in the bottom of the tub. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and while testing, I placed my multimeter on the black wire of the main harness and tested amp draw to the components and found all components are getting proper amp readings and the element is at 7-9amps during wash and drying cycles. I advised the customer of my findings and made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

The evaporator had signs of excessive water from prior defrost that had frozen and gathered at the drip pan. Finding that only the left side had the issue, I inspected the ice maker fill tube and chute assembly. It appeared the ice maker has been overflowing within the fill tube assembly intermittently and has been causing the excessive moisture to accumulate within the evaporator, resulting in repetitive freezing. I will be supplying a part to correct the issue and will return with the fill chute as well. I found the user interface was responding to touch and would be, but nothing would turn on. After two minutes, I found the user interface read an F1 E0 (replace the UI) error code. I attempted to power cycle it and clear the code, but could not get the unit to function. I called whirlpool techline and spoke to Drew SR# 7739127699. He checked the part number to ensure that that was the correct part number advise that it seemed to be correct and that we just may have gotten a bad board. "WRT112CZJB01 Arrived on site to replace faulty part. Upon arrival, customer got the doors to seal by applying heat gun carefully to fluff the gasket. Ever since first service visit, the condensation disappeared. Upon further inspection, noticed water dripping from supply vent in RC. Exposed FC evaporator cover and found ice build from initial condensation (picture attached). Defrosted ice build up. Proceeded to dry all moisture and checked for voltage to defrost heater and registers 123V. Defrost heater itself was also good. Continued to assemble parts and re checked supply vent. No more drips. No water leaks present at this time. No parts replaced."

Arrived on site for a standup freezer. That is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer had the unit unplugged with the floor open on arrival. They advised that the unit just completely stopped cooling altogether. I plug the unit in and found the unit stuck in no cool mode. I turned the cooling back on and found the compressor fire up and start running. I gave the unit about 15 minutes and found heat being found on the return line to the compressor indicating the unit was cooling. I checked the freezer and found a decent frost pattern developing on the evaporator. I did advise the customer that it appeared to be turned off on the cooling. The customer did not know how that wouldve happened but I explained that they will need to make sure that they see a green light on their control to ensure that the unit is turned on. Found all components working and operating as designed. Call complete.

Drain pump would randomly kick on with sometimes not having drained all the water out to begin with. Tried resetting unit and canceling drain but unit would randomly kick back on. Blowing out pressure hose was difficult. Ordering lower harness to include pressure hose and returning with control. Unit 433-moving unit to 430. Set to return the 23rd. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that will not start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the dishwasher will turn on, but that the unit will just not start most of the time. I tested the unit and confirmed that the start button was having a hard time registering it being pressed. I tried to run the unit into diagnostics and could not get the start button to advance any part of diagnostics. I did find an F2 E1 (stuck key) error code. I found that this unit does not have a user interface and its only run by the control. I replaced the control and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. Arrived on site to test unit for center burner and right front burner not igniting correctly. Test unit and found center burner had choker and cap for the right front and right front burner had cap for center burner. Arrived on site for a washing machine that has a cracked lid. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and found the lid cracked on the right hand side at the hinge. I checked the hinges themselves and found the hinges were in good working order. I replaced the lid and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with loud condenser rattle intermittently. Dampened the condenser with pads.. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair. W11113654 x2

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator thats tripping the breaker. The maintenance team moved the refrigerator to apartment 250 because it would not stop tripping. I found the unit not powered up. I powered it up and ran all test in diagnostics and cycled the icemaker. The breaker never tripped. I let it run its regular functions and it didnt trip. When getting ready to leave maintenance stated it tripped. I started testing again and the unit would trip a few seconds after it was powered on. I started isolating components and it would still trip then it stopped tripping and started working correctly again. I started checking all the harnesses and I found a pinched spot on one of the wires in the lower harness. I took a photo. I never could get the unit to trip the breaker again after moving the wire. On arrival verified complaint of intermittent sparking. Visual inspection of wave guide shows internal damage. Spoke to TL to document. Spoke to Rob 7739114091

"I dont say for a dishwasher that is not washing dishes. Inspected unit and work area. I found the serial number on the dispatch was correct but the model number was completely off. I updated the model information for the correct appliance. The customer advised that the unit will sound off an alarm after two minutes of the dishwasher cycle starting. She advised that it will not advance any further, and well just completely drain out the water. Around the unit for diagnostics and found an F7 E2 (variable speed wash motor failure) error code. I ran into an auto test and confirmed that the wash motor would not run. Ordering the wash motor and reschedule the customer to 5/23. No parts were installed.; ordrng 1 W11460946 (Pump and motor)"

Arrived onsite and tested washer for overfilling on a blanket wash. No error codes. Tested in diagnostics auto test and found all base functions operating as designed. Reset control. Unit is operating as designed. No parts used.
